No neighbors! Smoking is alright, though you gotta do it outside. Pets are okay, no dogs though, sorry, we're not allowed them.
The room on offer is very large and comes with built in robes, ceiling fan, shutters and a lockable door for privacy. The house itself has ducted heating and cooling and i keep the house clean and tidy (without being ocd about it) with a relaxed home vibe and a great safe energy to the place

Thank you for your time and would love to hear back very soon. Stephanie Nunn.
I am so easy to get along with as I get along with everyone, I have a bubbly personality. I have a medium sized husky girl who is very well trained and very cuddly. I have a full time job as a receptionist. I’m a clean freak so I always clean up after myself.
Hi, I’m looking for place to stay for over a year. I’m really an outgoing person, really clean and willing to help on anything you need. I don’t study at the moment as i took a gap year so i’m just working on my two jobs for now.

I am a working professional (Engineer) and relocating to Adelaide for my new work and looking to have a furnished room for 2 to 6 months starting 8th April. I will be out of town for most week ends. I love pets and I am fine if you have one. My preferred accommodation will be with someone who is clean and tidy, non-party type person. I will be working full time at Mawson Lakes and looking for a easy evening to read books, watch TV, chat over a coffee/bear and may head out if the weather is good. I am easy and down to earth person and looking for non-smoking person to share the house.
Hi ya, Employed as casual but usually work 4 out of 5 days a week sometimes 5 or more. Have a pet cat only 6 months. Looking for a place due to a bad breakup. Easy going. Easily comfortable with whatever. Dont smoke barely drink unless going out (just dont have the taste for it).
Hi, my name is Brock Robinson. I am 22 years old and I am looking to move out of home. I am currently studying Certificate III in Information Technology at the Tafe SA Elizabeth Campus and am hoping to apply for a Gaming and Animation course at the North Adelaide Senior College once I have concluded my current studies. I enjoy playing video games and watching movies and am a very social and easygoing person once people get to know me. I am also a very responsible person and am always happy to help if I can. I am looking for a shared accommodation with cheap rent and furnished rooms but am more than happy to do teamups if you want. I do not mind gender but would prefer to be with people around the same age as me. I am not interested in places with pets however. I greatly appreciate you checking out my profile and feel free to contact me if you want. Thank you very much for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
My name is Taya, I’m a 17 year old student recently moved out of home. I’m cutrently studying year 12 and starting a part time course in child care and education. I’m a fun and easygoing person who loves being around others, I get along well with other people and am always looking to make new friends and meet new people. Although I love being around others I also appreciate my own space at times. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment, and am always willing to help out around the house.
Hi, I am Theep from Sri Lanka! I'm moving to Adelaide on 1st week of August with my wife. We're a young couple, very friendly & new to Australia. However, I do have experience in living in a shared accommodation for more than 6 years (ever since I was studying in Europe). We'd love to hear from you if you have a place which we can rent out for 6 months. Thanks!
My name is Clarice, I am 24 years old. I am very clean, friendly and quiet. I would be looking at renting from mid may approx. If you’d like to know more please do not hesitate to contact me.
I'm really into movies, tv shows and the like. Anything related to those I can talk about till the cows come home. Also tend to game a lot online (xbox primarily although I'm not locked to a singular platform), and am a big fan of board games (think dominion, settlers of catan, ticket to ride, etc). Very keen on living with at least one person, possibly more.
My name is Tom. I'm a software developer. I finished an honours degree in computer science at the end of 2014 and then worked in my field for a year. I then took two years off to follow a passion of mine trying to make it into the Overwatch League. This got to a point where pursuing higher levels of performance felt like work, but with no financial reward or stability. So naturally I quit that and started to get back into software development. It's hard work, but it's fun and I get paid. I've just recently been offered employment with a defence company where I'll be working in Edinburgh. I'm quite tidy when it comes to the kitchen and my own personal space, though I'm less proactive in regards to the bathroom. I'll meet your standards in this matter, though I'd rather take on any other communal cleaning job than the shower, it's quite uncomfortable for me to clean them (I'm 183cm@103kg, crouching down in a confinded space to clean the floor isn't fun). Entertainment interests: Video games, anime, twitch, youtube, non-fiction audiobooks I have introverted tendencies. Sometimes I'll just want to sit back for an hour and relax by myself. I value being honest with myself, and this spills over with being honest towards others. Thankfully I also have some emotional intelligence, so the net result is I'm easy to approach and talk to. I value being able to admit that I'm wrong when I recognise I've made a mistake.
