Hugo

Hey there! My name is Hugo, I'm a 24 year old masters student studying genomics and health at unimelb. I've been living in Melbourne since March and am looking to switch it up and move into a new place.

I'm a pretty simple person - outside of uni I spend my time at the gym, listening to music, cooking and going on hikes. I'm cheerful and friendly, and an animal lover to boot (for those with pets). I like a pretty normal mix of hanging out with my housemates whilst also getting some alone time every now and then.

What I'm looking for most in a sharehouse is cleanliness. I've lived in places where housemates don't clean up after themselves and I'm really keen on finding a place where there's a shared understanding that you leave the kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc as clean as you found it. If this sounds like you, I'd be really keen to meet and chat about if we'd be a good fit together.

As for the administrative stuff: my income is largely youth allowance with a bit of work I can tap into when needed. I've got savings to pay for months of rent in advance if it helps. Also looking to step into part-time work once my first semester is finished. I'm not going to be ready to move in until later in June but I'm more than happy to start paying rent before that if the place is right.
