    $280/week41 year old woman

Hi! I’m Ella. I have recently separated from my partner of 16 years and am currently living with mum again and there’s just not enough room, and she’s living her retirement with her new husband and my stay has to be temporary. I have two litter trained cats who are extremely friendly and do not go outside at all. I am a home body, I have chronic fatigue syndrome and spend a lot of time relaxing in front of the tv, or painting, drawing, playing video games, and listening to music with my headphones (I have been known to sing)! I’m not a party girl, one alcoholic ginger beer for me! I have NDIS funding for things like gardening, cleaning, and some meal prep (I sometimes get lite and easy), but I have stomach issues and don’t eat much, but definitely can cook! Mum’s being treated to home made fajitas with all the trimmings tonight. I have over 370 recipes in my app, just sayin. I don’t drive at the moment because of my medical stuff but I do have a car. I am pretty sure I can keep it at mums though if there’s no room. I go out 3 times a week with my support worker from NDIS. I prefer a permanent housing solution. I am currently on disability support pension (plus ndis for extras) so I have guaranteed income. I can also offer a rental history and reference from my old landlord (private rental). I hope to move somewhere that welcomes my cats (also respects their no outside rule) and offers me a quiet space. I am friendly and respectful and always clean up after myself. Thanks for reading. (Price per week is negotiable of course.) I have a bed and mattress, drawers, and enough furniture to fill a bedroom. I’m friendly and get along well with most people because I keep to myself and am not interested in gossip or scandal, I’d rather do some colouring in.

    $380/week45 year old woman

I'm a 45-year-old woman who enjoys walking, singing, and true crime. I work permanent part-time (30 - 37 hours per week). I am gone Monday to Friday for 6 - 11 hours per day. I work as a domestic cleaner. I am contracted to work 30 hours per week, but I am often given more hours. That is why the hours vary. I put move-in date as the 17th of November, but after that is fine. I am currently renting alone, so I need to give 28 days' notice when I leave. I also put "six months" as an estimate. It may be longer than that. I value a quiet, clean space where my privacy is respected. I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. I am also a non-drinker. I would prefer unfurnished, because I already have all my own furniture. If it's a share house, I would prefer the room to be unfurnished. I have put "share house" as an option, but it is unlikely that anything will be suitable for me. This is because I have lived alone for a total of 21 years. I am used to having a quiet place to come home to. I also don't own a television, so if a TV was on (often) it would annoy me. I have been contacted by a lot of people on here offering me share housing or rooming house accommodation which is very expensive, so I am not interested. To put it into perspective. I currently pay $310pw for a one-bedroom unit with no yard, but it has undercover (allocated) parking, a split system and communal washing lines. I have my own (full) kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Yes, I pay for utilities on top of this. But my bills are very low because I work away from home and I am excellent at conserving things. Some people are offering a rooming house or share house for $350pw (or more) which includes expenses. So, I would be paying more, but I would have much less privacy. Also, many of these places only have street parking. I also have my own furniture. I just added this information so people will understand why I think their accommodation is too expensive. I know that many people will pay that amount. But why would I want to pay more to have less privacy?
