I'm looking for an affordable pet friendly rental for me and my indoor feline companion. Somewhere close to the CBD. 1-2 bedroom unit or apartment would be ideal, but in a share house situation, i'm after a safe, quite, welcoming environment, with kind and considerate people. I'm quiet, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of others, their property and privacy, and always pay bills and rent on time. The room has to be big enough to fit a queen-sized bed, desk, vanity, 2 wardrobes and a tallboy comfortably. I have excellent references, Police Criminal History Check and DCSI Clearance.

Hey there! I’m an international student at the University of Adelaide looking for a place to share in the city or the surrounding suburbs. I’m a tidy person and always clean up after myself when using shared spaces. I’m pretty open minded and always good for a chat, but prefer my own space as well.
Hello, pleased to meet you! I'm Elise, a 26 YO professional working 9-5 full-time in Marketing and Graphic Design on Fullarton Road. My friends can vouch that I'm super clean, organised and considerate of others. I enjoy cooking from the works of Jamie Oliver and sharing food. I own a car and I'm happy to give anyone in my household a lift. I enjoy biking to work and like to keep fit and go to Goodlife gym. I don't mind a good chat, going out to a cool bar for few cocktails and catching up with friends. I can help spruce up your place with my love of throw cushions and indoor plants.
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .

Ideally I would like to share with people who are a similar age to me and don't mind a chat over a drink or 2 :) Thanks!

Hi I'm Jen, I grew up in Sydney, and lived in Melbourne for many years before moving to Adelaide in 2014, and I'm absolutely loving my new home. I'm loving the buzz of the innovation and entrepreneurship scene, and the vibe of all the little laneway cafes and bars that have popped up over the last few years. I've been an AirBnB host for the last year, I love meeting new people from all walks of life so it's been a great experience, but I'd now like to move into a share house to free up my time from hosting duties. I'm a people person so love a good chat, but after a busy day at work I'm also happy to have some quiet time. I love my music, and always happy to put the headphones on if you'd prefer quiet. I'm typically out and about a few nights a week with work events. I work full time as a consultant on major innovation projects.

I was raised in The Riverland, I've lived in Adelaide since 2008 where I've worked as a carer, a support worker in Disability Arts and currently work full time in an aged care home. I enjoy blues music, riding my motorcycle and frying a good salmon steak with a good beer to finish. I like my own space but I'm educated and enjoy a good conversation.

Hey guys, we are an open minded, friendly and funny german couple at the age of 20 and 21. We're really relaxed and like to explore the city and meet friends. We also love to cook together, maybe for our new flatmates as well :) We're both working full time which means that we're looking for a nice place to enjoy our free time in the evenings and at the weekend and to have nice flatmates to celebrate it with. Cheers, Michelle & Sebastian
Hi I'm Tarsha, I'm 31 and I've recently moved to Adelaide to work as a film compositor at a post production studio in the CBD. I've been share housing for over 10 years so I am tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy living with like minded folk who enjoy sharing a few wines with each other every now and then. I am available to move in immediately so please get in touch!
Skilled migrants coming to South Australia looking for a place to call home. We are non-smokers and generally fun to hang around with. We are a couple and love to keep things clean, neat and organised We enjoy good food and an occasional drink. Would love some company while trying out the SA beer we have heard so much about :)

Hey. We're a young couple (25 and 23) who have recently moved to Adelaide and are looking for a place to settle for 5 months minimum. We're looking for a private double room. We've been travelling around Australia since early December. Home for both of us is back in North Wales, UK. We're both active people who enjoy travelling, snowboarding and socialising over a beer or wine. Also enjoy downtime and can keep our ourselves private too if you wish. We're both tidy people who will ensure we clean up after ourselves. Kate and Addi xo
Easy going, respectful, and always up for a laugh or chat. My passions is bouldering (a form of Rockclimbing), the outdoors, and reading. I'm looking for short-long term accomodation after coming back from a euro trip for climbing (return early May).
A good sized, cozy room is available for rent in a large townhouse located just a short walk to both Rundle Street and the Norwood Parade. Clean and full of natural light, this is the perfect location for someone looking to live in the suburb but still wants to be close to the city. Plenty of fine restaurants, cafes and a cinema just around the corner. We are walking distance to the bus stops: no. 3 (North Tce), no. 3A (Magill Rd) and no. 4 (Payneham Rd). The house is already furnished, so just bring your own furniture for the room. Although, the room already has some furniture including study desk, study chair and a single bed and mattress. It also features central ducted heating and cooling. The home features a lovely open plan tiled living and dining area which opens out onto the courtyard. Kitchen comes with gas cooking and stainless steel appliances. You will have shared access of the kitchen, living room, dining room, courtyard and laundry. The rent INCLUDES utilities fee (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, phone).
I'm 21 years old, currently deferred from uni and working two jobs. Myself and my cat are looking for a new home! My cat Bootsie is also very friendly and will always cuddle up with you if you're just laying on the couch or something.

There is also off-street car park that usually free. unsure about pets but can be discussed. The townhouse is about a 7 min walk to the parade, with local pubs, supermarkets, public transport, restaurants are very close! its a great area and i don't plan on moving anytime soon.
Currently living in a lil small country town, basically I wanna get the hell outta my boring unit and into the big city. I've lived independently for 7 months or so already, therefore know the ropes of ensuring rent/bills are always paid on time, and how important cleaning up after myself is; so I promise that you'll never be caught up doing my dishes. I am outgoing and bubbly, but love to cool down and have some alone time, your personal space will be to the upmost respected. Absolutely adore all things creative and art wise, and have an appreciation for a fun time and some good food (especially when it comes to cocktails, pasta or the worlds best smoothie creations.) Film and reading are my favourite things to do, whenever in need of a movie/show recommendation, or a book to borrow I've got a bunch of options for you there hehe. Look forward to making respectful and interesting new friends with an eye for living life to the best potential.
