I'm an outgoing, down to earth person. I'm very non-judgemental and happy to get to know others better. I studied graphic design, so I'm pretty artsy and love making things as well as an avid gardener. I also work in hospitality where I most often work nights (to about 10-11pm) 5 nights a week. I'm a pretty social person and love a chat, but I also spend a fair bit of time just kicking back alone, either works really well for me. I love going to gigs and having a beer with friends, and that probably happens about once a week, feel free to join! I'm respectful of all lifestyles, and am expectant of the same towards my lifestyle. I'm currently seeing someone, so I would be spending some nights a week at his house, and visa versa with them staying with me some nights. I also have my own fridge and freezer that I don't want to have to part ways with.
We are a family relocating to Melbourne from Queensland in September and are looking for a place to set up while we get our new life here sorted. We are extremely flexible with our arrangements and are excellent tenants - pay the rent on time, clean, and keep to ourselves. Our 3 year old is well behaved and cosleeps with us, thus will not require her own bed so we are happy with a 1 bedroom/studio option but will require it furnished. As I say we are flexible in terms of where to stay (happy with a 45 min commute to CBD for my husband's work), how long...I would just like to arrange a place before we set off so we can arrive and be settled right away. I'm happy to answer any and all questions about us, please just ask!

This house is perfect for someone who doesn't like a big clean. A small cozy house that is easily maintained, bills are not too expensive as water bills are already paid for by the landlord. It's close to a bus stop so you can travel around easily if you don't have a car. House is close to a walking trail as well if you need to do some exercise. House has ducted heating which is amazing for the winter.
Located in one of Pascoe Vale' most sought after areas, with quick access to all major Fwy and Hwy and 15-20 mins to and from Melbourne Airport. Bus stop right outside the property or Pascoe Vale train station is a short 15 minute walk. Coburg North Village Shopping Centre also near by just up Gaffney St. This double story townhouse has an impressive floor plan, with a large open kitchen, large open plan lounge room, downstairs powder room and a cosy courtyard. The property is neat and clean and well looked after with impressive furniture and fittings making it a professionals retreat. Unlimited WiFi Internet, Netflix and Stan included. Ideally, you will need to be a single professional, working full-time, with a relaxed, fun and easy to get along personality. Coupled with your home chores skills (vacuuming, mop and dust once in a while) will be extremely favourable as we are also full-time professionals who work long days and ideally would like to come home to a clean and tidy atmosphere. You must be ok with some early morning noise, as we wake up early for gym. The property also some with its own guard cat. Henry is a cheeky, fun and handsome fella who's always wanting cuddles and his belly scratched. Typical Ragdoll really.
