If you have ever watched movies like "The Great Gadsby" and admired the elegant, Art Deco period, then this place is for you. With plenty of space, lounges, and views from every window. This is a place that will captivate you. Right next door to "The Agrarian Kitchen" Restaurant
Just relocated to Tassie from SA with my awesome Belgian Shepherd.
In your room you will have your private en suite, queen sized bed, linen, desk and office chair, toiletries and use of everything in the lounge room/dining/kitchen/laundry and our outdoor area (perfect for BBQ's!) We have beautiful views of the mountains around us, if you're lucky you can spot snow up the street in winter. Our place is fifteen minutes from Hobart CBD, one minute from the local store and five minutes from the nearest shopping plaza (chemist, woolies, petrol, post office, food outlets etc.) In our lounge we have Netflix, a PS4 Pro, Apple TV, Foxtel and a new shiny QLED TV for you to take advantage of. (Furniture in the photos are previous owners.) There is dedicated off-street parking right in front of our house that no one uses and a bus stop at the end of our street. There are plenty of dog/nature walks too in the area that are by the beach and in the bush, great for if you have a pet like us.
We're a clean, quiet and drama-free couple looking to rent in Hobart! We've recently moved from Queensland so my wife can begin studying at UTAS and I can start working in labour hire. I love to skateboard and my wife enjoys gymnastics and learning! We're looking for a space to call home for a while and some good people to call friends.
Hi. We have recently moved from Melbourne, currently staying with family. We are looking for a room to rent anywhere in the Hobart region. We have a cat named Sonic. We are good at keeping the house clean and garden maintenance. We are respectful of others and their space and are quiet.
Hi, I’m looking for a room in a share house or flat. I am working for most of the week, teaching this year. I live on Bruny Island, and need a place up in town to lay my head during the week, so a share house seems a good option for me. I’m a clean and tidy person, like things in order and a good cook. I enjoy a glass of wine and like a bit of company.
Hi there! My name is Amy and I work full time in events. From Perth, WA and travelling around for work. Hello Flatmates, I and my wife Munmun have been living and working in Melbourne for 3 years and have recently relocated to Hobart. We are looking for a place somewhere within 10-12 km of proximity to Hobart city and are interested in teaming up. We love food, going out and hanging out with people, however, are mature enough to understand when to give them space. We are very tidy and try to keep it as clean as possible. If you wanna know anything more about us, just hit me up. Cheers

Very spacious well decorated house with a beautiful garden and a shopping centre at the end of the road, it’s a very quiet area and only a 15 min drive into the city or the cycle track at the end of the road leads straight into Hobart, 20 min drive to UTAS
Very busy with work so hardly ever home but when I am, I’m a very clean person who likes a chat but also like to have my own quiet time. I umpire sports so keep quite busy on the weekends. Enjoy a quiet wine or gin.
Hi! I’ll be moving down to Hobart at the start of March, working as a Technician. For the last 17 years I’ve been living on the Gold Coast, but I originally grew up on a Farm in S.A. I’m a pretty decent cook, enjoy learning (anything and everything), and looking forward to exploring all of what Tassy has to offer. Clean and easy going. I’d be happy doing a Team up with the right person :)
Looking for a potential house mate or two to share a house with. I work full time in marketing. A sports fan. In my spare time I am likely to be either at the gym (crossfit), at netball or spending time with family and friends. I like being organised and on top of things. Can move earlier or later. Also interested in 6 month leases.
I am a 26 year old health professional. Relocating in late February 2019 Clean & easy going. I enjoy the occasional drink / social night but mostly keep to myself. Keen outdoor adventurer (mostly hiking) and just starting to get into bouldering. Looking for a house that feels like a home; preferably within 15-20minute drive of Hobart (bonus points for mountain views!)
I am in my early thirties. Quite, neat and tidy. Mostly I stay busy studying and working. Also I would like to catch up with flatmates and never mind a little chat. I love animals, so I do not have any problems with pets. Non smoker.
