I'll be a full time student, studying performing arts next year. Part-time bartender. Originally from Russia. I am into all sorts of fitness training, cinematography, theatre and books. I'm looking to share a house/apartment with easy going, friendly and CLEAN people. I don't mind to hang out once a while, watch a movie, have a drink or working out together.
Hey there... We have a huge room for rent in an awesome 3 bedroom house in North Sydney. $290 P/W plus bills. (If you require the room to be furnished it will be $310 P/W plus bills). Bond is 4 weeks rent. The room itself is pretty big (3.2m x 4m) includes a wardrobe but comes unfurnished otherwise. If you want it furnished this can be arranged also but the rent will increase slightly if this is the case. It is available on 14th December. This house would suit someone who is working in the lower north shore or city (but not necessary) as you could walk to work, not to mention the money you would save on travel (I personally save about $40 p/w on travel) The house is fully furnished with all modern appliances and furniture. Highlights of the house are the huge sunroom at the back, the huge 2 level backyard, great views, second outdoor toilet and wine cellar. It is about 7mins walk to North Sydney CDB and train station and about 10mins walk to North Sydney Ferry Station. 25 min walk to Sydney CBD. Only 5mins walk to the water. Oh and I have Netflix, Stan, Hulu and super fast NBN internet! There is a street parking permit up for grabs which you just have to buy from the council. Think it is slightly a little more than $50 per year. As for me, I'm in my 30's and work full-time in North Sydney for a Tech Company. During the week I'm pretty busy with work/gym/dog and then on the weekend I like to do all the general stuff people like to do. Scuba Diving if I get a chance. I have been told I'm pretty clean for a guy, I'm very laid back and I also enjoy having a beer every now and again with my housemate just so we aren't strangers. I have always lived in the inner west so am still kind of adjusting. I also have a super friendly 11 year old staffy who will probably want to be your best friend. Lucie’s blurb about herself - French girl in her thirsties who works too much in Finance for a french travel retail company. I love red wine, sarcasm and listening to true crime podcasts. I cook a lot, not for pleasure most of the time, and I'm trying to have an active lifestyle (running and yoga) outside the walk to the bar. If you enjoy gardening you'll be a good fit in our share house as the backyard is huge! We’ll be showing the room starting next weekend (30/11), so if you're keen drop me a line to tell me a bit about yourself and then we can organise a time for you to come check it out and meet myself, Lucie and Buddy (the dog). Any questions just ask. Look forward to hearing from you Craig, Lucie and Buddy 🐶

Looking for 6-12 months with the potential to extend.
