I work full time in the Corporate industry located in North Sydney. Need a fresh start and live close to work. I am very outgoing, fun and bubbly. Clean and tidiness is my priority, do not like living in a mess. I prefer to live with full time working females who like to cook, clean and are bubbly like me :)

I hope I can live with nice & friendly flatmates :)) Thank you
Hi! Thanks for checking out my page. My name is Nicole and I'm a Science student at University of Sydney. And, I hope to look for a place to stay from Mid/End November 2018 till Mid/End January 2019. As a person, I'm really cheerful and easy-going, thus, I get along well with others. I'm also rather organized so I tend to enjoy my frequent "clean-up"s. As outgoing as I am, I also enjoy the privacy of my own room. If you're interested, please do drop me a message.
Two stories townhouse with a garden located between North Sydney and Waverton. Quiet, leafy and safe location while being very convenient - only 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station (Waverton) and bus stops (on Pacific Hwy). Every 2-3 minutes a train during peak hours and it only takes 10 minutes to get to Wynyard/Town Hall/Chatwood. If you work in North Sydney, it takes a leisurely walk of 9 minutes to get to the center of North Sydney (the Post Office). The townhouse is not flashy brand new but cosy and clean. I am working on planting more flowering plants in the garden but right now its filled with roses and camellias. There are 1.5 bathrooms available for you and one other lady so even though you may need to wait for the shower, you won't need to hold for toilet. High quality furniture (especially the mattress - chiro recommended medium firm, just bought 2 months ago) and appliances to increase comfort. Unlimited internet and Netflix included in the rent together with other bills. If you are into sports or foreign language TV, there is a TV-box that has real time channels from most countries, including many paid sport channels. My personal preference is clean, tidy and quiet living space to relax and rewind after work so I am hoping to find someone like minded and willing to put in joint effort to maintain the common area so. Sorry but strictly no smokers. There is one friendly and playful indoor-only cat living under the same roof. It would be great if you like cats and can keep the doors closed at all times.
Hi! I am from Ottawa, Canada and I work in the TV industry . I am coming down to Sydney for a year to work in my field. Maybe I'll stay permanently....who knows! I used to live in Australia when I was younger so I have a dual-citizenship. Sadly, I lost my Aussie accent! I am very clean, love to cook, love to try new restaurants & love to paint.
I'm Ashish, 23 from India, studying Master of Information Technology and working part-time as an ITC Support Engineer. I'm clean, easy going, laid back and easy to live with. I like to stay fit and healthy. Ideally would be good to live with people who like to have a bit of a laugh and not take themselves too seriously.
I am a 25 year old Canadian female here for my masters degree in occupational therapy and part time work as well! I am friendly, clean and respectful. I enjoy being active, having beach days, drinks with friends, painting and I absolutely love animals ! Please message me if you would like to chat more :)
Dog in photo is not mine, don't worry! Prefer to live with one other female, around the same age as me too. I'm quiet, but also enjoy being friendly and sharing dinners/drinks - so depends on time of the week really. I like keeping a clean environment and enjoy cooking. I like keeping active and living with someone who could become a friend too. During the week I work, exercise & cook, the weekends I'll be social, active & catch up on work/rest. Moving to be closer to work and the beach. I want to live in a nice place.
Hello I'm Nicola, I am 31 years old from the UK and have been living in Melbourne for nearly 2 years. I work in media and will be transferring to our Sydney office at the end of November. Looking for a nice place to call home and hopefully by the beach to really feel like I’m living the Australia dream. Whilst I know a few people in Sydney would love the opportunity to meet new people but definitely not needy! Sucker for a box set and glass of wine but determined to get fit so don’t let me do it! (Too often)

Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the CBD so I'd like to live somewhere a bit closer to shorten the commute. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. Friendly housemates are preferred. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
Hi! My name is Nana. I came from Japan for working holiday to improve my English skills. I stayed at Byron Bay to go to English school for a month and I've just moved to Sydney. I'm looking for a room to live and a job to work. I'm very respectable, clean, neat, and tidy.
I’m 29, currently living in Western Sydney and looking to move closer to work. I’m a lawyer by background and currently work in government for a charity based in Chippendale. I’m generally pretty busy after work and on weekends, but am super social, and would love to share a chat, drink and a meal, whilst also knowing when to give a bit of privacy.
G'day from WA! My name is Lucy and I am 23 years old. I am moving from Perth to Sydney to study a masters at Macquarie university. I try to pursue a healthy, balanced lifestyle and keep a positive mindset. During the week I am focused on keeping fit, cooking healthy meals and being organised with my work. On weekends I enjoy to unwind and be social. I don't take myself too seriously and am always up for a laugh or chat. I am clean and tidy to live with and am looking for a housemate who is also this way. I am respectful towards others, value personal space and I am thoughtful towards the needs of others. I am looking to live someone who is relaxed and motivated, ideally someone who is a young professional or postgraduate student.
PLEASE DONT CALL FROM FLATMATES ME IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME SEND ME SMS OR A MESSAGE. Friendly, respectful and very tidy mature female. I'm currently working part time in fitness industry. I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now and at the moment I am looking for long term accommodation. I NEED a room with at least DOUBLE BED. I hate single beds as I'm 5'10" and Im not going to settle for a small room for a big price. If the room is spacious enough I am willing to get my own bed. The area I'm interested in is preferably with great access to the city (close to train station) and surrounding areas by public transport due to the fact that I don't own a car. I am at uni hence I would prefer a quiet place but I like socializing from time to time over a drink or two ;) I like cooking and I'm prepping my meals in advance so I need a place where I am comfortable doing it without restrictions. I wanna feel like home not prison. Thanks!
I am an engineering graduate and recently completed my internship. Moving to Sydney from Canberra. I am an easy going, friendly person who is looking for a peaceful, tidy place with decent housemates.
