Im a qualified landscaper and from melbourne. Im very social and quite easy to live with but like anyone i keep to myself at times. i love meeting new people and always make an effort to get along with everyone. I dont really like conflict and i believe compromising is the ticket to sharehouse success. I like to help anyone when i can so asking me for a favour is more than ok. There is a fridge and freezer available as well however these belong to a previous tenant so they may be picked up in the future. I am 28 and have recently started a new job in Pakenham. I am just sending out a few inquiries for accommodation in the area. I am a professional working full time. I am actually from country East Gippsland and rather than making the 5hr commute each day, I was hoping to find somewhere for 3 nights a week. This would be Monday, Tuesday & Thursday nights. Some weeks I may not be there at all as my job can involve travel to work sites around the country. On the off chance I needed the room an additional night I would be happy to pay an extra $30 for the convenience. I would be happy to pay a month in advance & you would be welcome to have friends/others use the room over the weekends in my absence. I am a super chill, very neat and tidy person, can cook & clean and would not need use of the laundry as would use my own at home on weekends. I'm a 30 year old male and until last year I worked full time at as an IT/AV technician where I worked for 10 years. I am seeking accomodation in Pakenham and the surrounding areas, as well as anywhere from Pakenham to Traralgon including surrounding areas. I do not drive so it is essential the house be close to public transport, ideally within walking distance to a train station. I may consider other areas if the house is a good match. I am hoping to have meals (just dinner really) included. Some storage space would also be required. Unfortunately throughout the last year things have been a difficult for me. I suffer from an anxiety based mental illness called obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) which I started to really struggle with. Hopefully you won't judge me on that. As a result I ended up resigning from my job earlier this year. I am now coping a lot better now and I am currently working part-time (with full-time hours) but am looking for something different. I am a genuinely nice and caring person, I've just been through a lot lately and I'm just trying to get settled again. Unfortunately I have had issues with being screwed over by several housemates in the past, which certainly hasn't helped things.
