The property is located in a central area. It’s a 5min drive from Murdoch Uni and Freo. There’s a Woolworths, postoffice and other shops located just a 5mins walk away. With Bicton Coles being just a 2min drive away. For those of you who don’t drive, there’s a bus stop right opposite the house (bus going to canning bridge). The house it self is clean, comes with all amenities. Internet is included in the rent. The room is currently furnished with a single bed but this can be changed or if you prefer it to be unfurnished, that can be done too :)
I’m a chill 20 year old girl who is up to be social but also loves to have some alone time, very tidy and am more than willing to bake for the house. Currently working a few part time jobs as a surf coach, gardener and bartender
Hi, I'm a 24yo animal-loving nerd, working as a disability support worker. I like the quiet life, binge-watching Netflix and snuggling with my cat. My schedule is dictated by my stop/start shift work (and the whims of my fur-child!) I'm vegan (for the animals, not a health snob!) and would like to live with likeminded people ideally, but haven't managed it yet so I'm easy. My cat is dog-social, and I would love to join a house with a dog, but my allergies would probably only cope with one extra animal. Also because of my asthma I need to live with non-smokers only! I like to be friends with my housemate/s, and am not the type to hide in my room and only cross paths in the kitchen etc. I have all my own bedroom furnishings, plus two couches (3-seater and 2-seater) and a fridge, so would prefer an unfurnished bedroom, but am flexible about using the other things.
I have a newly renovated architect-designed space for rent at my place in Palmyra (East Freo end) - great location, close to everything! It's a wonderful new light-filled private living area - quite large - with funky new bathroom and generous loft space for snoozing. We just need to share the kitchen and washing machine! 🙂 There's a good-sized yard yet to be developed, with a big tree, lots of shade and a couple of nice outdoor spaces (just doing my winter weeding now!) It's fully-fenced, so pet-owners are most welcome; I do need your beloved critter not to be a cat-chaser though, as I have one bolshie furson who likes to think he runs the show...😽 The space is semi/fully furnished and available as we speak - $230 + utilities for one, $280 + utilities for a couple.
Hi i'm Guy, looking for a unfurnished bedroom in a fully furnished shared house. I have my own business and work a lot of hours including weekends. I'm only usually about in the evenings. I'm looking for a nice place with good friendly people who enjoy a drink and laugh. I'm easy going, clean and tidy and respect others. I look forward to hearing from you. Please message me for more information Thanks. Guy
I am offering a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, a shared bathroom (seprate toiled), access to a workspace/study and use of kitchen/living spaces etc. The room currently has a sofa bed in but will move that out. I have two dogs currently so you need to be okay with dogs! They are both well behaved and trained and are outside most days. They come in the evening to hang out though. I have a parking space at the end of the unit (not under cover though). Netflix/Kayo all included via Apple TV. Huge BBQ (I proudly assemebled myself) with a comfy undercover outside seating space. 10 min walk from Coles Melville, and from Palmyra Farmers Market on Sundays! Aircon in the main living spaces - with two living rooms in the property. Third bedroom acts as a study/workspace.
Howdy folks, I'm looking for accommodation while I'm studying nursing at Notre Dame, as living at my folks place just isn't working out for me. I'm a fairly neat and tidy person, and I like to consider myself as reliable when it comes to making promises and accomplishing tasks. I love to cook and if you're nice to me I'll make you a cheesecake. Heck, I'll probably even make you one if you're an asshole. Regardless, I'm definitely able to pull my share in the kitchen if shared meals are a possibility. Depending on my mood, you'd probably find me either at home or at uni, but I have been known to get shitfaced every once in a while, so I'm definitely not opposed to the idea if it comes up. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon. Have a good one, Tom
Hi, I’m 42 female - friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for a space I can call home. I’m into clean healthy living and nature. I enjoy meditation, walking, beach, learning new things, gardening, yoga/qi gong, getting out in nature. Love to learn stand up paddleboarding and other things. Pref areas: south Freo, Beaconsfield, white gum valley, Freo, palmyra, Hilton, Bicton, east Freo, attadale, Melville etc (love the Freo doctor air!) I also own my own home and have rented out rooms so I know this process and what it’s like on the other end! My house is north of river but I want to live south closer to friends and it’s more “me” (alternate, enviro conscious, healthy etc) Currently studying part-time. Being new to the area, I will be looking at working part time once I’ve settled. I am financially stable and am out most days. Non smoker, rarely drink. I’m not after a party house. I have chronic fatigue and some sensitivities (can’t be in house with mould or lots of chemicals) so I’m just looking for a place I can heal, look after myself and enjoy a new environment. I’m told I’m great to live with, I enjoy cooking and super clean and can socialise when suits. I’m generally pretty easy going but also like my own space (and respect others). I would prefer - more modern facilities (tend to be better for mould!) - open to either male or female (or a couple). No more than 3 people in house - Own bathroom and air conditioning (but not essential) - Private space, studio or granny flat also ideal - Genuine easy going nice flatmate/s Look forward to hearing from you! Georgie
