I am cook and can clean up after myself. Would love to live near the beach. A young energetic guy who loves to listen to music, dance and socialise on a regular basis. Always down for a drink or 2 on the weekend's.
Hi guys! This place has 2 Bedrooms, 1 shared Bathroom, 1 shared Lounge room and shared Kitchen with a connecting Dining Room that I've turned into an office :) For a Unit it has a high pointed roof in the middle which makes it bigger and more spacious (almost Loftish feel about it). The Kitchen is practical and gets the job done while the Lounge room is pretty cool with exposed bricks and a big plush chaise couch I've collected along my travels! Also, the place has Netflix available on TV and your Device, Wifi and Apple TV included in the rent. The room up for offer is the smaller one of the two but houses a double bed and a chest of draws that can be used if needed! Theres also a nice window that breaks up the space and adds great sunlight into the room. The location is a 5-10 min walk from the CBD, a 5 min walk to The Parade and extremely close to buses! Its a dream location! No real house rules, I'm a fairly laid back guy so I reckon we can work out house rules together... Especially as we will be sharing a few spaces in the place! I'm super active, love to keep fit by going to the gym, eating healthy and thrive in the summertime :) If your like this we will get along perfectly...
I'm heading to Adelaide for work in the Garden and can't wait to check out everything the city has to offer. I'm super laid back and love good food and wine. oh, and I'm really tidy. Pretty flexible with moving dates:-)
Firstly, I've had some requests which I can't meet, so to save time for both of us I just want to address the following: I'm not opposed to couples, but I want to keep the housemates to 3 in total (including me) and there is already 2 people here, so I'm only looking for one person, sorry. Secondly I rent this house and my landlord does not allow pets, I like pets, but I can't accommodate them. Thirdly, the room is available now, so I'm not looking for people who are looking to move in a month and beyond. If that sounds like you please read on: I have a bedroom available in a large 3 bedroom house in Norwood. The city is within walking distance. The rent includes all bills, including a cleaner for common areas. I'm a very easygoing male in my 30's, social but equally love time to myself, I'm respectful, keep everything clean and looking for the same in my new housemate. At the moment there is me and a female in her 20's living here. The house is perfect for 3 people to be social if desired (bbq and a beer on the weekend for example) or for privacy if you would prefer to use the second living room or balcony to have time to yourself. There is 2 bathrooms one which I use (as it's attached to my bedroom) and one the other 2 rooms share. It is not a party house and very good for study etc. On the weekend there may be a few beers/wines consumed and possibly some cricket or footy on tv. I like to keep a fun/easygoing vibe to the house, but with maturity to live respectfully and not upset other flatmates. It's a very comfortable house to live in and I understand it's a bit awkward for new people to move into a house with strangers, so I try to be as accomodating as possibe. I'm quite friendly and social, but if locking yourself away in your room is your thing, then go for it! It will be your place too, so live how you're comfortable with! The house is awesome! Lots of space, very clean and has tv's, kitchenware, a washing machine and dishwasher... everything needed to make life easy! The bedroom has a double bed, large built in cupboards, a book shelf and desk. There is parking on the street, or room in the garage for a bike or scooter. Flexible 3-12 month lease. If you've made it this far, THANKS! And I've put some more info below for you. Cheers, Adam! House: Fully furnished All cooking utensils / saucepans etc available. Dishwasher Washing machine Reverse cycle air conditioning Very secure: intercom with remote lock gate, alarm. Large living areas (2 x Living rooms). 2 x Bathrooms + Separate toilet downstairs No smoking inside the house. Your own space in the fridge and pantry. Room: Furnished with double bed Desk Chair Lamp Built in wardrobe Large floor to ceiling window with blinds Housemates: Respectful Easy going Respect privacy Clean Utilities: Bills are included in rent: Internet (500 GB per month, fast and reliable) Electricity Water Gas Cleaning products Amenities: Short walk to supermarkets, cafes, pubs, banks, restaurants 24 Hour Mini-supermarket (OTR)1 minute walk away. Bus stop 1 minute walk away, runs very regularly to the city. I'm very respectful, responsible and I clean up after myself. Looking to share with females, or at least a share house with another female living there too. I work in North Adelaide, My work hours are a minimum 21hrs weekly, likely to increase to full time. I like to cook, garden, enjoy health and fitness , the outdoors. Love coffee, I would make you one with my machine in the morning etc too. Old fashioned. I love live music and getting out now and then. I rarely drink alcohol. I'm very friendly, helpful, motivated and have a positive attitude. Always up for a laugh and conversation, also value quiet times. I'd like to share with people with similar values of respect, while I work as much as possible to save for my own place. I have a 7 year old indoor cat who I am wholly responsible for. He is very well behaved and can charm anyone. Thanks for looking, any questions please ask 🌞

Hi there! With one of our four moving to study interstate, we're looking for someone to join us in our place in Norwood! A little about our place: - We're a short walk from the Parade and the City - A minute's walk from public transport on Kensington Rd. - The room is large, with carpet, high ceilings & reverse cycle air-con. - The lounge and kitchen are spacious and there are two bathrooms, one with a separate toilet. There is lots of room for you to bring any furniture for your room and the house to make it more your own, but we've made it pretty cosy so if you turn up with just a suitcase we've got you covered. We also have plants and a cosy outdoor area for chilling in the sun and having a few drinks and a chat. Our rent is $167.50 a week + bills which are paid quarterly and split evenly, and we all share wifi at $15ea a month. We also share all cleaning and the cost of any household supplies. The bond is approximately 6 weeks rent ($930).
Im social but also love my me time. I work full time and study part time. Not a big party animal but do enjoy occasionally going out. I have a fat cat who I adore, shes not very social though lol so probably wouldnt get along with other animals. I'm also vegan so would prefer a fellow vegan or vegetarian :)
Just moved from Queensland looking for somewhere to stay. I am quiet and mostly keep to myself, and like to keep things clean. I am a hairdressing apprentice, looking to share with easy going, friendly, flexible housemates who might even like to show me around ;)
Fantastic early 1900's cottage with all its original charm. 100m from The Parade offering all the cafe and pub lifestyle, 15min walk to the city, everything at your doorstep .. Social environment .. Recently brought the property, brand new kitchen and bathroom - doing a few more renos until the New Year ... Thought I'd look for a housemate for short term and possibly long term ..
I'm studying Computer Science at University of Adelaide this year, moving from Melbourne! My partner is moving from France to study there as well. It's both of ours first time to Adelaide so we would be spending the week studying and the week-ends exploring South Australia. We are both very chill individuals, neat and tidy and respectful of other people. I work in wine retail, so house discounts are a real thing! We are looking to be set up in Adelaide by early-to-mid January, exact dates are flexible.
Hey there! So a little bit about me. I'm South African and have lived in Australia for nearly 8 years. I love Adelaide and work full time in marketing and events for a local accounting firm. I love being outdoors and am pretty active. I play hockey and tennis and love a good gym session and going for runs. I also enjoy some chill time on the couch though - love a good movie and a glass of wine! I'm a pretty social and friendly person and love sharing a laugh and a joke. l enjoy going out for meals, going to/hosting BBQ's, grabbing a drink and spending time with my friends. I also enjoy my own time though and so would like to live somewhere where there is a good balance between friendly/social vibes and also respecting peoples space/people doing their own thing. I am quite a neat freak and very tidy too so you won't have any issues with me being messy! Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions, or if you have a place and you're looking for a housemate :-)
About us: Hi. We are looking for a new housemate for our Norwood rental house. I am 25, a teaching assistant, a reader, quiet but friendly. Oliver is 27, a watchmaker, kite-surfs, loves a chat and to share a drink. About the house: It's a stellar spot; 4km from the CBD on a quiet street, parallel to The Parade. Within 100m: bus stop, petrol station, take away restaurants Within 500m: 24-hour bakery, Subway, restaurants, post box, Norwood Oval, library, pharmacy, pub, bottle shop Within 1km: Coles, Foodland, clothes shops, Hoyts cinema, restaurants There is one shared living space and a shared bathroom. About the room: This is the largest room in the house, with a large built in robe. Fits a king sized bed. There is no air-conditioning to this room. I'd recommend a portable one, though our current housemate was happy without. About you: We're looking for someone who is friendly and easy-going, pays rent and bills on time, is respectful of us and our belongings, and does his/her share of cleaning. Our house is attached to next door so no loud entertainment such as large parties. Small gatherings and drinks, are fine as long as you take responsibility for noise level and clean up. No smokers or drug users. No pets, sorry. Please get in touch if you're interested or would like to know more. Photos coming!

Located just off the parade, 2 north street is in an amazing location -the house is a 15 minute walk from both Rundle street and the parade, with lots of cafes and shops scattered around the area. The house is fully furnished, air conditioned and also has an outdoor area perfect for entertaining. We have 2 cats - a hairless sphinx and a persian, both of whom are well trained and great company.
Clean, respectful, low maintenance, down to earth, happy, musical, passionate, and my friends think I'm fun. I sing a lot at home, but probably not while you'd be home. I work, a lot, as a freelancer in audio/visual and sports broadcast. There goes most weekends. So I really enjoy a nice home to end the day, and some company is always nice. I'm happy to either leave you be, and do my own thing, or catch up over an evening wine, really not stressed. I clean up after myself, if you're a 9-5er you might barely even notice me. Moving out of my current place end of Jan, start of Feb, so lets have a chat!
I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native, who's looking for a place to share and keen to meet new people, so someone who's sociable, but respect those whom, and also wouldn't mind if I kept to myself sometimes. I like cooking (mostly the eating part), spontaneous adventures, mini dachshunds (might be getting one for Christmas!), my gal pals, a clean space, summer vibes, people, wine and music.
