Hey just moved over from England and looking for somewhere as I'll soon have overstayed my welcome at my friends place. Ideally near the beach and with easy going people who are sociable and enjoy a drink after work occasionally.
Hi there! Just looking for a clean, comfortable, fun place to live!. I'm fairly laid back and easy to get along with! Happy to have a wine or beer with a meal but not a massive drinker, week nights are usually spent relaxing or sometimes catching up with family and friends!. I like to get a cheeky surf in too, when I can. Happy to hang out and have a chat or cool to just chill out! I work full-time in Moorabbin as cabinet maker, usually 8-4!.
EVERYTHING INCLUDED - BILLS, WIFI, FURNITURE, ALL APPLIANCES, GARDENING. 2 BEDROOMS (QUEEN/DOUBLE) available now. Fabulous and funky beachside 3 bedroom home, fully furnished offering one EXTRA LARGE QUEEN SIZE bedroom with built-in robes/drawers and one LARGE DOUBLE SIZE bedroom with free standing wardrobe. If you're looking for a home not a house, Como Retreat is your place. So plenty of space to spend time with housemates or enjoy the serenity in your own company, especially outside. PARKDALE - A stunning location with cool cosmopolitan strip shopping and everything you need in a great cafe lifestyle, only 100m to BEACH, SHOPS AND TRANSPORT - Parkdale Station and is just 30MINS TO CITY AND MORNINGTON PENINSULA. Very safe and friendly neighbourhood, pretty, cool and beachy. PARKDALE HAS THE BEST BEACH IN MELBOURNE and its cafe lifestyle is becoming the hotspot of bayside. VOTED one of the BEST SHOPPING STRIPS in Melbourne, 2ND BEST COFFEE IN AUSTRALIA (thanks to Wael and Station Stop Cafe)...and BEST ATMOSPHERE AND VENUE for music thanks to Perry Como, offering open fires in the winter and a superb garden setting for the sunshine. A great mix of people from all over the globe...very very MULTI-CULTURED which are the foundations of Parkdale. Everyone says "Hello, G'day" and we're seriously pet friendly. ABOUT ME - a 45yo Aussie female business owner (PR, Sales Marketing), with an adorable chilled and mature cat Roy. I keep to myself, enjoying the occasional meal/cuppa/chat with housemates and am out socially at least once a week. HOUSE RULES - Yep there are some, all based around respect for the house, it's contents, it's creatures and preferably yourself. Not keen on sharing food, I'm too inconsistent sorry. Happy to share a meal occasionally. Am a big believer in what goes around comes around. Happy for music - atmosphere, not a fan of big or regular drinkers. No drugs thank you. And basic household stuff (cleaning and kitchen things) we chip in for. Generally $20/month between three of us goes along way. SMOKING is ok too outside. REQUIREMENTS - Proof of ID, income and ideally an employer reference. If you're not working you will need to provide bank statements and pay 2 months upfront.
I am fairly quiet and don't like encroaching on other people's space. Although I'm currently unemployed, I will be looking for a job once I relocate (there aren't any job opportunities where I currently live). I'm a bit of a nerd and have a passion for science, the environment, and art. Some of my hobbies are photography, painting, and guerilla floristry. I also really enjoy baking cakes, biscuits, and slices (and can make a mean single serve chocolate souffle). I have been living in a tiny country town with few services or resources for the past few years, so am really looking forward to moving out as soon as I can. I don't drive, so would prefer to live somewhere close to public transport. My ideal home would have a bedroom big enough to fit my vintage queen sized Burgess headboard + bedside tables in, and to have a bathroom with an actual bath in it (hip baths don't count!). I haven't been able to own any pets besides my cockatiel where I've been living, and would dearly love to get another cat to keep me company.
I'm smiley, fun, love movies and a glass of wine every now and then. I love my sleep and happily spend time in my room. I would like someone who is smiley and into sharing cooking etc. I have a golden retriever and a 7yo who is brilliant. Somewhere safe, friendly with grass and room for a trampoline. I'm into making art, and listening to music. I'm somewhere between a corporate and a hippy. Don't do drugs

Hey! My name is Josh and im looking for a place to live to get away from home, i'm polite, friendly and respective, and don't mind meeting new people. I enjoy outdoor life as much as having some chill time. Not a big party goer but definitely not a square either. I have no problem with pets, or smokers and am happy live with others but am also okay with being by myself.
Hi Im Javier; recently relocated to Melbourne from Sydney to do further study and for a fresh start. I study mathematics, psychology & econometrics full time (science & commerce), and have just completed bachelors in Arts (Philosophy) and a BMed at the UNSW - so just getting a broad-based undergraduate education- aka don't know what I really want to do in life. I know there's a real world out there somewhere - but one's reality is what one makes of it. I am honest, decadent, carefree, playful, and take pleasure in the lost art of conversation. I'm usually quite sociable and I enjoy drinking wine, reading, sailing, philosoph, gallery showings, and painting in my free time. (i have recently started to dabble in painting - there's something therapeutic about flirting with colour) As for myself I am pretty much as laid back as one can reasonably get (or so i like to think) I avoid preconceiving of people based on age, gender, race and the like and am thus quite open as to whom I live with, its very difficult to cause me irritation. I have lived in shared accommodation for many years, and feel that the ability to be open and upfront about any issues that may arise is the best way to make it work; and save ourselves the passive aggression and resentment that may otherwise slowly fester. When living in shared accommodation I am looking for more than just a room - but for sociable housemate(s) who are down for the occasional drinks and conversation as well as having people over from time to time - that said am looking for people who have not forgotten that the pleasures we afford ourselves are the things that make life worth living. As for money i have enough to get by for an entire semester at the moment thans to my stint in day trading, and my mother - though I am looking for some part time work - that said I will have no issue paying rent. And i am clean - and have cultivated a habit especially of keeping common areas free of clutter though i don't particularly mind if you are messy. Fee free to contact me directly on my cell
Enjoy a quick cook up hoping for the best (recipes are a rarity), love to veg out and relax however also love a bevie and a chat. Gym bright and early so my weeknights tend to be quiet. I'm mum to a 9 month old kitten, Missy, who is my pride and joy (while we're at it, probaby should throw in I'm a self proclaimed crazy cat lady!) Currently living in Mordialloc at the parentals after returning from a couple stints overseas.

Hi All, I have lived in & run share houses for several years now so can definitely say I'm well adjusted to shared accommodation. I'm currently working full time in project planning whilst working towards obtaining my yoga instructors certificate. I'm fairly quiet throughout the week, love hanging out with my dog Marli, play netball & love to get away on weekends as much as I can especially camping. We are both very well house trained & Marli just wants to be everyone's friend, human or animal! We are needing somewhere fairly urgently. If you think you might be able to assist please drop us a line. Have awesome day 😊
This is a great place to live, easy walking distance to the train station and beach, great for summer. Partially furnished (pretty much everything is here except dining table) with plumbed in fridge, lounge, air conditioning , bedroom fans, BBQ, decks front and back. New carpets and freshly painted bedrooms all with built in robes and ceiling fans (2/3 rooms). All the usual notes aside, the main living spaces all have big windowed spaces, and it just feels like a positive house to be in. If you're a proactive person who loves to get up and go for the day, this house won't disappoint! NOTE: There's currently two of us living in the house, leaving two rooms available.

Hi there My name is Louis. I work full time and make for a considerate house mate. Mr Tealk is the name of my very well behaved pet dog. My interests outside of work is art, exploration and making. I am looking for a place with a garage or space that can be used as an art studio for working on projects. With a back yard for Mr Tealk and to grow veggies. I cook when time permits. Mostly pescatarian. Clean up after myself and always happy to contribute to the house hold needs. Interested in either an already established house or to team up to form a new share house. In which case I have a fridge and a washing machine ready to go.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
