I am a clean, easy to live with and respectful guy. I have an awesome dog (staffy x lab) named Mr Tealk. He is absolutely brilliant, friendly, well behaved and well trained. Would prefer somewhere with wifi if possible as I'm attempting to start an online business in the hope of making my fortune (yeah right). Happy to share with a male, female, gay, whatever. I'm from Melbourne but have also spent many years in New Zealand and Qld. Not much into sport apart from 3 games a year during State Of Origin.

Hi this is Ani. Working in Braeside so would like a place in the nearby suburbs. I am an engineer by profession. I hit the gym pretty regularly and cook on the weekends. No problems with pets. Like to have a dinner chat or even go for a drink.
This is a great place to live, easy walking distance to the train station and beach, great for summer. Partially furnished (pretty much everything is here except washing machine and dining table) with plumbed in fridge, lounge, air conditioning , bedroom fans, BBQ, decks front and back, off street parking. New carpets and freshly painted bedrooms all with built in robes and ceiling fans (2/3 rooms). All the usual notes aside, the main living spaces all have big windowed spaces, and it just feels like a positive house to be in. If you're a proactive person who loves to get up and go for the day, this house won't disappoint! NOTE: There's currently two of us living in the house (one is overseas until June), leaving two rooms available.
Hello there Am looking at moving in to a shared house which I can call home. The place am looking at sharing would be somewhere that feels like home, where you can relax, be yourself, chat, have a laugh but also have your own time. Am a working professional web developer (am not a web geek but love design and learning new development within the industry) and when not working I tend to go for a swim / sauna after work in the winter and a swim / beach walk in the summer. At the weekend, I like to catch up with friends, have a beer, sleep in, trek/walk or check out something that is showing (movie, show, concert). I’m an honest person who is very respectful of other people’s stuff and private time, when it comes to clean /tidiness it’s pretty simple, if you make a mess you clean it up. I get along with most people and open minded, open for having a meal / drink and getting to know my flatmates. If you need to find anything else out then feel free to contact me Thanks Greig

So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hey there, My names Jen I currently work and live in London but am coming home to Melbourne in July to start my Masters at Monash Uni. Hi, I'm in my mid 30's, looking for a room to rent in Aspendale/ Mordialloc area for my self and my beautiful dog Bailey (11yr old well trained spoodle - he doesn't shed hair). I need an unfurnished bedroom. I'm a very neat, tidy and considerate person. I enjoy a chat and also like my own space. Would love to live with a conscious person. I don't smoke and I'm not interested in having parties. I love going out to catch up with friends for brunch or a cuppa. Would love to hear from you if you feel this resonates with you. Have a beautiful day 😊
My name Mitch bodley I'm 23 and looking to move out from my parents place. I'm quite shy at first but when I'm comfortable around you I'm quite out going. I'm a very structured person so I like things where they need to be. Being structured I like things being neat and tidy. I currently work 2 jobs part time so if I'm not going to be home im usually working. I'm cruisy person who don't mind a casual drink but don't go out clubbing I hate it. Plus I don't smoke and have a pet.
