Lawyer and muso, wide interests from art to politics, live during week in Adelaide, weekends with my family in Sydney. Looking for large room in comfortable furnished house, own bathroom, maybe one of the lovely older houses, or granny flat, in or close to CBD. Friendly, reliable, clean, respect privacy. The "lawyer" bit is I do commercial law + what some pompously or perhaps tautologically refer to as "human rights law". The "family" bit is I have a lovely grown up family in Sydney. The "muso" bit is I play (jazz/funk/soul/pop/reggae) in a band, and muck around on the guitar at home, but at a civilized volume. I guess a house with others who play music would be fun,but by no means essential.
Hey there! My name is Shadi and I am a 24-year-old medical student from the University of Adelaide. I'm an ambivert - I'm perfectly content with my own company and a good book, but I do love to laugh and have deep chats over cups of coffee. I travel everywhere with my little black cat, Midnight, but she's very well behaved and keeps to herself. If I were a fictional character I would be Lorelai Gilmore, I love reading horoscopes but I don't really believe in them, and my favourite colour is TARDIS blue. I hope to hear from you soon! :)
have had years of experience with share houses so I am quiet and respectful, Also enjoys a few beers along with some great banter. Studying Conservation & Land Management at Urrbrae Tafe.
Hey there! I'm Hannah, I've just finished uni and I'm moving from Geelong, Vic, to be close to my family in Adelaide. I've got a part time job lined up already but I aim to have full time employment ASAP. I like spending time with people, having a chat and generally hanging out, but I also like having my own space, so I'll respect yours! I make a lot of handmade knit and sewn things in my own time, so chances are if I'm not at work I'll be sitting somewhere in the house making something. If you have any indoor pets, I will try my hardest to get them to hang out with me in my room at all hours. My past experiences in sharehouses have always been great, so I'm looking forward to meeting some great Adelaidians... Adelaidens... Adelaidites... people, soon!
Hi! I'm a wildlife ecologist working for a national conservation organisation, but based out of Adelaide Zoo or work from home on occasion. Whilst I'm based in Adelaide, I have many extended trips away, into the field and to other cities for meetings. I spend plenty of time in the outback for work, but I also love aspects of living in the city; little wine bars, festivals, live music, group fitness and outdoor activities to do! I'm looking to live in a nice and tidy home with an open feel. I'd love to share with some awesome people who are genuine good humans. I'd prefer to live just on the fringe of the city, in the inner East or South suburbs like Parkside, Rosewood, Eastwood, Unley, Norwood, or possibly on the beach (like Henley beach, Glenelg, Brighton). Looking to move anytime before Spring if the right situation becomes available :) Leah
Awesome cottage maisonette home in a great location in the heart of Norwood. It is 50 metres off the parade on a quiet, no thoroughfare street. 3km from the city. Large bedroom with original fire place. There is Internet and foxtel currently set up if interested. The room has a large window and offers plenty of natural sunlight. Is currentry furnished with bed, bedside table and a desk and is optionally available. Has a large built in robe with accompanying mirror.
Brazilian, student and looking for job position in Hospitality. I lived in Brisbane for 2 years and I'm moving to Adelaide on 16th of July. I'm easy going, like outdoors and enjoy the beach. Always up for a beer and a good chat in my free time.
I fun, social, tidy person that is easy to get along with. Been in Adelaide for 1 year, originally from interstate. I am a PhD student in Mawson Lakes and just came back from doing some study overseas. Lived in many suburbs of Adelaide before in many share houses so I'm used to staying with all kinds of people.
Hi! I'm a full-time student at Adelaide Uni and I also work part time at a bottle shop. I'm looking for a decent sized room in a friendly share-house, with people who are easy going and happy to share a beer/cup of tea at the end of the day. Uni and work keep me pretty busy, however I do love a lazy Sunday at home. I've lived out of home for nearly seven years now, so I know how to take care of myself and be neat and respectful of others. Fairly flexible with move-in dates, although I'm hoping to find a place by September 1st. I have a queen sized bed and a desk, so would prefer an unfurnished room.
I am full time International stufent from Malaysia studyinf at UniSA Magill. Super neat and tidy (vacuuming almost every other day). A bit of a cook myself, so, you'll have a chance to try some Malaysian dishes. I normally keep to myself (uni work, netflix, or just sleep), but I am also very friendly and love love love making new friends. I also have some major love for animals and music, so, I'm not sure how I'm currently studying communications and media, and sociology - so i'm not fussed if you have pets. There won't be any trouble communicating with me as I am very fluent in English.
The house is located a 2min walk to Kensington Road bus stop and a 5min walk to The Parade. The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the house is furnished (fridge/freezer, washing machine, kitchen appliances, lounge room furniture, etc.)
Hi there, my name is Chelsea. I'm currently working a Retail job full time, and play sport during the weekends. I'm from Adelaide, I'm neat, tidy, bubbly person, easy to talk to but can give person space aswell.
Hey there! I'm Louise, 24, working part time at a gym whilst trying to get my own business up and running! I'm looking for a new place to move into + make some new friends along the way. I'm ridiculously laid back, positive and a bit of a hippy - but seriously, I have a million crystals and way too many decks of tarot cards - would prefer someone who isn't phased by that kind of stuff or even better, someone who is into spirituality and all that delicious shiz. Love quiet nights at home but also love the occasional throw down with my squad in town (we know how to party). Ideally I would love to stay with people who are super social but also respectful of when personal space is needed - and also someone who is not going to make a lot of noise while others are sleeping because that really grinds my gears. Not fussed whether male or female, I get along with pretty much anyone. Keen to even find people that are looking to move into find a place, we can team up and find a place to move in together. If you're keen feel free to hit me up via message
I'm a musician who just needs a place with chilled people where I can hang out while I'm not working or studying. I'm a vegetarian who goes to the gym a lot, I'm studying remedial massage and work at a wine labelling warehouse to pay the bills. I'm open minded and non judgemental. Looking forward to hearing from you 😊
I play music, and am always engaged in some sort of creative activity whether it be making films , creating music or designing on photoshop, im always trying to use my time efficiently. I study a Media Arts Degree at the University of Adelaide and perform monthly in a band. Chilled vegan, pretty happy and excitable most of the time, enjoy chatting or anything in between. Easy going and adventurous
I love to meet new people, go out and have a couple drinks, but during the week I keep it low key. I study medicine, so during the week I'm pretty busy and quiet. I currently live in the hills and am looking for a place close to the city to get to uni and work easily. I play soccer on the weekends, work in hospitality and in education, and am easy going and open minded. I've lived with people older than me before as I spent all of the last year backpacking through South, Cental and North America - please don't be deterred by my age if you're a bit older than me :) I'm clean and organised - I'm already in the habit of cleaning up my dishes I promise!
I need somewhere to live for 2 nights per week. I will be based in Sydney and commute for work commitments in Adelaide which will see me here for part of the week only. I won't be around on weekends, I would only be here Mon, Tues, and leave on Weds. I am an executive in an IoT company where I run product and projects and as such have a very busy work schedule. Ideally living in the Adelaide CBD but am open to outskirts.
