This is a newly renovated town house (2 stories) with 3 bathrooms and 1 separated toilet. The first floor has 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe and you will have your own bathroom (not an en-suit). Upper level is the kitchen and living area with a balcony and a big window so if you like natural light, this will be perfect for you. It also has a big tree in front of the house to give it a bit of the shade so it doesn't get heated during summer. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. I have a Master bedroom for myself with an en-suit and the other bedroom will have its own bathroom too (not an en-suit). The laundry room is also on the 2nd floor. The house has air-conditioning in the living area and fans in every bedroom. The house is unfurnished but I have my own washing machine and refrigerator which I'm happy to share with everyone. Furnitures will be filled in as we are moving in. There are 2 spacious single rooms available (1 room can be furnished with a bed, mattress and a table). Both rooms have BIW and can fit a double bed and a table. There are 2 parking spots available for this house. The complex has a pool and tennis court, there is also BBQ area. This house will be perfect for students at Griffith as I'm studying at Griffith myself or people that like living in a quiet neighbourhood.
Hey, I am Chi - Vietnamese, doing my Masters at Griffith. I'm looking for a place to share with other people (I don't mind sharing an apartment with a male flatmate). I'm open minded, easy to be around, tidy and social. I love cooking, enjoy a night out but also down for a night in with Netflix. I prefer to share a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment flexible with furnitures, and it'd be perfect if it suits you as well. Or if you are interested to team up and find a place together, please let me know we can meet up and have a chat I hope to share a place with like minded people who don't mind a couple of drinks every now and then or having a movie night :) Please contact me if you want to get to know more or you're having a place to share xx

Hi my name is Adam, I am a full-time student who also works part time. I am looking for a place to live near Griffith University. I spend most of my time studying as I am entering my final year at Uni, but also like to go out and be social with friends and family. I enjoy time by myself but also enjoy having conversations, a few drinks or meals with those around me. I do have a motorbike and a car, not too bothered about parking for the car but will require some garage space for my bike. Message me if you are interested, I am able to move in right away and am always happy to meet up for a chat and a look around the place.

Hi! Single boring female. No pets as yet, but love love love them! So would love the option to adopt if it came up. No plans on that one though. I’ve worked professionally in bars & restaurants for 14yrs, but prefer to dial it waaaay back in my free time. As a shift worker, you barely see or hear me. Looking for long term shared but separated space like a studio, granny flat, etc. Acreage is definitely a plus..
Love music, enjoy surfing, like to cook, work in the marine industry sometimes interstate and international. Enjoy company but also enjoy my own time. looking for a no stress environment. Extremely handy and can fix nearly everything around the home from plumbing to electrical.

Hi prospective housemate/landlord. I'm a Shanna, a 30-year-young female originating from Belgium, but living the life as a permanent resident of beautiful sun-filled Australia. I am a newly graduated Registered Nurse working mostly part-time at an aged care facility (but sometimes given more hours). I am looking for a room/place/studio I can come home to after a hard days' work and chill out. I am a non-smoking, non-drinking relaxed personality who prefers dinners or evenings or boardgame nights at home or friends over going out. On a day off, you can always find me trying out recipes, baking, as I have a huge passion for making food, or relaxing with a book in my hand. I am tidy, not noisy, absolutely love pets so your heart on 4 paws will definitely be very loved. I have my own car so will need to be able to park it. On a more serious and private note: I would strongly to prefer to live with females. I have just come out of a domestic violence relationship and need to build up my life again and feel comfortable again.

I am an international student from Canada in my 3rd year of law at Griffith Uni. I'm friendly, fun and outgoing. I enjoy meeting new people and socializing but also like to have time for myself. With this I would like to meet friends and not just ‘people’ to live with. I am very respectful of people and their home. I NEED to live somewhere CLEAN. I am not OCD but NEED cleanliness. The reason why I am looking for a new home is because my current one has been sold. I'm looking for something close to the tram line if possible. I also prefer paying on a monthly basis for the month upfront.
I’m nearly 29 starting uni studying education. Have travelled the world am outgoing and love to live with people who are socialable but also know boundaries . I am tidy and respectful, I enjoy going out and trying new things also enjoy staying in with a good book or watching a movie . Looking for somewhere to call home whilst I am studying.
I’m a full time working pharmacist that does long shifts, enjoying having a roommate because I feel bad leaving my two miniature sausage dogs alone for long periods of time. Very laid back and easy to get along with, between work and training my time at home is usually quite relaxed.
