Hey guys I'm looking for a room to rent in a house located in either norwood or the city. I work a lot and also am at uni so I'm fairly easy to live with and i like to be pretty quiet when I'm home. I do require a large bedroom with built in or walk In robes. I am wanting to live in a fairly modern house with like minded people If you have anything available feel free to message me 😊
Hey! I am Siddharth from India! I will be starting my post graduate degree at The University of Adelaide soon. I am a fun loving person who likes to go out and explore places. I am a fitness enthusiast and enjoying playing sports. I have special interest in soccer, ultimate frisbee, etc. I play the guitar and enjoy jamming with singers. I am an eggetarian. I love dogs and have no problem with other pets. I don't smoke or drink. Super excited to meet you soon! :)
One bedroom is soon to be available in our townhouse. It will be unfurnished but has a built-in robe and an access to balcony. It fits a queen size bed with plenty of space for other furnishings. This two storey townhouse has three air-conditioned bedrooms, a study and a common bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has an open kitchen/living area, a laundry and a second toilet. The house also has a private courtyard area to enjoy. Whilst the house is a little dated and could benefit from some TLC, the location and cheaper rent more than make up for it! Superbly located just off The Parade, within easy walking distance to all amenities (Argo, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs, gyms, cinema, Norwood Oval). Street parking is available with a free permit. Public transport is also easily accessible with a very short walk to bus stop 9 on The Parade.
Hey! I'm Becky, 32 year old from Adelaide. I work in PR full time and travel quite a bit for work, so am looking for a comfortable space to enjoy when I am here. After moving back from Sydney where I was house sharing, I've been living with family but for the sake of my sanity I need my own space :) I'm friendly but also private and respectful of others. I'm looking to live with someone also friendly, that likes to live in a clean place, and has a good sense of humour. I've lived with a big group of people before in Sydney, so looking for something less hectic, 1 or 2 other housemates.
My name is Sophie. I am 36 and currently work in a government position. I am studying a post grad and enjoy a quiet life. Easy to get along with and considerate of others. Love movies, just relaxing, dinners and the outdoors. I am single and looking for one to 3 people to share with.
What’s not to love about being walking distance to The Parade in Norwood? The flat is in a share block of 8 with quiet neighbours. It’s been renovated on the inside and is fully furnished with up to date furniture. It has split system air conditioning and a courtyard. The room up for grabs is the master with a floor to ceiling mirrored in-built robe, and is furnished with a queen bed with under bed storage, bedside tables, a sitting chair, desk and desk chair and a bookshelf. It also has big French style windows that open up into the courtyard. Internet is included in the rent and there is off-street parking in a garage, or plenty of on street parking.
We are three friends looking for the best accommodation to live together.
Hi I am looking to move into a sharehouse or start one up - looking to move East of Adelaide (Norwood, Burnside, Fullarton etc...) A bit about myself, I am a 27yo who works fulltime in marketing for a large company, I also am studying a masters degree part-time. These two combinations pretty much consume me during the week (Leave for work at 7 and get home at 6) so I am hardly ever around. That being said I am looking for a house with a nice vibe, big kitchen (love cooking) and not overly loud and busy. I am a pretty social type of guy always down for a chat, wine, shared meal etc….i also respect people’s privacy and keep to myself at the same time. I am friendly, easy-going, tidy, respectful and down to earth. I understand that committing to a house with a stranger is a big deal, so more than happy to meet up beforehand…. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please let me know and we can work something out. Thanks Hugh
Marian is an archaeologist from Western Australia and Julien is from France and works as a musician. We're happy in a big, fun household with people from everywhere and anywhere (although we are also more than happy to be in a quiet, peaceful house). Ideally we would join with people who like to have a couple of beers and listen to good music - although Marian is partial to a truecrime netflix binge. We also like to hook up the projector and play videogames on the big screen - if anyone is interested in joining, we could always move that to a public space :P We both play instruments but have gotten very good at working our practices around other people, so no one is disturbed! To sum up, super chilled out, and really drama free to live with - can provide references to chillness ;P Will also provide free music lessons if anyone wants haha
I am a friendly personal that is happy to keep to themselves but am always up for a chat and hanging out. Love cooking for others more than myself and enjoy cleanliness. I am pretty social and out frequently. Passionate about health, fitness and spiritual growth. Not a partier but love a quiet wine or two (especially in winter).
I'm an easygoing person and usually get along with others pretty well, although I have my exceptions. I'm neat and clean but not obsessive. I also love cooking and have an interest in learning new recipes from around the world.
The house has a nice large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of natural light, which opens out onto the quaint back garden. The bedroom on offer is a decent size. Great location, situated just a 5 minute walk from the shopping precinct on the Parade. Very close to the CBD too. The house is fully furnished, you would just need your own bedroom furniture. All internet and utilities are included in the rent
Hi! My name is Juno. I am a student studying sciences full time at the University of Adelaide and also work part time at the JamFactory. I love anything outdoors and enjoy farm work and horse riding. I also love animals and would love to move into a home where there are already pets! (Especially cats!) Currently my main goal is to do well at uni so I'm looking for a place with a good sized room so I can have a functional studying space (i.e. needs to fit a desk). I'm a very responsible, tidy and chilled out person and am very easy to get along with!
Hi! I am a Psychology student from the Netherlands. I have lived in shared student houses before and I am a tidy and sociable person :) Looking for a room not too far from North Terrace Campus.
The price reflects the suburb, sharing a large house with only one other, bills, having your own private area and bathroom and a executive style of living. Bills included (water, electricity, gas, internet). Large bedroom with queen bed, desk and built in wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the house to my room, so you will have a lot of privacy and won't hear any noise etc. Great environment for study. Large house with 2 x living areas, balconies. A/C, dishwasher and washing machine. House is kept clean and tidy. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the city. Sorry not suitable for couples Sorry no pets

Hey all, I’m Tori, I’m 19 and looking at moving either back to Adelaide or possibly Melbourne, I was only in Rads for a year and a bit but absolutely fell in love and want to come back, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about Melbs! I was living in a share house with a girl and 2 guys! So I know all the do’s and don’t with sharehouses! I’d like to say I’m super active but if I’m being honest I’m a wanna be gym junkie but full time snacker! Always up for some telly binging, dinners, wine/beer and you know possibly some form of physical activity (will take much persuasion) But in the same token like we all say on here “I understand personal space/enjoy my own” haha! Always keen to chat and talk some smack! Let me know if you are in need of a full time snacker in your household or keen to team up with one! Xo
Hey my names Luke, I’m 31, employeed full time in the CBD and currently looking for a place to stay. I’m a near and tidy person who is happy to help out, I love to cook and learn new recipes. I’m not into partying or going out on a bender etc. I am into movies, games and spending time doing fun activities with mates that are more social. I have a Ute and a motorbike, I use my motorbike to commute mostly (even in winter) and would require off street parking for the bike. I’m a fun loving and easy going person who respects other people’s space and boundaries. If you have a dog that would be a huge plus for me haha. Anyway if you need to know anything else please feel free to message me 😁
I'm a really outgoing guy I like to meet new people and go on adventures. I moved to Melbourne in January but I'd like to come back to Adelaide now. I've been living on my own since I was 17 and have matured and learnt a lot about living alone. I would consider myself a neat and responsible person. I'm doing cert 4 in IT at tafe and would like to do UNI when it's finished. I am currently on centrelink but I am actively looking for employment. At the moment my rent is $250 weekly which is too much and I'd like somewhere around 150-175. I'm a very social person and I'm usually always up for a chat. I like to go out with my friends and I see my family very frequently. I have a small kitten named Daisy as well, happy to move in with pets but it's also possible for my parents to take care of my cat. Hit me up I'd love to arrange a place to move into! =) Not fuss'd on where it is but I'd like it to be in the metropolitan area.
My name is Pedro Santiago, I'm a psychologist and I'm starting the second year of my PhD at Adelaide Uni. I'm a super chill guy, tidy, sociable and easy to get along with. I like going to the gym, reading, boxing, meditation, watching chess on Youtube, among other hobbies :D
