Hi there, I'm currently looking for share accomodation in Sydney. I'm open to living in or around the areas I've listed. Ideally somewhere close to transport into Central. I've worked in IT for around 20 years and now run my own business in Design & IT Management. This requires a work approach that involves a combination of creative and analytical activities. Generally I'm quiet and introverted but still sociable. I enjoy an in depth chat, especially about the world, travel, or anything creative. I especially enjoy the company and conversation of creative and open minded people. Although I'm 47, many of my friends are in their 30s. I get along well with people of all ages and have good friends anywhere from late 20s to 60. I'm a non-smoker and a social drinker. I generally don't drink a lot. I enjoy quality single malt whisky, good craft beer, and at times decent red wine. I also really enjoy music (live and recorded) and I play several instruments - mainly guitar and bass, but also dabble in any other instruments that may be laying around. Other interests include graphic and web design, UI/UX design, tennis, cycling, hiking, and generally getting out into nature, especially to the ocean or the mountains. I enjoy reading when I get the time, mostly non-fiction but some fiction to break it up. I haven't watched TV in over 5 years, so I'm well out of the loop there. I don't mind if housemates watch TV though. I have some dietary restrictions (by choice) and enjoy cooking my own food at home. I'm totally happy to make a little extra for flatmates if they like what I'm cooking. I've recently returned from over a year of world travel and about to start some new contract work in the Sydney CBD. I currently have a place on the mid north NSW coast in Port Macquarie and I'm looking for a place to live in Sydney while I undertake a work contract. Initially the contract is for 4 months, but has a likely chance of extending. I would be returning to my place in Port Macquarie some weekends as an escape from the city, but will be around all week and possibly some weekends in Sydney. I have many friends in the city so may be out and about some week nights, but will definitely be at home many nights. I'm up for a social game of tennis with anyone who may be interested and I enjoy getting out into nature, parks, beach etc whenever I get the chance. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people as part of this next phase of my life. Jai (pronounced Jay)
Hey! We are a french couple looking for a place to stay for our first months in Sydney. My name is Phoebe Kelly, I'm 20 years old and studying Primary Education, looking to find a place on the Northern Beaches while I complete my degree. I'm very quiet as I have a lot of artworks and assignments to complete but do love to have a chat (and am always up for a wine or two). I also love animals and am top notch with cleanliness.
Hey! My name’s Tahlia, I’m 25 and just finished up with (way too many) years at Uni and ready to finally start living! Ideally, I’m looking for a housemate that I can be mates with, but we can also be comfortable in our own space. Personality-wise, I’m pretty friendly, open and a bit chatty. I’m active, currently a bit obsessive about running and cycling, and very recently yoga (which was a massive surprise for me too). I know what’s important in being a good roommate (I’m not going to eat your leftover butter chicken, and I’m not going to ignore the low toilet paper until we run out). I’m a bit of a neat freak about the kitchen, but outside that I’m not a slob and totally respect that common areas are for everyone and your own space exists for a reason. I’m always up for a bit of a chat over some food and bad tv, but I do try to be out and about regularly. Full disclosure, I’m highly allergic to peanuts, so if you love peanut butter and Thai food, then we’re probably not going to work out :( If you think we’d get along, drop me a message and I’d love to have a chat!
I am originally from Taipei, Taiwan and now a student at USYD, studying commerce. This is the first time in my life I have been in Sydney. I would like to explore the city more by taking short trips on weekends. I am an easy-going and friendly person and would like to chat with people if they don't feel bothered. I am a beginner at cooking and would love to share my cooking skills with people and learn from them. I like things to be organized so I tidy up my room often. I am looking for roomates sharing similar life style as mine.
Im Ophe, 29 years , and from Paris :) oui oui La baguette ! Im looking for a nice and cosy place but above all with friendly housemates that I could call friends in the future :) ! Im independent, but enjoy catching up with my housemates over dinner or wine. I’m looking for a home as opposed to a party house. I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful of each other's space and privacy. I work part time in a spa and study massage part time too, 50hours. I enjoy catching up with my friends on weekends, trying new restaurants and bars. Ophe

Hi I'm Louisa, working a full-time corporate job and and in my late 20s. Tend to work long hours during the week, but otherwise I'm relaxed and friendly whilst tidy and respectful of my housemates' privacy and space. Looking for the same characteristics in other housemates. Happy to answer any further questions you might have.
House trained sane sorted professional guy. Self employed. Outgoing and enjoy cooking, wine, music and the company of fun people. Pretty laid back and I stay fit by walking, gym and the occasional surf ski. Tend to work from home a couple of days per week.
My Name is Saurabh. I work full time in NBN as Data Analyst in North Sydney from Monday to Friday. After work I prefer to go to gym. I am easy going and quite disciplined. Though I am from India I don't do Indian cooking. I usually cook twice in week. Not a huge fan of spending time in kitchen. I love travelling. Every 3-4 months I travel to a new place for short break. Huge movie lover. I am always up for good conversation or a glass of wine in weekends. I always make sure to keep the house clean and comfortable..
Hi, I’m Tegan. I’m 28 and moving to Sydney to start full time work in St Leonards mid March. I’m originally from northern NSW but have just returned from living in the UK. I love a little adventure, travel, hiking, the ocean, nature, food, wine and live music. I’m easy going, enjoy time to myself but also like to socialise with housemates such as enjoying the odd wine or beer. I’m a tidy housemate and will be working ~8-5 Monday - Friday with some weekend work.
Well. My name is Dave. I am currently working part time in a cafe, while I finish up studying in business management. I am someone who prides myself on cleanliness and a well kept appearance. I am a firm believer that we all that what we put out and so I try to always put out the love and respect we all deserve. I enjoy conversation and on the weekends find myself to be occupied with all manner or different happenings with friends. I am looking to find housemates that are like minded when it comes to common respect and courtesy for the home that they live in and the friends they live with. I hope that's enough information for the time being but if there is anything to know then please ask as I try to be an open book and someone who is easily talked to. Cheers guys. Dave.

Hey! My name is Alistair and I'm looking for a room from mid March until mid July. I'm 22 years old and have been working in Sydney the last 6 months as a cook In an American barbeque restaurant, so will be looking for a smilar job soon (am traveling at the moment) I'm a clean and responsible housemate, if I make a mess cooking I'll always clear it up, and I love a chat or a movie session in the evenings, or going to the pub. Hi, my name is Niklas, I'm from Germany and I'm doing my PhD in Australia and Germany simulaneously. That's why I'm looking for a flat for only 6 months because after that period I'm going back to Germany for a while. In my free time, I love going to the gym, playing the piano and go rock climbing. But I'm also keen for an occasional glas of wine or a beer and a good chat in the evening. Currently, I'm still in Germany, but could come for a viewing from the 14th of February. Cheers!
Hey, I'm a 25-year-old professionally trained ballerina and contemporary dancer from Sydney, Australia. I'm currently working at a physiotherapy clinic as a pilates instructor which means early morning starts. I'm moving to LA within the next 9-12 months from now to work on some dance video projects with other creatives. I need home to be calm and relaxing as I am also working hard to rehabilitate from some injuries which can be a bit physically draining. I'd love to find people who are doing their own thing and appreciate having home-life be relaxed so that we can have cool conversations, help inspire each other, and appreciate each other's privacy and alone time to unwind. I've lived in a multitude of countries with different types of people and understand and respect cleanliness in a relaxed and harmonious way where everyone can communicate what their needs and expectations are.
