Hi! I’ve recently purchased an apartment in Hughesdale and am looking for someone to rent my second bedroom :) The apartment is a decent size, with a large courtyard area and a lot of sunlight. It is a 300 metre walk to Oakleigh station (25 mins to the CBD on the train), and 600 metres from the restaurants, shops and gym. Chadstone is also around the corner. Unfortunately there is no onsite car parking and I believe the streets around are strict on timing so someone without a vehicle would suit. I’m looking for a professional who is tidy and enjoys being social but also respects our own time. I do have a dog, Pickles, who is tiny but extremely friendly, so someone who loves dogs and I can trust with her. Bills are additional. I’m not moving in until mid September so the room will be available at the end of September but thought I would start searching early :)
This unit is positioned at the rear, with an exceptional combination of style and space. Ducted heating and split system cooling are installed. Walking distance from central Oakleigh, Hughesdale village with great access to transport, schools & shopping.
Looking for some like-minded individual to us, we are in our mid 20’s. Your own room with shared bathroom, BYO furniture but we do have some bits and pieces if you want to use. Looking for someone friendly who is happy to have movie nights or tv time with us. Males or females welcome. Smokers ok but outside only. No pets allowed. Happy for workers or students as long as rent and bill payments are not an issue. Unlimited fast internet plan. We have awesome Central Evaporator cooling that will help to keep us nice and comfortable for these hot days ahead. We have 3 Rooms up for rent as our current housemate are moving on with life. Close to Chadstone Shopping Centre, supermarkets, bus/train,restaurants and take away are within walking distances. Places including Uber Eats. On street parking only. Bills split evenly among us. Rent $150 per week.
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
I just got enrolled with Monash University, Clayton Campus for Masters of Nursing Studies. I am from Nepal but now i am permanent resident visa of Australia. i just want room for 2 years. i am silent, quite and genuine student. i want some quite place to live where i can study.
I am a very easy-going person, respectful and clean. I work as a personal trainer and have a second job in hospitality. I have two dogs - Basil (aged 4) and Theodore (aged 1). They are like my kids and pretty much follow me everywhere around the house. I am looking for a place that can accomodate the three of us. They are toilet trained and will be staying in my room whenever I’m out.
Hey! So I'm originally from the lovely island of Sri Lanka, but I've lived in England and Wales briefly when I was younger, and I've ended up here in Melbourne to do my undergrad. Currently living in a wonderful sharehouse in Clayton but my lease ends in October, and I'm keen to change things up a bit! I'm honestly not too fussed about where you live, as long as it's a decent distance from Clayton (where I'm doing my placement) and my housemates are easy going... And I'm open to team-ups too. As for what I do for fun, as cliché as this sounds, I love exploring. I'm the person who sees cool places on Instagram and ends up driving there (I kid you not hahah). On some Fridays, I'll head off to the city, on others I'll head off to hibernate. Oh and I have a good stock of Sri Lankan spices handy hahah.
I am clean, tidy and respect people's privacy. But in saying that, i wouldn't mind the occasional ubereats feed while watching Netflix with my housemates. On weeknights you'll find me mostly hibernating but I tend to socialize with friends and family more on the weekends. I am easy going and down to earth . I am wanting a place to call home and I hope you are too. If you love chocolate, wine, cheese and boardgame nights then you're my kind of person !
I work full time, looking for somewhere to live for about 6 months. I am from the country and enjoy watching sport. I work during the day and do my own thing at night, so wouldn't get in the way at all.
Hi my name is Tarandeep Singh. I'll be studying in Monash university. I promise to be a nice roomate. Living with me would be one of the best experiences for anyone. I'll have a sense of humour that never disappoint anyone. I will always be ready to cooperate with whatever will come througy way.
Hey everyone! My name is Yinghan and I am a neat, friendly and responsible 23 year old. Currently I am finishing up my final year in civil engineering and also working part time as an engineer, and will be joining my current company as a full time urban engineer as soon as I graduate in November (can't wait to get out of uni!) I can be a bit quiet and do like time to myself sometimes, but I also really want to team up to form a house where we can have house dinners and chats - I absolutely love cooking so I would really like to live in a house where that is possible! Although I am trying to be alcohol-free, I make some damn good cocktails and have been told by many people that they go pretty well with my food. I'm vegetarian but cool with whatever your dietary choices are! I have lived in share houses since 2014 so I am definitely house trained; references from current and previous housemates are also available if you need them. I like classical and jazz music, watch perhaps way too much Netflix. I am looking to move in to the new place any time before Dec 2018/Jan 2019, but I am flexible on that as finding like minded people is so much more important. Hope to hear from you soon!

I am a genuine person. i do not interfere in other's privacy and do not want others to interfere in mine. i keep my room neat and clean. always clean utensils and kitchen after using so that others can use too.
I’m from Bendigo and am moving to Melbourne to study a bachelor of journalism at RMIT uni. I am a very neat and tidy person (bit if a clean freak actually) but I’m a pretty relaxed person and think I’m pretty easy to get along with. I’m not really loud so you most likely won’t even know I’m there. I usually play videos games in my spare time and watch Netflix. I work at McDonalds in Bendigo at the moment and will find a new part time job when I move.
I'm a chilled, happy and positive person, that loves to enjoy my life with balance. I like to enjoy some wine occasionally, but also party hard when it's required. I like to chill at home in my PJ's and do some hearty cooking also. I am easy to live with, love to have a chat, but also respect your personal space. Looking for the right house with the right people, and I'll stay long term :)
