The House: The house, in a word, is amazing. Its a three story, refurbished brick, signature Fremantle property. The house itself, has 5 bedrooms two bathrooms and another toilet. Your room will be on the third floor and has one of the best views in the house. Ive tried to capture the view in the images, but alas, the house isn't easy to capture in a photo. The house has a decent outdoor area with an awesome table for large group dinners. It also has two fishponds with loads of frogs and an array of bird life. i haven't attached too many images yet but i will do when the lighting is better). The location: perhaps the most endearing quality of the house is the location. The house itself is set back from the street on a receding driveway. A 10 minute walk from Leighton beach. A 5 minute walk to the Freemantle train line which will take you into the heart of Freo of toward the city. Moreover, the house is but a 5 minute walk to a strip of cafe's and restaurants as well as the iconic Mojo's bar.
I am easy going, clean and am rarely home! I am socialable on weekends with my friends but would love to get to know my house mate also! I am respectful and quiet.
It doesn't get much better than this! Ocean views from the top of North Freo, less than 5 minutes walk to the the train and the beach, and a 5 minute driver/Uber to the center of Fremantle. Located in a great quiet neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I'm leaving Perth so need to find a replacement on lease - fantastic place to live. We are considering the following three options to fill my space: 1) one person can pay 315/week, and have both rooms to themselves (bedroom + workspace, office, yoga room, etc), as well as their own bathroom and exclusive use of the downstairs living area 2) a couple can rent both rooms for 360/week, and have the same as that described in option 1 (price adjusted considering 2 ppl) 3) we will fill both rooms individually - each person pays 190/week, and shares the downstairs bathroom, living area, etc. Your flatmate will live upstairs, and share the kitchen with you (he rarely ever uses it to be honest). He is also away working on a boat 3 weeks at a time, so its basically having a beautiful, modern, million dollar+ home to yourself (or shared with one other person) for very low cost. Other standard things include: washer/dryer, clothesline, beautiful patio area, outdoor storage shed, etc. etc. Applicants have to go on the lease (and through the standard application/approval process - rental history check + OK'ed by homeowner)
Hello wonderful people! My sister and I are looking for incredible people to live with until Christmas when we fly back to the UK for the holidays! Hoping to share with girls / guys who like chilling / cooking together, movies, dranks the usual social crap that housemates do together and genuinely get along. Maddy: - Documentaries (I love Louis Theroux) - Plants, plants and more plants - Gym ( when we can be arsed ) - Dog obsessed Holly: - Yoga Teacher - Anything which requires active wear - big red hair is my thing - Hates Tinder In terms of house We’re pretty easy, the people are more important than the house and I (Maddy) am used to London's tiny flats so room size isn't really an issue but We’d each like a room with a double bed or we can bring furniture ourselves! Clean, Tidy duh... Drop us message! Mads and Hols xo

Hi! I'm Jane :) I'm 29, originally from the UK, and now living and working as a nurse in Perth. I love the ocean, yoga, live music, the outdoors and am hoping to find a friendly, sociable house share close to the beach. I'm fairly busy and like to be out and about with friends, but I'd like to live with likeminded people who are keen for maybe the odd drink, or to cook / watch a movie at home - I don't want to live in a house where everyone stays in their rooms and lives like strangers! I'm friendly, clean and tidy, and easy to live with. I don't really know what else to say, so please ask if you want to know anything! I’m looking for somewhere on the coast only :)
Seeking Housemates OR A SPACIOUS Home to move into LONGTERM LOOKING TO MOVE INTO A VERY SPACIOUS HOME or LOOKING FOR SIMILAR MINDED PEOPLE TO TEAM UP WITH FOR A Longterm HOUSE-HUNT. Looking to live with RESPONSIBLE RESPECTFUL HEALTH-CONSCIOUS ADULTS in the age range between late 20s to early 40s. Location-wise for houses LOOKING SOUTH OF THE RIVER *** in the areas BETWEEN FREO to APPLECROSS REGION ... ideally like to keep it closer to the north and in the vicinity 10-15min max from Freo. Looking for a *homey home* - nice features… (not plain!)- with loads of greenery in its garden surrounds, and ideally close to nature reserves/ parks/ river/lake/ ocean. Looking for a 12 month stay ideally or longer for the perfect place. Personally its extremely important for me to be looking for a home that can be my sanctuary - somewhere to thrive in, recover in and LOVE coming home and being home in. Nature-full, happy, relaxed, stress-free, SPACIOUS and also where it feels like we have a lil family being all together but still with all our own space.…. Can’t stand being stuck indoors in what feels like a shoebox of bricks and mortar or feeling uncomfortable being me with all it entails inside the home. - Outdoors ideally will have large covered patio/ entertaining areas, plus garden to work with (eg veggie/herb garden/fruit trees etc) Looking for a quiet and; peaceful area of a suburb. Set on it being the RIGHT PLACE to call home… a house I can feel is comfortable for me to be in like my own home is important to me. I'm in no rush- i have a flexible living arrangement where I am now and so I'm happy to wait til I find whats suits my best interests - with both people and places I’m keen on a –*spacious* and functional kitchen - a chefs kitchen I guess you’d call it – ideally with a big gas burner stove, decent size oven, deep double sinks and have cupboard space for my high quality kitchen equipment and gadgets like thermomix, dehydrator etc.... happy to share what i have provided its all looked after :) I’ve also got enough stuff to fill part of an office/ study as well as a bedroom… heaps of books, and study materials and paperwork/ filing cabinet… so if there’s a study too or alternatively a really big bedroom with space for storing these that would be great! Also with regards to bedroom - walk in wardrobe prefferred otherwise larger size built in robes would suit too. I'd prefer my own bathroom and I DEFINITELY NEED A BATH. Its part of my therapy program to have magnesium baths - so its a non-negotiable aspect. Would love some space in a garage/ workshop/ shed /basement– I have tools (I’m an Industrial Electrician/ Instrumentation tech in the making) + have a bit of workshop gear, and some of outdoors/ camping/ sporting stuff that i'd like to be able to be stored in an organised manner in a garage/ basement/ shed – CLEAN, secure, accessible + able to be kept organised. Looking for a home with multiple different living areas so we are not confined to a bedroom when all are home and need our own space, especially if people are privately entertaining guests. Additions like solar panels, bore retic, fire places, evaporative air con etc etc are welcomed additions- not essential. Not fussed on things like pools/ spas but if they are there cool bonus. Rental/ Character references available on request - written and by phone. I personally have looked after full properties as large as 5 acres including gardens, pools, home etc. and have EXCELLENT references… I pride myself on this and on looking after homes as if they were my own. I can certainly be trusted with this. And if its not obvious – I do appreciate the finer furnishings in a home, so I’m not looking for run down, or bland or plain…. I’m looking for interesting + different and things that really make it feel like a nice home. I feel its important to love your surroundings! I have a DETAILED bio i can send you but in short: Myself, Dee (30 in December)- recovering from a car accident, recently finished a years stint in an head injury rehabilitation facility. I’m Still in the rehab/ recovery stage, just now more independently physically & cognitively capable & so working more on rehab in the community rather than live-in rehab... so theres lots of appointments to attend daily... keeps me quite busy. ... The next 6months of my life are focussed on regaining as much of my previous life's capabilities as possible (previously was working away on the mines in the final years of my dual trade apprenticeship in industrial electrotechnology + instrumentation). In contrast to that, I’m also a holistic health + wellbeing enthusiast and prior to the accident, I used to be right into my fitness and exploring/adventure travel life too + LOVE freediving and everything to do with the ocean. I'm clean, responsible, mature, friendly, caring, kind, thoughtful, resourceful, motivated, have a good research head on my shoulders and love everything about nature, the outdoors + life optimisation (bio-hacking) in every form. For more info about me/ my bio - feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you regarding potential matches! Feel free to call or phone text in addition to responding via flatmates.... I don't always see the flatmates messages- so phones the more assured and fastest way to get hold of me. Cheers for your time! Deedee :) 0408377519
Hey I’m Hayley, looking for a room to rent with some groovy humans, love adventures, travelling, sports, camping, hiking, beach, skating (anything outdoors really) don’t mind a beer/wine every now and then with a good laugh too, I currently do FIFO on a 8n6 roster but when I’m home in Perth I’m normally off on some kind of adventure.. love a clean tidy space, enjoy being social but also like my own company too, if that’s your vibe hit me up 😊
Hi There! I'm Susie. 31 and work full time as a Sales Representative. Love keeping fit and spending time at the beach. Not looking for a party house, but housemates with a similar outlook on life with a positive and respectful vibe. Thanks
Currently looking for a quiet friendly clean atmosphere for myself and my dog (flexible*) preferably close to the ocean. I am studying full-time, finishing my arts diploma with a creative writing major. I enjoy the simple life with the sand between my toes, salt in my hair and a pen in my hand. Im healthy and enjoy the outdoors just as much as my independence and a good book. Love a bevin and a serve of dry humour at the end of any day. *Vincent is a street pupper so im not completely sure what breed he is. Medium sized and appreciates the love. Well behaved and trained. He is currently living up in the hills where he is very happy. Im in no rush to move him for this sake but will be considering an environment, perfect backyard space and quietish atmosphere for him in the future.
Hello, About Me: I am a 26 year old young professional working full-time as a Senior Strata Manager. I'm interested in rock climbing, getting out and about, keeping fit and keeping social. I've spent the last 5 years flatting in apartments so I have no issues with cleanliness, respect, payment times etc. I am going to be studying while I work so I will be looking for a place that balances downtime and getting out/being social at appropriate times. My plans are to find a place with a 6 month lease with the option to renew. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thanks.
