Hi, my name is Matt and I'm looking for a furnished room as close as possible to South Fremantle. I'm currently working three days per week while putting time into other projects, but will more than likely get a second job during the winter months. I spend as much time as possible outside - either at the beach or going for bike rides - and enjoy catching up with friends when I can, but definitely not a party animal and just looking for somewhere quiet and chilled where I can relax, but still enjoy a nice conversation and maybe share the odd meal if time and schedules allow. I don't smoke or have any other nasty habits; am friendly but respect other people's privacy; clean up after myself and always pay rent on time (happy to provide references). I also love animals, so any pets would be sure to get plenty of attention. I don't have a car and am pretty low maintenance - all I need is some bedroom furniture, a healthy, non-smoking environment and somewhere secure to keep my bicycle.
