We are very friendly, reliable & sociable people! :) Currently on a working holiday and will be in Melbourne until September. We will both be working full time and are wanting somewhere secure, clean and accessible to call home. We are a respectable couple and we are not interested in staying in a halfway house or a party house, although we do like to have a socialable drink with our roomies. :) We enjoy cooking and socialising. At evenings we like to go to the gym or chill out, and enjoy a drink and or a movie at the weekends. We would be interested in staying with another couple or another female. We are Northern Irish and would prefer English speaking housemates! :) Feel free to send us a message with any rooms you may have available! We would be interested in seeing pics and meeting up! :)
I am a full time student/athlete studying Civil Engineering who works part time. I also work at my gym coaching Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and teach a kids fight class. More than capable of pulling my own weight when it comes to housework/cooking, etc. Busy schedule but I love spending weekends or any free time I have with friends and new people I meet, or even just chilling out for the night. Looking to stay with chilled out roommates who are easy-going / out-going and love a good chat. I smoke here and there, but not tobacco, hint hint, would love 420-friendly roommates but I honestly don't mind.
I'm a relaxed and tidy individual; enjoy my space but also enjoy co-working, sharing meals or just hanging out. I sometimes like to go to gigs too. I play guitar and bass and have a few musical projects on the go at any time. Sometimes I go busking in the CBD and play gigs with a band. I work part time as a bartender at the Melbourne Recital Centre and am halfway through a Psychology Post-Grad. I really enjoy gardening, reading, cooking and listening to music in my spare time when I'm not playing. I live a humble existence and am always open to learning new things. I'm keen to team up with people who are looking for a new house. Ideally we'd all be creatively swayed into different artistic disciplines so we can bounce ideas off each other. Looking for people who would be interested in getting involved in multi-disciplinary collaborative projects and who would want to keep the house as an evolving entity. I have a lil cat named Pepper who would ideally be moving with me. She's a nutter at times (mostly dinner times) but is super affectionate and independent.
I work full time as a Factory Hand and also am a professional musician of a night time! Because of this I am out of the house a lot, I pride myself on being extremely tidy, friendly and respectful to everybody around me and have had great experiences when it comes to shared accom! I also own a little kitten who is so well behaved - it's not funny! I'm originally from the west - and want to stay in either the west or the north and yeah that's about it! I would love somewhere stable to keep my routine up and be secure!
Hello, We are look for an easy going, clean, friendly person to join us in our house. We do not want any party people and must go on the lease. Must meals are spent together but necessarily a must. The house is a large older style building with loads of natural light and quite large common areas. The kitchen has all the normal amenities plus a dishwasher. There is a large under house garage which is connected to the basement, however this is a working space/ storage space not purely a storage. The garage can fit 2 cars and we are flexible about who parks there. There is also separate workshop under the house which we currently use for our projects but are more then happy to share the space. The room is the smallest of the 3 but large enough fit a desk, bed and wardrobe. You will be living with 2 professional 24 year old males named Joshua and Tom. We are only 400m from Pascoe Vale train station station with shops, cafes, pubs and other transportation within walking distance.
Overlooking reserve and a nice back yard with charcoal bbq, apple tv with netflix, gym within 10 min drive, airconditioned , heating plus cooling . Near all public transport and other amentiies , walkable distance to mcdonalds & several spots for outdoor barbecue right next to where you live. Nice and clean environment. House rules are no smoking within the house you can use backyard for this but necessary to keep it clean and tidy. Not comfortable with your girlfreind/boyfriend stay over night.
This room can be made available earlier. A large bedroom with an air con unit which also has a built-in wardrobe available in a spacious townhouse with one other male professional. Looking for a professional person that is looking for a long term place. The townhouse is on the back section in a quiet area which is close to a supermarket, café , pharmacy and a BWS. The house is partly furnished with on street parking available. House also has an outdoor area with furniture and BBQ for use. The Pascoe Vale train station is down the hill, bus stop at the end of the street and the closest tram stop is within walking distance; great if you are a frequent user of public transport.
Hey my name is Kaleb, I'm 19 years old and I have been living in Australia for a year now. I'm originally from New Zealand and also work full-time as a forklift driver. I love playing video games and love playing sports especially Soccer willing to try anything. I also like meeting new people so going out for a night with the group would be awesome. Why I'm great to live with is I'm reasonble, understanding, will always pay rent on time, I'm tidy, love to socialise and to be honest I'm just looking for a place where I can chill and have a good time.
Im from Perth but have been living in Melbourne a few years. I'm a gardener. I have a small business I run around local suburbs. I can keep the front and backyard looking good, no need to hire lawn mower man or gardeners before rent inspections! I'm also a bit of a musician in my spare time. I can cook but prefer not to after a long day... but I do make pretty good chilli con carne 😉
I am from Ireland and have been living in sunbury for the last few years. Im renting at the minute but i am interested in shared housing. Im very clean and hardly ever home as i go to uni in the city and work evenings in hospitality. Im pretty chilled and have shared houses before with no issues.
Working in security, also part time actor looking for accomodation. Very organised, clean and respectfully private. Also friendly and like to have a chat and keep in touch with Housemates, but generally independent. Avid film & tv buff and also gamer. Look forward to meeting like minded people to share with.
I'm Emily, moving interstate for work. Friendly, considerate and clean. I'm quite independant but wouldn't mind to share dinner and a wine with the roomies :)
Room available in a modern Pascoe Vale House. The house comes fully furnished. - Own Bathroom - Bedroom has split system air conditioner / heater installed - Large Built in Wardrobe - Short walk to Oak Park train station - Free ADSL 2 internet -Security System with CCTV
House: Nice free standing 3 bedder on the main street of Pascoe Vale. Modern, timber flooring throughout, front yard and back courtyard, carport, plenty of natural light. This house needs a washing machine and a decent sound system, and preferably a dining table and some furniture because current flatmates are taking them so plenty of room for stuff if you have it. Room: You can choose from 2 both have built in robes and are double but one is bigger (and better in my opinion).
Former lecturer/academic, just moved home to Melbourne from Japan (where I used to do research) and the UK (even more research). I'm in the middle of a career change, starting full time literature studies at Melbourne soon and then planning to go on to teacher training. Most of the time I'm either out and about at classes or have my nose in a book ;) Decidedly introverted but equally enjoy some friendly banter. I'm vegan, but not preachy about it...and if you have animal friends in the house they will get free unlimited cuddles on demand forever! When not studying can be found experimenting with my 'culinary jazz,' cycling further than my friends say I can, contemplating awesome art, working on my own (less awesome) art, and engaging in various voluntary help-the-animals activities. Looking for somewhere safe, quiet, and orderly to settle, but with just enough eccentricity to keep life interesting :)
I am a friendly and witty IT professional looking for a short term accommodation in Melbourne. I love to play badminton, basketball, video games and board games. I am trustworthy, tidy and respectful person who can be your ideal flatmate. 😄
Hello there, I'm looking for a place to share. Male or Female is fine. I have a 13 year old cat who is very well behaved and very friendly. He spends half of his time inside and half of his time outside. He enjoys a brush and likes to sun bake. i keep him in at night time ( he is a very good sleeper). He also has hyperthyroidism which means i have to give him his tablet twice daily in his food. i would like something that at least has a court yard so he can still sun bake. A little about me. Im a student studying diploma of marketing and i also have a part time business that will become full time once i finish studying. Sometimes ill be at home working and sometimes i wont. I don't party, clean up after myself and like to cook. Im also a pretty big sports nut. I'm respectful of other peoples space and feelings and expect the same in return.
I'm studying Animal Studies specialising in Veterinary Nursing part-time. I also work part time too. I'm a very clean person, easy to get along with, I'm a veggo but have no issue with you eating meat and cooking it in the kitchen. I'm respectful, love quiet time and enjoy a relaxing conversation after a long day. I also come with a gorgeous little cat. she barely makes any noise and is clean. Looking to move into a two bedroom place with just one other house mate. Preferably long term.
Brand new house, brand new furniture! Townhouse 2 story. Backs on to a park. Nice area and very safe. Public transport close by and 5 min drive to Sydney road. Heaps of local restaurants around, 20 mins to the city 10 minutes to the airport.
Hello there :) I am a 30 years old, PhD student at The University of Melbourne and I am based at The Royal Children Hospital to do my studies. I was born in Italy and lived there until 4 years ago. Then Melbourne captured me with its sunsets, stunning views and multicultural&funky vibe. I am looking for share housemates who are open, respectful, friendly and don't need all the time to do things together to feel they have a good vibe in the house. I can offer the same in exchange. I want a cosy place that will feel like home _a place where I can relax and get rid of the PhD&life stresses. Don't mind if you do parties or have friends over and I hope I may be able to invite few friends over, too (I like to host small pizza party - i have an electric oven which simulates a woodfired oven ;) ). However, I am not up for a constant party house. I like people and i usually get along with others easily if things are communicate openly. I want to leave in a decent and clean space. I am happy to participate in a cleaning roster (actually i would prefer that so no need to argue about who did the bathroom last time ;) ). Things that makes me happy... hang out in parks, having long skype calls with my family&friends, doing yoga, exercising, going to markets or second hand shops, going to the Abbotsford Convent, cooking and baking, talking about science and philosophy (don't worry not too heavy stuff!), art galleries wondering. I am Pescis if this matters ;)
Fun, outgoing, clean and respectable Irish couple looking for a room/place to rent for the next few months! Ideally looking to live with another couple or another girl! :) We are both working & very reliable when it comes to paying rent on time!
Hey I'm Belinda, I'm a 26 year old Outdoor Education, Geography and PE teacher. I'm originally from rural North-eastern Victoria, but have been living and working overseas for the past 3 years. I have a full time teaching position at a school in the outer Northern suburbs for the year. My favourite things to do are playing sport, running, hanging out with friends, exploring the city, reading, gardening, travelling, snowboarding, beach visits and many activities outdoors- especially hiking and kayaking! I also enjoy a cheeky cider or two at the end of the week. I am a very experienced housemate; I am very clean and tidy, happy to help with household chores and know how to be respectful towards the people I live with. I also love to chat and hang out with my housemates, while also living independently and getting out and about during some evenings and on weekends. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Country boy, studying first year of business at RMIT. About myself, I'm really easy going and quite sporty! I know how to clean up after myself and share my fair share of duties within a household, but super laid back otherwise!! Ready to move in straight away!!
I am a great cook and I like keeping a clean home. I already have house hold items including electronics and Funiture, so I don't mind moving to a non-finished house. I work full in the CBD. I would like to find someone interested in sharing accommodation with preferably close to the city.
Hi I am Damien 37 from Tassie, I work as an early child hood educator and after school carer but looking to get into teachers aide work while I work on my passion of writing pun jokes. Hello! I'm Logan, I'm 20 years old and a full time flight attendant. Looking for somewhere to move out to with some chill roomies, preferably in their 20's. I'm pretty easy going. I work the late shifts at work so usually between 1pm-12am. So I'm usually only home for dinner maybe 3 times a week! And work likes to send me away on the odd occasion. I'm very big on friendships so if I'm not home i'm out on an adventure with my girls. Feel free to message me!
Hi All, I'm 28 y.o. and have a full time and stable 9-5pm office job in the northern suburbs. I have horses on agistment out in Sunbury/Gisborne who keep me busy most of the time, however I also enjoy having a wine and a chat with housemates when the time permits. I am clean, easy going and always pay rent on time. I do have two cats, who are fully house trained and friendly with other pets, including dogs & birds. Move dates & length of stay are flexible, Reference check from my current housemate available. We have been renting together for 5 years now, and are only parting ways as she is moving in with her partner. Tash p.s. If anyone has property for rent with room for horses I would love to hear from you. Rent budget is a lot higher if I can rent and lease land on the same property.
Clean, quiet, spacious owner occupied house (sole occupant) with fully furnished queen room available. Walking distance to supermarket, cafes, gym etc, and Route 513 bus and Pascoe Vale railway station. No pets. Only neat, respectful people need apply.
