Looking for a nice place with like-minded people. Originally from country Victoria. I’m early 30s just left a video production management role with Fox FM to work with a US production company, I’m easy going and get along with everyone. I have a black Labrador that I’ll have by my side. He’s a great dog, fully house trained and is a pleasure to be around
Hello, I am 36 years old girls from Italy and I am in Melbourne to study early childhood education ; I am working the night and I have to attend school 2 days a week. I am sociable and friendly , clean and very respectful of each other habits.
Hey! i am a 27 year old nurse who works full time. I am looking for someone to start a share house/home with. I have been living on my own and am wanting to now share. Iam unable to move til February but thought I would put out some feelers early to see if anyone is interested. I have a house full of furniture. I am respectful, enjoy a drink and a chat and am easy to get along with.
Hi everyone! My name is Rebecca, commonly known as Bec. I'm a full time nursing student. I'm friendly, considerate and tidy. I'd love to get into a house with other students/professionals, friendly and easy going folks who are keen to have the odd glass )or bottle) of wine and a laugh. I enjoy cooking from time to time and I like going out for dinner and socialising on the weekends, catching up with friends and family etc. I'm fairly easy going and enjoy some quiet nights in with a DVD marathon or a Netflix session or board games with friends. My cat, Bucky, is a quiet, timid little boy and you would more likely notice a stuffed animal more as he is so timid of new people. I would prefer accommodation where I could have him, but if not possible he will be living with my mum.
I'm very respectful of others space and approachable if there are any problems. I love sport and exercising and I am very clean and tidy. I have rented before and have good rental record. Currently finishing my radiography bachelor at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga and moving to Melbourne in late october/ early november to start my internship (1 year period) at the northern hospital. Would prefer to be within about 20 minutes travel of work. Im happy to rent short term for a few months or long term for a year. Move date is also flexible to any time in November :) At my current rental I have furniture and other stuff like microwave, ironing board, vacuum etc. I can bring to new place to share with housemates for free also if needed. I have a car also so a place to park would be helpful
Come and live in our beloved, light-filled Pascoe Vale home! One unfurnished, medium-sized room available with built-in robes, carpet and large window. We have a huge (huge!) backyard; beautifully landscaped front garden with lots of aromatic flowers for sniffing or snipping; large shed (reformed chicken coup that could function as a large studio, storage or hangout); lock-up garage; free on-street parking; and an outdoor patio area with lounges! The house gathers lots of natural light and the patio makes it easy to be outside without weathering the elements. It's one of those houses where you don't feel stuffy when it's too cold to venture outdoors. Plus we have a lovely gas heater to keep us cosy. The bathroom has a bath and satisfyingly hot shower and the toilet is separate to this. Fast WIFI, washing machine and a hills hoist just to complete the picture. You'll be sharing the house with two others (Caitlin and Cameron) plus Tan who lives in the bungalow but shares the facilities. This is a friendly, relaxed and caring home. We clean up after ourselves and pitch in on the collective stuff to keep the house well-looked after. You can sit and eat a meal or watch a film/tv with us or merrily go about your own thing. We all lead our independent lives, doing a mix of study, work, art and play but also share experiences. Food is spontaneously shared with no expectation around it. Some housemates smoke outside, other's don't - the house smells pretty damn nice regardless. Difference is respected. We're looking for another friendly, considerate and mature human (who pays rent/bills on time, has share housing experience, etc, etc). THE NEIGHBOURHOOD is sweet - our neighbours are mostly families and older citizens who return waves and smiles at a pretty satisfying rate. It's a slower-paced life here. Bell St and Sydney Rd are 5 minutes away. PUBLIC TRANSPORT is nearby (bus on the next block can quickly take you to Bell St, to a tram and train station). By car, the northern suburbs, city and western suburbs are all quickly accessible. It's the sweet spot between them all! SURROUNDING AMENITIES within walking distance: 2 minutes... Foodworx, cafe, multi-ethnic food options, chemist and bottle-o. 5 minutes... a fish n chip shop, pizza shop, laundromat, etc. There's a gym somewhere en route home that I keep pretending not to see. 15 minutes... There's a 'super coles' which has two deli sections (two! I'm so easily impressed). Also, doctor's surgery and a few dinner options in the same precinct. 20 minutes... Pool! There's a bunch of parks scattered around nearby too. It's a nice neighbourhood to walk around and explore. Bunnings, Officeworks, weekend farmer's market - 5 minutes by car. MOVE-IN DATE: October 10th. RENT: Is super-silly-cheap at $538 per calendar month. It will go up by approximately $10 per month per person on our next lease signing (mid-December). Bond is four weeks rent. ON THE LEASE?: Yes please. It's simply a lease transfer form, asking for your recent rental history, income and a couple of references. Nothing too detailed. You'd need a steady enough income tho. OTHER THINGS: No couples please, as we'd like the number of tenants to remain the same. Obviously, LGBTIQA+ and POC welcome. I think I've gone well overboard with details but if you have any questions...or wish to apply... MESSAGE ME: who you are and enough info for us to gauge what you'd be like as a housemate. (eg what you do with your time, what you're into/looking for... I dunno) We'll start interviewing next week, evenings. If you're desperate we could probably squish you into another time slot. Thanks!! Tan.
This house is perfect for someone who doesn't like a big clean. A cozy unit that is easily maintained, bills are not too expensive as water bills are already paid for by the landlord. It's walking distance to the bus stop which is a short trip to the train around 10 minutes, so you can travel around easily if you don't have a car. House is close to a walking trail as well if you need to do some exercise. House has ducted heating which is amazing for the winter.

Hey everyone, my name's Amber. Turned 30 this year and looking for a massive lifestyle and inspirational change - want to get away from Sydney as soon as possible and relocate to Melbourne. A bit of background on me - I've been a multi disciplinary Artist since I was a child, with a main focus on Acting, Singing and Musicianship. Completed my tertiary education in Acting and I'm currently doing distance study in Electronic Sound Production and Indigenous Studies, to help expand my mind and teach me new skills. I love to read and learn, have solid conversations and a good laugh, share knowledge - books and artworks make up 70% of my earthly goods! A few of my interests include Reading, Playing Guitar, Socializing with friends on the weekend, Writing, Dancing, Acting, Cooking, Travel, Theatre, Music Production and Songwriting, Singing, Yoga and Martial Arts, Gaming (Xbox 360 - I have one to bring to the house and a load of games, if that's your thing too), binge watching Netflix or getting into some hardcore SBS on demand / ABC iview when I have free time, Photography and Art of all forms. Social justice, human/civil rights and equality are vital concepts to me. By no means a definitive list, but it gives you a bit of an idea. I'm friendly, respectful, fun, keep things in the house clean and am a weird balance of someone who likes to say hi and be social round the house when it suits people, but can also respect your space/privacy and like to enjoy my own when I'm feeling hermity too - hopefully you won't be the type to take it personally if i need some time out to myself. Not a precious princess about things and am really adverse to passive aggressive types - if you're not the sort of person that can just have a calm, upfront chat and nip it in the bud if I accidentally do anything to annoy you, then we probably won't enjoy living together. I'm a smoker, although more than happy to go outside if you're not, as this is most people's preference, I'm not obnoxious about it and respect people's needs. Constantly burning fragrant oils / candles and incense anyway and am very conscious of mutual space, nothing like coming home to a house that feels welcoming and smells divine. Not a huge party animal, though I do enjoy occasionally having people round sometimes - during the week I'm pretty chill (although, also not boring hey - totally not adverse to cracking some wine or beers while cooking / having a friend round when the mood strikes - I'm a pretty mean cook, double plus bonus!). Weekends are always easier for getting out and about or catching up with people. If this sounds like someone you wouldn't mind sharing space with, let me know. Thanks in advance mates, look forward to meeting some like minds - keen for a long-term place I can make a home, with cool, fuss-free housemate/s who like the sound of my listing. Looking to make the move ASAP soon as I find something. Let me know if you have any questions. Peace and Thanks, Amber
Currently studying at rmit in the city. I study justice and soon look to be working as a correctional officer. I Work 32 hours a week at Brunswick Woolworthes, in the produce department. So I bring with me a nice 5% off when shopping at woolies ☹️. I'm a very neat and tidy person, so I will be keeping all common areas I use vey tidy.I enjoy cooking so more then happy to get involved in cooking a few nights a week. I also play soccer and enjoy going down to the pitch for a kick or a run. I am a huge dog person and get along with pets very well. I'm a non smoker. Finally I bring with me a Xbox :0
I am fairly quiet and don't like encroaching on other people's space. Although I'm currently unemployed, I will be looking for a job once I relocate (there aren't any job opportunities where I currently live). I'm a bit of a nerd and have a passion for science, the environment, and art. Some of my hobbies are photography, painting, and guerilla floristry. I also really enjoy baking cakes, biscuits, and slices (and can make a mean single serve chocolate souffle). I have been living in a tiny country town with few services or resources for the past few years, so am really looking forward to moving out as soon as I can. I don't drive, so would prefer to live somewhere close to public transport. My ideal home would have a bedroom big enough to fit my vintage queen sized Burgess headboard + bedside tables in, and to have a bathroom with an actual bath in it (hip baths don't count!). I haven't been able to own any pets besides my cockatiel where I've been living, and would dearly love to get another cat to keep me company.
Hello everybody! I'm Nick, I'm a musical performer and singer. At the moment I'm working in a comedy show in Melbourne and sometimes in Sydney. I need a share accomodation or private as well and hope to find great flatmates. Thank you in advance guys!
I'm, fairly laid back, like watching movies/tv shows, sometimes play ps4. Love music and go to live events regularly, would love if I could bring my chocolate labradoodle, but not a deal breaker (he doesn't shed fur or smell). I work full-time and ride a motorbike so parking's not really an issue. Oh I also have a tonne of really good board games :)
Hey I'm James, I am a 25 year old male who is looking for a place for myself and my dog Zelda (She is a medium sized dog so we will need a backyard of some sort for her to run around in) As for myself I am currently working in hospitality and plan on studying next year. I like to keep to myself but also don't mind the odd Netflix and pizza sesh with my housemates. I usually spend my spare time at the gym, walking Zelda or just out and about with friends. I have lived share houses before so I understand how they work, I am very respectful of other peoples privacy. If you think you have a place for us we'd love to hear from you :)
