I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accomodation however never say never.
I am a Kenyan but I have lived in Perth for 8 years now. I moved to SA in July 2016. I am looking for a house to live in with 3 other housemates for the two years I will be studying at Flinders Uni.I am a social butterfly and helpful. I would prefer female housemates. I am also a Christian and also would prefer Christian housemates but I also don't mind non-Christians as long as they respect my beliefs.
I am studying full time at flinders, Animal behaviour. I work casually as a Bar tender at the west lakes resort. I am easy going, funny, social, easy to get along with too, however I do enjoy time on my own too. I like to keep tidy and to make sure i live in a clean, happy environment. I love animals, reading, having a laugh and cooking. I am looking for people that i can feel and be comfortable around, people that love to sit and have a chat, but also can let me study for uni. I would want to live with people that don't mind if my friends/ family visits. Occasionally I do like to have a quiet drink with friends so I would need my future flat mates to accept that. I am not a party animal though. I would like to have my own bathroom/ensuite. I'm currently living on my own and I'm finding the rent abit too steep. I'm highly considering finding a place with flat mates. I have both contracts for internet and power and I'm happy to transfer it to a new place if finding a suitable team up. I would prefer to live somewhere with a tram or train close. Thanks :)

30yo Female looking to downsize from the place im in atm, i am looking for an unfurnished room. I work full time, I am very sociable and enjoy going out, love the beach and occasionally exercising. I am very respectful of others and their belongings and privacy. Looking to move in with ppl of similar age and interests.
Helllooo! My name is Holly and I'm 21 years old and looking to relocate back to Adelaide in the mid year. I previously lived here for two years so I am looking to live near Oaklands Park again. I'm really laid back at home as I work full time (will be looking for full time work again). However, I know how to keep the house clean and tidy. I'm usually always up for a drink and a laugh or a shared meal as I love to cook. I'm a vegetarian but not one of those annoying ones I promise! I also understand and enjoy quiet nights as well. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions! Thanks, Holly
I'm happy to help with house chores. I pay my rent on time. I like to think I'm fairly non- judgemental and hygienic. I like to cook, especially chicken stir-fry or butter chicken. I also like baking, playing rpg type games, watching netflicks or reading one of my many books.
Hola! Will be needing a place While studying my 3rd year of uni! I am studying a Bach. Of International Tourism at Flinders and have just been on exchange in The Netherlands since July. Originally from Darwin so I go home for some holidays if I can! Have been living with housemates for about 2 years now so I have no worries with the usual rules/respect. I love to socialise as much as I love to procrastinate my uni work (you see my dilemma already), but of course enjoy my down time as well. I am currently in Darwin and will be back in Adelaide Feb 26th, so hope to have some places lined up to look at! My friend (male, studying the same degree at Flinders, also coming back from Holland) and I are both looking to find a place together so listings with two or more rooms available are ideal. If any of this may be what your looking for just give me a buzz! Cheers, Gemma! 👍🏽
Hi My name is Amy, I recently moved from a small country town to start my studies at Flinders. I am looking at starting up a share house around the flinders area, I have 2 dogs so preferably with someone who loves animals and is studying as well. I am very laid backed and chilled. And would like to find something as soon as possible. Thanks :)
I like to think I'm super funny & entertaining, love some brilliant banter but also pretty good to chat to about more serious/personal stuff. Love having some good fun but also appreciate my down time and privacy. Love the footy, so if I'm not over in Melbourne watching the mighty Tiges you bet I'll be watching it at home! I'm tidy and overly organised, easy to get along with. I also have a lot of homewares to contribute!! + I love KFC so I'll shout ya once a week xoxo
We are located directly across the road from the SA Aquatic Centre Marion. 2 minute car ride and10 minute walk to Brighton beach. A 2 minute walk to Marion Shopping complex and a 3 minute walk to the Warradale Train station (direct trains to the City). 5 minute car ride and 10 minute bus ride from Flinders Uni FYI the bond is actually $750 but Flatmates only allows you to enter 4 weeks as an option We have a nice and tidy house with a huge back yard area for entertaining.
This property is close to Marion Shopping Centre, the big Marion pool, and Flinders University. It's also not far from the beach. Only a few minutes walk to the train, so getting to the city is easy and quick. We have plenty of living space, with a backyard area, a sunroom and a living room, which are all furnished. Our living room and sunroom are both airconditioned. The room itself is very small, so it probably suits a single bed and a person who doesn't need much space in their bedroom. Despite this, after a year in the property we have found it comfortable and super convenient for all our needs as students and young people.
Only a short walk to Marion shopping centre, event cinema, the warradale hotel, train line to the city and less than 10 minutes to Flinders Uni and the beach - Oh! And there's a record shop around the corner too! The house is currently being renovated with new paint, hard wood floors, carpets, updated kitchen and split cycle air conditioning. Renovations are expected to be completed by end of February. 2nd bedroom is generously sized with a BIR, double bed and other bedroom furnishings (option to store in shed). The backyard is lovely and the landlord comes once every fortnight to complete the gardening, the price of the room includes this and also all water expenses! The neighbourhood is family friendly with minimal noise, perfect location for a student or someone wanting to downsize but still keep an active lifestyle with all necessities within walking distance.
I am a very friendly, down to earth & responsible student. I am currently working part time as a nanny for two lovely families who both have young children that I care for. I have proven my mature approach & outlook within this role, as well in my personal life. I consider myself to be reliable, trustworthy & cooperative. At times when sensitive issues arise that need to be addressed, I can say I am definitely approachable. Apart from all of the serious qualities, my sense of humour, light heartedness & the enjoyment of a good laugh, seem to make a well balanced, 17yr old, partime nanny X full time student. I have references available upon request, work related & personal.
Hi there! I am a Canadian 26yo female. I currently live down south but want to move closer to the city, but still be close to the beach. Looking ideally for a room in an already set up share house as I have just moved here from Canada, and would love to make some friends. Also open to starting a place together. Ideally moving in with my Adelaidian boyfriend but not essential as we also have a place down south which we are keeping. Would be willing to contribute more to Rent or bills if accepted as a (fun!) Couple. I am also considering getting a single room if the right house vibes come up! I work full time at the Royal Adelaide hospital and Sam has a full time plumbing job but we are very social and into fitness while not at work. I am at work quite often and irregular hours. Other things we enjoy are surfing, drinks, cooking, travelling, and adventures. Looking for an easy going but clean house to live in while I'm at work in the city. (I will be spending a bit of time down south and travelling). I am okay with any type of roomate, as long as you are respectful. I am very respectful and have a pristine renting background and plenty of experience with shared houses. Cheers! feel free to message for a meetup to see if we (or I) could fit into your house!

My name is Bethany and I am a permanent part-time employee working in fast food, also beginning my first year in a Medical Science degree. I am looking for a place that is a convenient for work and study commitments. I have a 5 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback x Boxer and I would much prefer a place that will allow me to bring along my well-behaved furry friend, I promise you'll like him! He doesn't bark unless provoked which makes him a handy guard dog, however he hardly has the potential to hurt a thing (other than the occasional fly). He gets along well with other pets, in fact, he used to sleep curled up with my mother's cat. I first moved out of home when I was 17 and have had my own lease this past year. I understand responsibility and I am courteous and respectful towards my housemates. A perfect Friday night for me includes socialising with my closest friends, a few glasses of wine and many laughs. Although, I'm often quite a nanna and go to sleep relatively early, so you wouldn't have to worry about me stumbling home in the middle of the night, as nights in town are only occasional. I am a tidy house guest and I can give you references from two different people that I have previously lived with. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!
The house is a modern and spacious new build located on a quiet street with new furniture and furnishings. 5 minutes from Flinders university and Flinders Medical Centre. It is possible to walk to Flinders. Close to Brighton beach. Very close to public transport, local restaurants, schools, parks, walking trails and shopping centres including 3 minutes drive to Marion shopping centre. Internet access available. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Gas top cooking. Minimal garden maintenance. Netflix available but not set up.
The place is within walking distance of a late night foodland, chicken and chips fast food store, local pizza store. It's also close to a anytime fitness gym and a subway. It has 2 bus stops within walking distance that can take you the city, the marion shopping center and the flinders university. It's also got NBN for those who need the faster speeds. It's all furnished but your bedroom.
I am 25 year old who has always lived in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. I work Full Time for Australian Motors and have a adorable, slightly overweight black and white indoor cat who mainly sleeps all day. I don't get a lot of time for fun because of the hours I work but I love to catch up with friends and family when I can and do enjoy drinking socially. I'm not big on going out and parting a lot anymore as I'm trying to get healthier and fitter. I think I'm a good person to live with because I clean up after myself and my cat, I keep to myself a lot so I wont be an annoying room mate who is always in your face but at the same time I do like to get along with the people I live with and hang out.
I'm an exchange student from Lund, Sweden. I'm looking for accommodation as close to the University of Adelaide as possible. I'm an open, kind and relaxed person. I have lived with other students for 5+ years so shared housing is not new to me, I know what to do and not do to be a good flatmate. I'm also good at cooking! *according to all my friends haha. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a 26 year old young health professional and will be starting my postgraduate in Adelaide. I love exploring other countries and cultures, baking pastries and have a good glass of wine with a good chat. In my live I have lived in enough student homes to know how to behave, respect everyones stuff en throw a good party now and then-while I do like my moments if peace.
Hi I'm T-Jai! I am currently starting my first year at Flinders University studying Health Sciences - Masters of Physiotherapy. I currently work full-time but will be becoming part-time when Uni starts. I have a reliable job, working retail in Rundle Mall in the city, so you know I'm very sociable and love to talk to new people and get along with pretty much anyone! I am a very friendly, easy-going and respectable person who keeps themselves well-groomed and hygienic as is not only my personal standards but my work standards as well. I believe in fare-share and I will clean up after myself and will also do my best to keep the accomodation as clean as possible. I would love to find people that can make the house feel like a home away from home. I love a good night out with friends but they are on a rare occasion. I much prefer having a relaxed night at home watching a tv series or playing the guitar. I really hope I can find a good group of people that are students or work part-time or full-time that I can come home to after studying and work and have a good laugh with and enjoy their company. A good, relaxed, yet respectable vibe is the goal! I love fitness, basketball, film making, trips to the beach, road trips and camping. I will be studying for a lot of the time (4 days a week) and will be working the Friday, Saturday and Sunday so coming home to a nice clean, relaxed environment would be the most ideal situation. If you feel like I am someone you would interested in meeting or interested in sharing accomodation, please feel free to message me at anytime and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can. Looking forward to hearing from you! T-Jai
I am a mature 22 year old, responsible and reliable. I don't party, or have a crazy social life. I enjoy being home and working on the house and being in the garden. I don't drink often, enjoy a glass of rosè every now and then. I work full time as a Nanny (up at 0500hrs) work from 0600hrs to 0830hrs. I go to uni 4 days a week during the day then pick the kids up from 1515 every week day. Normally finish up work around 2030. I enjoy quiet weekends reading, catching up with friends, seeing the latest movie or working on the house. I prefer to have my own space, so own bathroom would be ideal, but not a deal breaker if the housemate is clean and respectable. I have my own car so a garage is preferred, but good street parking is also fine. I have my own bed and dresser. I also have a really nice (and new) couch and tv unit; but if the house is already furnished I can easily sell them or put them in a storage container. If this all sounds good, give me a buz or an email! Denielle

I am an international student going to be starting a bachelor of nursing at Flinders University. I have a beautiful pet cat called Amy, who absolutely loves people. My friends tell me that I am a kind and welcoming person. I enjoy reading and listening to music, and don't mind the odd catch-up for a drink. I am however not a party animal. Ideally I am looking for a place where I could have my own bathroom, preferably on-suite so I can put my cat's litter tray in there.
Female. 24 years old. I am an international student from the Philippines looking for a flatmate. I will be studying Bachelor of Nursing in Flinders Uni. Fun-loving, responsible and very keen on cleanliness. I know how to cook, and clean up after myself. I am willing to help around to house and easy to get along with. Send me a message for anyone interested. I will arrive in Adelaide in Jan 12.
Hi im Bradley and im 18, i currently work a part time job monday to friday. I am a tidy and down to earth person who is easy to get along with. Outside of work i am active, i enjoy footy, cricket, fishing, camping, etc. When im not doing all that i love to cook, watch movies/tv and play ps4 etc. I do enjoy a casual drink but dont really head out to town that often at all. Im looking for a room to rent and or someone to team up with and find a place. I wouldnt mind someone who is tidy, respectful and around the same age. Wanting to live within an hour from the CBD.
I have just moved back to Adelaide from the Riverland and am looking for some cool people to share a house with. I am relatively neat and tidy and I can do my fair share of work that needs to be done. I have some furniture /small appliances that will need to come with me - a couch, armchair, tv, microwave etc. I am a primary school teacher doing relief teaching at the moment and also working in out of school hours care. In my spare time I play the saxophone, I enjoy watching movies, playing games, and drawing. I try to exercise when I can be bothered. I'm up for going out and socialising but I'm also happy with just staying at home and hanging out. I can respect others privacy and am ok with my own company. If I sound like your kind of housmate, send me a message :)
I am pretty laid back and love a good cooking/baking session followed by binge watching tv. I happily occupy myself but also love to sit around with a pot of tea or bottle of wine and catch up. I am a student at Flinders Uni in my last year of Marine Biology.
Hi, I am looking to escape from the country to Adelaide! I am relocating due to work, family and ability to shop without driving long distances. I maybe a little older than the usual flat hunters but that makes me someone who is reponsible, independent yet sociable. I am apparently a very good listener too. I have a small female Maltese Shitzu named Daisy who I need to take with me as she's part of the family. I love Netflix so need access to wifi for social and work reasons. I am a keen gardener, can cook really well and renovate furniture if I have space to do so. Did I mention that I'm Irish?
