I am easy going, tidy and quiet, I can cook, love keeping fit, playing rugby and I work full time as an apprentice mechanic, love cars and animals (happy to have a pet in the house) and I like to think I am pretty handy with most things house related. I not a fan massive parties but don't mind being social (would prefer a quieter house).
I have a spacious unfurnished room to rent in my fully furnished apartment- ample wardrobe space and with fresh carpet. (It is pictured here as furnished too but this is just to give you an idea of how much furniture it can accomodate). Its quiet but central- conveniently located across from express buses to the city and North Sydney then within 10 minute walk of Northbridge Plaza and bus routes to Chatswood and beyond. There is plenty of safe parking on the street in front of the apartment and heaps of garage space for storage should you need. The bathroom is shared (I keep very little in there other than towels) and the great thing is the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment so there's a decent amount of privacy and "space". The kitchen is full equipped and there is plenty of cupboard space for your own kitchenware should you wish and groceries etc. There is also a decent amount of spare space in common areas should you have more bits of furniture you want to bring along.. The lounge has a Tv with recordable Foxtel that is there for you to watch or record as you please and rent includes internet,Foxtel and utilities. Tunks and Clive park are nearby for bbqs and leisurely walks and weekends. Ideally looking for someone to commit to 6-12 months but am happy to consider shorter.. also happy to accommodate a couple at a slightly higher rate. More info or viewings available on request.
Hi, I am moving to Sydney for work in late January. Ideally I'd like to find someone to team-up with as I pretty much have all the furniture and household items needed, however if necessary I can put my belongings in storage. I would prefer to live somewhere close to transport in the Inner West, Northern Suburbs or Eastern Suburbs. During the week I am busy working full time and my weeknights are generally made up of playing sport, going to the gym, walking my puppies, having quiet nights in and the occasional social event. On the weekend, I am out and about, keeping active, having fun & enjoying life. I love to socialise with friends with a few drinks and a nice meal. I am very outgoing & friendly. I am an introverted extrovert so I love to socialise but also need a little bit of down time as well. I am easy going, tidy, responsible, respectful & always pay bills on time and I would like to find a similar house mate or two. I am a non-smoker and I drink socially. Ideally I'd love to find a room mate who I can be friends with & occasionally share some food, drinks etc . Someone who is relaxed, fun, friendly & enjoys life. I love to be comfortable at home & would love someone who wants the same. I also have 2 dogs, a husky and a labrador x kelpie. They are beautiful dogs, super friendly and very well-behaved. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested in a team up or if you have a room for me and my puppies :)
Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m from the hills area, currently working in The Rocks and I'm looking for a change and a shorter commute. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates and someone I can share the odd wine with. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key - I usually spend time working out and cooking on weeknights and on weekends I either have a friend over or am out and about. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
Hi, I'm 29 years old, working full time engineer who has been living in Sydney for nearly 2 years. I love travelling, visiting new places, trying new things and playing bass. I try to keep myself busy with different activities after work, both inside and outside of the house, however, I enjoy having a chat with other housemates too. I'm looking for a place which is not a party house and where I can rest after work. Although, I don' t mind when other housemates are having guests. Also,I like the house to be tidy and always clean after myself, so I'm looking for similar minded housemates. Cheers, Michael
Hi everyone, my name is Catalina and I am very excited to travel to Australia. My husband Julian and I are a couple for more than 4 years. We are going to Sydney to study and work. We are very clean, hardworking, friendly and easy-going guys who want to share with others. As a Nurse, and my husband as a Civil Engineer, want to know others and share our experiences. We love mingling with others, sports, travelling, outdoor activities, cooking and more. Therefore, we hope to find an outstanding place to stay to fit our necessities (we are looking a double bedroom so we can live together for a month, and maybe more time). If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. We are available at any time. We will arrive on Saturday, November 24. So, if you guys know a good place please let us know. We can adapt to many circumstances; however, we prefer non-smoking and non-party places near between manly beach and the town hall. Thank you so much and we hope to meet you guys soon 😊
I am a 18yr old Korean student, studying interior design graduate in 2019 Love to chat if you want Like to be social and meet new people but always understand personal boundaries and respect common courtesy understanding and tidiness come from Perth, working almost everyday listen to music, watch movies, study, chat etc. the rest you can know later :)
Hello there...I am a 50 year old professional woman - I am quiet, neat / clean up after myself, organised and mostly prefer doing my own thing in my spare time. I work monday to friday full-time and enjoy walking, yoga and tennis. I like cooking, spend most evenings in - happy to have a chat in front of the tv or keeping myself busy - I am writing a book (ask me about it 😋) . I am looking for quiet surroundings - ideally a grannyflat or sharing a house with one other and willing to wait for the right place - somewhere easy to get to work in Neutral bay. I love animals and nature and like people who are respectful to their environments. Happy to help where-ever I can...
I'm a 20 year old first year student at Macquarie Uni. I am working part-time and looking for a place to move into for 2019. I am independent and often stick to myself. I have experience living with 3 others in a share house. In my spare time I like to read and often go camping, having been in scouts for 10 years. I love pets, and am happy to be around them if you have one of your own.
Im a 32 yr old builder/Carpenter. I have the best behaved and most human female Staffie who goes to work with me everyday. I am ideally looking for a share house with space to store my boat on the street out the front, a motorbike in a garage and some sort of undercover storage for a box trailer worth of building equipment.. I understand this is a lot to hope for so obviously I am flexible. As far as the room and the house goes, I am really not fussed, I will take the cheaper option of 2 because I am saving for an investment. As far as housemates go, I’m not looking to move into a party every weekend kind of sharehouse, however I have no problem with the occasional party or friends over. I am social myself and would much rather a happy and relaxed environment than a sterile one. As far as my interests go, well obviously I’m into boating and riding motorbikes. I’m also into recreational aviation and try to fly when I can afford to. Otherwise I enjoy hanging with mates having a few beers. I look forward to whoever I’m going to meet in this new chapter!
Hi! I'm Evie. I am looking to move down to Sydney at the end of November/early December as I will be starting classes at the University of Sydney in early January. I have lived in a share house in Brisbane for almost a year so I have lots of experience in the etiquette of living with others (i.e. I clean up after myself, respect others space/privacy and do my share of the chores around the house). I am pretty introverted so I do like to keep to myself from time to time, but I am always happy to have a chat and make plans to hang out with my house mates if we're up for it! I am currently working in Brisbane until the end of November so I cannot move until at least the last week, but I am flexible and willing to wait for the right place. Please feel free to send me a message with some details about your listing and I'd be more than happy to organise a time to check it out when I am down in Sydney. Thank you!
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. P.s unfortunately due to work issues, I've had to postpone my move date, although I still welcome any interest. Clare x
I'm a 21 year old from Perth, WA and looking for somewhere new and exciting to live for a change. I've spent the last 2-3 years abroad on a working holiday visa and travelling North America and Europe in my spare time. Now that I'm home in Australia I want to keep the excitement up and move to the east coast. I currently work full time in a small cafe on the west coast with interests in yoga teaching and art classes. I'm a clean, considerate, responsible and trustworthy individual. Very easy to talk to and live withI'm friendly, open minded and I feel I would be easy to live with!

Hey, I'm Grant I'm moving to Sydney for work and was looking for a nice place to live with some good people. I'm 22 and just graduated from university in Brisbane. Love a good coffee and getting to meet new people. Will be pretty busy with work but in the off days would like to explore Sydney and see some new things. Working right in the city so if there's public transport close by that would be wonderful. Grew up right near the beach so love to go for a swim and hang out. Love a bit of sport as well. Thanks
I'm friendly and easy going person. I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I have been sharing for a few years now and like to find not just a place, but a great people too. In my free time, I enjoy spending time on the beach, explore new places, hang out with friends, read books and watch movies. I have a full time job in administration that I enjoy. I like to socialise and have a glass or two wine, but I am definitely not a party animal.
Hi! I'm a 26 year old Dietitian, relocating to Sydney for work opportunities. I enjoy keeping active, the beach and hiking. I love cooking/eating, drinking coffee and wine, live music and entertaining, despite this, I'm very considerate of others who are not as social as I am. Respectful, professional and tidy.
I’m Anna, I’m an IT student here in Sydney, I work for merivale in events, so my schedule can be a bit over the place. A lot of the times I’m arriving home quite late but I’m very respectful of others around me. I’m social person but usually outside of the house, at home I’m a really chilled and private person although Im very happy to hang out with housemates. I’m also a very tidy person. My partner and I love to spend time together but we are often over at his house so we can cook and hang out, but occasionally it would be nice if he could come and visit. I’m really hoping to find a nice comfortable place to call my own. I’m flexible with the location, as long as it’s not too far from Sydney CBD
I’m flexible easygoing person. I’m Acupuncturist and Doula from Brazil studying childcare and working as a Nanny and Babysitter on Inner West and Lower North Shore Suburbs. Vegetarian friendly but not stricted on it ;)

I'm an Aussie professional relocating back to Sydney from the US. Looking for a furnished sublet on the lower north shore or inner city from March 2019. I will be a professional, quiet, reliable tenant. Please note, I am not looking for share accommodation, but am seeking my own place such as a sublet, a granny flat, or an entire place for rent without roommates.
