This is a 3x2 apartment with an ensuite and shared bathroom. The apartment is walking distance to Oat St train station, has a bus stop out the front of the building which goes directly to the city, Perth Stadium and Curtin University. Curtin is ~2km from the apartment and is therefore ideal for students. It is ideally located on the Victoria Park cafe strip with excellent food and drink options within walking distance. It is also located opposite a vibrant and well activated park Furnishings are optional for each room. Each room has a built in robe. The neighbours living in the small complex of eight are very friendly and respectful. There is street parking at the front and rear of the complex, as well as one secure car bay within the property. I am open to renting only two of the three rooms to people interested in team ups, or people applying in groups of two or three. The rental prices will vary depending on this. This apartment would be well suited for students, CBD workers, FIFO workers (given the proximity to the airport and lock/leave nature of the apartment), a small family, and anyone who likes apartment living in a vibrant suburb. Please feel free to contact me for more information
This is the best house in East Vic Park. Large comfortable home. Choice of various large furnished or unfurnished bedrooms, fully Air-conditioned with spacious kitchen and living area, outdoor BBQ and entertaining area. There is some gym equipment available plus an awesome swimming pool. Large block and garden area with plenty of space were you can make your own veggie patch, plus room to store a boat, caravan or other large items in the back yard. Close to absolutely everything. Trains and a major Bus route a 2 minute walk, 5 minutes to Coles or Woolies, Vic Park cafe strip, Swan River, Burswood, Optus stadium. 10 minutes to the CBD, UWA, Curtin UNI and Perth Domestic or International Airport.
The unit is a five minute bus ride to curtin, bus stop within walking distance, five minute walk to welshpool station on the thornlie line, about 10 minutes into the city. There is NBN fibre to the house The house does have 2 dogs and a cat, the cat isnt all that friendly and only comes home to eat food and sleep occasionally. The dog is 2 years old, doesn't need to be looked after at all, and a 1 year old who is very well behaved. Both love cuddles and will make you feel much better after a shit day.
So unfortunately for me, my now former housemate has left to get married. Fortunately for you, there's now a room for rent in the nice Vic Park side of St James, within walking distance of the cafe strip. Plus the uber eats options are pretty awesome. The room is a good size at 3.1 x 3.3m, and has a built in robe. Additionally, one of the spare rooms is a dedicated clothes room if you need extra storage. You will also have your bathroom, which has a bath! The rest of the house is fully furnished, and has reverse cycle air con throughout. Netflix and super fast NBN is included in the rent.
Newly renovated 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom 1920s cottage. Owners family live in a separate house at the rear of the property. Both houses share the outdoor area but the cottage is a fully separate house with all its own facilities. Well suited to 2 people who don't want to live in an over crowded share house. Close to Curtain University and walking distance from the cafe strip and shopping center. 15 minutes from the CBD, about 30 minutes by public transport.
I have 1 room available for rent with a shared bathroom. The rooms are fairly large with their own spacious cupboards. You will have free rain over the kitchen and bathroom but obviously we will all have to share. You will have your own space if needed and the lounge area for everyone. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Currently fits a queen, a portable wardrobe rack and a desk. - $150 pw Room 2 is a large double bedroom (~10m^2).. The house is fully furnished including a central air conditioning, internet, laundry-machine, dish-washer, Nespresso machine and Magnifica S coffee machine, and cooking appliances, supplied by our handy and friendly landlord, who keeps the place in top condition. He is also offering free bedroom furniture if required. Bills are split between 3, except for water which is paid for by the owner. Unlimited internet 50mbs NBN ($26p/m). It takes 10 minutes to reach the city centre by train and 15 minutes to Curtin University by bus or 12 minutes by bicycle. 15 minute walk to Victoria Park Shopping District, and there's a few little shops and cafes directly across from the house. Incredibly central and you can walk to basically anything you need. We are a happy little family here. - Smoking is okay outside. - No drugs. We're after a good fit for our home, and not in any rush to just fill a room. So if your move in date is a few weeks or a few months from now that's not a problem for us, just let me know and we'll work around it :)
Hello, my name is Katie! I am a primary school teacher from Perth. I recently returned to Perth from an 8 month trip around Africa and Europe so looking for a place and hopefully some new friends to house share with next year! I'm an easy-going person who enjoys camping and spending time outdoors. When i'm not outside I love a good netflix binge, going out for a few drinks or checking out some local live music. I enjoy cooking, trying new foods and a good farmers market (or any market for that matter!) I'm looking for a like-minded, good vibes only person. Someone who is clean, respectful and friendly.
I’m currently studying a Master of Occupational Therapy and working part time so I am generally pretty busy and tend to keep to myself during the semester. I’m a relatively quiet person, I like to spend my downtime outdoors or reading, although I do enjoy having a glass of wine with friends. I’m looking for a place close to Curtin uni in a laid back, peaceful house with housemates with whom I can have a friendly relationship.
Hi, We are two sisters from Malaysia that are going to study in Perth next year and will be there at the end of January, would like to stay for long if the environment is okay for us. We're looking for female home mate(s) and wish to make friends! We wouldn't mind if you're a pet lover. It would be best if you're not a smoker :D we are both clean and tidy as well. One of us will be studying in North Metro TAFE & another one in South Metro TAFE. If you know any other spot to stay in between Leederville and Bentley, please feel free to contact me at anytime! With thanks, Charlotte
Hello my name is nick born in rockingham on the 30/09/1999. I love going outdoors, exploring and fishing. I'm generous and if I'm around I'm happy to give a helping hand with pretty much anything, I also like to keep very busy and constant routine so if anyone has a room that is quiet from 8pm-5pm that they have no use for I would really appreciate it. I will contribute to all housework and pull more then my own weight to ensure a good relationship with whoever can help me out, also I work 56hours a week Monday-saturday. Thankyou for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
I'm going to be doing part-time study next year at UWA. I previously did full-time study. I intend to return to Perth to study and do part-time work. I can be pretty quiet to start off with but I do like a chat when I get to know someone. I enjoy watching movies, making cocktails, playing board games and listening to history podcasts. I also like cooking but I won't pretend to be very good at it. I'm pretty relaxed with whatever people do but I tidy up after myself and expect other people to within reason. I would prefer live with people around my age. I would prefer to live relatively near a train station but it's not a deal-breaker.
Hi, Im 35, originally from New Zealand, am full time employed and work primarily night shift as a Crew Leader for a Traffic control company in Carlisle so tend to come home at weird hours early in the morning and the odd day shift when nights are quiet. So if this doesn’t suit any of the light sleepers then I’m not for you. I’m currently on the ketogenic diet, so prepare my meals every 2nd day if I’m not fasting. Therefore can’t drink alcohol until March 😭😭😂😂 Clean, tidy and pretty much keep to myself.
