Hi there my names Celeste and My partners Name is Jake. I am 20 and he is 18. We have just moved down home from Brisbane and have been staying with my parents which isn't working out great. We are currently looking for a room furnished or unfurnished. We are a couple that enjoy time to ourselves but also like social time. I'm an organised clean freak most days but love to kick back and relax other days, My partner is rather shy but easy to get along with. As we have currently just moved back home we are unemployed but with the commonwealth games I doubt we'll be unemployed for too much longer hopefully. Our affordable budget is 150 per week but when the extra bills come in we can pay extra as we'll put money away for them. We both do not have our licence's so due to that public transport close by would be great. We would love an easy going housemate.

I love to see films and I always looking for surf new places and making little trips. If u have something to show me up, do not hesitate to contact me!! :)

It only takes 12mins to get from the beach to this hidden little paradise. Rural living with views of surrounding hills as well as a fully renovated large sized bedroom with brand new ensuite make your time at home something special. There's a well worn tennis court to have a hit and giggle along with a salt water pool to enjoy on summer days and nights. Or you might just like spending quiet moments relaxing anywhere around these 9 acres. Generally pretty quiet lifestyle although impromptu gatherings often happen.
Semi self contained granny flat on second floor of a house. Reasonable view. Shared kitchen upstairs however small electrical appliances may be utilsed in a kitchenette setup. Parties, drugs, violence or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Would suit a working single person (no grave yard shift workers), working couple or single parent in transition. All other matters will be discussed on viewing.

Bathroom is shared between two roommates and has a great layout of seperate shower, toilet and vanity. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished but if you do have furniture you'd like to bring that can be negotiable. (Pots and pans are not included). Must like dogs as we have a small Border Collie. House is close to clubs, shops, gym and transport. 10 min drive to the beach. 10 mins drive to SCU and Tweed Hospital for students Feel free to ask any questions. We are only looking for someone who is exceptionally clean (this is a must) and also respectful of others belongings.
I'm an electrician that enjoys the outdoors. I'm outgoing but appreciate the quiet times aswell, currently waiting for summer to crank into action as ill be on the water most days
Definitely the geeky/nerdy type so a fast internet connection with lots of (if not unlimited) data would be great. Even though I'm a bit of a geek, I get on well with all kinds of people. I'm relatively tidy and like to keep communal areas hygienic and clean. I'm fairly quite, although sometimes I'm up late gaming online, so I try to do my best to not be too loud. I enjoy watching (ok binging) series on Netflix as a group activity. More a cat person than a dog person, but I really don't mind. Moving to the Kingscliff area (or surrounds) so that I may undertake a Tafe course starting in July. I already have a degree under my belt, but I need more workplace based experience. Also my move date is flexible. That was just an estimate. Would prefer to stay in NSW too, but willing to move to the Gold coast of need be.
Hey! I’m Ando, 21 years old and orginally from Melbourne, but am moving up North for work. I’m a currently undertaking my carpentry apprenticeship, so I work full-time Monday-Friday. I’m a very friendly, happy and easy to get a long with guy. In my spare time, I love surfing, heading out around the coast and a drink with friends. I’d hope to become mates with my new roommates, but also respect other people’s downtime, property and can keep everything clean.
I'm an honest, reliable, responsible, thoughtful, and tidy 47yo single Dad. Pretty easygoing. Good sense of humour. Good sense of fairness. Sound rental history. Looking for similar person/s to share a 3/4br house in the Kingscliff/Tweed Heads area. Can pay up to $350/week for my share of rent and ready to move now. Long term preferred. I have a sporting/fitness background and currently studying a diploma of remedial massage therapy full time at Kingscliff TAFE (finishing July 2019). I don't mind going out for a beer or two occasionally to socialise and unwind on a weekend, or chilling with a glass of wine occasionally at dinner in good company but i'm not usually a big party person. I consume a varied diet. My charming, sociable, inquisitive and active 14yo son, who is also my best mate, lives with me full time and we're pretty much joined at the hip when he's not at school or visiting his mother. We're always looking to do fun things, much more so than sitting around doing nothing. Some of our favourite activities include: heading down to the river to go fishing in the boat, weekends away camping, going to the beach for a surf or swim, working in the garden mowing lawns or growing some veges, visiting the theme parks, playing cricket or kicking the footy down at the local park, and going to watch live games. We both like to cook and we clean up after ourselves, My son is always looking to help with odd jobs and chores to enhance his allowance and i'm very proud of him for what a fine young man he's becoming. *It's important to note that I have a 12yo daughter who currently lives with her mother. Unfortunately at this time i don't see much of her, but i'm hopeful that that will eventually change and she might come to spend some weekends/holidays with her brother and me. We also have a big beautiful 4yo ridgeback dog called Sally who is a very loved and well looked after family member (hence units and townhouses are not an option). She is non-aggressive, non-destructive, rarely barks, and very friendly with both adults and kids. She has always lived outside and gets on well with other dogs. ABOUT YOU: I'm open to sharing with another clean living single parent or one or two singles. Not convinced about couples but i'll keep this option open. Age and gender not an issue. Don't mind if you're quiet and like to keep to yourself, or if you're more sociable and like to have friends around occasionally. Don't mind if you are an early bird or a night owl (please just be considerate of excessive noise). Don't mind what you eat. Don't mind if you smoke..i just ask that it's outside and you use an ashtray. Don't mind good music within reasonable hours. Pretty much just want whoever we live with to be somewhat normal, a happy light-hearted demeanor, possesses the ability to communicate any issues or problems without becoming overly charged with emotion or aggressiveness, a decent moral compass, kid-friendly, reliable with rent and bills, co-operative with keeping mutual living areas clean and tidy, and generally respectful/able. .
Hard working, straight, cleanly, reliable type of guy from the tweed shire area. I have respect toward others & I'm non-judgemental. I enjoy socialising, meeting new people & trying new things. :) Chris
