Hi Community,
I’m a full time support worker looking for suitable accommodation in nth NSW/Sth GC on behalf of my client who currently lives in Northern NSW.
My client Sam is a 36 year old single male with a beautiful soul ☺️
Even though I will be inspecting with Sam and messaging on his behalf, this is purely to support him with the initial time commitments of the administration of this task.
He has substantial savings and a stable income via running his own business as an independent support worker himself and a property caretaker with regular weekly clients.
He is trained and qualified in horticulture and aboriculture.
Sam is intelligent, articulate, calm, quiet, and respectful. This lends itself to him being very diligent in keeping his living space very clean and organised. You really would not even notice him living there as apart from being quiet, his work commitments take up his weekly routine. When he isn’t working, he enjoys peaceful activities surrounded by nature such as bushwalks and going to the beach.

Sam is also a keen gardener and is happy to contribute to the garden/property maintenance of any space he lives in - even areas that aren’t for his exclusive use.
Sam is very independent in terms of his day to day living, thrives on a busy routine, and due to his simple living has built up enough savings to assist him in securing more suitable accommodation.

Once you meet Sam you will realise very quickly that he would make the perfect tenant - respectful, quiet, clean and work focused – and as a bonus a keen gardener that can contribute to maintenance of the property.
