Hey, I’m 24 years old—quiet, clean, and respectful. I’ve just wrapped up six months working on a cotton farm and am currently enjoying a short overseas break. I will be back on the 11th of August so im trying to get something organized. Once im back and settled in I want to Study a cert 3-4 in fitness as im passionate about the gym. Im also lucky enough to have a job lined up on the north side once i’ve successfully found a place. I grew up near Dalby, went to school in Toowoomba, and wanting to make the move to Brisbane. Personality-wise, I’m fairly introverted and tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and respectful of others’ space. I’m into simple things—going to the gym, watching the footy, and living a fairly low-key lifestyle. Happy to pay a couple of weeks’ rent and bond upfront to secure a spot. Ideally would find a two level property where we both have our own level. I’m 45 and live a busy life but quiet at home. I have two teenage sons who are with me week on, week off. Life is busy with outside sport activities when they are home. I also have two miniature schnauzers so dog lovers a must. I would be responsible for taking care of the yard. I travel away for work quite regularly so you can expect to have the place to yourself approximately 1/4 of the time. I’m currently in a lease until the end of October at Kedron.
