Hi future roommates! I'm a 23 year old male working full time as Face Designer for Giorgio Armani beauty. I'm very friendly and sociable and would like to put it to the universe to find great roommates and friends. Smoke outdoors only, very respectful of others that don't smoke. Keen to play a part in keeping the house tidy and looking great. I take great pride in personal appearance, hygiene and high living standards. Very quiet and respectful of noise (but I can assure you I'm far from reserved and boring). Moved here from rural Queensland to see what all the fuss is about Melbourne. Proud to say while I'm living in Australia this will be my permanent home! Work crazy hours sometimes, so you may not always see me. In my spare time I like to go brunching, shopping and catching up with friends. Love a night out occasionally also. Would be great to pair up with people that are fun, like to socialise and enjoy witty banter. Peace be with you!
I’m Vanessa, a 28 year female scientist from Brisbane. I’m making the big move to Melbourne for a job starting on the 17th of July. I love to come home to a place with good banter and fun facts. Eating is life and I exercise so I can eat more. I’ll only be moving down my clothes, a bed, bike and my car (I’ll be driving to work, so easy parking at home is a must). I will be selling a fair bit of stuff before I move down so if there is anything the house needs, ask and I might have it. Anything else you need to know, ask away. PS if you have a dog, please message me. That would be a huge plus!
Hi everybody! Up for rent is my 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick house with separate lounge room and kitchen/meals area. It's had a full renovation and is in great condition, with new paint, new floorboards, new kitchen, two new bathrooms - it's luxury living in the suburbs. The main bedroom is huge - you could fit a king bed and have plenty of room for a desk and cabinets. The other two bedrooms fit queen beds, and one room comes with a queen frame and mattress if you'd like to use it. Whilst the photos do show the house furnished, it'll be mostly empty for the new tenants to make their own. The rent is lower than usual as there is a townhouse being built on the backyard. There'll be no access to the backyard until that's done, but once it is you'll have a new garden, carport and shed to use. About you: you're clean and tidy, happy to pitch in to keep the house in great condition whilst you live here. We don't care about your sexuality as long as you're a decent and respectful person, who has lived with other people and understands what living in a share-house entails. If you're someone that doesn't bring the party home, happy to share a meal occasionally and are generally sociable we'll get along well! Rent: $150/week for the large bedroom, $140/week for the two other bedrooms, with a $800 security deposit which will be returned when you leave (after room is left clean and bills are paid). Bills: Internet is $80 a month for 500GB split between occupants, or I can cancel the plan and you can sort out your own. Electricity, gas, and water, and internet are paid as they are due, split evenly between all occupants.

A brand new townhouse at the end of the block so it's quiet and secure. Polished floorboards throughout the open plan living space. There is a large unfurnished study area which would be perfect for a student or someone running a business from home. The home has split system heating/air conditioning, dishwasher, european laundry and brand new appliances. There are 2 courtyards. The shared courtyard is landscaped, secure and a great space to relax. The bedroom offered has heating and access to its own private courtyard. The bedroom is also carpeted and has built in wardrobes and loads of storage space. Bond is required 2 weeks prior to moving in to assure agreement is substantiated.
This is a spacious house with a big living area and outdoor area. We have a dog named Oliver who is 5 and a Beagle, we also look after other dogs on a regular basis so you must be animal friendly and we can also consider if you have furry friend. The house has gas heating and a fireplace which is very cosy in this winter time. Cars can be parked in the driveway in front of the house, there is room for 2 cars. The room available has a double bed with a desk, built in wardrobes and a chair which makes it a nice space. We are a 4 minute walk from Pascoe Vale train station and about 15 minutes drive to Tullamarine airport.
Hello, I'm Rachel and I work at a kindergarten. I'm currently renting a room off a family friend but her son is moving back home so I need somewhere new to go! I live a quite life, I'm very into my spirituality and I'm a very peaceful and friendly person. I will meditate in my room a lot with my crystals. I am vegan and I enjoy learning new recipes to cook for my friends. I'm just looking for somewhere nice and relaxed where I can be myself :) and save up my dollars. I enjoy art, music and reading tarot cards. I put in a 9 month preferred stay but I am flexible with that. I have no pets but I adore animals very much. I don't smoke and I don't really drink much either. Hoping to find some like minded individual(s) to share a home with :) Also open to 1 bedroom apartments or granny flats etc.
Looking for long term stay. Easy going, respectful and friendly. Prefer a clean space to live in and will contribute. Lived in Melbourne, northern suburbs, my entire life. 6 years in share house's. Looking for work at the moment, receiving government payment, very conscious with paying rent and bills on time. I hope to be employed asap. Spend my time studying online, playing computer games, and visiting family. Occasionally ride my motorbike so a garage would be a bonus. Looking for a social household that also respects time to themselves. Pet friendly. Social drinker. Non smoker.
Hi, I'm Dave and I just moved to Australia. I'm looking to move down to Melbourne to be closer to the food, comedy, music, events, and all-around goings-on. I can cook! A bit! I'm getting into sourdough bread (I can pump out a loaf every couple of days if needs be!), and can do mean curries and stews. I'm a freelance photographer/videographer/web developer but being new to the country, I need to be in the city to meet people and find more work. My wife lives and works up near Shepparton, though, so I would likely be out of the city for a couple of days each week. Likes: photography, board games, podcasting, cider, stinky cheese, coffee, hiking, flyboarding, elaborate Mario Kart tournaments, casual river sports (gorge scrambling, kayaking, rafting) Because I do video work, good unlimited internet is probably required for uploading finished videos. On-screen things: basketball, Game of Thrones, AFL, Rick & Morty, billions of hours of YouTube cooking channels, Primitive Technology. If there's any garden space, I'd like to live with people who are interested in growing veggies and trying out new recipes. I'm happy to live with friendly dogs or cats or other critter friends, so long as they don't bark all day (sometimes I'll need to record podcasts or voice-overs in my room). I think that's about it! But please ask questions if I've missed anything. Cheers, Dave

I have recently started working full-time as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Melbourne CBD. I currently live at home with my parents in Wallan, but I am looking to live closer to the city in an effort to cut my travel times to work, friends and social activities. I have decided I am ready to take this step in independence. I clean after myself in all common areas, and try to keep my personal areas tidy. I am always up for a chat, but am happy to give people space when required. I enjoy watching the footy, playing games (board games or video games), seeing friends, going to gigs, and when I have spare time, photography. My weekdays are generally busy. Apart from work, I spend a lot of time after work seeing my friends and partaking in social activities. When I am not doing that, I like to chill at home, playing games, watching YouTube or just lazing about listening to music. My weekends are very similar, but I try to get one day at home to recharge for the week ahead. Looking for something which will be around 800pcm including bills.
