I am looking to team up around Ormeau/Pimpama with maximum two people. I can supply a fridge, washing machine, two seater couch and kitchen appliances such as toaster, blender etc. Also can supply internet. Myself: I work full-time and weekends so I'd like similar professional/s to live with. Don't mind a chat, also respect other space as is expected. I'm not OCD with anything and by no means a grub. So if you have CAN DO, not MUST DO attitude then we'll get along fine.

I have a very unique hand made wrought iron and timber table (the frame is an old single iron bed that your grandma would have slept on when she was a little kid). Those are my 2 big things. I can find another place for the table if need be though. I have a desk for my iMac computer the size of a trestle table, in fact, it is an old trestle table! Very Industrial Vintage 🙂 Internet is a must 🖥 There are a couple of chairs n’ stools n’ tools that can be stored 🛠 I’ve been working ⚔️ Security since late 2017. I am starting a major Design Project for down at Snug Cove, Eden, way down on the South Coast of NSW 🛳 (I won’t be moving there, the project is there ✓) I’m OK for short term as well, an I guess may need to remain a little flexible, but, nice to stay put for a bit when you’ve unpacked ✅ So if you know of anyone needing a flatmate, please let me know as I need to be out by this coming Wednesday. I do like watching a Good movie or documentary...but, won't wrestle for the remote at all otherwise. I am clean, like landscaped places and do have a green thumb...so can chip in and get the place looking good... Very laid back, I place a high value on open-mindedness and will respect your personal space. ...I'll be staying at a Friend's place for a few days upon arrival to BNE...and am looking to have my Haven and Job secured by the weekend of Saturday 29th... ...Recently joined a great gym...but, it's not a franchise...should have done some homework. Unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobe and access to own bathroom and toilet. Lovely bright home with a large kitchen. Beautiful large living room. Fully fenced very large backyard. Bbq and firepit area out the back, so relaxing, its our favourite spot. All bills included in rent, internet, electricity and water. Space in the kitchen for you to store your food.

Prefer to move into a new place with someone (teamup) or a place on my own Clean (not a neat freak tho) but like to clean up up often especially vaccumming, out nearly Monday to Saturday and home usually only half day on Sundays. Have a non shedding toy poodle that's a qualified Assistance dog, short hair domestic cat and small parrot. Perfect rental hisotry last place I stayed 5 years house before was 6 years. Great references.
I am respectful, considerate, responsible and like the same in return. I work long hours so am a great flatmate/tenant if you prefer to live independently or like peace and quiet! My job is demanding and when I'm not working I'm usually studying for work or cooking. I have to tell you - I am a shiftworker, so I would like to live with someone who understands these demands or at least is respectful and courteous of that (and that sometimes I will be sleeping through the days). I'm a friendly person and can get along with most people. My greatest need at the moment is peace, quiet, and a comfortable safe/secure home as I'm very focused on my exams. Hey everyone, we are looking for a 4th person to join our nice sharehouse. The place is located in a quiet suburb with a big backyard. Centrally located between Brisbane & Goldcoast (5min drive to highway).10min walk to closest bus stop / 10min drive to Ormeau Station. 5 mins drive to closest shops (Woolworths etc) All bills (internet, electricity, water & gas) split evenly. FYI we have solar power so the power bills are normally pretty cheap. The room is unfurnished & has aircon.
What makes us great to live with is our hardworking, easygoing personalities. My bf grew up in NSW and I'm I was born on the Goldcoast so we know our way away. We both are into fitness and we also love to take our motorbike out when we have time to.
Hello potential housemates , I’m Michael. I selected I have children because I am a father to a 13 year old boy, however I go away to see him. I am an easy going guy who is saving to buy a house but needs a place to call home for the mean time, I’m currently living with owner/occupiers of a awesome home in Coomera Waters which they are like my second family .. however they are down sizing now their children have moved out. Hence why I’m looking to move. I understand the dynamics needed to live in a share house as I have been doing this on and off since I left home. I’m a non smoker , don’t really drink and no drugs. I pay my rent on time , I do my fair share of the cleaning. When I’m not at work I enjoy watching Netflix, digital drawing , playing guitar and getting out and about. My move date is Flexible if I find the right place, I have to move out by January 2019. My rental budget is “upto” $250. I work full time 6 days a week and am volunteer fire fighter.
I'm easygoing and respectful person that would much like the same type of household, I love to cook (my dad was a profession chef) so I usually meal prep for the week so there would be a meal there if you didn’t feel like cooking that night, Keeping my room clean and organised is part of how I live and stay organised so making sure household essentials are stocked up would be apart of that I like to think I'm pretty tech savvy so I'm able to help out with any tech issues that might occur.
Hi, I am currently studying full-time at University and I work part-time at a resort in Surfers Paradise. As a side project I run an online personal training business, which I enjoy doing since I like to stay fit and healthy myself. I'm a non-smoker but I do like to have a drink now and then. A lot of my time is spent studying and running my business, so I tend to be reclusive in that regard. In saying that, I am very social.
