I'm from Far North Queensland and I've just recently moved to Sydney a month ago to play Soccer, I transferred and am working for the same company I've been working with for the past three years. I am searching for a share house I can call home. I'm a perfectionist by trait so I like my surroundings neat and tidy. I'm very active so I won't be home alot cause I'll either be at work, sports or exploring Sydney. Im very sociable and out going! I'm a hype man and a big believer in positive vibes and creating a great atmosphere for myself and the people around me! I’m very friendly and willing to be engaging with my house mates if they’re keen for a good laugh and chat! I get along with everyone and know how to relate to people of all social types as long as they aren’t disrespectful! Although I’m very energetic and engaging I am at the same time very strong on respecting people and their privacy. I know my mama raised me well so if you have House rules I am more than happy to follow them. Either way, I'm very adaptive to most living styles and am very respectful to my housemates and their belongings. Mad Love and I hope you consider me :)

I am a 24y old electrical apprentice from Qld working full time in Sydney with the railways. I need a quite place to relax and study. Being a quite type, and over sharing situations, I am looking for self contained accommodation. I also need a secure place to park my car. Convenient access to shops and a railway station would be ideal. I work around different parts of the rail network in Sydney , so I can be flexible regarding locations to live. Im happy to hear from you should you have a suitable place for rent. Regards Patrick
We are both from Australia, we study 3 days a week and work 2-3 days during the week. I'm studying a bachelor of business and my partner studies psychology. We both are very understanding and enjoy going out.
Hardworking couple with a good set of morals and respect for house rules. We juggle full time study and part time work, with 3-4 days a week spent at University & 2-3 days at work. Easy going although have fairly tight schedules so would prefer a quiet household.
We are two, responsible 18 year old students looking to move out for the first time closer to Uni. We enjoy playing sport, watching movies and chilling out. We are seeking something temporary until our exchange at the end of the year/beginning of next year and thus plan to be working quite a bit ourselves.

I’m an easygoing friendly and positive person to be around. I work full time in construction(carpentry) and have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne. I have family in Carlton which I would like to live near preferably but I am also open to look at other areas as long as commute to work is not too far as I will be working around the CBD. I am clean, tidy, very easy to get on with and also respect others space and privacy. I would prefer a place that is fully furnished with internet access. I would also require there to be off street or private parking available as I will have my work vehicle and tools needed for work. Please feel free to contact me for any inspections.
Hey :) I'm Christina, I'm looking for a suitable place to be in for when my newborn arrives in June. Must be clean, non-smoking indoors, and child friendly. I am studying Horticulture so there needs to be wifi available and at least a small patch I could grow my pot plants :) I am clean, polite and love to cook, and so am looking to share a house with someone who is also clean, polite and likes to cook, must also be good with kids :)
I’m a clean person, and like clean houses. Wine and foodie lover. Friendly, easy going who loves keeping physically active. I love traveling and experiencing other cultures. Non- smoker. Will be studying hospitality.
I am a very outgoing person, who loves music, learning guitar at the moment. I also like the indoors and watching a DVD on the weekend. Love to have a good chat and talk to others. Down to earth and work 5 days a week at the moment in a Factory, If you have a flat or granny flat out the back I am open to that as well/or an ensuite. Other qualities I have is that I am a carer for 7.5 years at Australian Home Care, so I am happy to look at doing some hours of care in return for board or for a flat out the back whatever we can discuss if there is anyone who needs in home care in the area might need a live in carer. Love to hear from you soon.
British male coming over to work full time. Clean, tidy individual who knows how to cook. Respectful of personal space and privacy. Laid back and here to work but open for a few beers.
Hey, my name is Brooke and I pretend to be a professional by working as a legal secretary in the city from 8:30am to 5:00pm. As a result, I will mostly be home at nights and on the weekend. I'm pretty bogan, I like to have a laugh and a joke and won't get on your back if the place isn't completely tidy all the time (though I still like to live in a relatively clean space haha), but I will mostly keep to myself and won't disturb you too much! Though I am always interested in making new friends with any roommates. I like reading, writing, gaming and a good Wi-Fi signal. I'm a big fan of finding new cafes to eat at, so I'm hoping to find a place with some good eateries :) If any of the above sounds appealing to you, please let me know!
The room is large and easily fits a queen size bed with a wall to wall built in wardrobe. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom, which is large is size, with one other female only. You will have your own private balcony overlooking a very leafy street. There are two living areas in the house as well as a backyard and patio area. The duplex is in a fantastic location, only 5 mins walk to the station, shops, restaurants and cafes. There is an internal laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer plus an extra toilet downstairs for guests. There is plenty of parking out front.
Hello. I’m Yuna, female from Tokyo, Japan. I’m quiet, clean and tidy. Respect people’s space, love animals. I’ve lived in Sydney since last December, working at Westfield in Hurstville. (I have to move by 7th April, and planning to stay for long term. ) I am looking for a place feel life home not just sharing a place. I get along with everyone, meet and adapt well to any surroundings. I don’t smoke, will work fulltime during normal business hours. I don’t mind to share a cleaning schedule if it fits you. I’m looking forward to hear from you. Thanks. Yuna
Very spacious, quiet 2 bedroom sun drenched apartment with a fantastic view in an older style building with the advantage of solid construction and higher ceilings. The flat has gone through renovation of the kitchen and new carpets about a year ago. 10 minute walk to Mortdale or Penshurst station and a 25 minute train $3 to $4 ride to Town Hall station. Supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, Westfield mall at the neighbouring Hurstville train station. Perfect for work from home or city. We moved here after living north of the bridge. The move has been for the better, we definitely enjoy the space, less traffic and being closer to the Royal National Park. The place gets plenty of sun (from 3 sides) without getting too cold or too warm as the walls are thicker than newer buildings. The balcony is great for having meals there or sunbathing on the sun lounge. We work from home a lot, so the flat has been perfect because of the extra space and light. Beaches are not that far away, either by public transport (~30 mins) or car (~15 mins).
An ensuite bedroom is available in Penshurst, a stop behind Hurstville. The property is within 5 minutes' walk from Penshurst train station, which is around 25 minutes away from Central station by train during peak hours. There are also plenty of buses that take you to Hurstville and/or Riverwood. The room is very spacious with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. It is furnished with a single bed, a study desk, a chair and a book case - very suitable for students and/or working individuals. The suburb has everything you need - an IGA, an Asian grocery store, a 24-hour gym, restaurants and take-away shops, dollar shops and a post office.
