Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
Hi, I'm very easy going straight male. I'm quiet, clean and very respectful of other people space and sleep! I've worked in surf industry for many years both in and out of the shop, as a surf and SUP instructor and manager. I'm also a Personal Trainer and now after 5 years have my Masters in Teaching. I'm very outdoors orientated and usually out and about, training or gym, either on the water or hiking/surfing skating etc. Only home to watch movies/docos, sleep, eat and plan my next trip. I work in Sandringham for SHQ Boardsports and also will be casual relief teaching around Mlebourne. I'm hoping to find an easy going, quiet and respectful flatmate who likes their own space, but can also happily be social and chat. I DON'T want to live with a party animal or drama. Looking to share a nice house/unit, preferably near the beach anywhere from Port Melbourne to Sandringham. Thanks =)
Hello all! My name is Kelsey. I’m a Drama teacher living in the Inner South East on my own currently, and although I love it, I’m looking to team up with someone and move out of my place at the end of May/start of June. I’m trying to do this whole “saving for a house” adult thing, and it’s easier when you live with an awesome housemate. I’ve been teaching for 6 years (Drama/English/Psych), so I have a reliable job. I spend most of the week either slaving away at work (kidding...I swear I love my job), at the gym (let’s see how long that resolution lasts), playing tennis or visiting friends/family. Bonus points if you play tennis. I’m pretty relaxed and like to chill with wine and watch tv every now and then. If I’m in a bad mood, I know to lock myself away. Would like a housemate that isn’t going to lock themselves away 24/7 though. Wouldn’t mind making a new friend! I like to go out every now and then, but I’m not a huge party animal (probably because all of my friends are basically married, but anyway....) I have everything needed for a house (fridge, couch, coffee table, tv, storage cubes, washing machine etc). Please note: my lease runs out mid June, so not looking to move until at least May :) Thanks!
Hi! I'm looking for a place which is close to the city and close to the water, with some nice friendly people to live with. I love to kite surf, run, rock climb and chill with mates at a bar/bbq etc. I chilled out, work full time, and am clean and tidy and like to cook. Drop me a message if this sounds like it could be good for your house :)
Hi there, My name is Oleguer, and I'm a student from Barcelona (Spain) who will be doing an exchange for 6 months (February - July), here in Melbourne and I am searching for a place to stay. I would prefer to share a place with people who is laidback but active, happy and clean. If you think I can fit in your place, let me know!!
Hi! I'm Alex! I'm a Greek/Aussie looking to come back home to start a new life for myself. I'm really sociable but also know my boundaries and can respect your need for peace and quiet. I like to keep things tidy and organized and always clean up after myself. My hobbies include meeting new people, exploring new areas, hanging out with good friends, gaming and watching my favorite shows! I'll be heading down to Melbourne on March 12th and am looking for a place to stay for 2 weeks minimum.
Site under construction.
Hi I am Ken, a veterinarian recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane. I am very easy-going, super clean and tidy, not much of a partier but I love adventures and travel a lot whenever I get the chance. Settling in the city and looking for a place to share or housemate to live with. In terms of what it is like living with me, I work between 8-6 Mon-Fri with occasional weekend shifts. I would like to share with preferably someone who is working or studying full-time. It would be nice to have someone to be friends with and share our time as well as privacy if preferred. In my down time I like to play badminton, gym, hike, visit museums esp natural history/science, beach or, a make a nice cup of tea at home!
Bonjour! My name is Anais, 26 years old French girl, Australian Resident working full time in Accounting who is relocating from the Gold Coast. Looking for a furnished cosy room in any particular area as long as it has good transport links to the CBD. I am a very clean, organised, respectful, responsible, open-minded and positive person. I need my quiet time after a day at work but also love socialising at home around a shared meal, movie or glass of Sauvignon Blanc/cocktails at a bar with friends. I am also very excited to meet authentic, down to earth, like-minded people and form candid friendships. In my spare time, I like being outdoors , in nature, exercising, meditating, reading and exploring new places/cafes/restaurants. On the plus side, I can teach you how to speak French. hehe :) My budget is $200-250 per week including bills and internet but can be flexible if I find the right place. Enough talking about me, I would love to hear about you and your available room. If you think we could get along, i would love to come inspect the place. I will be in Melbourne just for 2 days (23 Feb-25 Feb) to sort few things out before the big move. As cheesy as it sounds, i’d like to finish with a favourite quote that i live by everyday and that means a lot to me: “Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage” A bientot!
I'm a clean, responsible housemate, looking for a share house the same. I'm pretty quiet during the week, as I work long hours, but enjoy a nice chat about anything. Don't mind a few drinks and socialising during the weekends
I'm quiet and respectful of others space, however, I can be social and like to chat at times. I am studying my Masters in Art Therapy and I'm usually always busy. I love to cook, eat clean and keep fit. I work with children, I'm a yoga teacher and a artist. So I'm always doing something. I have my own bedroom furniture and a few extra pieces, so I place with storage or room for my things would be ideal.
Easy going New Zealander, been living here for over a year. Restaurant manager for Nando's I like to cook and be active, I'm very clean (drummed into me from work). I also like checking out restaurants and going out on my free weekends. I'm ideally looking for flatmates who don't mind hanging in the living room chatting over a drink and having a laugh. But at the same time understand some days people just want to do their own thing and have space.
I am a fun and social person who is easy to get along with. I hold a high respect for the privacy of others. I love getting outdoors, going running, going to the beach and going hiking. I enjoy cooking and going out for meals on weekends. I believe it is important to keep living areas clean and tidy.
I'm a Canadian girl in Melbourne hopefully until May-June. I'm looking for a place to call home around St.Kilda, Balaclava or nearby. I'll be working full time! I'm a super chilled, laid back, and open minded individual. Always down for a drink or 2 but also understand the importance of personal space. I'm super excited to see what Melbourne has to offer! I'm basically just looking for a place to come home too at the end of the day to relax and watch a movie or 3. Always down for a good chat as well :)
Hello, My name is Deborah. I am a bubbly, fun and easy going 41 yr old single woman. I am self-employed whilst studying part-time. I love the beach and try to get to there as much as I can in my downtime. Love to cook and enjoy a good movie and getting to the gym when I can. I am also very tidy, considerate and have no pets. I am also interested in trading cooking and cleaning etc for cheaper / or rent free as that is what I am doing at the moment, if that is something anyone would like to consider.
Hi I have just moved to Melbourne from Brisbane for a work. I am looking for a relaxed place not too far from the city or close to a train station. I am a full time working professional but also enjoy weekend adventures, hiking, and like to be social. Looking for somewhere that I can have a mix of my own space but also chats/wine/movie etc. Would prefer own bathroom. I love animals, so the more the merrier!
I'm clean, respectful of private space but also social on the weekends when I have the time. Bit of a homebody when I'm in the mood but an avid traveler. Love my food and a great glass of wine. I am back studying part time, work part time and also volunteer. I do volunteer late nights on the weekends but I'm extremely quiet when I get home. Game of Thrones fanatic. 🤗 I'm the brunette in the profile pic.
Just finished my outback roadtrip in Darwin and now heading back to Melbourne. I like to think of myself as an ordinary INFJ wanting to realize great dreams. Currently educating myself on the realm of entrepreneurship and hoping to have my own start up one day. While I appreciate privacy, I also feel housemates are a 'family', away from family. In my last 4 or so years of living in shared accommodations, I've made sincere friendships which I truly value. I lead a alcohol/smoke/drug free life but wouldn’t mind you doing that haha. Plus, I find animals adorable so if there's a pet at home, it'll find a good company. And oh, I don't leave my dishes go stray. : ) Happy for anything in between 30km radius from Melbourne I guess. Happy to team up and start a house. Cheers!
Hello guys, I’ve been sharing flats since 7 years now and love it! I’m very easy to live with, clean but no clean freak so if you forget to clean up a plate I’ll wash it for you rather than cause drama ;-) I enjoy to hang our together and have a chat when I’m home, like a little lie down in my bed or I’m just out and about :)
Hi!! My name is Carolina, 33 years old, I am an architect from Colombia working full time as a project coordinator in Construction. I'm really easy going and I enjoy hanging out with my flatmates from time to time (over a beer or some wine!!) but I also respect everyone's space and independence. I like to relax after work in front of the TV and I am TRYING to go to the gym :) I am tidy and I like a tidy space specially in the shared areas like the kitchen, the bathrooms and the living. Right now I am looking for a place for 4 to 6 months. Hope to hear from you!!
