Hello :) My name is Aleksandra, I am a 31 year-old female. I originally come from Serbia but I have lived away from home for over 13 years now. I'm an easy going professional looking for a similar flatmate to share a house/apartment with. I enjoy socialising, movies, a glass of wine or two, nice food and being around likeminded people. I am very friendly and easy to get along with (so I have been told anyway :) Ideally I would like to find two more like minded people and then we can look for our new home together. I am pretty flexible with the location of our new home as long as it's safe and near a train station. The rent at my current place is paid in advance so I can only move out from 20 July onwards.
I'm currently in North Sydney and seeking to stay in the area. I'm happy to chat and be social or to mind my own business. Non-smoker, respectful and neat. Always reliable with rent.
Room price is $315 for a single ONLY , includes all bills, internet, furniture & weekly cleaners. Good size room with a super comfortable arm chair which is not in the pictures. The property is in a great location in North Sydney, just few mins to North Sydney station and supermarkets. A bus stop is just in front of the house.
Hi, We've lived for 4 / 10 years in Mosman until our landlord decided to renovate and sell, so here we are looking for a new place to call home! Just: - creative - kind hearted - works in aged care - good with cooking and cleaning - social bug - enjoys learning instruments Seb: - creative, also - gets down and dirty - works at Luna Park - good at fixing just about anything, OCD with cleaning - reserved - rides motorcycle everywhere Currently we are staying with friends until the end of June, so fairly flexible with moving dates.
Hi there, I am a fresh working professional in North Sydney, and I am clean and tidy, easy-going, would like to be helpful and supportive for my flatemate~~ But I also respect personal space and would like some after a long day~~ I am a fashion lover(would love to share outfit ideas), enjoying hanging out to have some sensible fun, exploring markets/cafes, going to the beach, do paintings/ dancings, taking photos and yeh, having drinks 🍸 😂. Feel free to ask more about me~~
I am very helpful and friendly, easy going, generous, loyal, humble, generous, funny and happy 😊. Love to chat. Work as a horticulturist at a wholesale plant nursery which supplies plants for all the flower power stalls in NSW. Love animals such as birds. Other hobbies are exercises eg weight training and running. Also one more thing, i love 😍 washing up and drying.
Hello future flatmate! I'm super easygoing, friendly, humorous and with respect for all people. I'm organized, clean, decent with a good sense of humor! A Singaporean guy currently working in Chastwood as a brand and social media consultant. I'm looking for a minimum stay of 1mth or more, if we get along, we can stay flatmates for a long time. Interested in single rooms with shared/own bathroom. Best Regards & hope to hear from you! Cheers!
Hi friends!! We're two easy-going individuals, kind of dorky but good dorky you know? I'm currently a full time accountant (wow exciting right? HAHA) and Kyle will be moving over from the US (just finished Uni doing an Environmental Studies major). We love a bit of a fun but our fun isn't really 'throw a huge house party and vomit into vases' kind of fun, more like 'board games and alcohol with friends' kind of fun. A hot pot or yakiniku kind of party yeah? I do work full time so I won't be home ever during the weekdays, and most nights/weekends I have bits and bobs going on - I love to dance (hip hop is my thing but I can't wait to take up any latin dance styles!!); my crew training take up a good 6-8hrs of my free time, and when I'm not dancing I love yoga and food (cooking and eating!! YAY!). Kyle will be here on working holiday so probably just a part time job and just exploring Sydney. We're both relatively social but do really enjoy our down time reading/stretching/eating cake on a Friday night by ourselves. We do love to travel so we're probably not going to be around the full year - there will be weeks we're out and about, but I'm sure we can sort something out!! Let me know if we seem like your kind of people - we're looking to find a place by July :) !! (Will trade a good deal for dance lessons/food HAHA) Cheers, Joy
I am looking for co-applicants for a 4 bedroom house. The rent will vary for each tenant according to the room. We may also want to rent out the living room in order to reduce costs. I have already inspected the place. There a few things that need touch ups, such as the hinge of the door in the back room that goes out to the balcony is rigid so the doors don't open enough. The sliding doors in the built in wardrobe in the adjacent room didn't seem to slide smoothly at the first attempt, but I managed to get them sliding smoothly. The door to the attic in the loft catches on the carpet. The rent listed above is conditional on: - 2 weeks notice before moving out, or failing 2 weeks notice, the equivalent amount of rent being paid, pro-rata; - you arrange to get your own furnishings (you can get some from Freecycle or Salvation Army warehouse in Petersham, where stuff is distributed all over Sydney) - the cost of shared furniture (e.g. washing machine, dining table, fridge) is split evenly Otherwise, the rent will be more. The rent would be cheaper if someone lives in the living room, pending approval from the landload, which can be negotiated after the rooms are filled. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The three rooms on the same level as the kitchen and bathroom have built-in wardrobes. All of the rooms have windows and should fit a double bed. IIRC the rooms on the first storey have flyscreens while the room in the loft does not have them. I would like to live in the room that has doors out to the balcony, as I would use it twice a day to do energization exercises. Some information about me: - I work full-time as a technical support engineer at Sungrow; - I like to meditate during my spare time, as well as learning C++ and Solidity for local electricity trading and Ethereum development; - I don't drink or smoke. I was a vegan, but for the past few weeks I am trialling eggs to see if they improve my health. - I prefer a quiet home - I intend to stay for the long-term, especially if I keep working in my job nearby. If interested, please get in touch with me, telling me about yourself, such as what you do for work, what you like to do in your free time and how long you intend to stay. For the fastest and most efficient processing of enquiries, please send me a message and text me (you can just put High St). We can talk or meet after that.
Hello everybody, I'm currently living in SA and have just about had enough of this place frankly, I just cannot get work here to save my life. I live in a nice house that my parents spent all their money rebuilding, but I need to move out for my own good. I've talked to a few people and they recommended Melbourne as a good place to start. I'm pretty quiet overall, but have a better sense of humour than many and enjoy travelling and photography. I tend to prefer staying at home, I never have been and never will be of the "party type", its not for me. I'm an online gamer too and thus my only prerequisite is an immediate wired internet connection. I am ready to move at any moment's notice. Currently not working at the present moment but feel a change in scenery is exactly what I need to find something. Thanks, Anthony.
I am a full time working professional so during the week I don't have too much time to go out but would love to come home and have a glass of wine and relax. When it comes to to weekend I do enjoy going out with my friends - whether it's to dinner, a bar or a club- I'm not too fussed. I am very clean and respectful of others and would be more than happy to do anything I can around the place to play my part.
I am 24, currently working full-time as a customer relations coordinator at RFG , work as a casual on weekends behind the bar in the city. Easy going , pretty outgoing and tidy. Spend my time off work training , hanging out with the girlfriend and friends aswell as playing rugby on the weekend. Currently keeping my eye out for accommodation. Somewhere preferably around or in Sydney City.
Hi, I am Liliya :) I moved to Sydney 6 months ago after living in Prague for a couple years. I need to find a new place to live as our office is relocating from Wynyard to Macquarie park. Working full time, non smoking, no pets, fun and open person.
Aloha! Eve here. If you are looking for a clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, conscious, considerate roommate then look no further. I'm ideally looking for a furnished granny flat or share house with good vibes. I work in the education, research and holistic healing fields. I'm friendly but also like my own space so if living in a share house like to have a harmonious balance of privacy yet good connection and communication with roomies. I enjoy a glass of wine and a nice laugh like most, however will not fit into a party house even though I am still very young at heart. If this resonates please feel free to contact me. Gracias xx
Hi, We are a couple from the Maldives (30 & 32 yrs), looking for accommodation in any suburb around Sydney. We are looking for a private room with our own bathroom. I work full-time and my partner works as a freelance developer. We are a social and easy going couple who enjoy cooking - wouldn't mind sharing a meal :) We don't drink or smoke. We are very tidy and like to keep the house clean.
My name is Davide, 27 years old from Italy, I have been in Sydney for 3 and an half years and I am finally about to open my own cafè in Neutral Bay, reason why I would like to move from my current place in Redfern to a more convenient place nearby my workplace. I am a sociable, clean, tidy and respectful person, I know what sharing and living with other people means. Looking for a cozy place that I can call home. Cheers
We are clean, friendly, easy going couple from Manchester, England looking for a cosy room. Recently employed in a stable job. We are active and like to keep fit and enjoy the occasional drink or two.
