I just finished my masters in Supply Chain & Logistics, I work full time as a Project Officer fairly free on the weekends. I am super clean, bubbly and love to meet new people. I enjoy food, wine and being healthy and being around positive people. Outside of work, I love to go to the gym, perform yoga, play squash, cricket, socialize and love spending time in the kitchen cooking healthy meals. I am super active and always up for never-ending conversations but also enjoy a drink (a few) on occasion looking to live with people who are relatively social, would be up for sharing a bottle of wine every now and then. I am just a beautiful monkey keen to have some fun.
All bills included - gas, electricity, internet. Easy walking distance to The Parade and Magill Road shops, close to the CBD. I'm generally only home 1-2 nights a week, so you would have the house to yourself most of the time. (Especially on weekends) The home is basic but comfortable and affordable. Location is the main feature here. $195 per week without cleaner, or $240 with cleaner weekly to do surfaces. Also negotiable is internet which could make it cheaper. Please message me to discuss. Thanks.
AVAILABLE 26TH OF NOVEMBER. 25 yr old, Upbeat Male. Working in Film post-production. I am quite social and tidy. I like humour, respect and communication. We’re best friends who moved to Adelaide this year and looking for people similar to us, to become flat mates with! We’re really chilled out, clean and respectful, and love a chat but mindful of peoples space. We both work with one of us studying. :)
I am a 19 year old female student, studying a Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Adelaide. I will begin my third year of university in March 2018 and am looking for a room to rent in a share house in the city of Adelaide or surrounding suburbs. I am an easygoing, friendly, respectful, tidy and responsible person. I am generally at university Monday - Friday and will often be studying in free time. On the weekends I enjoy shopping, socialising or relaxing at home. I'm flexible regarding the move-in date and length of stay.
Easy going bloke who's clean and respectful, love good music and enjoy good company! Work full-time in hotels so out early morning or home late at night. Looking for something short term til maybe February.
Hi! My name is Cindy and I work full time as a project manager. I’m looking to move some place closer to work. I’m a friendly flexible and outgoing person. I work 8-5 weekdays and always out and about on weekends. I love to chill and chat whenever I’m relaxing at home but I do have my own quiet times. In my spare time I read, watch Netflix, gym or ride my bike. I’m very easy to live with and a very neat and tidy person. I’ve no issues with pets as I’m an animal lover myself. Please feel free to message me if you have a room for me to look at. Thank you! :)
hi future housemate, I am looking for a room or share preferably in or around Adelaide city centre with easy access with public transports and amenities. I am in the early 20's a young full-time professional, so maybe you will not see me often as my working hours kinda long. grown up in an asian family I have quite habits and strict about taking care myself or others means that I have a good hygiene, friendly and keep myself private unless, of course I don't mind to socialise going to a club and make friend or even share my food around. so if you have a spare room or bed please do let me know as soon as possible. thank you.
I'm a 24 french gap year student. I study finance in business school in France but I wanted to have a different experience before I start to work. I've a 3 months job in Adelaide (5 or 6 days a week, 9h per week). I will be very busy because of the work so I'm juste looking for a quiet place to stay in order to rest. About me : I like basketball, playing video games, go to the beach and enjoy my trip.
I moved to Adelaide in May to set up and open a cafe and coffee roastery (as I am a coffee roaster). My job keeps me fairly busy, but it also ensures a continuous fresh supply of the best coffee in town for whoever I live with. I go to the gym most days and keep myself fairly active when I'm not working. However I do enjoy a good vino or two and love to spend my weekends between the wineries and the beaches.
I'm an easy going, single soon-to-be 30 year old looking to move into the Eastern suburbs. I love cycling and cooking and having a quiet drink to unwind on the weekends. I'm respectful of others' space but also love getting to know new people. I'm looking for a place to put down roots for a year or two. I work full-time, enjoy going to gym and getting out and about on the weekends. I'm a health-conscious vegan and animal lover who would certainly prefer to live with like-minded peeps...but this is not essential! I'm also not actually a Mormon. Hit me up!
Wine, lots of it. Potentially left overs from cooking experiments. Working part-time while I do a Masters of Wine Business. Normally live in Hong Kong. Looking for a place with my own bathroom preferably and to share with one other person, 2 max. My current lease expires on the 12th of January.
I work full time as the head grower in the agriculture/horticulture line of work. So I can provide free vegetables.....or wine lol I work quite a bit (around 6 days a week, sometimes 7) so chances are you wont see me much, as the other times I'm not working I'll either be in the gym training or mooching food off one of my siblings lol. Since i work so much i spend most of my time watching footy or Netflix and just relaxing, or I'll be working on my car so I am pretty handy with a set of tools. I'm a very respectful person and I always clean after myself, also a non smoker. I'm looking at more room mates my age or older with the similar mindset. Other than that if you have any other questions, feel free to ask :)
I’m an easy going, sociable health professional. I work long hours so I’m not always home, but when I am I enjoy to socialise a bit. I pride myself on my cleanliness although I’m not critical of others.
A charming 3 bedroom home in the heart of Norwood. Is a 5 min walk to the parade and 2 mins to Magil road. Large room with adjoining study, which is currently used as walk-in robe. Robe furnishings can be kept by new room owner if desired. There is unlimited internet ($25 per month), adjustable reverse cycle aircon and heating to the room, 2 bathrooms, undercover off street parking available. All household furnishings are great and provided, only bedroom will be required. Have loved living in the spot is really a great space, I am moving interstate and have to unfortunately leave this great spot. Lease runs until end of Jan so would be required in the room until then. There may be the option to put forward for a spot on the future lease. Bills paid atop rent.
Like to keep everything clean and I pull my weight when it comes to housemate duties! Quite sociable and a big Fifa player, enjoys going for drinks and plays soccer for uni. Studying mech and sports engineering, grew up in Hong Kong.
I'm a quiet, conscientious transgirl, am respectful and trustworthy. I'm looking for a relatively quiet safe place, but I don’t mind fun and engaging! I love cats, don’t smoke, and don't mind casual drinkers. I enjoy conversations, and am cosmopolitan. Being a part of a respectful happy household is important for me, considerate privacy, and thoughtful tidiness. I am pragmatic about most things, but like everyone, I’m not perfect! I'm currently studying Health Science full time at UniSA in town, and I love what I do. I study either at home, or mostly on campus. I have two loving, kind little boys that would occasionally visit or have a rare sleep over.
Hi there, My name is Meaghan and I'm 25 years old. I'll be moving to Adelaide in January to start my masters degree at the University of Adelaide. I'm a fairly quiet person who enjoys reading, travelling, learning new languages and a nice glass of wine (I'll be studying Wine Business at uni). I love a good dinner party but I tend to do most of my socialising outside of the house. It's important for me to keep my home tidy, organised and relaxing :) . I'm looking to share a flat with 1-3 flatmates (preferably students/young professionals, no preferred gender) in the CBD or close enough to catch public transit to school as I don't own a car. I LOVE to cook so a big kitchen would be a plus. I would prefer a furnished room but am happy to consider unfurnished. I live in Queensland right now but will be visiting Adelaide for a few days in December to visit the uni and hopefully a few flats! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Amazing location just off the Parade! House is in a quiet group of three. Good size bedroom. One large living area with massive couch and TV. Decent size backyard with bbq and outdoor setting. Fully furnished house (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher) apart from the available bedroom.
Moving back to Adelaide from rural SA for a new job. I am experienced in living in share houses and have always enjoyed the company of having room mates of a similar age. I enjoy cooking, keeping fit (netball and hiking... hoping to take up gymnastics) and trying to master various hobbies (current: ukelele and gardening). I will be working full time as a paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and would likely be out often on the weekends also.
