This is a 2 year old townhouse that is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach. Its also only a 15 minute drive to Flinders Uni. It is a 3 bedroom house so im looking to rent out 1 room. The room available is a medium sized, unfurnished room with built in robes. You will have your own bathroom. The rent includes all bills (electricy, gas, internet) and we also have netflix.
The lease will be ongoing until mid-November 2019 and will be for a single room in a double story townhouse in Christies Beach. There is plenty of street parking, there are nearby shops only a 2-minute walk away (IGA), 5 minutes for big shopping complex (Colonnades) the bus stop is about a minute walk away, and the beach front is only a 10 minute walk/ 2 minute drive. The room will be unfurnished, however there can be a shared study if required, and you will have access to all common areas of the house, including a 2-way shared bathroom and access to personal sides of the pantry/cupboards. The room will have ducted heating/cooling including two windows and also two power points. There will be shared use of a washer/dryer combo and a bottom mount fridge and also a downstairs and upstairs toilet. All other rooms are furnished completely with kitchen utensils, cookware, dishware and essential appliances, so you will not necessarily need to have that much to live here. There is a 6 seater table in the back patio with a fold-down clothesline and a covered BBQ, and there is plenty of storage space in the garage with a cupboard in their too, there will be no cars parked in the garage during your tenancy as it is used primarily for storage of camping/sports gear. There will be a cat at the property, mainly outdoor but occasionally inside for cuddles and to keep you company.The quarterly gas and electricity bills will be split equally every quarter and the rent will be paid weekly. Internet and house insurance (if desired) will be split equally. Internet is $30 at the start of each month for Unlimited Standard Plus data. There will be NO BOND needed to pay upon moving in as I have already paid for this myself as I have been here for one full lease tenancy already, and all that I ask is shared contribution for cleaning prior to house inspections/general upkeep.

The unit is ground level has beautiful natural light, has a new kitchen, bath, heating and A/C and an open plan living area. I'm quite, tidy and usually keep to my self, I enjoy movies, Xbox, spending time out doors and down the beach I can cut lawns and do gardening but as I've said I'm quiet and tidy and would be of n hassle.
I’m very quiet, but once comfortable I’ll come out of my shell and be a lot more talkative, I go to school between 3 to 4 days a week and the other days I do online. I’m very clean can’t handle mess. I’ll help out in anyway that is needed. And I’m never late paying my rent and or anything else. I’m a fun person, I’ll do my best to create fun ideas. I’m looking for a fair spacious room hopefully my own bathroom as I’m more comfortable. I do have a little girl turning 1 on the 6ths of March. She sleeps from 8:30pm wakes up at 1 am for another bottle then sleep till 8am and that’s when I’ll get ready for school. She is really well hehaved and has an incredible sense of humour and the wildest personality which most people enjoy her company. Crying is when she hurts her self or is hungry. But I wouldn’t be doing this if she would be an interference.
