Hi I am a happy, positive, open minded respectful, clean and tidy lady recently moved to Brisbane from north queensland. Working full time in customer service. Can be sociable and up for a short chat and a laugh at the end of the day. Love my quiet alone time as well. Outside smoker only. Have lived in share houses all over Australia, with people of all ages for the last 10 years. Looking for a positive happy place to call home. Always pay rent on time.
I'm a 26 year old female professional, keen interest in fitness and the outdoors, love dogs so I'm open to a pet friendly home and I'm clean, sociable, laid back, love a bit of Netflix to relax during the week but more out and about on the weekends :)
I am a quiet, clean, respectful and always pay bills on time. I am new to Brisbane and work in the cultural sector. On weekends I like to go out and explore the city.
Hi all, Myself and Phil (https://flatmates.com.au/F2403740) are looking to move around 18-24 Jan 2019 and are looking for a 3rd person to start a lease together. We're looking within approx 5-8km of the CBD on the south side of the river i.e. Coorpooroo, Norman Park, East Brisbane etc I've got a fridge, sofabed/couch, bookshelf and a couple other shelves, but other than that, we'd need to get some furniture. Ideally we'd be looking at a house or townhouse with garaged parking and storage. I am very neat and tidy and prefer to live with people who clean up after themselves and have pride in their living space. I work as an Accountant, however am still studying and enjoy a variety of outdoor pursuits such as running, bushwalks, scuba diving etc. I'm well past the party stage, however happy to have some company and share a glass of wine / cheeseboard on occasion. If this sounds like someone you'd like to live with, please get in touch. Cheers!
Hey! I work full time in Murrarie and am looking for 1 or 2 people to share a house with that is in the surrounding areas! I am pretty easy going, generally like to keep to myself but also keen for a laugh and a beer! I am tidy and respectful of others. Love my sport and hanging with mates on the weekends.
Let's be housemates! My name is Luke, I'm 28 and I work full-time in IT for an NGO as a UC Engineer. I have a 11 month old Golden Retriever named Atlas. I'm clean, tidy, don't smoke and don't really drink often but that doesn't mean I'm not down to have a chat with a drink or two sometimes. I aim to go to the gym before/after work most days and try to be out of the house where possible with Atlas however if I'm busy I tend to keep to myself. If I am home, I tend to keep to my own spaces but happy to hang out sometimes as I enjoy a homey/friendly home. After work I like to relax, I will usually aim to go to the gym, walk Atlas then hang out on my computer or room. On the weekends, I tend to visit friends, study or take Atlas somewhere. I am flexible with my move date, however I do need to vacate the current property by December 31. Preferably any time after December 17 but I'll make it work if needed! I have a brand new fridge, brand new washing machine/dryer combo and my own room furnishings. Atlas: Loves people and other dogs, he's a huge dork and loves a good play. He’s well behaved and doesn’t at all bark other than if you’re with him and he wants to play. Sometimes sooks if he knows someone’s home and he’s outside but just ignore him and he realises super quick. Completely house trained and I look after him completely, so I won't put that burden on you! But you're by all means free to take him for walks and spend as much time with him if you'd like.
Originally from Wales, UK. Moved to Oz over 5 years ago. Moving interstate from Dubbo NSW to the Brisbane area. I will have little furniture so would be nice to find something furnished. Unfortunately i won't be walking in to a job when i move, so it will be tricky to get work until i am actually living closer, HOWEVER I will be able to support myself and to pay the rent until i do get employment. I have 1 female desexed Husky called Xena. She is very friendly with people but takes a while to warm to other dogs. I rescued her from a shelter so i am not sure of her history. She is house trained. I will be in the Brisbane area between xmas and new year. Would be a great opportunity for a meet n greet if anyone would like to take us in! I can have a good time when the mood suits, but i also respect everyone's privacy and hope you would do the same. I am social and enjoy hanging out with other like minded people. I can be spontaneous!
Hey! I'm an Irish doctor looking to share a place with one or two easy-going people. I'm moving from Perth to Brisbane in late January as part of my training, and I would love to have something organized before then! I would prefer a house rather than an apartment if possible, and need parking. Ideally I would like to have air-con in the bedroom and my own bathroom as well, but I'm not too fussy about these. Let me know if you're looking for something similar!
Considerate, quiet and easy to get along with. Hard working, barely know im around. Non smoker, rather quiet until you get to know me. Sometimes i feel rude interrupting silence, but at the same time i dont mind a social beverage. Been living in outer north brisbane but commuting and working locally for over a year. Wasting my life on the highway, 2 hours a day.
Hello! My names Caleb, im a very discipline, hard working and sociable male that is looking at moving into a new place around January 2019. At this stage of my life im very involved with my work and fitness so im rarely at home lounging around. I enjoy relaxing on weekends and maybe catching up with mates over lunch, dinner or a few drinks if its been a while. Im easy going and dont take anything too seriously but i do expect people to respect the house and others and clean up their mess if they know its going to be an issue for the others. I dont mind who i live with but ideally i would prefer to live with people who have ambitions, goals, have a good work ethic but also know how to be human and relax and just unwind every once in a while. Feel free to send me a text message if you think living together would work :)
After a two years, unfortunately our landlord has decided to sell the property. So at the end of January 2019 we will need to find two rooms. A little about me I guess, I love to bake but I don't love eating baked goods so I hope you're ready to get showered in sweet treaties. I'm incredibly average at art but I do love a good crafternoon with my pals. I binge only the finest shows(self-proclaimed) Netflix has to offer. I can't go past an op shop without taking a cheeky look inside. I'm always listening to music and do love a good groove in the lounge room - however my dance moves are a cross between an 80's disco and something equally as terrible. I'm always keen for a board game, hang or adventure. You'll also be be living with Darcie (a super groovy gal with an eye for opshop goods and a passion for all things artsy). Darcie works full time as a barista and you will be guaranteed to catch her dancing/singing to 80s bangers should you move in. I'm sure that I've missed a million things about us but I'm sure you'll get to know them if we get the chance to live together! Happy roomie hunting 🌸
LOOKING FOR FURNISHED preferrably. Recently moved over from Perth so still kind of settling into Brissy life. Love the chilled beach vibe (or city), into yoga and health and fitness. As a budding nutritionist I like to spend a bit of time in the kitchen juicing and cooking. I study nutritional medicine so pretty passionate about that. I work in Construction as a Contract Admin as my job- early starts and finishes so kind of early to bed during the week. Basically after a chilled house with people that are clean and a little social. Work/Study/PLAY balance. Love travelling so will be back to doing lil trips once im a bit more settled. Not a party person but enjoy a drink occasionally. Positive bubbly person so looking for like minded roomies :) Have a car so would need parking, street is fine. Committed where I am until 15th December
We’re an easygoing, immaculately clean and tidy couple. We love to cook and enjoy sharing dinner with friends as well as playing outdoor sports, mostly netball and football. We’re moving from Manchester in the UK to Brisbane in January 2019. Emily works in Supply Chain and Lewis is a Mech Engineer. We’ll be job hunting, but have ample savings for rent and bills. Looking for house mate(s) who are equally clean and sociable (but not party animals!). Would love to have a pool!
Hey there! I’m a super chilled and friendly gal, looking for a new place to call home. Preferably with a few others (or one other) around the same age. I am extremely clean, love my space looking tidy and homely, I work full time and am a mobile freelance makeup artist outside my 9-5 in retail so my income is very stable. I also spend a lot of my time away from the house (2-4 days a week) at my partners place so I won’t be around all the time, but when I am, I am friendly and social and tidy up after myself :) I don’t smoke, I have no pets and I am ready to move ASAP. Look forward to hearing from you.
I am working fulltime, apprentice electrician. Looking to find a house with a few other easy going people that are friendly and good to live with. A place with air con and undercover parking is ideal. I'm friendly, outgoing and polite, and hope to be friends with my roomates. I keep healthy and workout and don't mind a good social drink when I'm out and about with friends.
Hey I'm Nikki and I am looking for a place to call home with my 1 year old cat Amory. I'm quiet, quirky and down to earth. I like staying in, watching tv, playing games, going for walks, yoga and going to the cinema. I enjoy the quiet and keeping my home neat and tidy. While I usually like keeping to myself, I am not opposed to socialising and being friendly. I am looking to teamup with 1 person and find a reasonably nice and newish 2 or 3 bedroom pet friendly property that is within walking distance to bus and train between Greenslopes and Murarrie. I rely on public transport and I don't have a car so any parking spaces are all yours. I am also happy to find a room in a quiet and clean home, preferably with 1 or 2 people max and a separate living area if I can lucky, just so the cat doesn't bother you. Unless you don't mind! I work full time and can afford upto $220 a week rent for myself and I need to move out by January 31st at the latest. Would like to finalise a place at least a week before that date. My cat Amory must be indoors at all times and has had cat flu so she unfortunately can't be around cats who haven't had it. She is a bit of a cheek but adorable and she is the world to me, so would like to find someone who is a cat lover who would be cool with her being around.
**PLEASE NOTE MY APPROX. MOVING DATE - Jan 19th 2019** Hey new roomie! Myself and Roxane (link to her profile here)--> https://flatmates.com.au/F2072769 are looking for another person of similar age and maturity in the late 20's to mid 30's to team up with! Looking to move in somewhere that will tie me over for the next 6-12 months or so, Rox is looking at a minimum of 12mths, and we're both strong on sharing with someone who is of like mind and values - see below. I’m a fairly well rounded friendly guy, I have a keen interest in keeping fit & healthy, the outdoors/4WDing, reading and I don’t watch TV, pretty much ever.. - I work full time(days mostly) and am probably home on a 50:50 ish split between home and my girlfriends place. - Very respectful, and respectful of others’ space and privacy. - Love my quiet time and the ability to relax with a book on the couch. - The most reliable housemate you will likely ever have. I don’t miss bills or rent EVER. - I clean up after myself (without fail) and very conscious that I’m not the only person contributing to the energy bills! - NOT a party animal and have zero interest in a party house, or housemates that are entrenched in the drinking/smoking/drug culture. What I’m looking for in a place; - Undercover/garaged parking - Good amount of storage space - Ideally a low maintenance property as I don’t have much time for gardening, so a town house or house with a little to do in the garden would be great. - 2 bathrooms minimum - Air conditioning - No cats - ok with dogs so long as they’re not incessant barkers! I’m leaving a property with an exceedingly vocal dog as we speak 🙄 - Looking in the general area of Norman Park, Seven Hills, Camp Hill, Coorparoo, Carina Heights, Morningside. If you have anything else you’d like to know about me I’ll look forward to your message or call! 😄 Chat soon! Phil
I would normally give a little more effort towards these 'meet and greet' things but I have recently bought a new car and my current apartment does not have off street parking, so with the impending holidays, I'm hoping to move asap. If you have any questions or want to have a chat, please hmu :)
I’m a quiet guy who will be moving up to Brisbane from Ballarat to study a masters of clinical philosophy and working every other minute. I enjoy working out, reading and playing with my pup Ellie who is an English Staffie and house trained (we’re a package deal). I have full furnishings for a house so if we need anything I’ve got us covered. What I’m looking for is a like minded, positive group of people who have a bedroom available that doesn’t face onto a busy street and has a secure back yard for Ellie. If you have any questions, ask!
