Hey, I'm Helen :) I'm a friendly, reliable, considerate and caring person who loves cosmetics, animals, children and all things girly. I'm extremely positive and optimistic, I love to radiate happiness and kindness wherever I am and to whomever I interact with. In my spare time I love to read, cook, meditate, yoga, craft (dream catchers, clothes, jewellery & anything I can!) and dabble in the metaphysical (tarot cards, crystals, astrology, numerology & palmistry). I'm very clean and tidy with my personal belongings and respectable of others personal space - while also being a social and friendly person, always smiling and up for a chat. I work in an administrative and bookkeeping/accounts role for a real-estate company. I'm seeking a private room, unfurnished (as I have my own bedroom furniture) and preferably with my own private bathroom/en suite. I am looking for a place with a garage or space that can be used as an art studio for working on projects. With a back yard for Mr Tealk and to grow veggies. I cook when time permits. Mostly pescatarian. Clean up after myself and always happy to contribute to the house hold needs. Interested in either an already established house or to team up to form a new share house. In which case I have a fridge and a washing machine ready to go.

Hi this is Ani. Working in Braeside so would like a place in the nearby suburbs. I am an engineer by profession. I hit the gym pretty regularly and cook on the weekends. No problems with pets. Like to have a dinner chat or even go for a drink.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
