I have lived in the Gold coast for three years, I am originally from NZ. I am a very organised but also relaxed type, who spends most of my spare time at the beach or seeing friends. I work afternoons, evenings and weekends so with shift work I am often not home. But my bedroom is my quite, zen place :) I look forward to meeting you!
Hello future housemate/s! Pleased to meet you! Come in, sit down and let me introduce you to both myself and Mr Domino. We are soon to be refugees as I have just sold my house on the Gold Coast and we're in limbo until I find the perfect new abode to purchase in either Brisbane or Gold Coast (this must be what it's like for women searching for the perfect pair of shoes - you now have my empathy). I'm looking for another renovation project, if your aunt or next-door neighbour's best friend's boyfriend knows of one, please feel free to let me know. Facts about me: - 58% Introvert, 40% Extrovert and 2% Alien. - Fluent Sarcasm is my native tongue, being serious is being boring. - Thrive on daily barbaric and crude banter, if you're not laughing, you may as well be dead. - Often referred to as living like a gypsy in a hospital, few belongings and excessively clean. I all but own shares in Aldi surface wipes and IKEA lint-rollers. - Will avoid pubs, nightclubs, etc. like the plague, there's more to life than being inebriated. - Posess a large collection of colognes. Will not leave the bedroom without smelling like David Jones' cosmetics section. The world needs more delicious smelling people. - Partial to flipping pages, not channels. Quite fond of documentaries and thought-provoking movies. - Afficianado of picking weights up and putting them back down on a daily basis - foregoing the ego. FAQ's So, Zeph, what do you do with your time? - Having worked in the coal mines for years, I'm now two years into a well-deserved sabbatical. Now focussing my efforts towards property again. Zeph, what do you like to do for fun? - Waking up each day with a clean slate is pretty fun - highly recommend it. Quite spontaneous in my demeanour, I will find joy in an array of things. Whether it's falling out of a perfectly good plane or reading self-improvement books whilst I apricate on the beach - I'm happy. Facts about Domino: - THE most awesome, placid and sweet natured dog there is - try not to steal him upon meeting him, I challenge you. - Will pull some impressive tricks, especially if the instructing human is offering an irresistible treat, or is an attractive female (my fault, he copied me). - Can play soccer better than any soccer team in the Southern Hemisphere (I can prove it). - Has an IQ that's higher than most humans I've encountered, never misses a trick. - Loves cuddles and lots of affection, I may be the softest Border Collie owner you'll ever meet. He has never been smacked/hit/abused in his life and it will remain that way. - Has barked a grand total of six times in his life, not sure why he even has a voice box. I secretly think he's a cat disguised as a dog. So, I am looking to rent a room, studio, part of a house, a tent, kitchen cupboard, a spare nook or cranny - so long as I can bring my toilet trained, heartthrob, handsome Domino with me. I am open to living anywhere south of Surfers Paradise or pretty much anywhere in Brisbane - send me a message if you think we tick the boxes for you, I'm flexible. With any luck, you're still awake after reading all of that. If so, thank you for your time! :)

If you're these things, we'll be great friends and I'd love that as I've lived with friends for the past few years and am finding this sharing with randoms a bit weird! Have a rainbow lorikeet child, she's mental and makes me laugh every day (she's currently living with a large dog and has always lived with medium sized dogs and a cat just fine). She's not messy and on the occasions she is, I always clean up after her. She also doesn't go insane like the bunches of wild ones do when they get together. She just has her moments Work as a pub bitch and studying Musculoskeletal Therapy, just started. Wowzers to our bodies and brains being this whole other, amazing world! Love to catch up and say hey and see if we'll get along! :)

Hey, i'm a super cruisy 25 year old. Active, easygoing, work full-time in Broadbeach, very adaptable and I generally get on with anyone and everyone. Looking for a house to move into ASAP. I just returned back to Australia after travelling around the world and i'm looking to settle in the Goldy for a while to get my funds back up... Then i'll probably do it all again. I'm pretty active and adventurous (understatement), love to do yoga, run, climb, trying to surf, camp, explore. I am a vegan but won't preach about it. Love to chat and chill. Would be nice to find a household of travellers, otherwise whatever - ideally looking for somewhere on the cheaper end of the spectrum. Send us a message and we can discuss :) Katrina Lynch

Hey! I'm from Florida, USA moving to the Gold Coast to live and work and experience some of Australia. I'll be on my working holiday visa. I'm already employed, working virtually at the moment. I'm mature and responsible, fun to hang out with, and I love to be outdoors as much as I can! Looking for a great flatting situation where everyone is happy and enjoying life.
I am looking for a granny flat anywhere on the Gold Coast or within 15 minutes of there. I am quiet, non smoker. Prefer a self contained granny flat or share accommodation with one other quiet person. Prefer someone around my age.
I have a lovely home in Palm Beach with my amazing dog and cat so animal lovers are a must! We live right near the beach, close to access to the M1, close to shops, although not very well linked to public transport. My house is fully equipped apart from room furnishings, all rooms have built in robes and ceiling fans in each room. Looking for 2 housemates to fill the second and third room which will share the main bathroom.
I am a tropical cub from Cairns and have been living in Gold Coast since the start of the year. Currently nesting in Main Beach but need to find a new place over the holidays. I love music, fresh air, nature, all aspects of art, sustainability and friends. I am a first year language and linguistic student at Griffith uni. I am independent and responsible, have stable income and maintain a healthy lifestyle. although I'm hoping you are likeminded, respectful, easy going and relaxed, do not hesitate to message me I'd be happy to hear from anyone. thanks heaps <3
My name is Liz and am 26yo. I am working part time mostly in the afternoons until latest 8pm at night. Apart from that, I am rarely home as I spend a lot of time at my partners house or Pet Sitting for my friend who is away a lot. I love gardening (currently in Talle Valley), yoga, cooking, spending time at the beach or outdoors and enjoy live music. I am very tidy and have never missed a rent payment. Would be great to come round and check the place out. Does this price include bills? however I dont get a lot of reception so better to message over Wifi. Thanks
Uni students who are super friendly. Not after a party house. Just a nice place to study and hang out. Enjoys surfing.
I grew up in South Africa but left there after school to go and travel Europe for 5 years After a short stint back in SA I came to The Gold Coast and have lived here for 8 years now. I work three days a week as a groundsman at a private school and the rest of the week work towards getting my photography business off the ground. Having travelled and met lots of people along the way means I get along with people from different backgrounds quite easily. I'm easy going, yet determined to make my photography business a success. I keep fit and healthy by surfing whenever I can and going for runs, but also enjoy socialising and having a drink on the weekends. I enjoy the company of others but also need my own space and respect others personal space also.
I'm current international student. Actually I'm living in a clean and tidy place but the leasing finish and I need move as soon is possible.I am quite and clean person that work and study full time. I'm busy guy during the weekend. Also I'm not cocking too much and I like look clean the commun areas so I don't like dirty and messy people.
Heyyyy. I'm Cherry, I'm 26. I work Part-time as an assistant nurse at Robina hospital. I also have a second Job in an aged care facility in Tweed Heads. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere to live that is between the two but I'm not too picky! I'm very social and love getting out of the house but also need a bit of 'me' time, where I will retreat to my room and pretty much do nothing at all- watch some netflix and google pointless things for hours. I'm a bit shy at first but that won't last long! I'm looking for a house that's not too serious. I have a very positive outlook on life and just want to relax and enjoy everyday. I'm a chiller during the week but I do like to have a bit of fun on the weekends! I love trying out new cafe's and restaurants, enjoy a couple of red wines after work with dinner, I smoke - only outside of course. I'm very clean and organised - not to the point that I will make you feel uncomfortable, Don't worry :)

Hiya.. moving from London to the Gold Coast to work at Commonwealth Games HQ. I am 32 and have been in London for nearly 9 years and forget what the sun looks like. I can give you free dance lessons, I like washing up, I am good at running to catch planes and like to make everyone play jenga. I also love music, tried to be a Dj once, think i am better at listening. I have a sister that lives in Melbourne and some friends in Sydney so I will be away some weekends - you are welcome to come join. My main goal is to work and chill out before a huge travelling trip around South America after the Games have finished in 2018. Also - going to Canada and Mexico for Christmas and New Years.. so won't be around then. :)
Hello. I am moving over from Perth WA indefinitely. I am not sure if my partner will be joining me as yet or we will get a rental together. If not it will just be myself and my 7 year old. We also have a 5 month old Boston Terrier called Evie. I work full time in perth and also study full time. I am always busy and rarely home. I will look for work as soon as i am in QLD. :)
I am goal oriented with a relaxed positive attitude. I see all negative situations as stepping stones not to be focused on. I live a clean, balance healthy lifestyle looking to live with likeminded non party or smokers. I can't wait to meet you. Regards
I am quiet, tidy and a good cook. I'm working full-time at Bond University. I can do a lot of my work from home and would prefer to keep doing that. I have a wonderful and well-behaved dog (Kelpie X). I'm keen on finding someone cool to start a new share house or move into an existing one. I have heaps of cool furniture that I can bring along (if it fits). Looking to move within the next six weeks but can wait longer for the right place. I prefer the southern coast as a location but I'm flexible. ☺
Looking for a chilled female house mate to fill my spare room. I am a barber who lives and works in palm beach. Pretty easy going like a tidy house hold but also dont mind a couple cold ones after work. Mid twenties. Located north end of palmy minute walk to the beach and public transport. You get - A Big bedroom which has a bedframe (king) ready to go, you just need a matress and ofcourse your own touch to the room. Otherwise the whole house is furnished ready to go. I have an ensuite so you will have your own toilet and bathroom and included in the $190 is wifi.(excluding other bills ie. power) No bond required but you will be named on the lease. Must have a weekly income and a some what secure job. Shoot me a msg and come check the joint out !
What I do for fun - I volunteer at the cat cafe in the city, bike ride, binge on tv shows on Netflix, attempt to get fit.... I'm a huge animal lover. I'm even kind to bugs. I'm hoping that my future housemate and I will be a bit social wroth reach other. I'd love to have someone to go grab a bite to eat or go for walks or bike rides. Pizza/taco/random meal and movie nights would be well received. Though that doesn't mean I'm going to bug you to hang out all the time. I enjoy my alone time, too. I come with a cat - her name is Leela. She's not much of a social cat; she would probably spend most of her time in my room. I've lived alone for the past 5 years, so she hasn't had much forced interaction with other people. She's a lovely cat, though! I own enough furniture to fill a house (except a washing machine) and have everything needed for the kitchen. I'm happy to team up with someone ( just one person) to find a place. I would prefer someone that doesn't have pets (except a bird, mouse or guinea pig) as my cat doesn't like other animals. I have a car, and would be keen on somewhere with secure parking. Happy to live with any gender, of any orientation. Would love to be walking distance to the beach! I'm keen to become a beach bum! I'm single, but that doesn't mean I bring the boys to my yard. I don't smoke, I drink socially every so often, and I'm not a party girl. Like I said, I've lived alone for the last 5 years, so I'm looking forward to becoming a more social person :) Making the transition from Brisbane to the coast.
I am 44-year-old married male who is returning to the Gold Coast after unsuccessful resettlement home in Scotland. I require a place to stay for myself for up to 3 months until my wife and 9yr old daughter return into the New Year. Ideally looking for somewhere where I can have our dog Ruby who is a 7yr very well behaved indoor/outdoor Spoodle who is currently staying with a foster carer on the Gold Coast. I left my full time permanent job with Qld Health 2 months ago however have been invited to return to the service and will be meeting up with my employer when I return on 22 October 2016 and hope to be working full time very soon. I have savings to pay rent and can pay deposit and/or weeks rent in advance as required. We rented on the Gold Coast when we first arrived in 2011 and more recently sold our house after 23 hours the quick sale being reportedly due to the high standard of presentation with an excellent reference from our real estate agent. I am flexible on areas though would prefer close to local amenities. I lead a simple lifestyle mainly work, walking the dog etc. I do smoke but always outdoors and enjoy a quiet beer!. I look forward to hearing from anyone who may be able to offer me a place to stay.
I'm a full-time working professional, been living on the GC for the past few years. Spend most my weekends either at the beach or going away. Work long hours and go to crossfit after the working day. Neat, tidy and like to socialise but not impede on others space.
Hey there, We are Marissa and Richard looking for a relaxed place to make our home. I'm Marissa, originally from Melbourne, where we have both lived. Richard is originally from the Gold Coast and has lived in various cities around Australia and now we're settling on the Gold Coast. We're very keen on a place thats primarily us however we are certainly sociable, happy to share but not interested in a party house or too many housemates. We're clean, respectful, easy going, peaceful people. Our time is mostly spent cooking up good food, reading, finding places around NSW and QLD to swim, walk, camp and play! We enjoy music and come with very lush house plants. We both have previous housing references and lots of experience of living and sharing with others. We are both working on average 30 hours a week each and are very reliable with rent, bills and costs of living. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
We are a friendly, easy going but clean and tidy couple who moved from Tassie last year. We're pretty quiet most of the time but enjoy a few drinks with some tunes on occasion. We are healthy and active, spending time riding our bikes, going to the gym, at the beach and also like to veg with some Netflix. Nathan works full time in security and I am a full time psychology student with 2 casual jobs. We're looking for some like-minded mature, clean and considerate housemates who like a few drinks and a chat from time to time. Cheers, Row & Nathan 😆
Im creative, love to make treats, a good conversation (serious or surreal) don't drink heavy but may enjoy one or two. I am currently in study and working part time. Real talk...........I currently live in Varsity lakes in a 3 bedroom townhouse with some sweet housemates. Seems sorted yeah? Apart from the fact that they are about to go travelling at the same time the lease ends which also happens to be in their name. So I'm seeking refuge or wish to start up a new house share. If your keen, hit me up on 0412401147.
