Hi there, I’m from Malaysia, Chinese. I’m studying at TAFE Ashmore for the next couple of years. I study three days a week and have a part time job on other days. Other than that, I go for cycling to get some sweat out or a motorcycle road trip somewhere if there’s time and good weather. My bike isn’t loud if you are worried. I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Am not a night life, party person. But a drink or two once in awhile is cool.
Hey everyone, My name is Alexandre, I’m a 20 years-old exchange student from France at Griffith University. I'm now looking for a house/flat to share on the Gold Coast for about 3 months, from mid-March to mid-June. I’m a clean and tidy person, also open-minded, friendly and calm. I’m a non-smoker. Feel free to contact me if you want any other information ;D
Hi, I'm an international student and studying nursing at university. I'm looking for a place which is close to the tram station. I prefer a quiet place to live as I spend most of time studying, but I also like to have some chat with people :) I'm easygoing and would like the place I live to be nice and tidy. Thank you! :))
The house is a spacious furnished home including all whitegoods, TVs (we have Netflix and Hulu and Stan!!), Xbox, and 100MB/s Cable internet. The room available is one of the larger rooms. It has a big built in wardrobe and enough space for a queen bed and desk. It also has air-con. You'd be sharing the refurbished bathroom with two others, which includes a bath and a shower. There are 2 large vanities - so there is a good amount of space to share. If you enjoy cooking, you'll love the kitchen. It has gas cooktops and every kitchen appliance you could ever need, including a large fridge and Nespresso machine. The couch is comfy as and the living room has air con. We split a lot of the house hold goods (cleaning stuff, spices/basic cooking supplies) and split the utilities. Although the rest of the house and deck is furnished, you will need to supply your own bedroom furniture. However, the housemate who is moving out is happy to lend you some furnishings depending on what you need. To make things even better - it's only a 10 minute walk to the tram, GCUH and Griffith University, so you won't need to worry about parking or taking public transport. You can happily cycle to the tram station as well. If you've got any questions, just let me know!

Hi I'm a easy going friendly, trustworthy and respectful 35 year old single female that's in search of a suitable household. Im a laid back kind of person and i tend to keep to myself. Im looking for a place that is homely and inviting. I'm a bit of a home body at the moment and my supplement income is home based and done on the computer. I would like a place where my privacy is respected. Also if your just looking for a flatmate because your can't afford the rent please don't contact me as I don't want to feel unwelcome or just a means to an end, or feel like I'm walking on eggshells. I do smoke and have no problem doing so outside, in saying that I am trying to quit. If you think you may have something that will suit please get in contact with me. Thanks
Hi there I’m Jessi and I am a nursing student at Griffith. I am nearing the end of my current lease and would like to find somewhere that is within my budget where my two fur babies are welcome. Their names are autumn and winter and they are domestic shorthair cats. I am very clean and tidy and like to keep my house the same. I am very social but also like my own space from time to time.
We are a friendly and creative couple. We are happy to have a yarn but respectful of personal space. We have just moved here from New Zealand and Kyle working full time at Fulton Hogan. We are very clean and will be respectful to your property. We are very keen and would love for you to consider us!
(Move date is currently non-negotiable, sorry for any inconvenience) I'm currently a Business Student at Griffith Uni. I'm pretty cruisy, but usually live a fairly busy lifestyle between work and uni. I sing and play piano (but don't worry, it comes with headphones if that's not your thing) I respect people's space and generally like to keep the house and living areas clean and tidy. I live a healthy lifestyle and like to exercise regularly, but in saying that, a YouTube binge session will still happen occasionally 😉
