My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
I'm a chill bloke with 4 years experience living in share houses. Love cooking, sharing beers, socialising, but also enjoy leading my own life. I'm moving to Sydney from Canberra, and will be working in North Sydney. Looking for a house with 3+ people (in total), off street parking for my bike, and friendly housemates who are comfortable leading independent lives, and catching up when we're hanging around.
I'm moving to Sydney from regional NSW for work and will be working full-time (weekends and weekdays).I am easy to get along with, respectful and tidy and plan on commuting home on weekends so I'll keep out of your hair.
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.

My name is Bron, I'm 24 and looking for a house share in North Sydney. I work in Chatswood and am studying part time. I'm a friendly and kind person, who likes other peoples company, but also enjoys my own space. I enjoy cooking, outdoor activities, reading, traveling and socialising with mates.
In a fortnight I'm making the move to Sydney (from Melbourne) for a journo job. I'm well into swing-dancing and outdoor adventures but equally satisfied doing homey things like baking! Friends have described me as Bear Grylls in a bikini, but in reality I oscillate between tame crafternoons and outdoor shenanigans.
It is a huge house with a beautiful sunny garden and pool. The property is newly painted and furnished and it has new carpet. There are 3 living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bathroom is in the laundry room, the pool area). The interior is very stylish decorated. The room for rent has a connected own bathroom. The rest of the house we share. One bedroom is in use as an office, but we could share. A very large kitchen looks out to the garden and pool. Everything is well maintained. It is a tidy place with Netflix, internet and on or off- street parking. I am a corporate, social and funny guy who has an international job, working from the CBD. The weekends I will spend mostly outdoors with my partner (she has her own place). The direct bus (202, 204 and 208) will take you within 15 minutes from here to the CBD. It is a quiet neighbourhood. The park looks out over the Middle Harbour which is a 2 minute walk. I am looking for (preferable) a social professional female, between 30-55 years old. Or a guy roughly my age (but tidy). No groups or couples please. Thanks for looking!

Hi I am a 30 year old male professional, Project Manager, who works in the western suburbs. I have just moved to Sydney from Perth in the last couple of months and I am looking to live the Sydney Life and get closer to this amazing city. I have travelled the world and I’m still not done. Don’t think you ever can be. I am into sport, music, concerts, keeping fit and good coffee. I am an active person who likes going out with friends for a social drink or dinner. I'm an easy going friendly guy relocating from Perth to Sydney for work. Keen to move in with people who I can hang out with in spare time, but I also respect privacy and quiet time. I work irregular hours, and often do a lot of overtime. Very keen to explore Sydney and further out into NSW. I enjoy many activities like a bbq, enjoying a cold beer, 4wding, fishing, bike riding and chilling out watching tv.
I'm a middle aged "young at heart" man who is respectful and friendly, tidy, house trained, and likes to cook. I also like to socialize, but need some quiet time as well. I have my own business in the window film industry, so I'm busy during the week working in Sydney. I generally try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating and sleeping well, exercise - gym and yoga, cycling, swimmming, time in the great outdoors. I love the beach, so ideally would like to live as close as I can. Looking for someone who is working and responsible, and in a similar position regarding accomodation. Happy to meet you beforehand. Phil

The room on offer is a good sized room with its own large, sunny private outdoor area that currently has a 6 seater outdoor table and still had room for more (like a BBQ, plants etc). The apartment itself is massive (almost twice the size of most flats I had been looking at for same price) with lots of sun light and common areas so there are plenty of places to either enjoy together or have your own space. The place is a bit Art Deco and has lots of cool character. The apartment is fully furnished and equiped, except for the bedroom on offer (there are two storage cupboards with the room too), however as the place is quite big, there is still room for some more furniture in common rooms if you have it. At the top of the street there are buses into the city or Crows Nest. You are 5 minutes away from either Neutral Bay shops or Cammeray main strip, however the street is so quiet and peaceful. There is no off street parking but plenty of un-timed street parking with spots always available right out front. There is air conditioning, and gas in the living areas and a fan in each bedroom. There is a gorgeous park by the water just a short walk away with tennis courts. This park is full of dogs all the time if you want a puppy fix!
Great and tidy apartment with 2 bedrooms, with large living room, 2 balconies with lots of natural light, facing North with amazing views, swimming pool and laundry. The place is not brand new with fancy floors new kitchen and bathroom but has this feel good mood, a place that offers peace even after a tough day at work everything goes away. The Neighbourhood is fun and friendly most of them are young families, once a year we do a BBQ at the swimming pool. They're also sometime so quiet that feels we’re the only ones living in that building. Price: per week (includes water and internet bills). Electricity till 100.00 per month. General things as toilet paper and clean products sharer between 2. I am looking for fairly quiet people, no smoking and not a party house. However your friends are welcome for afternoon tea or have a chat. I like to keep a clean house, kitchen and bathroom included. Also, you need to be responsible about rent. YOUR BEDROOM: The room is good size and comes furnished or unfurnished with double bed, a drawer and wardrobe (you just need your own bed linens, blankets and towels). It has access to the second balcony (called "the VIP balcony”) it has the best view for sunrises. THE LOCATION: - 10 min away walking distance from Neutral Bay Military road with plenty of buses for the city day and night - 10 min away walking distance from Coles, the Oaks, Cammeray Miller Street, Restaurants pub and cafe - The best Japanese restaurant ever Toriciya is just downstair, there is also a great cafe - 10 min drive to the city - 15 min from Manly beach - Plenty of parks for walks/training Send me a message to book your visit.

I'm looking for for a place to stay around the Lower North Shore. Ideally I would like a place to stay for 6 months or more! When I moved to Sydney 7 months ago I moved to Neutral Bay and have been loving it so far. During business hours I work in the Northern Beaches, with a couple of bar shifts each week at a bar in Neutral Bay. I love chilling with a beverage, alcoholic or not, love a chat, but also appreciate time to myself to read, tinker, and zone out. I love to cook, and have no issue making extra if you're keen to share. I usually cook while people aren't around, as to not disturb anybody, and always maintain a clean kitchen. When time permits, I like to be out of the house exercising, and adventuring, whether it be hiking, snowboarding, or cycling. I'm not a party animal, working two jobs requires reasonable amounts of sleep, but usually if I'm around and there's something on, I will get involved.
You'll be living with two professionals who both work full time, are coffee lovers, and wine enthusiasts who can't go past a good cheese and meat platter. Lucy, 24, works in the CBD. She enjoys going to gym most mornings, trying new restaurants, baking, and lazing by the pool. Emma, also 24, is a case manager in the north west. She goes to boot camp a few mornings a week, loves the beach, weekends away, and the occasional night out. In the evenings you'll either find us having a cheeky wine in our pjs watching tv or out with friends. Most importantly though, we respect each other's downtime and privacy. We are pretty easy going, love a laugh, and are fully house trained. We are looking for someone with similar interests to us, good sense of humour, social but respectful. Would enjoy having house mate dinners, but are also out and about.
Hey guys. I've been living on my own in a unit in Cammeray for a year now, but am tired of having a crappy kitchen and there's a weirdo living upstairs who plays piano late at night on school nights who drives me nuts! Haha. I was thinking I wouldn't mind finding a nice two bedroom place or joining in on a two bedroom flat, would be cool to live with one other person. I like the lower north shore because I have always lived and worked around that area but would also consider Manly beach. I need a parking space. I am super chill to live with, I keep things clean, I can't stand living with bossy/controlling people. We are all adults, as long as you clean up after yourself and aren't a complete nut job I'll be happy! Would be great to live with someone I get along with who enjoys a glass of wine or a beer every now and then who is social and outgoing like I am. I'm from NZ and travel a lot, and like to be able to offer for my friends to stay if they come to visit for a weekend, and like to live with flatties who are cool with that. I don't smoke and I work in medical devices. If you have a room available or are looking to start a lease on a nice new place and this sounds like you, hit me up :)
Easy going, well travelled, health conscious, clean and tidy, fun flatmate!! I've just moved to Sydney from the UK with my 9 year old son to follow our dreams and be closer to some awesome friends!! I've shared plenty of places previously, including in Melbourne, which I've loved, and made many friends along the way. Ill be working full time as a Recruitment Consultant in the City, as well as ensuring my son gets his fix of martial arts, I hit the gym and we both learn to surf, so it's likely we won't be around much during the week!! When we are home, I love to cook and share a good bottle of wine or a few beers!! Open to who we share with but ideally anther woman, or maybe another single parent??
I work full-time as a Software Developer in the CBD. I've grown up in Sydney and lived in share-accomodation overseas but just landed a new job and so looking for a place a bit closer to the city where I can hopefully cycle to work. Besides playing sports, I enjoy music, playing piano, and doing volunteer work. I'm quiet but enjoy making friends. I am easy to get along with and like to keep things clean and tidy.
I am a happy soul in a busy routine. I need a place to feel comfortable when Im having free time. I am easy going, into travelling, music, movies and a healthy lifestyle. I have the utmost respect for others privacy, but Im easygoing and we can share some good times together also. =) Love is the answer.
I'm just a really easy going guy, I'm healthy, fit and outgoing, I'm a real clean guy and hate mess and a great cook ;) I work as a physiotherapist in Paddington and i like to be outdoors :)
First and foremost I am clean and tidy and do my share of the housework without being asked. I like to interact with other housemates but also understand that people like to have their own private life so I am respectable of that. I am happy to grab dinner/have a drink or just have a chat and watch some TV. I like to cook healthy food and am happy to cook for others from time to time. I am generally out a lot as I like to play sports and hang out with friends after work and weekends. I am a non-smoker and not a huge party animal but I know how to have a good time too! I have travelled a lot too so am more than happy to share some hot tips on the cool places that I have been!
I'm Michelle and originally from Sydney. Travelled all of my 20's and have returned home to see if this is the place to settle for me. Working full time in marketing, I live for summer, anything outdoors and am looking for fellow housemates that share a similar humanist perspective on life.
I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon, I take pride in my work, am clean and tidy at home, and not looking for a party house. I'm a social guy though and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have a dog called Otto who is very friendly. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk.
Living in shared accommodations in the UK, France, Spain, Canada and Australia I am a great and respectful flatmate. My perfect home is a calm and friendly place with open-minded, friendly flatmates. Preferably females only. I love traveling, languages (speaking 4), learning about different cultures, volunteering, being in nature and dancing mostly Salsa. I am a social person but I also like my quiet me time. If my flatmate turns out to become a friend that would be a big plus ,-)
I have got Permanent Right in Australia and determine to make immigration to this country from April, 2017. I am a geologist and my major is geotechnical engineering. I want to find a job in Sydney and to rent a room for my accommodation. I am an open-mind man, and want to chat with other people. Since I come from China, I want make an adaptation to this society and become a part of it. I have a lot of hobbies, including cycling, collecting fountain pens and watches, receiving satellite signals, playing video and TV games. Soon you will find I am an interesting person. When I was a student in the middle school and college, I lived in host families. Therefore I don’t have problems to stay together with other people. I am a non-smoker, and don’t have pets. Since I am an immigrant, I don’t have interesting to hold parties in the house. To find a job is my first priority in the current stage.
