Herro, my name's Ikechukwu but you can definitely just call me IK. I'm an international student so I will be new to Adelaide and Australia as a whole. Number one reason to live with me and most likely factor to make or break our relationship; I am OBJECTIVELY a clean human being and my living space will always reflect that fact. I'm also very comfortable spending a lot of time with myself (if you're not really trynna be best of mates with your flatmate). I'm doing a master's at UniSA so my priority is pretty clear , I've had my fill of debauchery during my undergraduate days (I did my bachelor's in Scotland, Aberdeen) No gender preference, willing to share with male or female. Hmmmmm, oh yh. Internet is pretty important, the faster the better. A few things I like to do with free time depending on what's available: table tennis, boxing or MMA, gaming in general, I like reading fiction, generally just chilling outside is pretty nice as well; hence I like parks, water bodies etc.....what else? I also won't be in the country till the 23rd of June so I won't be able to view any properties till then.
I don't drink I don't smoke I don't party I'm fairly quiet undertaking an IT degree at Mawson Lakes starting July 23 moving over from QLD I receive enough in Newstart and rent assistance to cover all my expences ie rent and food ect also have savings My mum could have a look at the place for me if something becomes available before I move

I’m 19 years old, but am mature. I work full time as a child care worker and enjoy going out with friends so won’t be home a lot. I’m extremely tidy and clean and enjoy living in a clean environment. I’m open who to live with. Feel free to message me
I am a quiet single man on a disability pension who has previously cared for my elderly mother. I enjoy gardening and home maintenance, cooking going for walks and watching AFL.
I work full time in Port Adelaide, I like to have fun with others but also have my own space. I currently am living with a roommate so I know how it works. I'm a super organised and tidy person and I'm looking for people to live with and be friends with. Not to bad of a cook and have a great sense of humour. Always up for some fun
The house is super close to the shops and a 2 min drive to mawson lakes (or a short walk). Plenty of trains from there to get to the city if you need too. The first room (pictured) currently has a double bed in it you can use if you like. This room has a big 3 door built in robe. The second room is a bit of a junk room at the moment, not freshly painted like the first room, a little smaller sized and has a much smaller robe. If the first room is out of your budget, can negotiate a cheaper rate for this room if you like. The price will include all bills except internet as the nbn isn't turned on here yet, so I'm just waiting for that to happen.
Close to public transport 5-10 min walk, close to Mawson lakes, 30 minutes to CBD. House situated in a quiet court area, modern bedroom, built in robes, unfurnished, can be negotiated, own private bathroom with toilet, modern kitchen with modern appliances, Thermomix and air fryer for healthy cooking, coffee machine, outdoors area, internet and Netflix inclusive, low maintenance.
I get along with others well, can look after myself and others. Can cook and clean for myself and provide for myself financially. I have a great sense of humour and try to avoid any form of conflict.
I'm an easy going person, really good at making friends and fun to be around, as well as being tidy and clean and willing to help around the house as much as possible in between work and hobbies
