I'm an outgoing, happy go lucky, professional female who is looking for a long term stay/lease. I am currently locked into a rental agreement and would not be able to move in until 2nd week of June, however on the plus side I do intend to stay for at least a year or longer. I am very reliable and trustworthy and am respectful of others and their belongings. I enjoy my sports, music, movies, tv series, outdoors, traveling, reading and socialising. Looking for a room and own bathroom preferrably, as I am a little ocd with my cleaning, and the home needs to be very close to public transport as I commute to and from work. I do have 2 pet rabbits and ideally would love to bring them with me however if this is not possible I do have someone who will take care of them for me. Do not have any furniture to bring with me but I do have a cherry tomato tree (in pot plant), camping gear/trunk and medium storage containers/bags with some belongings inside which I would need to store. The largest item I have to store is a washing machine. If you think you have a great place for me I would love to hear from you and arrange to come see the place and meet.
Hi I'm Brooke! I'm a film student and waitress, I moved to Sydney from Queensland just over a year ago. I've been living with 2 female friends for the last year, and before that lived with a couple. I am a very social person and love a glass of wine, but I can also be very quiet and keep to myself. I am quite obsessively clean so living with me probably rocks. Would prefer some rad ladies, or a couple to live with for just a few months. xo
My name is Patrick. Im 23y old and am employed as a year 1 electrical apprentice. Having arrived in Sydney from QLD , I need to find a great place and location to live. I am a quite type of person who generally keeps to myself.I enjoy a tidy peaceful surround where I can relax and feel at home. I have previously shared in Newcastle and been away for months at sea working as a cadet marine engineer. I am looking for a place where I can park my car and even better garage it. Ideally I would also like to be within a short walking distance to a rail station. I work around the city anywhere from Gosford to Kiama to Lithgow in the west. I do much prefer tea over alcohol at home ,but having said that I sometimes have a beer at a pub or club. Im just not a big drinker. If you have a room or a small granny flat to rent you may wish to contact me. Im looking to move in July. Having said that Im interested to hear from anyone with a good place and situation Regards Patrick

Hi, I'm 56 really easy going and a really tidy person. I have just moved back here from the Northern Rivers as I'm going to become a Grandmother and want to be close to family. I enjoy reading and seeing friends for lunch and keep active by walking daily....looking to join a nearby gym. I'm social but also respect the space of others. I'm looking for an unfurnished spacious room.
Really easy going person always been from Sydney, just come out of a long term relationship and looking for somewhere to have fun and call home for the time being. I work full time 5 days a week and long hours, but when I'm home I'm good to have a chat and also knows how to have my own space. On a side note I come with a cat, his names wolf and his a pretty cool dude. His clean and you won't even know his there but his very friendly. Anyways that's abit about me, give me a message and we can have a chat!
I'm a quiet 3rd year law student @ USYD who works part time in the city as a paralegal and as a private HSC math tutor. My girlfriend is coming over for a short holiday in Australia during my university break and we're looking for a place where our privacy can be respected. Having said that, a granny flat or studio will be our priority but should we fail to find those accommodation types, we're open for a private room in a shared house. We both do not smoke or drink. We wouldn't come back at late hours. We don't have any pets. I enjoy cleaning my area occasionally so you can be rest assured that your premise/room will stay cleaned at all times. Location doesn't necessarily matter, I've just listed a couple that I prefer as I used to live in Burwood, 2134 some years back. Currently, I live in Miranda 2228 with my family.
I work full time as a flight attendant. Usually away over night a few nights a week. Jason works full time doing media work for an automotive company. We are looking for a place to rent, either in a shared house, whole property, studio or granny flat. We would prefer to start the lease on a 3 months contract then look to extending to 6 months or more, as we are currently trying to save for our travels overseas in the near future. Jason and I are both friendly and easy- going people, very clean and well organised. When we're not working, we enjoy socialising, kicking back watching a movie or going out and taking photos - both photography lovers. Respectful of other's privacy and personal space. We're definitely not party animals but can socialise over a drink or two.
Hi I'm Joel! I'm a fairly laid back 21 year old. Moved to Sydney from Qld 2 years ago to study. I work full time in the city as an assistant store manager at a men's fashion shop. I enjoy going to the gym spending most of my spare time there. Im always up for having a good chat however respect if someone needs their own space. I always clean up after myself as cleanliness is very important to me. Please feel free to send me a message :) Cheers
My tenant (Jess) has requested another female Flatmate only. Only "Option 1" in the photos is available for rent now. 3 bedroom house, 2 room available (both with massive wardrobes) for rent incl. master with ensuite, 3 min walk to Oatley station, 1 min walk to Coles (supermarket), estimated travel time to CBD is 20mins, the house is fully furnished (bed can be provided). Included: Telstra Ultimate Cable (aka super fast internet) + Foxtel with basic entertainment package (Fox8, news, national geographic channel etc etc) Oatley if you don't know is a very safe and quiet suburb, you won't regret moving here. About me: I am an UNSW graduate working full time in construction project management. Ideally looking for room mates of similar nature (undergrad/postgrad/phd, working part time or full time, age etc etc). Currently live with Rusty; my 6 year old staffy (dog) so you must be dog friendly!!!!!! Rusty also takes care of security around the house. Currently I am living with 1 flatmate, female. Have been since Jan 2016. Unfortunately the other one decided to move out after 1 year of renting with me so now the Second Bedroom is available for rent. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via this site.
Im technically permanent part time but i work full time hours pretty much always as where i work the demand of online orders fluctuates so they don't actually employ people as full timers. You can see on my payslips that i make enough weekly. I am looking for a self contained studio not a room in a house.
Hey there ! My name is emily. I am a down to earth and friendly person looking to move out of home for the first time. I work in recruitment monday to friday, i love my job as it allows me to help people and that is something i feel strongly about. Nutrition, wellbeing, gym, yoga and anything outdoors are some of my main interests. I enjoy going out, whether it be to try a new restaurant, cafe or bar. Not interested in share rooms, please dont waste your time in asking:)
Hi all :-) I am working full-time (as a doctor), and am looking to for a new home from around the end of April. I am keen to find some friendly people to live with who are respectful of the need to sleep after a long shift, but don't mind sharing a conversation or movie every so often!!! I am quiet, clean, and will be busy working as an intern. Bonus points if you have a dog - especially if it's a Border Collie or a Kelpie, but I'll settle for any breed, as long as it is friendly and can go for walks!!! Thanks :-)
Im currently helping raise a guide dog puppy who is very well behaved and adored by many. This will be my first share house. Currently studying law and working a few jobs; I'm extremely easy going and have a bubbly personality :)
Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
Hi there I am a full time professional and a part time student. I work in the CBD and am hoping to find somewhere close to the train line. I am friendly and tidy. I am keen to have roommates who are friendly and whome I can have a drink with every now and then. However I also respect people's space and want privacy myself. Thanks =) Jo
Hi. I have one bedroom available, fully furnished with good quality mattress and bed. It's 3 minutes walk to Mortdale station, shops and supermarket. Apartment is clean, tidy and recently renovated. No long term commitment required.
I love living in this flat because I am so close to whatever I need. Shopping centre: 10 minutes on public transport. City: 30 minutes by train. Food: 5 minutes' walk will take me to any number of restaurants in Mortdale. On top of that, it's just a nice place to live physically. Fresh carpet, open rooms, it's a calming flat to live in.
Hey Guys, My name is Max, i am a self employed IT worker looking to live with like minded friendly and easygoing people :) Would be happy to join people for a rental application as well, i don't smoke, i love pets like they are my own, i am clean and respectful, always paid rent and bills on time, never missed a single one. I'd like to live with someone reasonable who is conscious of those around him/her. Although my qualifications are in IT I'm looking at switching careers and considering going back to uni so i can teach. Science/technology enthusiast. I also like to pretend like i know how to play the piano ;) I have a few preferred locations listed but i'm hoping to find a place in Rockdale or surrounding area's.
Hi! Good day. I'm Dex, a 24 y/o software engineer, looking for a place to rent for a year. I usually spend my time on my laptop learning about new technologies. On my free time, I workout, go on food trips, take long walks, and have occasional beers with friends. I always keep my living space clean and am respectful of others' spaces. I am planning on staying in Sydney for a year or two. Looking for a place I can call home and pretty chill flatmates who interact and I can befriend, and not just lock themselves on their rooms. Thank you! :)

Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅
