I am a full time social worker, working in Nowra. I'm looking for a room to rent for nine months around Nowra, while I wait for tenants to vacate the house I own in Worrigee around April/May next year. I'm sociable but also independent and happy to do my own thing. My interests are my motorbike, gardening, nature, camping, fishing, studying my Masters degree and my two pugs, Mags (six months) and Bob (11 years). These two are my "baggage" but I can't imagine life without them and will go to any length to keep them with me. I'm happy to provide an honest account of what living with Mags and Bob is like. I have a motorbike and a small car. I have a busy (but easy) nightly routine of walking my pugs, studying/reading and making a meat and veg meal (and of course, cleaning up). In the mornings (if I'm rocking life), I'll walk the pugs before work too. On weekends I head out camping, walking or fishing with the pugs. When I was in my own house, I used flatmates.com and have shared with a local dentist, avionics technician, podiatrist and software engineer over the last year and a half. As a home owner myself, and person with plenty of life experience, I know how to clean and maintain a home inside and out. I'm happy to provide references from past housemates or my employer.
Minutes to gorgeous Shoalhaven river, CBD, shops and restaurants, and hospital for medical students. Gorgeous two storey executive style house with spa bath, inground outdoor solar heated salt water pool, gym area, BBQ area, enclosed outdoor entertaining area, wood fire, A/C, and fans. Internet, electricity, and water included in rent. No more to pay except your own food.
I am super easy going, clean and fun. I am happy to do my own thing after a long day and try to be out and about doing things. Like meeting new people. I have two beautiful dogs so yes it makes it hard to find somewhere long term. I can't part with them as they are my babies. I am a groomer so dogs are always clean and are well behaved and they can come to work most days with me. Have references and hope to find a great new place to live
Hey, I'm from Sydney. Working down in Nowra part-time from Monday to Wednesday as a podiatrist. Looking for a place to stay from Sunday to Wednesday on a weekly basis. Move Date is flexible. I'm an easy going guy. Love to spend time outdoors in the sun. Play a variety of sports. Love to explore, hike and exercise. Love spending time at the beach. Always up to do something if others are. Hit me up if you think i sound like a good flatmate.
We are two flatmates wanting to move closer to uni. Both busy medical students who are quiet, clean and respectful. We would prefer a 3-4 bedroom with one other person. Our budget for the two us is 150 each. Skye is from Canada and is here for uni. She likes hiking and outdoor adventuring, as well as traveling. Skye will often be away to visit her husband back in Canada. Megan is from Australia. She loves surfing, kite-surfing, and free-diving. We are both non-smokers, but will have the occasional wine or two. We are not partiers, and prefer the same in a flatmate. We are also both considerate and quite busy with study. We would prefer a professional working in the local area who is a non-smoker and does not have pets. We both like cooking, watching "If you are the one" and have a pet skeleton named Mr. Bonedangles.

I'm a caring and outgoing person who just moved to the South Coast area from a small country town. Not a party animal and not studying anything as yet. At the moment I'm working 9-4 shifts in a small coffee house in Kiama. Really responsible with rent and clean! Flexible about moving from the Kiama/Wollongong area. Please ignore my move date as I'll only be moving at the time when something comes up!
In the process of a sea change. Got the job (building supervisor) not quite in the location I was expecting' so I'm seeking somewhere more central on the South coast. I asked my wife for input and got.... "I'm a clean and tidy person who likes a bit into fitness and associated hobbies balanced by the occasional social drink. YOU want me as your flatmate because I am a legend and you couldn't do better. I am like the superman of flatmates. I like motorbike riding (but not yellow putas) and I have a spartan spear. I will bring my own butter and hammer, you will have to provide the ducati." So hopefully if that didn't freak u, we/I have a sense of humour. My wife will unfortunately not be joining me except on the odd long weekend, which we'll probably be going away and spending time together, with friends & relies anyway. I am a good cook and will provide copious baked goodies and a have visits from a rather cute little pug, so you'll forget about me from about then on.. ; )
Hi guy(s), how's it going ? I'm a conscious man, who want to keep the house as tidy as possible, in order not to neither bother any one nor make someone feels uncomfortable in their "own" home. Furthermore, I am looking for a house which there aren't some many Brazilian or no ones in there, once I am a Brazilian, an English student and, want to meet people from other countries with other cultures and different views etc. Apart from those things, I'm really happy and joker. So once we built the relationship and staff, you will have good times, I think(I guess so...I hope so... lol).
Hi there, I work in a professional national role and have just moved to the Kiama area because of this. I'm pretty easy going and laidback. I am reasonably good in the kitchen, and do more than my fair share around the house with chores. I generally swim, cycle or go to the gym most days in spring and summer or whilst the weather is warm enough. Sunday usually has a round of golf mixed up with it. I have a glass half full attitude and am looking for like minded individuals to share with. However, if I can't see the water, I'm not living my dream.....
I do have a cat that i would love to live with but she isn't a win or lose for me if i find a lovely place. Currently looking for a place where i know i will feel wanted and won't have to move for the next 6+ months. I am very social and spend most of my free days outdoors, just currently bought a board so i'll be out at the beach trying to surf. I have a bike as well that i ride to the shops with just to keep my exercise up. I enjoy cooking for people and a quiet bevy in the backyard with some close mates. I am quiet, clean and respectful.
Large room with own entrance. Polished floorboards with large living areas in an older style character filled house. The house is furnished but we are flexible if you want to bring your things. The room has wardrobes if you want to use them and a table, but these can be removed if not. Close to surf beach, train and main streets. Call or text to find out more details
