Hi! I’ve recently purchased an apartment in Hughesdale and am looking for someone to rent my second bedroom :) The apartment is fairly big, with a large courtyard area and a lot of sunlight. It is a 300 metre walk to Oakleigh station, and 600 metres from the restaurants and shops. There is no car park however there may be off street parking (I’m not sure of the time restrictions). I’m looking for a professional who is tidy and enjoys being social but also respects our own time. I do have a dog, Pickles, who is tiny but extremely friendly, so someone who loves dogs and I can trust with her. Bills are additional. I’m not moving in until mid September so the room will be available at the end of September but thought I would start searching early :) Photos available upon request.
This unit is positioned at the rear, with an exceptional combination of style and space. Ducted heating and split system cooling are installed. Walking distance from central Oakleigh, Hughesdale village with great access to transport, schools & shopping.

PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.

I'm a 20 year old full time uni student stumbling through a combined arts/science degree. I work part time in retail, but hope to eventually work in either of my fields eventually (god, don't we all). I love to cook, read, write, and visit Italian cafes (cafe latte e zeppole, per favore). Though I am very sociable, I spend much of my time studying and mostly keep to myself. I am respectful and considerate of shared spaces and am very tidy. I love animals but don't have any pets at the moment - I would love to meet yours. I prefer to live in female only spaces, but am flexible.

Hi, I am currently doing my postgrad at Monash Clayton in Engineering. Most of the times I won't be at home due to my busy schedule as I'm approaching my thesis submission in few months time. Easy going and helpful :)
Clean, and a tolerable cook. Likes dogs. Will deal with washing even if it's not mine, wash dishes, compost etc. Looking for a relatively quiet house, ideally without kids, but close to trains as I don't drive. likes travel, movies, eating out from time to time. I'm a professional who works in the city so I'm away 7 to 7 (more of less).
A long term couple looking for a home closer to both work and our studies. Very friendly and easy-going couple. We are both very reliable, honest and caring people. Don't like drama or conflict, just enjoy living relaxed, fun and easy-going lives.
Hi there! We are two University students, both in our late 20s who are searching for an accommodation nearby Monash University (Clayton) campus. Homayoun is doing his PhD in transportation, and Vesna (myself) Master of Nursing, working part time as well. We are both dedicated students who also enjoy socializing and are into sports. Studies are our priority and we are looking for two bedroom apartment/house preferably walking distance from University which we would like to lease/sublease ideally for one year or more. We consider ourselves as clean and tidy and are attentive to the place we live in and take care of it to make it a home.
