Hi, I'm a third year Geology student from the US* studying at the University of Adelaide looking for a low drama household to join. I spend most of my weekdays on campus and work part time in hospitality on weekends. I'm a clean, conscientious, and easygoing nerd who enjoys gliding, writing, cooking, and the occasional drink with friends. I come with most of the components necessary for a home entertainment system, a reasonable number of kitchen appliances, and the ability to cook. Also possibly a piano. *Just to make it clear: I am not an exchange student. I live here now.
The house itself is in the perfect location containing high ceilings, ornate fireplaces in every room, polished floorboards, very large bedrooms (floor to ceiling storage is available in free room), security screens on front door and both bedroom windows, and ducted air conditioning throughout the house. The kitchen is a country/modern style, with a gas stove/oven and a dishwasher. Apart from this there are several fruit trees out the back in a decent sized back yard (though the garden is fairly low maintenance), with a pergola and a good size clothesline. There is also enough parking for 3 cars as well as friendly and polite neighbours who respect privacy. About the neighbourhood - We are close to Goodlife Gym Payneham - A 5 minute drive from Norwood Parade - 500 metres from the local Woolworths - A 3 minute walk from a bus stop on Payneham Road - Are only 5 kilometres from the CBD - On the corner of the street there is also the Payneham/Norwood Oval with access to tennis courts, a small basketball court and outdoor exercise equipment.
Friendly & outgoing individual, who is also good at being independent and respectful of others. Finished studying and working as a preschool teacher. Decided 2017 is time to move out and make a change. My interests include health & gym, cooking, movies, music. I am also very neat and tidy.
Hi! I'm a 26 year old from the UK, currently working in the arts and festival scene in Australia. I'll be working at The Garden of Unearthly Delights for Adelaide Fringe and am looking for a place preferably in walking distance to Rundle Park. I'll be working long hours, 6 days a week so might not be in too much but when I am i'm more than happy to hang out, chat, drink some beers/gin/wine and eat cheese. I'm tidy, a pretty good cook and can make a decent cup of coffee (though the aeropress should take most credit for that). If you've got a place that will suit, i'd love to hear from you! Thanks Katie.
I am very clean, neat and respectful of others and their belongings. I am studying law and commerce at Adelaide Uni and spend an awful lot of time studying during the semester. I love crossfit and staying fit. I enjoy having a laugh and doing housemate activities every now and then. I am looking for a shorter term lease around the Eastern suburbs.
Hi, I'm a bit shy at the beginning but get easy pretty soon later. Very neat and clean. Love food so will be happy to cook meal together time to time if you want. Usually busy from work and uni so I'm a bit quiet at home. But it doesn't mean that I don't want to mingle. I'm happy to have cuppa and chat together if you just knock my door! :) I have my own double size bed and desk at least, so I'm looking for a place unfurnished.
Hi! I am 24 years old and work full time for a professional firm in the city. I share the house advertised with my housemate Lennie, who is 25 years old, works part time and in the process of applying for his Masters at UniSA. We live in a townhouse in the suburb of Payneham, a safe neighbourhood in the Eastern suburbs. It is a double storey house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a small, covered courtyard. It is a short walk to bus stops, just a 15-minute bus ride to the city and an even shorter distance to Norwood and Burnside. It is also really close to the Marden and Firle shopping centres, Woolworths and Coles. Lennie also has a 2 year old cat, Billie, who lives with us. He is a house trained, well behaved cat, who is very friendly and affectionate once he gets to know you. We are both friendly guys and easy to get along with; we both enjoy to cook and like to share a drink or two. We are looking for someone who is similarly outgoing, friendly, sociable, very clean, neat and tidy, willing to contribute to house chores, pay bills on time and easy to get along with. The room is spacious and includes a built in robe and a ceiling fan. The house also includes reverse cycle air-conditioning. The room is unfurnished, however the rest of the house is fully furnished. Rent is $150 a week per person, but does not include bills (gas, water, electricity and internet). They will be split evenly between the three of us. We are efficient users of amenities and will appreciate like-minded people. We are looking for someone to takeover the lease very soon. The room will be available from around the 1st of February 2017. If you are interested, please feel free to email us. We hope to hear from you soon. No Additional Pets Non Smoker
I'm looking for a new place to live as my lease is up! I'm 25 years old and going into my final year of uni next year at Uni SA Magill Campus. I also work in a pub in town. I'm looking for a share house with people of a similar age/situation as myself. The areas I'm looking for are Magill, Campbelltown, Payneham, St Peters or in the CBD or outskirts. I'm looking for a room between $100-$150 per week. Being close to public transport is a must! If your place sounds like a fit, please send a message my way! Cheers :-)
Hi, My name is Reece I'm 21. I am easy to get along with. I work full time in the construction industry. I am from goolwa but am currently working in Adelaide. Therefore I am looking to move to somewhere that is relatively close to the city. I am a very clean person and love to cook. I also love a good TV series to binge on! I'm always up for a chat and very friendly. After a long week of work I do enjoy a bottle of wine or two! I hope to hear back ✌️️
I am currently an undergraduate student going into my third year of study at university, I work casually and am employed at two jobs. I am a neat, easy going and quiet individual. I am currently living in a share town house with two housemates, which I have lived in for the last two years. Ideally would like to move somewhere in similar location to where I am currently based. Also would prefer to move in with housemates of similar age.
Hey Guys!! Zoe and I (Maighan) are looking for another housemate to join us for a share house in 2017!! Alternatively, if anyone has two spare bedrooms in a current share house, we'd be keen to join you! We've been good friends for over a year now. Zoe is originally from England/South Africa, and I'm from Tassie. I've been living out of home for 2 years now, firstly at a residential college (St Mark's) in 2015 and secondly in two share houses in 2016. I've had quite an array of jobs and am financially stable, whilst looking for another job and Zoe is working as a bartender in the northern suburbs. We both love camping, heading to the beach, a night out, a good house party, quite time, cups of tea and photography. We're both quite spiritual and enjoy meditating and discussing the greater things in the world. Zoe is a vegan and I aim to be a vegetarian/vegan in the new year so we hope to have a household with similar vibes/opinions. We both study at the University of Adelaide, but Zoe will be taking a semester off to explore other passions. I study a Bachelor of International Development, with next year being my final year of study. We'd love a friendly, kind, considerate household, that isn't afraid to hang out and interact together. We really desire a family feel to our share house and we'd love to have a housemate who wants to be our friend as much as anything else. If this sounds like something you'd be keen on exploring with us, send us a message :)
Hi, I'm Sophie! I'm looking for accommodation in either a shared house, or ideally, someone to move into my family's flat in Klemzig with me. Due to current tenants, I'm unable to make a listing at the moment, as I'm unable to take pictures. About me, I'm an independent, country girl who loves to spend time and socialise with others, however, I do enjoy having my own space and time to myself. I am a very organised and clean individual who gets along well with others and enjoys getting out with friends. I'm a very easy going, considerate and non-confrontational person, who doesn't have a problem with pets! I would love to hear from you if you're interested in perhaps teaming up, taking me in as a housemate, or even joining me in my family's 2 bedroom flat!
Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
Hi! I'm Yihan Fu (that's my full name, you know how to find my detailed information and contact with me haha), a female student in University College London, like reading, opera, soccer (Liverpool and AC Milan!), and beach. Respect each other's space, but glad to enjoy beer, dinner and chatting with my roommate. Seeking a room in a house with ONLY ONE housemate. I am quite and no party, so hope you are the same ^ ^ NOTE: I can move at the end of next Feb. So if you do not want to wait... sorry ^ ^ Pls contact me if you are interested. Cheers, Yihan
Hey there. Looking for a potential roomie to rent one of the unfurnished rooms in this home. There will be one bedroom free used as a spare or a study if needed. I'm a 26 year old female professional. I'm quiet, clean and respectful. I like my solitude and privacy, but also up for a social chat whenever. Would preferably like someone between the age of 20-35 who likes living with a dog, even a potential roomie who has a dog of their own. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops and the gym. Bills will be 50/50 (electricity and gas only) and 50/50 cable, very fast internet. I have most necessities (aka washing machine, fridge, toaster). Hit me up if you're interested!
I am a uni student who works part time during the semester and full time in uni break. I always clean after myself and paying rent fee on time. I am usually busy for my working and studying but happy to chat with flatmates when I am free. If you are a morning shift professional you can enjoy your own time as I am working in the afternoon. I am also happy to share with uni students but not student accommodation. *I am looking for the house in eastern suburbs* Thank you.
21 year old student. I keep a tidy living area, keep mostly to myself. Sorry i am unsure what to write here if you want to know anything just send a message. (:

Hi there, I'm Stefania and I'm 25 years old. I'll work in a winery for the harvest season. I love wine and beer. I'm a really responsible and tidy person. It's 3 years that I travel around the world and I love meet people. I've lived in different houses and I've never had a problem. I'm a talkative girl and I enjoy my life. I'm looking for an accomodation for me and my friend. Thanks
I`m very friendly and sociable, but I also respect people`s need to be alone. I enjoy cooking, reading, skateboarding and cycling and many other activities. I`m very organised and like to keep my surroundings tidy and clean.
Pretty nice guys. Love wine and handy at table tennis.
$150 per week plus $30 to cover all bills including Internet, water, gas and electricity. Big room, built in cupboards, furnished. Renovated and neat house. Close to Norwood. Public transport close. Not far from the city. Friendly tenants. Immaculately clean house. Multiple toilets. Brand new bathroom. Nice cozy backyard. Reverse cycle air conditioner.
Howdy! I'm an easy going 24 year old female who has just moved here from QLD and am looking for a fully furnished room to rent. I work fulltime, am clean, tidy, respectful and reliable. Love of triplej, yoga, good food, wine, tea, craft and cooking are preferable but not essential in a future house mate :-) If you're looking for a teamup please don't hesitate to get in touch!
Clean, respectful, low maintenance, down to earth, happy, musical, passionate, and my friends think I'm fun. I sing a lot at home, but probably not while you'd be home. I work, a lot, as a freelancer in audio/visual and sports broadcast, mostly at Adelaide Oval. There goes most weekends. So I really enjoy a nice home to end the day, and some company is always nice. I'm happy to either leave you be, and do my own thing, or catch up over an evening wine, really not stressed. I clean up after myself, if you're a 9-5er you might barely even notice me. I play drums, only for short bursts and never when other people are home because I'm respectful of your peace and quiet, it's never been a problem before. Moving out of my current place end of Jan, start of Feb, because my housemate found love, so lets have a chat!
Hi there, we're looking for a new housemate for our share in Marden come this January. The location: It's a pretty great spot on a nice quiet street. Five minute walks to bus stops in either direction, ten minute drive into town and fifteen minute bike ride to North Terrace. Also about 500 m from the local woolies, bakery, post office etc. The place: Nice and spacious, fully furnished except for your bedroom. Includes ducted heating/air conditioning, laundry (with a dryer), a gas stove and a fully stocked kitchen. Bills are ~$100 a month, and bond is $870. Open to anyone who pays rent on time and understands how to clean up after themselves. EDIT: Also must be okay with dogs, as two of those live here.
Unit is located in a quiet suburb. Walking distance to Coles and Woolworth. Also it is located in a gozone area so 15 minutes maximum waiting for bus. Rent includes the following: Netflix Internet Electricity water Let me know who is interested
Brand new house in Marden, great kitchen for cooking, fully furnished 3 bedroom house, Foxtel, BBQ, outdoor entertaining area, air-conditioning, 2 minutes away from the river Torrens. You will have your own bathroom! I'm interested in someone who likes to cook and clean up after themselves.
Available is a furnished double bedroom in large house with all mod cons. The room has an en suite bathroom and a large built-in robe. The house is fully equipped and all you need to bring are your personal belongings. If you are not sure where Evandale is, it is between Payneham and Norwood and 3.5 kms from the city. It is so convenient for getting to the city, or alternatively the hills or even the beach is not that far away. There are four bedrooms in the house. Two have permanent occupants (female and a couple) The kitchen is fully equipped. A gardener will mow the lawn and do some garden clean-ups periodically, but house-cleaning needs to be organised on a roster or else the occupants can agree to share the cost of a cleaner. Two cats come with the property and although cat food is supplied, occupants are asked to feed them and to give an occasional cuddle. There is also a blue-tongue lizard who visits the back deck so a water bowl is left topped up. He/she eats some cat biscuits occasionally, but also likes a couple of bits of banana. The house is air-conditioned and heated, and wifi is available. There is plenty of room inside the house for people to have their own space, and the back deck is available for al fresco dining. Evandale is a quiet suburb, and is close to the city and the Norwood Cafe Strip. Buses are close by, or the city is bike-riding distance. Contact me for a chat if you have specific questions. The rent covers gas, electricity, water and internet as well as room rent. Those utility costs equate to $45 per week, meaning that the room rental is $180. The fourth bedroom which is upstairs is reserved for the owner (me), who is currently living and working in Melbourne, but who will be back periodically. Prefer singles only, who are neat and tidy and respectful living in a shared environment. It is a non-smoking property.
A well mature guy who respect privacy of others. I am focused, yet friendly with an open mind. Could mesh very well with those who are respectable, and value the quality of life. Like to share and have sense of humour. Like to study and find ways to progress in life. I pay attention to detail particularly on things that matters to me, and would not mind going out for one or two drinks and fun.
Hi! My name is Chloe (or Cleo) and I'm a clean, respectful, and relatively quite roommate. I have a medium domestic lop eared rabbit named Buttercup (that's her in the pic!) She's adorable and is an OUTDOOR bunny, she's pretty happy in her hutch (which is secured and raised of the ground so she wont destroy your lawn) and she'll be your best friend if you give her sultanas!! I'm a friendly person and I like to have a laugh with my roommates, though I do also tend to lock myself away so I can study. I work for state gov and study Psychology full time (at this stage, I might go part time with study). I spend a lot of time with friends but don't tend to be the kind of person coming home at all hours of the night. I like to cook really simple but delicious meals. I love reinventing leftovers into something new and scrumptious!! 6 months would be my minimum stay at this stage :)
Room available on Payneham Road in Evandale. Only a short drive or bike ride to the Parade, Norwood and Adelaide CBD. Close to amenities, including a Coles at the Avenues Shopping Centre, BP, Dan Murphy’s, Goodlife Gym, and a Woolies at Marden Shopping Centre. The unit has been recently renovated with timber flooring, a modern bathroom (with bathtub and shower), laundry and kitchen. There is a zero maintenance courtyard complete with BBQ, open plan kitchen and living area and a 1 car garage with room for visitor parking. The unit is set back from the road so traffic noise is minimal. There awesome ducted air-conditioning to both bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cooking utensils you’ll need. There is a smart TV with Netflix, a fridge and washing machine. All you’ll need to fill is your own room, but feel free to contribute to communal areas to make yourself feel more at home. Boring Stuff: Bills AREN’T included in rent price shown. Utility bills are split evenly, there is 1000 gigs of interwebs per month ($35 per month) and food is separate. Move in time is flexible. You can choose from the spacious master bedroom with built in robe ($170 per week) or the smaller bedroom, for those looking for something more affordable ($130 per week).

I'm Amy. I'm 25 and in my final year of a social work degree. I love food, beaches, spending time with friends, enjoying the festival season. I'm socially conscious/ progressive and would ideally live with people who are too. This year I'll be pretty busy with study, half the year doing honours and the other half on placement. I'm looking for a place which is quiet and relaxed but also a social environment with chats and the occasional shared meal. I like growing herbs so will give any veggie patches you might have some love and care. I'm pretty frugal and eco-conscious with power so my ideal place would be somewhere not too heavy on heating and cooling. I'm clean and tidy and really value tidy communal spaces. I'm flexible with move in dates, will likely be working at the Garden during the fringe so would like to find somewhere by then (late Feb) but can move anytime before then. If you think I might be a good fit for your house send me a text or email and I'll reply within the day.

Spacious house in Vale Park, looking for a housemate / couple that doesn't mind a few glasses of wine. I have a dog called Spencer who is the most lovable, almost 2 year old that often comes to work with me or attends daycare. He is not destructive and doesn't bark. Wouldn't mind if you also have a pet, he had lived with cats, rabbits and other dogs. I have the place all furnished including coffee machine, washer and dryer and outdoor setting. I can provide a queen size bed if need be and you'd have your own bathroom as I also have an ensuite. Built in robes and completely separate from my half of the house. There is another spare bedroom which could be shared as an extra space or potentially another housemate. Air con, internet, garden shed and huge laundry. Outdoor entertaining area and potential veggie patch. Public transport is a stones throw, super close to the city and a minutes walk to the river. Move in date is ASAP.

Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together. My budget is (or anything around this mark) $160 p/w exc utilities 190 p/w inc utilities Hope to hear from anyone interested
