It’s so spacious it’s an absolutely stunning property with a park outside our courtyard. It’s around the corner from the parade and walking distance to the city. Lots of shops and bus stops around and it’s a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. It has great natural lighting throughout the house. There’s a bathroom and a half bath down stairs and 2 lounge room areas.
I work full time in the CBD so am out of the house during the day. Looking to find a place with in 20 minutes of the city. In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, scuba diving and going for hikes. Always open to making new friends, a drink and a chat but also happy to keep to myself.
Looking to team up with one other person, in Norwood, Parkside, Unley Goodwood, Fullarton, Prospect areas. Would like to team up and apply for a 2 bedroom unit. Im currently working full time and am tidy, quiet and respect others privacy.
Hi all, I'm Michael, 36, and looking for a new place to live towards the end of September. I work full time in the CBD, am clean & tidy, and noise considerate (not looking for a party house). No issues paying rent on time, and can contribute to bills. Most week nights are spent at the gym, or out running. I'm a non-drinker and non-smoker. Generally keep to myself, but always up for a chat or a meal out. Am a born-and-bred Englishman - moved to Australia in 2001, and moved from Brisbane to Adelaide earlier in the year (January).
Heya, I’m a full time uni student, hoping to find flat mates and make new friends aswell. Easy going, happy to keep the vibes relaxed and quiet or exciting and loud, whatever’s going. I will always do my share and contribute to the household chores.
Hey guys! My name is Lauren, I'm 27 and working full time as a Gym Receptionist during the week and casually in a cafe on the weekends. In my spare time I just like to hang out at home and watch Netflix, listen to music/go to gigs, or go op shopping. I like to think I'm a pretty friendly, clean + reliable flatmate. I enjoy going out every now and then but am definitely more of a homebody, and am more than happy to spend my weeknights curled up on the couch. I try to be as environmentally conscious as I can. I've become close friends with all of my past housemates and hope that would be the case again! I have a cat (Theo) who I will be bringing with me, so would love to find a pet friendly house/housemates who love animals as well. My move in date is pretty flexible. My max budget would be around $180/week - if that included my own or ensuite bathroom that'd be seriously amazing but it's not a necessity. Any other questions feel free to message me! Thanks! Lauren
I'm Darcy! I work in the hospitality industry as a Chief Marketing Officer for a number of companies in Adelaide. I often work away from Adelaide and I am looking for a place to call home. I love traveling around the world and you will often find me taking weekend trips overseas! I speak 2 languages, both english and thai fluently and I currently study my Masters of Business. I work extremely long hours so you will not see me alot. When I am home you will find me normally changing my sheets or scrubbing a white tile. I love all things Gin and Wine and I love baking cakes and cookies! I enjoy a clean and minimalistic home with a modern interior. I prefer a place with parking so I am able to keep my car safe but this is not essential. I would love to share a house with post graduate students in business or other business executives.
I am friendly, supportive, love cooking and socialising and am keen to live with 1-3 other young professionals who enjoy socialising and want a house filled with friendly, caring, considerate and fun people who will cook and chill out together. A place where you can host friends every so often but also have your own quiet space and time. Keen to move into an established house or create one. I'd love a modern character home with natural light, plants, and a good dishwasher and yard. I have a very well trained and affectionate non-shedding labradoodle (1.5 years old).
