I am looking to live a shared student accommodation (preferably). I am a very tidy, clean, quiet and organised person. Flexible with length of lease too. Preferably renting somewhere with bills capped along rent and no pets if it's a small house/apartment..

I am studying and working part time at Monash Uni, often out of the home for studying and work.

I am also open to teaming up with other students to find accommodation together around either of the campus or nearby suburbs.
