($157.5) 1 min walk to Pascoe Vale station. 25 min train to CBD. Spacious. Parkland nearby. +Balcony +Small courtyard +Heating/AC +Appliances. Fairly new furniture available for low price. No need to furnish the bedroom - I'm happy to pass on my recently purchased, 3 month old, quality furniture for very low costs: + Queen bed & pillowtop matress ($600) + Ikea 16 cube shelf ($75) + Two hand-crafted desks ($80 each) It is up to you if you wish to purchase the furniture, but as the bedroom is on the third floor of the house, and the spiral stairs are very narrow - it is extremely difficult to bring new large furniture up, and I highly recommend accepting what is on offer. Very good location for people working or studying in the CBD or along the Craigieburn line. 25 minute drive to CBD if traffic is flowing well. As mentioned, the train trip is also usually 25 minutes (to Melbourne central, the rest of the city loop wouldn't be too far off). Plenty of cafe's nearby. Takeaway and fast food just down the road. If you are interested in PC gaming - an MSY store is 2 minutes away for parts. A large Coles, pharmacy, and a Snap fitness membership gym are less than 5 minutes away in Coburg. DFO and Moonee ponds are nearby for shopping (but require a car to get to). On street parking is available, but not in front of the house and sometimes a short walk is required to reach your car. With that said, there is plenty of parking along heath street due to most of one side not having any houses along it. If you are concerned about parking, for a small increase in rent, you will have a good chance at being able to arrange to have exclusive access to the houses 1 garage space.
Hi everyone :) The rent is $200 a week with bills (internet, water, electricity included). About a 5 minute walk to Pascoe Vale train station. The room has a fan and the main living area has A/C. The bedroom over looks the garden (just for our unit-nobody else), and gets really nice sun. The current house mate who's moving overseas might sell you her bed..., otherwise it's unfurnished. There is a built in wardrobe.
Clean and modern two bedroom, two bathroom home with airconditioning and heating in a quiet neighbourhood close to Pascoe Vale train station and buses. You will have your own bedroom with private bathroom including bath tub. Easy access to airport and freeway. Close to parks, bike tracks, cafes, supermarket. The Pascoe Vale swimming pool is just around the corner, perfect as summer is approaching. There is a covered outdoor area with table and seating that you to relax in.
I've just moved into a property in Pascoe Vale. A 3 min drive or 9 min walk to the station. (Far enough away so you don't hear the trains). Large house fully furnished except for the room. There is plenty of parking along the street. It's not a new home, it's quite retro but is warm and cozy, with plenty of space. It has a separate toilet, shower and bath. (I'm up super early for work every day so you won't see me in the mornings). I have spoken to the landlord and am happy to paint/ update if required. There is also a large hallway cupboard next to the room for keeping laundry, bathroom items etc. Some extra storage designated for the roomy. There are two rooms available but I am hoping to get one person in and only have 2 people living in the house so it's not too hectic. - $150a week. Split bills evenly.
- Room comes with a Bed, Air-conditioning - Lounge room, kitchen, laundry, backyard - Townhouse located only 800m from public transport and local bar/cafes. - 500m from local shops and parks - 5 mins from access to the Tullamarine Freeway - 12km to CBD - Tidy house

I'm from Brissy and have just been offered a new role in Melbourne and will be looking to move into a room for 6 months. I work fulltime in aviation and will be working in Tullamarine, so looking to base myself in easy distance to the airport. I am social, but also like to have my own down time and respect everybody's space. Love wine, cheese and coffee so will happily fill the kitchen with these goodies at any chance. I will often be flying to Brisbane to be with my partner, and every few weekends he will fly down to stay with me for two nights so we get to see each other, happy to discuss this with potential roomies.
My girlfriend and I are currently on holiday and will be looking for a new place once we get home at the end of September. We are both chefs, will be working full time once we return. Hobbies include sport, TV, movies, video games, keeping fit and abit of traveling. As housemates we are very respectful of others space but always happy for a shared meal or a movie together. One important thing to us is that there is parking for two cars, on the street is fine. We are looking to move mid to late October but can be flexible.
We are both young bubbly people who are very laid-back and easy to live with. Im a nurse and work pretty much most days, some nights here and there, my partner is a boilermaker in the process of joining the police force. We both love to meet new people, we are very friendly and from time to time enjoy a wine and a chat. We also a cat named milo that is very house trained and very much a cuddler, he doesn't take up much space and is very clean.

As an electrician by trade I'm fairly handy around the house and I can also cook - ask me about my signature dishes. I'm a clean freak (but I'm sure everyone says that!)

Hi Ladies I’ve just move into a brand new 3 bedroom house in Pascoe Vale south. I have one room available on the top floor with a shared bathroom. The bedroom has carpet, BIR and heating and cooling. The house is on a quiet street and has unrestricted parking available. The house itself also has heating and cooling throughout, a dishwasher, small courtyard and a laundry. I will slowly furnish the house except for the bedrooms. If you have any of your own furniture and if it fits in the area and with the look of the new house we can talk about using that instead. The house is a 10 min walk to the 58 tram which will take you straight into the city. It is also a 20min walk (or 4 min drive) to Pascoe Vale Train station. Sydney Road and all it has to offer is a 15min bus (or 5min drive) ride away and the Tullamarine freeway is right around the corner. You also have a huge Coles which is a 3min drive and maccas just down the road. Rent is $790 a month and bond is $1,100 You will need to go on the lease
I am a mature age individual who enjoys the company of friends and family. I have lived in share accomodation for four years and found it quiet enjoyable. I am currently looking for a low maintenance place to stay as I am working full time and just require a place to lay my head.
Hello, I work full time in the Community sector. Ideally would love a modern apartment / townhouse with a spot for my car (on street is okay)
I'm not rowdy or particularly a party person, though I like to have fun with the right people. I'd say I'm pretty friendly. I like to have time to myself but also keen for a chat here and there. Am happy to contribute to housework. I work as a corporate Audio Visual technician at a whole bunch of hotels and venues in the city so my work hours can be all over the place but I try to be as quiet as possible if I'm coming or going late at night or early morning. I enjoy Movies and TV, Netflix, comedy and some casual video gaming (Mario Kart anyone?) and also have interests in the creative arts especially filmmaking and animation. Looking for an easy going house with a friendly atmosphere and I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
Hey there! I’m Cassidy, I’m 20 and I’ve been living in Newcastle all my life and just about to transfer to Melbourne for work. I will be working in retail in the city. Very easy-going fun person and not picky, just wanting a room in a share house soon for work. For fun I love to watch movies, go out with friends and I love making new friends!
