We are an really easy-going couple from northern Italy, just arrived in Australia a week ago so we are trying to find a place to set a momentary base, obviously we clean after ourselves and we try to be as tidy and polite as our mamas taught us. We can't still declare our schedule because we are still looking for a stable job (might be behind the corner for both of us). We are not that much into partying because we have other priorities right now but we enjoy some wine sometimes.
Hey folks, I am a videographer and recently have come back to town from Adelaide. After working there for two years with Ryderwear I am looking forward to some new adventures. I am friendly, quite and clean. I am after somewhere that I can call home for at least 12 months. I really don’t want a halfway home or something where people come and go. Preferably, seeking another working professional as a housemate. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thank you for your time.

Hi! I'm Sara, I am currently studying my graduate diploma in legal practice to become a lawyer soon. I have lived with flatmates before but am currently living by myself, given I need to change jobs, I am looking for a more affordable place than my current one. I am flexible re moving date in Dec. I am quiet and so prefer a non-party quiet and clean place, prefer non-couples and people who don't frequently have people over. Really, a chilled place we can call home. I am responsible and always on time with my payments on bills and rent. I am flexible with rent period as well, anything over 6 months is good with me. Happy to team up too, given we can move in early-mid Decemberish. Please get in touch! Thanks Sara
Hi, I'm Lisa and I'm 21 years old. I've just completed my bachelor's degree in Business majoring in International Hospitality Management and Human Resource Management at Victoria University. I work casually at a hotel in the CBD, mainly working 'graveyard' shifts. I plan on pursuing a career in the hotel industry, one day hoping to be within management. I'm originally from the country and grew up on a farm. I've lived in Melbourne for the past three years, first in Footscray and currently in Coburg. I'm an animal lover, I love to cook, read, explore my surroundings, and catch up with friends. I'm a quiet homebody, who is shy at first but once you get to know me, I'm a real chatterbox. I'm not really a club person, I much prefer bars, or even just catching up with friends in general. I have recently taken up going to the gym with some friends as well. I'm straight and a non-smoker. I don't really care what your preferences are in these areas, although I would prefer to live with someone who did not smoke indoors. I have a car in Melbourne so will be looking for a house with a parking spot. I also hope to find somewhere close to public transport, within 30 minutes to an hour distance of the CBD. I'd love to team up with someone ideally, rather than move into an existing lease. However, I'm open to options at this point. My ideal housemate(s): · Looking to rent for at least a year and go on the lease. · Willing to contribute towards furniture. · Clean in our shared spaces. · Working/able to keep up to date with bills. · Happy to have a puppy dog around. · Isn't going to be throwing house party’s all the time. · Someone who is looking to make a new friend 🙂. Food/meals - I mainly organise myself in terms of meals and food. I am however not opposed to shared meals/outings if you like. I eat meat and have no other dietary requirements. Whilst I respect all eating preferences, I would like to live in a household where we can accept one another. Eg. You don't mind that I eat meat and I don't care what you consume (so long as it isn't my food aha). I don't really have any furniture in Melbourne with me, all the places I've lived in so far have come furnished when I moved in. I will be bringing along my own bed/mattress, desk, bookshelves, dresser and tv, but that's about it. I could also potentially buy some furniture off my current flatmates as well if needed. In saying that, I am of course more than willing to contribute to the purchase of furniture. I'm not fussy and am happy with second hand, but well-maintained items. If you have any communal furniture to bring along with you, that would be great! Ollie is my 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier x Fox Terrier puppy. He is house and crate trained, fully vaccinated, and desexed. He can shed a little bit, but that is easily kept on top of with regular grooming and vacuuming of the house. However if you have an allergy to dogs, probably not the best match. He is a playful and sometimes mischievous puppy, but he also loves to curl up on the couch next to you and sleep all day. Ollie has a 'dicky' leg, which means he limps and can't fully extend one of them. This doesn't affect him in any way and he will often get the 'zoomies' to prove it. He has a great temperament with other dogs as well as cats, along with most people in general. He has been around many animals on my parent's farm, as well as socialising at the dog park and dog beach.
Hi my name is Stefanie I'm In my 30s.. and am looking for somewhere to live from late January of next year :) I am very friendly, and easy to live with, am respectful of others and enjoy and value my quiet time. I am looking for a private room ( bedroom with aircon ) in a house with no more than two other people, and am happy to live with either males, or females. I am a non smoker, so would ideally prefer to live with non smokers, and somewhere that is clean and tidy. Im looking to live with someone (or people) in their 30's or older, or mature minded people who also value their own space, but are friendly too.
I am an independent minor that’s currently studying and working part time I have been looking after myself since a younger age and have great cooking and cleaning skills I have lived in a shared unit before and always payed my rent on time
I’m clean quiet an keep to myself work full time an long hours, I play sports I’m also happy to help out around the house doing chores
I’m 34 years old, working full time, and a non-smoker. I have lived by myself for the last few years. I'm up for a chat and a laugh every now and then, but equally happy with alone time. To unwind I enjoy relaxing on the couch watching Netflex, and sometimes a video game (although I wouldn’t classify myself as a gamer). I enjoy going out to bars with friends for a drink on the weekends and trying new beers too. I work every Saturday and have Sundays and a day midweek off so you may not see a lot of me other than the evenings. I’ve lived in share houses a few times before so know the importance of respecting others in the house. I am very easy going and happy to discuss household issues and make changes if needed. I keep a very tidy house and am hoping to move in with people who will be the same.
Always on the go, working 2 jobs and studying, quiet, respectful, love to have a conversation and share a meal, but respectful of privacy and space. Looking for a friendly and clean environment to call home :)
