There is public transport available and easy access to the Pacific Highway. Gold Coast 25 minutes Brisbane 35 minutes drive away. The flat is currently furnished, no kitchen, however microwave, bar fridge etc, Has a TV, Foxtel, Netflix and WIFI internet access. About you: I would like to share with a non-smoker, absolutely drug-free person who is working or studying. Dogs: My dog is a pointer x border collie and she's friendly, at times playful, and an all-round chilled and well behaved dog. She's mostly an outdoor dog (don't want dog hair on the furniture or in carpets) but I also like to have her hang out with me inside for a while in the evenings, so if your dog is also outdoors mainly and can keep to hard flooring indoors, that'd work well.
