I’m an 18 year old full-time TAFE student seeking long-term accommodation in Brisbane! I’m quite shy and reserved, but despite that I make efforts to be friendly and personable. I highly value positive and healthy communication and an ability to compromise. We’re sharing a space and should always have each-other’s best interests in mind when decisions making and discussing :) I’m creative, I spend most of my free time at home sewing and doing leatherwork if I’m not with my friends or girlfriend. These hobbies earn me a bit of extra cash on the side! Due to the fact I’m long distance I’m currently unemployed but I will be seeking part-time employment once I’m moved in. Aside from that, I receive Centrelink payments and if push comes to shove can rely on family to financially support me. I take lots of pride in my environment, as long as everyone’s cleaning after themselves and picking up after themselves I’m happy. I’m left-leaning and would prefer to live in an all queer or all female household, but I’m open to living with men as long as there’s another female roommate! I’m an animal lover, if you have pets I will be spending time with them and time caring for them (as long as you’re comfortable with that)

I do like to keep a clean and tidy home inside and out and would expect similar from a housemate. I walk my dog every night, but in my spare time I like taking her for outings, catching up with my best friend (female), or just hanging with my daughter whenever she is staying with me. I also like music (many styles), movies, gaming, reading books, and mountain biking. My daughter (17 yo, respectful and mature) will stay with me every alternate week, so I don't want to share a house with men for my daughters sake. I also don't want a flatmate with any dogs/cats as they will probably be incompatible with my husky, though she is very friendly. I'll be looking ideally for at least a 3 bed 2 bath house to share with someone, and would pay over half the cost since I will require 2 bedrooms. I've stated 6 months rental period, but I could extend that if the whole flatmate thing works out.
