So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
I currently work full time as a despatcher for a trucking company, no weird hours just your normal 9-5 desk job. Love to explore melbourne restaurants on the weekend, would class myself as almost a foodie less the instragram account and desire to post photo's with filters. During the week, quiet nights in with netflix and good home cooked food ticks the boxes for me. Currently going through a major fitness campaign, so finding a place that has somewhere nice to go walking is a huge point for me, close to the beach ideally. If my room mate liked to walk as well, they are more than welcome to join me. Company is always better than a set of headphones and music. I like to live a quiet life during the week, like to live and keep a house clean and don't mind doing chores as long as it's balanced throughout.
My friend Marisa and I are looking to move into a three bedroom house/apartment in the southern bayside area of Melbourne. Marisa is a barber and part time retail assistant and I am a part time nanny and social media marketer. We are looking for another friendly soul to join us, either male or female who shares our common interests. We love to live a social life, but are also happy to stay in and binge watch Netflix. Marisa also has a cute little Chihuahua named Taco who is friendly and loves a cuddle. We are originally from the Mornington Peninsula and are both looking to move out of home and gain some independence.
My name Mitch bodley I'm 23 and looking to move out from my parents place. I'm quite shy at first but when I'm comfortable around you I'm quite out going. I'm a very structured person so I like things where they need to be. Being structured I like things being neat and tidy. I currently work 2 jobs part time so if I'm not going to be home im usually working. I'm cruisy person who don't mind a casual drink but don't go out clubbing I hate it. Plus I don't smoke and have a pet.
Hi This is Ani, just moving from Sydney to Melbourne. Working as an engineer in Braeside and would like to rent a place close to work. I'm clean, tidy and keep to myself mostly but happy for a chat, walk, drink and social activities. I don't have problems with pets and will even feed them for you if you aren't around. Looking for a furnished room with a built in wardrobe.
Hey I'm Ryan, 30 years old, work full time as a professional gardener. I love getting out and about, taking Arnold my 5 year old pugalier to the beach/park. Enjoy gym, and my main hobby would be waterfeatures. I don't drink as a personal choice and have no problem if you do. Hope to hear from you.
Allo everyone, I'm Niko! Journalist & Bar-Manager Currently undertaking an International Politics Honours degree at Monash, looking for a bayside base when not at uni or the office :) A charming conversationalist, I get along well with almost anyone, I seem to get along better with the more mature working type of housemate. It's good to be around professionals, because it reminds me that academia is ultimately a fruitless ploy. Proven property lease track record with real estate agent references. You're more likely to find me on the footy oval than on the couch. If I am on the couch, at least I could show you some extremely humorous published pieces :) Niko x

My names Cheyanne I'm currently working in the hospitality industry as a Barista and am looking for a room either for a couple or just myself. Currently living in Edithvale but am looking for a place closer to work. I always love a clean space (room, house, work etc) and am a very bubbly easy going chick to get along with. A quiet drink after work and an occasional night out at the pub or camping is my preferred choice of fun.
Permanently employed primary school teacher. I've shared previously and am respectful of the needs of my housemates. I love to read, chill in my hammock and get outside to enjoy the summer sun. I'm looking for a place as close to the beach as I can get. ☺
Non smoker who doesn't mind a glass of red or two. Very neat and tidy. Love to cook when I have the time. Work long hours Tuesday to Friday and not home most weekends but thankfully I love my job so it's all ok. I have a warped sense of humour, crack myself up! Hi there! I'm Lucy. I'm 38 years old and my current flatmate whose been living with me for the past two years is sadly :( moving out but happily :) with their partner! So this brings me to finding someone new to share my home with! :)) I've been living in the house and area for three years now and absolutely love it down here. The beach, transport, cafe culture, eateries and shops and services make it super easy and convenient! There are even a few wine bars close by that have a great friendly atmosphere. I work in the government sector in the CBD but commute happily because I love where I live. At home on weeknights, I cook my own dinner and relax. On weekends, I'm usually out and about socialising, exercising, shopping or away on weekend trips. My flatmate and I shared meals every now and again but its not essential for the next person. I'm pretty flexible and looking to live with someone where we can create a friendly, open and happy atmosphere together. My way of contributing to this is to keep the house fairly clean by cleaning up after myself and pets, being open to getting to know each other and hanging out at times at home or in the area, while also respecting each other's space and privacy. Its been this way with my current flatmate and I think this is the difference living in a home v's a share house. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please get in touch. I would love to hear from you! Regarding the pets - I have a male fluffy ginger cat, Simba and a beige greyhound cross dog, Asta. My pets are super easy going. :) Regarding the house - Its newly renovated. The home's best feature is a new big bathroom with large shower, bath and two separate sinks with a lot of cupboard space. Other features include a new kitchen with high quality cooking appliances, dishwasher and pantry. You are welcome to furnish your room or there is a queen size bed available for you to use as seen in the pics. Regarding bills - All bills are included in the rate. This includes gas, electricity, water, internet, netflix, gardener. I also have a really good robovac that works great in-between cleans. :)) THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION FOR BEACH LOVERS
I'm a very friendly, easy going and tidy person. I love hanging out with people but also enjoy having alone time. I'm looking for someone I can have a laugh with, but also respect each others privacy. I'm a bit of a party girl but also enjoy spending nights in watching netflix.
