Hi I'm an Indian, 25, Male, moving to Perth soon to work full-time for an MNC. I like roaming in the city and travelling to suburbs in free time. I'm looking for a non-sharing room in a flat/apartment/house anywhere within FTZ or Zone 1. My budget is $100 - $200 based on how far it is from the center of the city. I prefer to have Gym & Pool within the building or nearby.
Hi there, i am have recently moved over to Perth from New Zealand. I work 9 to 5 in an office as an engineering geologist, but often go away for several weeks at a time for work. Looking for a place with friendly flatmates that i can call home. I am clean and like cooking meals for the week. Enjoy a couple of beers in the weekend. I have brought a car and enjoy exploring Perth and the wider area. I am currently living in a back packers which is a little challenging to do working an office job so i am motivated to find a new place. Thanks for reading!!
Clean, tidy, respectful male; working full time in sales and labouring. Looking for a room in a house of three or four, with good communal spaces to either chill and share or to get-up and retreat to, other than one's bedroom - ie, garage, garden, patio, second-lounge room, whatever... We've all lived with some noisy, messy, unprepared, dominating, thoughtless and humourless people... and it's ultimately a big hassle that nobody wants. So none of these please, be honest with yourselves... Hopefully, most people can get the basics right, just on auto-pilot alone, but some... gee whiz, they can be a nightmare... and they don't get it, at all. I have found these to be the live-in landlords, who want to take your money, but don't want to share or show respect... so maybe none of those either, thanks. A bit of piss-taking banter, a thick skin and a genuine Aussie sense of humour can be a good way to keep communication open and free-flowing, particularly around topics of irritation which arise from time to time. Anybody trained or played in a sporting team or other group? Anybody resorting to violence, threats or blatant displays of disrespect rather than the abovementioned sensible methods and practices, ought to pull their head in and get off this service and stop wasting people's time and taking their money. And that's why I'm great to live with: because I'm fair dinkum about it. Plus I'm a decent cook and I'm actually HAPPY to share and show respect to my housemates. Maybe even make new friends :) Thanks, Clayton

Hello!! I’m a film student from ECU, and I’m currently looking for a room near my ECU campus in Mount Lawley. I’m a quite person at home & always mind my own business. I will be quite busy with campus & working so I’ll probably won’t be at home that much. I’m looking for a furnished room in a sharehouse, if you have something ready by the first month of July hit me up!
I am a friendly and easy going student that is currently studying engineering. I pack light and consider myself a bit of a minimalist so I won’t be bringing lots of furniture etc. I am looking for some housemates which I hope to be able to call my friends too. I have plenty of experience living with other people and respect others boundaries and always clean after myself.
My partner Loretta and I are a couple living in Perth. I grew up here while Loretta is from Melbourne. I've been working ski seasons in Japan for the last 7 years while studying at UWA in between, eventually graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese. I've just come back from Japan and looking to return to my job here but also going back to studying at uni in May. Loretta studied her bachelors in business and then also followed the ski season life between Falls Creek and Japan. She currently works FIFO with a 2:1 (weeks) roster but will be returning to studies in July where she will continue working FIFO on a 8:6 (days) roster. We have both lived in a number of different share style accommodations and are used to living with all sorts of individuals. We are considerate housemates, who both enjoy socialising over a bev, family dinners, or a movie night. In saying this, we also respect everyones personal space. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Enormous unfurnished studio-apartment style room available in a beautiful, spacious home with high ceilings on Fitzgerald Street. The room available really is huge at 10m x 4.5m, and has its own access and parking spot. Big enough for a couple to live in comfortably (functioning as a bedroom and living room) or for a single person who really loves their privacy! There is a bus stop in front of the house with direct connections to/from Perth station, approx 3km so also easy to walk it. We are just a few minutes walk to North Perth Plaza (Coles, etc) and cafes as well. We are on a 1000sq m block and have a huge backyard where we park our cars and there is room for more so it's great for security. Bills are not included in the rent, we split them evenly as they come. Room is ready for viewing on the weekend and will become available from Sunday 5 May.
I'm clean, a friendly person, I work a lot so you will barely see me. I work as an Administrator in the city and I also own my own business. Fori like to watch tv shows, but I'm also getting into the gym a bit more so I could call that a hobby of mine
