I'm quiet and meticulously clean, I don't smoke or drink and generally keep to myself. I have a small unusual cat. I'm known for my outstanding cullinary skills with a passion for food and if im not out attending to my daily duties or busy studying you will hardly notice im home at all.
I’m an easygoing, divorced professional who loves to laugh. Am LGBT with no kids, too many degrees and a sweet cat. I work full time as a gov PR and social media advisor in the CBD and I like the good things in life. I’m a bit of an extrovert, but respectful of an introvert’s need for space. I like to cook, love good food and wine, and trying new restaurants, pubs and festivals (especially Fringe etc) as they roll on by. However my clubbing and all-night party days are well behind me now. I’m very respectful of privacy and keeping noise low, however I’m also a sociable gal and I love a good chat over a glass of wine or a cup of tea. I’m a card-carrying nerd, so if you like that sort of thing then hey, all the better! But totally cool if you’re not. I can get along with pretty much anyone as long as we’re both respectful. I’m interested in a teamup with another professional who doesn’t mind splitting a bigger (3-4 br), modern/updated, cat-friendly home between 2 of us. I’m at that age where I want all the mod cons like dishwashers, ducted a/c and decent bathrooms. I’m also happy to pay for regular cleaning, and I’ll always keep communal areas tidy. Don’t mind gender as long as you’re cool.
Hi, I'm an easygoing person and currently in my last semester at uni. I am a non-smoker and I like reading, popular culture and some quiet time. I respect and maintain personal boundaries and privacy.

I have a few interests that include drinking wine, watching Netflix and old seasons of survivor, going to comedy shows about the city, hanging out with my best friend Alice, attending table top events ( board games) playing video games (on my pc) and reading books. I'm pretty relaxed drive a scooter and thinking im pretty badass because of it, Hugh is a chiller and will sit on your lap, climb on you or find a high point in the room to perch and look down on everyone like the benevolent ruler he is. He is toilet trained so coming inside for interaction is not a messy occasion. He will spend his unsupervised time chilling in his Playboy mansion outside. I'm not a neat freak, but I would like to live somewhere where communal areas and privacy are respected.
I am a permanent resident in South Australia looking for a new place to move into this year as my lease is ending. I am friendly, happy to share house or apartment with others and I don't mind couples living together. I respect everyone's privacy and I am willing to learn to live with everyone. If there is anything you don't like about me, I am very happy to hear out your opinion.

Looking for somewhere to spend my last 6 months in Adelaide! I will have just come back from travelling around Australia from December-feb, and then need a place for my second semester. I will then be returning to the UK after spending a year here. I'm not at all a clean freak, but would like to live in a place where everyone is happy to do their own part, and not afraid to wash the dishes! I love going to the beach, going out, festivals, any music and drinking wine or beer! But more than happy to just sit at home, relax and watch Netflix! Love animals, so having pets is no problem. I don't smoke, but don't mind living with those who do. Would need to be somewhere near public transport, as I need to get to Magill campus but also like going into the city. Just a nice place to spend my last few months here, and meet new people! (Preferably all females)

Close to the city, shops, restaurants and Norwood Parade with public transport nearby, buses come every 15 minutes or even more frequently. There's even a pub on the same street. House features a spare bedroom and a study for you to enjoy. Room has built in robes. There is also a car park that you can have all to yourself. I own the home so there is scope to be flexible with the length of your stay, furnishings and bill arrangements depending on your budget.
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.

Hi, I’m a speechwriter and communications officer, working for government and based in the city. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and kind person who values being tidy, organised and considerate of other people and their needs. I’m also a (reasonably) good cook! I am somewhat introverted so need some alone time, but I also enjoy socialising and good conversations. I’m keen to live in an inner city suburb, especially if it’s close to some nature like Linear Park or the Botanic Gardens. Alternately, a great house further from the city, but close to a national park like Morialta or Belair, or near the beach, would also be good. Some of my other interests include meditation, reading, theatre, art, movies and travel.
Great location close to city with multiple bus stops in the area - opposite shopping centre lovely big rooms and high ceilings. Garden and outdoor living space - perfect for dog. Front area on the left has a lovely lounge attached to a room where i teach piano from- due to teaching piano, these rooms are occupied 4 afternoons/early evenings during the week. Down the right side are two bedrooms, with the front room being for rent and doors can close off the hallway to create more privacy. Further down the hall at the back is a dining/kitchen along with a separate bathroom (shower and sink) and large laundry next to a toilet.
Great location, 8 minutes from the city, walk to Norwood Parade and heaps of cafes and restaurants, also a gym and medical centre. Friendly, easy-going housemates who enjoy the social aspect of having others around for a chat or a laugh. Perfect for an international or Adelaide based uni student. Rent does not cover the bills and internet, so expect to pay $25 pw for that. The location is shady and quiet. Big garden with fruit trees. No need to do anything there but enjoy. Outdoor areas for cooking and entertainment. The house has all of the conveniences you would want, so your own food and personal items are all you need to provide. The room is currently furnished, but any of it can go in the garage if you have your own things. Because of the design of the house your bedroom would be quiet. Bond and 2 weeks rent in advance is required when you move in.
The house inTrinity Gardens is a great location, 8 minutes from the city. Walk to Norwood Parade, lots of cafes and restaurants, a gym and medical centre. This is the perfect place for an International or Adelaide based uni student or single working person who is looking for stability and a good place to work and study. Bills and internet are not included in the rent, so expect to pay $25 pw to cover that. The house is in a shady, quiet street, is large, comfortable and secure. We have a very big garden with fruit trees and outdoor areas for cooking or entertaining. All you need to do there is enjoy. The person we are looking for will be easy-going, reliable and responsible with neat and tidy living habits who can enjoy the shared household we have established.
Our house is located in Saint Peters at Seventh Avenue. In addition to being within a 15 min bus/bicycle ride to the CBD, there are a number of parks nearby (including a dog park opposite our house) as well as a shopping center, which is within a 10 min walk. There is a rose garden in the front yard and a reasonably sized lawn at the back. We currently have a spare room for rent at $110/week, excluding amenities. It's a fairly spacious room with in built wardrobes and cabinets for storage. The room is not furnished, but the house is! The house comes with all the necessary furnishings in the dining and living areas. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as well. There's a Weber grill in the backyard, which anyone of the housemates is welcome to use. If you enjoy a good laugh, appreciate documentaries by David Attenborough or have a record player to enjoy the Pulp Fiction sound track on then you would fit in well. *Ps. The ex-housemate is selling his furniture you see in the pictures (bed, desk, chair etc.), he might cut you a deal if you're looking to buy before moving in.
My name is nicola, I'm 20 years old and work a day job in the city. At the moment I'm nearly finished a degree in wildlife conservation at the university of Adelaide but have taken this semester off to work. I'm looking to stay somewhere for the foreseeable future while I finish my degree. I absolutely love travel, photography and the outdoors, and the gym, so in my spare time I'm usually out of the house. That being said I love to hang out over food and movies, and would love to meet some easygoing, friendly people to share a home with! I'm clean and tidy but have no issues with mess, and I love animals so if you have pets it isn't a problem! I have my own furniture to furnish a room but can also easily store it all as well. I'm also flexible with dates and can wait if you're not quite ready for someone by the date I've set. Please feel free to message if you think I might be suited for your listing :)
