Something not too old as well. I'm considerate, respectful and reliable with rent payments. I don't drink or smoke and don't have a pet to bring with me. I would be around a lot as i am not currently working due to fatigue but once I improve, i will be back at work. Covering rent will not be an issue.

I am a young adult looking to move out of home for the first time, I think finding myself moving out will make me a lot happier and independent, I work a lot of the time at the airport for virgin. I spend majority of my weekend at my partners house with his family and we love to go out for dinner aswell as cook together. In my spare time I enjoy watching Netflix, watching YouTube, cooking and when I am with my partner we go out with our friends every now and then. I love animals I have 3 dogs and a bunny at home. the dogs will be staying at home as there family pets but the bunny will stay with me as it is my own responsibility therefore I’m not afraid to live with pets :) I am friendly, caring and clean and have a good sense of humour I respect others and their privacy and I’d expect the same in return, hoping to make some friendships out of living out of home and finding myself :)
My bright & light apartment is a top floor, two bedroom, spacious place with an open plan living and dining area & separate kitchen. It's relatively modern with white walls, cream carpets and plenty of windows so it's easily flooded by natural light during the day, and it is the perfect place for someone who wants to be close to the city, but without all the hustle & bustle! Oatly is such a leafy suburb close to all the amenities anyone needs, and with two balconies from the shared areas, both with leafy outlooks, it's the perfect place for your morning cuppa. As an added bonus, there’s a large laundry/storage room separate to the apartment (just down a set of stairs) which is really handy when you're living in the city, as well as a lock-up garage with further storage space. The apartment is just a four-minute walk to Oatley station and a couple of minutes to the local shops. My road is quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are lovely. The Oatley Hotel has the best pub food (and it's 2 minute walk away!) and Skeetas (5 minutes away!) has great live music, plus the pretty Oatley to Como walk makes this such a sweet area to live in. Your only housemate will be me, so for the price, double balconies, heaps of storage space, a relatively modern interior, only having one housemate and the beautiful location, this place is a gem of a find!!
I am looking for a room to move in starting from 20-31 of December this year. If everything goes fine, I want to stay for 3-5 months (and maybe even a bit more if everything goes well further) Hi. My name is Hesham. I'm 30 years. I'm a Middle-eastern, precisely from Yemen. And, I work part-time currently. I shared a house with my girlfriend and brother for the last 1-2 years, and I now I'm undergoing what may be called 'end of era'. For the time coming, my choice will be to go for some quiet and alone time. I will prefer a "less-people" housing, with a total number of people in the house 2-3 (including me and everyone) I'm after a clean and tidy housing where the shared areas are kept well-organised and managable, so everyone can function. Aside from that I do not have special preferences. [About me - again] I am a quiet person, easy-to-live-with, good in and appreciate communication highly. I actually beleive in communication above everything. I am less-talkative but I won't mind sharing a friendly conversation with someone, or a funny chit chat from time to time. I will also accept an invitation for a drink and talk over the table, home or at the local pub. (In the kitchen, if I use a plate or any utensil, the immediate next thing I will do is wash it) I am well-organised at the kitchen. I like this because it keeps the functionality of this utility. I do not eat much but I rarely eat outside, especially now that I am on a low-carbs diet. And again, I take care of my use to the kitchen and do some helping also to everyone. (I am planning a long overseas travelling trip next summer - Next June, July.. onward) Like I mentioned , I am on a diet for 4-6 months time to come. I will be doing some excercises in and out side the house (in my room off-course). I am also going to be working part-time. And beleive it or not, my job is delivering food - although I am a certified engineer by Australia. I have been working hard-and-busy for the last 3 years (since I arrived in Australia) and I am looking for a change for the time being. I like this delivery job; it gives me the change I want and the flexibilty I need. But normally, it keeps me out more than 20 hrs a week. You can expect me to be asleep around 11pm, and awake 6-7 in the morning. later in the day I then may go for some shopping, the gym, library, etc., or just stay home. I will do my driving hours between 6-10pm. [Free time] My free time, I would watch little TV in my room (or Youtube), or hit at friends houses from time to time. or be doing random things like landscape photography or go to library. I will also occasionally be away from the house for a couple of days visiting my brother who moved to Wollongong regional - Mittagong, or stay over at friends'. I rarely will have someone coming over for a short visit, and if that happens, I will make sure it is one person at a given time. I drive my own car since 2 years, and can help doing some grocery shopping for anyone sometimes. I do not mind occasionally helping each other with the small things (within the convenience limit off course, and without being un-confident that it is 100% ok) I would wish if the house has got a Laundry drier because I am not used to Balcony or Sun-drying at all. Only 10 min walk to Oatley train station. 5 min walk to local shops. Plenty of shops nearby. Close by to Como bridge and other lovely parks. The room available is big enough for a double/queen bed and has a built in wardrobe. The room is not furnished. New kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Great little balcony at the front of the flat and plenty of natural light throughout the apartment. WIFI available but not included in rent price. Electricity bills not included in rent price.
