This home is a very short walk to Oat St station for both train and bus access and also near the East Vic Park cafe strip. The Aqualife swimming and gym centre is close. Spacious and tidy, there is ducted air conditioning throughout. We have a well set up entertainment system in the seperate theatre for those nights you just want to zone out on the lounge for a bit. There is a car space available in the remote control LUG. There are 2 fridges and a large pantry to share. Your room is a generous double size with double door BIR. Presently there is a king single and study desk in the available bedroom however if you prefer to bring your own bedroom furniture that's fine too. The place has new carpeting and has been painted recently. This perfect for students as it is close to Curtin university and somebody who works in the city as it is close to transportation both train ad bus. There is FTTP NBN with wifi internet running in the house and the house is fully alarmed and easy to secure.
Hey future roommate! So we have this amazing little house on Archer street in Carlisle/East Victoria Park. One of our housemates is moving back to Canada on July 5th and we'll be needing someone to take his place or we'll have to leave and find somewhere new :( HOUSE: The room is an enormous en suite master bedroom. Option to swap to the first pictured bedroom for lowered rent. Smaller room can still easily fit a queen and a desk. We have a spare room currently used as a music room if you need space to stash some belongings. Enclosed garage+Backyard Gated parking. The house is fully furnished including a central air conditioning, internet, laundry-machine, dish-washer and cooking appliances, supplied by our handy and friendly landlord, who keeps the place in top condition. He is also offering a FREE BED (not the bed in the photo). Bills are split between 3, except for water which is paid for by the owner. Unlimited internet ($23p/m). Bills are $60 each on average per bill. Rent is negotiable depending on length of stay. LOCATION Adjacent to a train station and bus stops, there's public transport running every 10 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to reach the city centre by train and 15 minutes to Curtin University by bus or 12 minutes by bicycle. 15 minute walk to Victoria Park Shopping District, and there's a few little shops and cafes directly across from the house. Incredibly central YOU: - Someone who is happy to keep the house clean and tidy. - Friendly - treats the house and the housemates as if it were their own home. We want to avoid feeling like we live with strangers. - Smoking is okay outside. - No drugs. - Sorry no couples or people who are unemployed.

Hi ALL... I work in the building/mining industry. Im a very clean, tidy, responsible and respectful flatmate with references to back it up. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I am searching for a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are clean and tidy. I'm looking for a furnished bedroom, preferably with my own bathroom and a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be great. So please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and or if you wish to know more about me. Thanks... Andrew.
I am home grown from Perth. Working full time as a factory worker. I am clean and respectful. I'm chatty and pretty much always in high spirits. I am easy to get along with and relaxed. I am active and like to try new things. At the moment I am interested in diet, jogging and hiking. One day I would like to climb a mountain. I am looking for a homely atmosphere, not just a bunch of people sharing a roof. Wouldn't mind the occasional communal meal too. I love animals and the great outdoors. I don't smoke or do drugs, but i do enjoy a drink on the weekend. I am looking to share a place with 1 - 3 housemates for about six months or maybe longer.
House full of books and occasionally people looking for an awesome housemate. We are looking for someone who's looking for a room in a home, not just a roof over their heads. We talk to and support each other and hope the same from you. We are flexible in most of the house rules... Except for no food in the shower and no death in the house. There's a roaming weeping angel hiding somewhere though, so watch out for that. Neither of us are neat freaks, we keep the place mostly clean, but I'm careful about when I invite my mother over. The room is currently got some furniture in it, which is why the photo is the only stock photo. You can either use the furniture or move it outside. There is also a 4th room which current has 1 desk in it (desk is mine, I barely use it), but there's space for you as well. Fair warning, the house is old and can be quite cold. When we are home we are hibernating in the lounge room with the gas heater. I can't wait for summer. We try to be a socialable house (run by two mostly introverts). We host games/movie nights when time allows. Join in or not as you like. The house is super close to the Carlisle train station and only slightly less close to Oats St train station. Our house meetings, called as we like, usually consist of "any issues" "no" "also no". All bills split evenly, unlimited NBN internet available (~$28), Netflix. Sorry about the shitty quality of the photos.

I am a mature 21 year old girl. I am currently a student in the mental health field. New to adulthood! I am easy going and friendly. Super organised. I keep to myself but always up to get to know people. Looking for a new home for roughly 6 months. Ideally, own bedroom and bathroom with flexible length of stay.
Hi, I'm currently studying fulltime at Curtin University and work part time. I know how to cook and clean after myself. I like to be social but I respect others needs to have peace and quiet. I would like to live in a house with people that want to be social with each other and not stay in their rooms 24/7 and become ships passing in the night. I love movies and music and feel I am a very chilled person. If I sound like a person you want to consider living with please msg me. Hope everything works out for you all in your searches. Cheers Karra
Hello. I'm a 48 year old male, who is professionally employed and works in the Perth CBD. I'm reliable, trustworthy and honest. I like to keep fit and healthy and am a regular swimmer. Non smoker and social drinker. I know how to clean up after myself. Hoping to find a nice place to share initially for about three months with a possible extension. It would be great if your place was close to a bus or train for access access to the CBD.

Rent does not include bills. Bills can be adjusted accordingly for FIFO. No smoking. No parties. Flat mate must be clean and respect of property.
Looking for a FIFO flatmate to live with 1 other ex-FIFO worker (myself, 33 yrs old). I have just started the Monday to Friday city based gig. Cost of rent is negotiable depending on your roster. Happy to reduce rent for people on long rosters (or those who travel most RnR's). Including or not including bills will also be discussed based on your situation. My place is a relatively large 3 bedroom unit (in a complex of 4 units - no shared walls with any other units). It's the rear unit away from the street. The 3rd bedroom is not going to be rented out. One bathroom but with separate toilet. Large spacious living room, two courtyard outdoor areas with lots of greenery. House is furnished. Room to rent has built in robe. I can provide a single bed and/or sets of drawers if required. Car space is under a carport behind a gate. No fully enclosed garage, however the car is not visible from the street. Location: - 20 seconds walk to Victoria Park Train Station (3 stops to the city). (Google Vic Park train station to pretty much get the exact location). - 5 min walk to Woolworths, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Takeaway, Chemist etc etc. (the cafe hub on Albany Hwy Victoria Park) - $18-20 Uber to T1/T2 (and about the same to T3/T4) - 2 min drive to Burswood Casino (could definitely walk home if you had to!) - 2 min drive to The Vic Park Hotel (good pub, could also definitely walk home if you had to) About me: Working Monday to Friday and out most evenings doing exercise. Also out and about most of the weekend. I keep fairly active and social. Not a big drinker, and only occasionally have friends over or a BBQ. Tend to go out more than drinking at home. Want my new flatmate to feel at home and very welcome, hence open to grabbing dinner together every now and then, or a good chat over a wine, perhaps a BBQ, but at the same time looking for a flatmate who has their own routine, as do I. I understand the FIFO lifestyle and how much you want your own space when you come home. Also, I do not have internet. There is NBN installed to the house, but i do not have a contract with any provider. Happy to discuss getting it and sharing cost if you are keen. This also means I do not have Netflix (believe it or not)
Hi there! I'm an undergraduate urban planner, working part time and studying part time for the next 6 months until I finish my degree. Born and raised in Perth, I'm currently looking for a place to call home at least until I graduate. I'm part introvert, part extrovert. I like relaxing at home a lot of the time and keeping to myself a bit, but also love being around people and having some fun once in a while! I'm a great, no-fuss roommate. I have two solid jobs (so no cash flow worries), am neat and organised, respect others' space and belongings, and am nice and easy going myself :) Looking for someone fun and easy going to share a home with!
Hi i'm Clara, im looking for a place close to Perth CBD to possibly move to at the end of the year. I don't drive so i am looking for somewhere with good public transport to get to and from work. I'm hoping to stay with students or people around my age. I work at a sushi bar and may be starting uni in the next year or so. I'm quiet at home and like to play computer games in my spare time. At the moment i am just looking around for a suitable room, so please let me know if you have a room that suits my budget and preferences.
Great cook, friendly and have a good sense of humour. I have a dog who is small (lab x shar pei). She is very people friendly and is low maintenance. I am a primary school teacher who loves to paint and draw. I have always lived in Perth but love to travel the world. For fun I enjoy going to the beach, seeing my friends and watching movies.
I am working full time so will not be home during weekdays. On weekends I like to head out longboarding with friends (I also run the largest community of longboarders in Perth), do MMA, boxing or kickboxing, read, cook or play PS4. I am a laid back person and don't mind a bit of banter. Animals are a big plus! (Unless its a bird, childhood trauma, long story)
Laid back guy, uni student and working part-time at Crown, just looking for a bunch of new people to share a place with. Clean and tidy and happy to share household chores. Ending my current lease at the end of July, wanting to move into a place asap once i have moved out, prefer to be in a house with under 30 year olds, not fussed male or females. Either a current rental that is looking for another roommate, or a new vacant rental with 3-4 people. Send me a message if youre also looking to teamup, and searching for a place in a similar location to myself.
Hi, I am moving to Perth to start my new job at the end of August. After the first couple weeks, I will partly work in Bunbury and partly in Perth, therefore I will only be in Perth for about 3 nights each week plus the occasional weekend. As I still have a house in Bunbury I am looking for a furnished room, preferably with a double bed so my boyfriend can stay over on the occasional weekend. I am neat, tidy and responsible. I like cooking, good food and being outdoors. I like to ride my bike everywhere possible. While I am not a big party person, I enjoy having a drink together, coffee/tea as well as a cold drink. Please message me if ou have any more questions. Cheers, Alena
