Hey all, I’m moving back to melb after spending majority of 2019 working away. I’m a super chill easy going guy who like most has a couple active hobbies which occupy my free time. I’m anything but lazy and very respectful of others belongings as this is not my first time house sharing. I previously had a furnished house so I’m happy to contribute whatever I can to a home. I’ve got a rescue greyhound who is an absolute legend. He is very well behaved and brings nothing but good times. He’s great with 99% of other dogs too so either a place with or without a dog already is fine. After a place that’s easy going with housemates that are respectful and clean. Not after a crash pad but maybe somewhere to actually call home for a bit.🤙
A new townhouse at the end of the block so it's quiet and secure. Polished floorboards throughout the open plan living space. There is a furnished dining area which can also be used as a study. A student/flight attendant or someone running a business from home would ideally suit this environment. The home has split system heating/air conditioning, dishwasher, european laundry and brand new appliances. There are 2 courtyards. The shared courtyard is landscaped, secure and a great space to relax. The bedroom offered has a double bed in it only a year old. Linen is provided if required. It also has heating and access to its own private courtyard. The bedroom is carpeted and has built in wardrobes and loads of storage space. The area has a great sense of community which is warm, friendly and engaging. It's a 3 minute walk to the supermarket/shops and parks surrounding the area. The bus stop is also a 3min walk away and connects to tram and train in no time at all. Bond is required 2 weeks prior to moving in to assure agreement is substantiated.
Hi! Me quickly: I need a backyard and housemates that love dogs. I'm super easy going, love sport (i play basketball competitively and local football), family and friends are the most important things in life, I love travelling and always coming home to my 11 month old puppy, Harlow (who loves all people and other dogs). I study science, majoring in animal biology, and work part time as a relief additional assistant in kindergartens for groups of children with extra needs. I am a super social person so want to be able to entertain/host friends and like going out or even staying in with a beer and a game. However, I also need my downtime and will respect yours. I want a home, not a house, and I want friends, not un involved housemates.
My name is Edoardo I'm an italian chef traveling around the world, my last stop was in Auckland As I travel since I was 18 I know how to live with other people and keep an house in a proper state I'm open an minded person, tidy mostly reserved but also I love to have fun and share a good dinner once in a while. At the moment I'm looking for a job because I'm still in New Zealand, but I pretty sure I'll find one before the end of December Thanks, Ciao!
I'm a Deakin student doing a double degree in Law/International Studies and work part time. I have a dog, Otto, who is 3, so I need a place with a backyard and people who are willing to live alongside a good boy. I am clean and look after my dog as if he was my own son. I work/study hard and spend a lot of time dedicated to those things. I'm relaxed and easy to get along with Otto is a German Shepherd cross Kelpie, is house trained, doesn't bark but will growl at strangers coming into the house, friendly with other animals and has never displayed any aggression. May get over excited at times but will listen when he is being told off. He will need an enclosed backyard so he cannot sneak away in the night. I'm more than happy to take the role of house gardener to clean up any mess Otto might make there. I enjoy a chat, I like to read, I spend most of my time studying, I can cook and I'm a vegan :) I'll be studying until the end of 2021 so I'd like to find a place I can be in until I finish
Hi I’m Alycia, I’m looking for a nice granny flat to live in with bills and internet included. I don’t want flat mates as I like my privacy so a private granny flat would be perfect that’s in good condition. I work a lot so I’m not home a often, I’m very clean and respectful and like to keep to myself...but I’m friendly too! I have 2 female desexed kitties, so a garden space is important because they like to relax in the backyard during the day.
I'm originally from Adelaide but I moved to Melbourne at the start of this year to do my masters. I describe myself as outgoing, friendly and fun! I love traveling and I am always on the hunt for new places to hang out as well as eat! I like to occasionally go out and have some drinks but most of the time I love to just have a quiet night in watching some movies or binge a TV show (even love playing some board games!). I'm clean and love to help out whenever I can :) I'm a full-time student and working part-time at the moment as well. Looking forward to meeting you and hopefully form some long-lasting friendships!
Hi there my name is Mandy , I am in my early 40’s , though I am definitely not your typical 40 year old , not in personality or in appearance , and I am big into a Healthy and Active lifestyle. I am a full time Finance and Property Professional , a part time Nutrition and Fitness Coach. My life is full, busy and I am always on the go , however I love my own personal space and my much needed down time , so I’ll definitely be very respectful of yours . I’ll usually always be up for a chat , share the occasional dinner ( I am an awesome cook ) and a glass of wine , so I definitely like a friendly , easy going and peaceful environment . I am the ideal flat mate , super house proud , so I’m very particular , clean , tidy and organised and I also prioritise my commitments , so rent and bills will always be paid on time and I’ll definitely help out around the house on my days off. My week days start early , from 5.00 am and finish late , anywhere from 9.30 - 11.30pm . I come and go from home a lot throughout the day. Everyone I have shared with in the past has loved having me around and are now life long friends .

Hello my name is Kiara :) I'm a busy 22 year old working full time in finance while studying. I'm super easy going, love AFL and spending time with my friends. I'm very tidy and think respecting eachothers space is important but also want to be able to get along and have a drink with my room mate/s - don't want to be a room filler. Looking for a room for 6 months with the ability to extend if all goes well, my own bathroom is prefered but not required. Ready to move in now. I work in the CBD so close public transport is also super important to me as well as a car park at home.
