I’m a support worker looking for suitable accommodation on behalf of my client who is an essential worker.

Sam is a 37 year old male who owns and operates an independent support work business servicing several weekly regular Support at Home and NDIS clients that live in Tweed and surrounding suburbs.

He works full-time delivering services to neurodivergent children, NDIS participants, and elderly clients.

A key part of his service is providing support beyond standard scheduled services.

Because of this, securing locally based housing is essential for continuity of care.

He’s currently living a further 30 minutes South of Tweed which has become a logistical strain on his services as his business has grown.

Sam is intelligent, articulate, calm, quiet, and respectful. This lends itself to him being very diligent in keeping his living space very clean and organised. You really would not even notice him living there as apart from being quiet, his work commitments take up his weekly routine. When he isn’t working, he enjoys peaceful activities surrounded by nature such as gardening, bushwalks and going to the beach.

Sam is also a qualified horticulturist and arborist and is happy to contribute to the garden/property maintenance of any space he lives in - even areas that aren’t for his exclusive use.

Sam will be able to attend any arranged inspections without me once I refer him to any approved connections.

Once you meet Sam you will realise very quickly that he would make the perfect tenant or roommate – respectful and clean with a quiet and work focused lifestyle.

Sam is also open to teaming up with a like minded person looking to apply for places together.
