3min drive to Stanwell Beach. it is surrounded by the National Park with lots of trails and waterholes nearby. The iconic Bald Hill is 50m walk from the apartment, and we have a balcony with a west facing view of the national park, with the most epic sunsets!
We live in a beautiful area in the southern end of The Royal National Park. If you want to be close to nature but still not far away from everything you need, then this is the place to be! The property is on three acres on top of the escarpment with views up and down the coast with the best ever sunrises and sunsets! Please see the photos! (Room will be available at the end of January)
Hey! Im Keisha, Im 26 and I am looking for a room to rent! Im extremely easy going, always down for a chill and a laugh, love a cheeky bev, honestly just all round easy to get along with. My interests somewhat include anything creative, food, music, video games, I go to the gym, I like anything action sport related, just sports in general really, love the beach and the water. The typical 20-something things. Im a huge dog person so I would so stoked if the house had a dog!! Im hoping to get a place that includes the room/rent and bills for $200 or under! Just want to find some great people, make some good friends, good vibes and have a chill space for me to live in.
My name is Isabelle Laurent, I am 19 years old and work as a Cinematographer. Originally from WA, I love the beach and nature. I hope to take my creative work around the world one day soon but for now am working towards building a wide and diverse portfolio! I am easy-going and love a chilled home environment. I will be working full-time in 2019, so I'll be travelling into the city 5 days a week. I am looking for a safe, beachside and comfortable studio or granny flat to call my own.
It's a 2 1/2 bedroom villa. I'm looking to rent one room, and the other half a room is an office with room for another desk etc. There's a garage, and extra room for a desk etc. Only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Helensburgh, where there is a supermarket, cafes etc. It's a 5 minute drive to the station. There's a small yard here, it's nice and sunny and quiet in a complex of 4 villas. The kitchen is nice and easy to cook in, the bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and it's a nice comfortable, spacious place to live. Full wi-fi available.
we are friendly and a pretty chill couple, we are tidy and clean and we both work full time. the only reason we are moving from our share house at the moment, is that we need to be closer for work.
Mature professional, non smoker, neat @ tidy, quiet but sociable. Into sports, gym, tennis, mountain and road bike, 4x4 and camping. Some storage would be required as I have some camping gear , and two bikes.
I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 11 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is happy being an indoor-only dog, is fully house-trained and if I am out for longer than 7 hours she will come with me to work or go to my parents house. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her and she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required. *Pommes cannot share with other dogs but is okay with cats, rabbits and birds.
Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2 massive living areas, 2 decks and a beautiful backyard. You would be living with some cracking housemates, all in mid twenties, very considerate, chilled and friendly. The room is massive with access to the deck and a built in wardrobe. Very light and airy
Born and raised in Wollongong. Looking for a place closer to work as I work in Botany Bay but still want to stay sort of close to wollongong. I work as an animal attendant/ kennel hand. I can be quiet around new people but doesn’t take long for me to come out of my shell. I like going to the beach and taking the dog for a walk. ( she’s staying at my parents) gaming, Netflix, watching footy, UFC. Also don’t mind a beer or 2 every now and then. I’m very clean and respectful towards others. I understand this isnt my house and will always do my best to clean up after myself.
My name is Vanessa I am a 34 yo Australian female; 2018 has proven to be a challenging year for my family - with both of my sisters spending time in hospital; it is due to these recent events, I felt compelled to make the decision to move back to my home turf and help support my family. I plan to continue my studies in environmental science and should only need to attend class 1 day a week as it stands. Otherwise I will be working for a local bush regen and threatened species support enviro company, starting Monday 11 February. If it matters am vegan for spiritual reasons, but do not mind at all if people around me are not. I am not religious but I am spiritual, I am fascinated by energy, the planet...I guess this is what drew me to work with the environment and study the particular course I am doing. I used to volunteer with a local Koala Conservation Project not too far from Wollongong. I love Yoga, Meditation, Reading and Hiking; I often part-take in yoga classes, meditation groups and workshops, spiritual workshops or retreats. I would very much like outdoor adventure activities like hiking/camping to become a bigger part of my life. I have been a member of hiking clubs in the past, a history of dancing although that is all done a dusted with but I find I get that same buzz when I practice yoga. I used to watch sport and be a little more sport oriented when I was younger but that has fizzled out as I have gotten older. I have an 8 yo male burmilla cat named Xander, because of his age he usually spends most his day sleeping inside.
I am currently working two jobs in hospitality. I finished my HSC last year and have been accepted into uni which ill be attending next year after my gap year. I am clean and tidy and am looking for somewhere I can live where I have access to the beach and shops.
Hi all keen to team up or share fabulous house Im working in Health I prefer to live along the beaches somewhere I have chilled out loveable Golden Groodle Dog Often go away a few days (take dog) love a good movie. I'll impulsively clean the kitchen so you don't ever have to worry about scrubbing a sink again. I'll try to be quiet as much as possible, although I'll banter if provoked! I enjoy drawing a LOT, so my idea of fun might be boring as heck to others :) Just looking for somewhere relatively cheap to live while I educate myself some more.
Hey I'm a 24 year old newly graduated Physiotherapist originally from VIC coast. I have spent the last two years living in Newtown, Sydney and keen to return to the coast this year hence the move to Wollongong. Have been living in a sharehouse environment for the last 3 years and after a nice place to call home where I can come relax after work (mon-fri). I'm a pretty outgoing person and will be up for catching some live music on the weekends and going for a surf/hiking/camping etc. I'm tidy, respectful and after a chilled house with some down to earth friendly people.
