The property is in very quite area, very safe, 1 minute walking to the bus stop then 5 minutes on the bus to the train station and with the train 25 minutes to Brisbane or Gold Coast, Ormeau Hills is half way between . The property has backyard, aircon, unlimited fast wifi. The room has brand new queen bed and mattress. seperate fridge used for the two rented rooms, and also seperate bathroom and toilet .
We have a lovely large open plan 4x2 in Ormeau Hills with great views from the back covered outdoor deck over Ormeau Hills which enjoys amazing summer breezes. The house is safe and secure with an enclosed front yard and front door accessed through a front gate. The large bedroom has sole use of the main bathroom and toilet and is located to the front section of the house off the main living area. There is a park about a 2min walk away and a bus stop a few houses down the street which goes to Ormeau station and Beenleigh Stations for easy commuting Nth and Sth. It is a 5min drive to Woolworths, IGA, Coles plus various food options like pizza, fish and chips, phresh burgers Vietnamese, Thai and more plus at least 4 or more gyms if that’s what your into. It’s a 5min drive to the Ormeau train station. 3 mins to the motorway Nth to Brisbane (about 30mins) or Sth to Gold Coast (about 30mins) so perfectly positioned half way between for commuting to either the City or the Coast. Located in ormeau right near the new Westfield Shopping Centre and 2 mins down the road from the school. This estate is quite new and the house is too with a bedroom fully untouched and ready for you to move in. The house has an alarm system and automatic garage incase you feel worried that someone will steal your possessions, wouldn't happen but these days you never know so it's good to be safe. Brand new appliances and furniture, new bath and shower, we have roof lighting, ducted air-conditioning, heaps of space through out the house, washing machine, all the stuff anyone needs to have an easy day, we have it. All we ask is to be clean and tidy through out our house and if you have any questions about something in the place then just ask, we don't bite. We don't do party's and or be too noise as we like to keep around us happy. I'm a smoker but we don't smoke in the house, can either go out the front or out the back under the porch and use the fan if you are hot, this place is perfect for any lifestyle. Always pay rent on time and electricity, no exceptions just follow that and we won't have any issues. It's just me and my best mate Jamie who live here atm, he's a great guy and I'm pretty respectful and kind as well. We both work lots so aren't home all the time, we do love dirt bikes and I'm building a couple cars so the garage is a bit full of car parts and dirt bike parts haha. I'm 23 and Jamie is 35.
