$320/week•21-22 year old woman and man
Hey we are a young couple F&M (21 & 22) who are currently looking for a new place to call home, we are mature, responsible, respectful, and very clean individuals! We enjoy cooking, movies, going out for a walk, and love animals.
We always ensure that we meet our rental commitments on time! We take pride in being clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces, making sure to respect both the home and the people we live with. We are easygoing, reliable, and enjoy maintaining a positive environment.
In the past, we have unfortunately lived with people who were rude and lazy, which created unnecessary tension. Because of that, we truly value a respectful and cooperative household where everyone does their part and treats each other with kindness. We are looking for a space where we can feel comfortable and enjoy a stress-free living arrangement with like-minded people.
Financially, we are looking to pay around $320 per week. However, due to our current circumstances, we are unavailable to pay a large rental bond upfront as we are wanting to leave ASAP due to problems with the other housemates. We also aren’t close to any transport or shops so it’d be great to find something close to that! If considered for a room, we would love to discuss a possible alternative arrangement that works for everyone! We hope to hear from you!
