Hi there! I'm a 36-year-old woman who loves the great outdoors and spending time in nature. Hiking and camping are my go-to activities, but I also enjoy exploring new places both indoors and outdoors. I am currently studying and working full time and volunteer in the spare time that I have. Although I socialise externally, I come home to a quiet place and recharge my battery.
As a full-time working professional, I value a clean and quiet living space where I can unwind after a long day. That's why I prefer living in a place that has a zen-like atmosphere. I do not have pets or kids and I am not into partying these days, just a peaceful environment where I can relax. I like cleanliness, a quiet place and good hygiene is a must. Not interested in anyone's personal baggage, I have boundaries. I would prefer to have one side of a house, and someone have the other side of a house as I like my space if there was a dwelling that could be split. I am extremely interested in studio's or granny flats, if there are any available.
I am currently renting on a verbal agreement and am looking at moving out in the next couple of months as I would prefer someone more professional and understanding of personal space and boundaries. I also want to get a motorbike and need a garage to store it, I will only now rent with people who lodge the bond to the RTA. I prefer studios and granny flats ** I would like to pay via bank transfer and not cash.**
