I am a really easy going person, I’m very easy to be around and I get along with anyone. I have a very bubbly excited personality. Currently studying for my year 12 exams and looking for a job. Plan on going to uni next year to study an artsy course. I love to cook and enjoy others company. Am currently from hillside but the situation is complicated so hoping to find a place to live asap. I enjoy cleaning so I will help out wherever needed. Hope you can get in contact with me and see how things go. :)
Hi I'm Jules (Peter Julian), I'm generally pretty quite but enjoy a chat and a beer from time to time. I'm studying Architecture through OUA. So will be spending most of my time at home, but baby sit my grand daughter 1-2 days a week and the occasional weekend so would be away at least 1 night a week. Freelance building designer. Looking for friendly, creative, chilled household, ideally with a bit of space for a veggie garden and a shed/workshop for some woodwork.
I'm a pretty easy going sort. I moved to Melton in Jan 2015 & love it. My current accom has just become a wee bit crowded for me & am looking to share with 1 other person ideally. I do have a cat, Missy but she is pretty cool & gets along with other cats , dogs, what ev's! I work full time in Gisborne (Mon-Fri). Love cooking, I clean up after myself & am happy to pitch in with most things. I do work odd hours, mostly 10.45 to 7 so if you were a earlier starter we would have plenty of our own space/time. My 'wish list' would be a granny flat or half house with my own bathroom, would adore a couple of acres with chooks, garden, horses etc, I guess I am a bit of a hippy at heart. Fingers crossed the right person is reading this & you contact me. Regards Brenda
Ours is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. We are located 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen (the downstairs will be completed by early November). Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. Each floor also has its own beautiful shared lounge room with bay windows overlooking the farm and the Macedon Ranges. Both lounges include a wood fire and formal dining room. A separate TV room adjoins the top floor kitchen. There is plenty of space for barbecues and outside living. All bills and internet access are included in the rent. We have several rooms available over the two floors. Currently Rooms 2 and 3 are occupied. The first bedroom is large with a dressing room with ample storage space. It can easily fit a kingsize bed, desk and comfortable sofas or chairs. The picture windows look out over the Macedon Ranges. The private bathroom is large and includes a bath. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $250 for a single and $300 for a couple, per week. The second bedroom is also large with a BIW. It can fit a kingsize bed, a desk and one or two comfortable chairs. The bay window looks out onto the Macedon Ranges. The available bathroom is large and shared with one other flatmate. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $200 for a single and $250 for a couple per week. Currently taken. The third bedroom is smaller, with a BIW. It is suitable for a king single, or possibly a double. A small desk and chair will fit into it. The available bathroom is large and shared with one, perhaps two flatmates. The cost is $160 per week. Currently taken. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs and can be suitable for couples as well as individuals. They each have a BIW. We are in the process of building a new kitchen and another full bathroom downstairs. At the moment there is a shower and toilet available. Whilst the renovations are being completed (by the end of November) the rent is $160 per room for a single person and $210 per room for a couple. When the new rooms are fully functional the rent will raise to $180 per room for a single and $230 per room for a couple, per week. There is plenty of off street parking, but not undercover and included in the rent. Some limited garaged car space is available at an extra cost. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. My partner and I will continue to live on the property. We will be pleased to be your neighbours, and I will be actively working the farm.
Irish by birth but Australian Resident now. Have lived in numerous countries and can provide good references including those of properties I have rented on my own. Have been told in the past that I am very tidy and a quiet housemate. Very career driven hence my relocation to Macedon. Easy going person always up for a good chat as us Irish are known for but also keep to myself due to working long hours. Keen golfer and like to keep active during my free time.
Hey there, I am a 32yo Naturopath/Herbalist. I am bright, open, honest and easy to get along with, but also love down time and my own space. I work part time as a Naturopath in Fitzroy North, and have a business making herbal medicine products from local plants and ingredients. I am looking for a place surrounded by nature, that will allow me to really focus on medicine making and foraging. I love reading, wandering/walking, a solid board game session, and am a big fan of an intellectual conversation over a coffee or tea! I tend to spend a lot of time on my computer and write a lot for my work, which I love dearly. I have spent most of my life in and around Melbourne, and am looking forward to a bit of a change in scenery. Get in touch if you would like to have a chat or know anything else :)
I am looking for somewhere to live in the Sunbury/Macedon area. I am clean and tidy, non smoker, don't drink and spend my spare time working with local community theatre groups. I work part time and am currently studying my Bachelor of Education - i still have 18 months left so looking for long term accommodation preferably. I am dog friendly and pretty easy going.

This is a deceptively large house with all the main living areas tiled. The house is fully furnished but the bedrooms are left empty for you to fit out how you wish. The house comes with a good-sized backyard and a garage for storage and there is ample off-street parking and a driveway as well. The house is 10 metres from a bus stop which takes you into the shopping centre and right to the train station and it is a 35-minute commute in to the CBD. I have lived in the middle of the CBD and this beats it hands down. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The house has unlimited internet and is a really nice house that is well maintained.
Bus stop out the front, easy walking distance to the train via Riddell Rd. Easy commute by train to the city. There are 3 bedrooms in our older style brick home which is set back from the road, making it a quiet dwelling. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has a pantry with ample room for 3 people to share. There is a fridge/freezer, gas stove, gas heating, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and some other small appliances. There's one shared bathroom with separate shower. Toilet is separate to the bathroom. Bedroom 1 - currently occupied 32 yr old Bedroom 2 - currently occupied 20 yr old Bedroom 3 - furnished with double bed, mattress and base and a chest of drawers. This room has built in robe with 3 sliding doors - one of which is mirrored. Happy to take ladies wanting short term accommodation, linen and towels provided at $165 for 6 weeks to 4 months, or $200 for less than a 6 week stay. Definitely no smoking inside, no couples, no children and no pets. I take care of the gardening, mowing and all maintenance needs.
I have a spare room that I would like to offer to rent in Sunbury. I prefer to share with a professional female. This house is very open plan with a new kitchen and freshly renovated bedrooms. You will have your own bathroom and toilet. The room has a built in robe with drawers. I've also fitted a flat screen TV. The room overlooks the rear yard. The room has a double bed and bedside tables. The kitchen is well fitted out and is very usable. The rest of the house is very comfortable. There is great wifi. There is plenty of off street parking and a bus stop just down the street. Sunbury is also on the metro rail line. This is a really modern and comfortable home. My 21 year old son also lives here. I am a professional working man.
Brand new 4 bedroom home, you will have your own loungeroom area, shared kitchen and dining. 2 bedrooms, your own bathroom and powder room. Only area's to share is kitchen and laundry. Great location in the new Lamandra Estate. I am only home a few nights per week so you have to have references and be clean, keeping the property in excellent condition. I will be installing ceiling fans to both bedrooms and a queen size bed frame and side table is available to you if you like. I will be doing some additional works to my new home which will be done in 2018 but this is only new benchtops in kitchen and new tiling which should only take a couple of days to complete. I would require a Bond and proof i.d.
I'm a full time worker who keeps to herself for the most part. I enjoy books and movies but also spend a bit of time away on my days off. I am a tidy person with respect for others. would prefer to live with like minded people who can respect others working hours and space.
Hello there! My name is Abigail, I'm 28 years old and I've just relocated interstate from Sydney to Sunbury in November 2017 to be with family. I am currently staying with them while house hunting. I'm a non smoker, clean, happily social though enjoy my own time as well. I work full time in the CBD and in free time, I'm generally chilling out at home, seeing family etc. I have a younger brother (9 years old) who would stay overnight occasionally. I'm good to have a drink, cook dinner and hit up a Netflix Marathon! I have a dog-she's a 2 year old rescued Rhodesian Ridgeback X American Staffordshire, desexed, toilet trained and very friendly. She's outside whenever no one is home and when I'm home, she's usually crashed out on her beanbag and sleeps in her own bed in my room at night. While I have enough to fully furnished a house (including fridge/washing machine/dining room/lounge room etc), I'm looking for a potential housemate to rent out a room with otherwise share living. Must be clean and pet-friendly. Common courtesy/respect/personal space is a given, as is ensuring bills are paid on time. I have prior housemates/landlords who can vouch for me! (Please note I am not looking to rent a room, as I have enough to furnish a whole house and will need the space to do so. I have had some lovely offers come through though given I can furnish a house and have a dog, I do need a house - In Sunbury as this is where family are located). I'm also happy to pay a bit more if there are multiple bedrooms as I'm hoping to set up a home office. Please reach out to me if this is of interest. I'm living in Sunbury now so we can grab a coffee and suss out if it's a good fit!
Hi myself Sabhi 31 single North Indian fella. I recently moved to vic from WA. I've got a full time sous chef in Sunbury and I'm looking for a room to rent in Sunbury close to Sunbury bowling club. So please let me know if someone have a spare room to rent. Thanks guys Sabhi
Hey all! Please read full discription :) My name is Shaeli, i am working fulltime in construction and currently studying to gain a successful career for myself. I'm a boxer, i train weights, i ride dirtbikes (motocross) and i spend as much time with my dog as possible. Taking him out to beach, walks in a park etc. Because of my busy lifestyle i am not home a lot of the time as working 5 to 6 days a week and out doing hobbies etc. When i am home, i spend it in my room relaxing during the week and if i am home on weekends I'm still quiet, do my own thing but I do enjoy a good chat and a shared meal here and there. I'm very independent. I'm looking for a new place to call home, somewhere cheaper than where I am currently living as I'm pretty much paying for someone else to live. That's honesty. I would prefer living females, or a male that is laid back and more around my age. I'm reliable, I pay rent, bills etc on time. I'm clean, neat, tidy and clean up after myself and my dog. I'm not a clean freak but i do like the main areas of the house kept clean. I'm fun to be around and would make a great housemate :) My dog is the most important living creature to me and he will come with me. It is hard finding a home that will except a large breed but i really hope someone/something will come my way soon. I'm not in a rush to move but i would like to asap to save money and make it easier for myself. A little info about my dog: His name is Ryder, a 18 month old Rottweiler who is well behaved, house trained, has manners and loves people. A gentle giant teddy bear, that doesn't jump, nor does he go on couches, beds etc unless invited which i don't usually do and don't need to do. He is an outside dog 90% of the time due to myself working and hobbies but sleeps on his bed in my room at night time and will come inside if freezing or too hot out. Thanks :)
