I'm from Far North Queensland and I've just recently moved to Sydney a month ago to play Soccer, I transferred and am working for the same company I've been working with for the past three years. I am searching for a share house I can call home. I'm a perfectionist by trait so I like my surroundings neat and tidy. I'm very active so I won't be home alot cause I'll either be at work, sports or exploring Sydney. Im very sociable and out going! I'm a hype man and a big believer in positive vibes and creating a great atmosphere for myself and the people around me! I’m very friendly and willing to be engaging with my house mates if they’re keen for a good laugh and chat! I get along with everyone and know how to relate to people of all social types as long as they aren’t disrespectful! Although I’m very energetic and engaging I am at the same time very strong on respecting people and their privacy. I know my mama raised me well so if you have House rules I am more than happy to follow them. Either way, I'm very adaptive to most living styles and am very respectful to my housemates and their belongings. Mad Love and I hope you consider me :)
Beautiful two bedroom flat with a large balcony, one full bathroom and one half bathroom/laundry toom. Quiet street in Penshurst 5 minutes walk to Penshurst downtown and train station, and one train station away from Hurstville. 30 minutes train ride to the Sydney CBD and less than 20 minutes to Cronulla. Plenty of parking space on the street for your car.
I am a very outgoing person, who loves music, learning guitar at the moment. I also like the indoors and watching a DVD on the weekend. Love to have a good chat and talk to others. Down to earth and work 5 days a week at the moment in a Factory, If you have a flat or granny flat out the back I am open to that as well/or an ensuite. Other qualities I have is that I am a carer for 7.5 years at Australian Home Care, so I am happy to look at doing some hours of care in return for board or for a flat out the back whatever we can discuss if there is anyone who needs in home care in the area might need a live in carer. Love to hear from you soon.
Smart, very tidy, working-full time in CBD, respectful of others’ time / space / privacy, non-smoker, non-drinker, not a partier. I’m moving from Manila to Sydney in April to work as an Account Manager for a tech company.
The unit itself is in a noise controled building, balcony that gets morning sunshine everyday, just a 5 min walk to train station and just 25-30 into the city by train, a bus is also in Austral Street The only house rules are if you smoke you do so on the balcony, being a noise controled building, im looking for a quiet person only, if complaints are made you will be asked to leave
Very sunny top floor flat with floorboards and air con. Modern kitchen and internal laundry. Fully furnished throughout except for the room. Across the road from a park, 10 minute walk from Penshurst station and shops and right near Hurstville aquatic centre and gym. Bus stop right outside makes most nearby areas accessible. Plenty of parking on the street. Internet with unlimited data and downloads $40 per month. Electricity is extra and the bill comes quarterly but is very affordable. Really quiet neighbours with no issues so far. Landlord is very nice and fixes issues as soon as they arise. I also have a 1 year old ginger cat.
I am an international student at UoW enrolled for Masters starting from February, 2018. I am majoring in computer science and probably will be working in front of a computer screen most of the time. I can cook alright and would help out in household chores.
I've just returned from living in France. Have fulltime employment. Enjoy watching movies and having an occasional glass of wine. Am easy going, friendly, tidy and reliable. Just looking for somewhere to call home :)
An ensuite bedroom is available in Penshurst, a stop behind Hurstville. The property is within 5 minutes' walk from Penshurst train station, which is around 25 minutes away from Central station by train during peak hours. There are also plenty of buses that take you to Hurstville and/or Riverwood. The room is very spacious with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. It is furnished with a single bed, a study desk, a chair and a book case - very suitable for students and/or working individuals. The suburb has everything you need - an IGA, an Asian grocery store, a 24-hour gym, restaurants and take-away shops, dollar shops and a post office.
We are both from Australia, we study 3 days a week and work 2-3 days during the week. I'm studying a bachelor of business and my partner studies psychology. We both are very understanding and enjoy going out.
Hardworking couple with a good set of morals and respect for house rules. We juggle full time study and part time work, with 3-4 days a week spent at University & 2-3 days at work. Easy going although have fairly tight schedules so would prefer a quiet household.
I'm a well rounded individual who loves living in quiet and clean environments. I enjoy listening to music, working, cooking, reading and church. I love socialising and meeting new people.
