Hi, I am working full-time in healthcare, I am friendly and believe that I am easy to get along with, love to keep things clean and tidy and I am very respectful and mindful of other people and thier property.outside smoker only and mostly vape. I love music so will find I am listening to something all the time ( best investment was my headphones so no problem about noise, I am easy going and just like a peaceful place to relax and enjoy downtime.
26yo female. Full time worker. Clean and tidy person. I have a 10yo dog who would be joining me. I generally work a lot of hours and go to kickboxing class twice a week. Besides that, I enjoy cooking, a drink after a long day and to relax with my book in bed. I spend a fair bit of time with my boyfriend, especially on weekends. I'm outgoing and friendly but completely understand the need to have alone time here and there.
*Please note I have an indoor cat which is a non-negotiable aspect of me as a potential tenant. Cheers.* Hello! I am a 38 year old female looking for a cat friendly place to live in north/north west of Brisbane. Somewhere spacious with lots of trees would be ideal! I need an unfurnished room as I have my own bedroom furniture and belongings. Also prefer a built in wardrobe...flexible with this however. If there is an ensuite with the room, even better. Storage space is needed for my camping and craft supplies. I would prefer to share with like minded people who are between 35-45 years old, and enjoy a peaceful life! Or if there is an option for a granny flat situation....even better. I am employed, and I can pay rent on time. I also have quite a few plants, so a courtyard or backyard for gardening would be awesome. I enjoy bushwalking, op shopping, camping and kayaking, and art making. I come with a beautiful cat named George, who is strictly an indoor cat. He usually likes other cats and is pretty open to friendly dogs being around. A pet friendly place is very important! (Please note: I'm not looking for a tiny cupboard-sized room or a converted sunroom.... its just not my thing. Thanks) I think I am good to live with because I am considerate, respectful and self aware; funny, friendly but I am also independant and like my alone time; I always pay rent on time. I am quiet, but not anti social, and like a harmonious living environment. Hope to meet you soon! *Genuine responses only, and please have a current listing of your place/space for me to peruse*
Super quiet and relaxed, my biggest downfall is my fat lab called Norman in the pic. I’ve got to move into a place either in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast but it will have to be accepting of pets. He has been professionally trained as an assistance dog. I am a smoker but I’m happy to go away from the house to do so. I clean up after myself (and him). I’m a good communicator but also respect everyone’s personal space. I work part-time as a barista, travel to Brisbane 3 days a week for tafe and also receive Centrelink. I have my P’s, am good at saving money but I don’t have a rental history. Feel free to swing me a message, I want to move asap 🙂
Hi, my name is Travis, I'm 27, single, gay, super clean, super tidy and super dorky. I'm respectful of personal space but also don't mind hanging out, specially if it involves Netflix and a big box of Cadbury Favourites although wouldnt mind a housemate who I can be friends with at the same time. I'm not a party animal but don't mind going into the city or somewhere nice for a couple drinks on the rare occasion, so I'd like a housemate who is similar in that sense and who has a friendly and easy going personality that's clean and tidy. :) I'm work night shift as a Environmental Services Assistant at the SVPHN in Chermside and Im studying IT full time at Tafe South Bank. Im after a place that has the following, - Pet free (Allergic to dogs) - Cigarette free - Drug free - LGBT friendly - Air-conditioning - Non party house - Off street parking - 1 other person maybe 2 max depending on the person/situation - Queen size room with built in (Unfurnished) - Ensuite or own bathroom - Storage (Preferable) - New or Newish house/townhouse or apartment (preferably) - Super clean, as I am really clean myself so ideally Id like my future housemate to be the same. I do have a few bits and bobs that need to be stored, some I can just chuck in the cupboard and under my bed but I do have a sensor dryer and also a mountain bike which I'd like to keep out of the weather. If you like what you read and feel I'm suitable please done hesitate to message me.
Currently studying patisserie, love baking and cooking especially cooking for others. I work in hospitality, mainly on the weekends and nights. I do enjoy a nice glass of wine and downtime either watching netflix or reading. Happy to keep to myself but also very social! Looking for some easy going, tidy housemates that are responsible but friendly.
I’m easy going, neat and tidy and am respectful of others space and privacy. I’m currently in my third year of my Biomedical Science degree at QUT and am often studying, however I enjoy getting outdoors and socialising with friends in my spare time.
Please read what I’m looking for before messaging me, I’m getting too many messages about properties that don’t suit me at all. My name’s Brooklyn, I work full time in real estate at Milton, I currently live in Fortitude Valley in an apartment, my lease is up in February 2020 and I want to get a house so I can bring my dog up to live with me, he currently lives at home with my family down in Coffs Harbour. I have been living here for over a year now and I really miss him so need to get a house to bring him up. He is a St. Bernard X Labrador and is the sweetest dog on earth, I also have 2 Ragdoll cats, they are best friends and spend most of their time sleeping in the sun or chasing each other around playing. I have unlimited internet as well so we can share that, I have all the furniture needed for the house so you won’t need anything apart from your own bedroom furniture, I have living dining and kitchen stuff already, I require the main bedroom with the en-suite because that’s all I’ve ever had and I couldn’t live somewhere without having the master bedroom. I’m looking preferably for a two story house so there’s is lots of space, I’m looking for someone with the same budget as me so we can get a nicer place, I don’t like old homes I’m a newer home kind of person. I have a work car and they pay for the toll so living a little further away from work to get a nice house for cheaper and travelling further to work each morning is doable. I had a roommate before and it turned out horribly because he was so messy and cooked food at 2 in the morning being so loud so I definitely don’t want that again. The next roommate I get I want to be good friends with and have a bit in common with, you need to be clean and respectful and must love pets. My cats are indoor cats so I want someone who is respectful enough to not leave the front door open or the back door open like my last roommate did. I would be looking at a 12 month lease with someone but can do 6 if needed. I also won’t be paying extra for the master bedroom as I will be supplying all the furniture like fridge, washing machine etc that you will be using. I’m a really nice, funny easy going person, I don’t party, ever. I spend my nights at home watching tv with my kitties eating pizza or going for walks. I’m not in a rush to get a place, I don’t need to move until Feb, so if you’re looking for the same thing hit me up :)
Hi, my names Ryan I'm after a place to stay for a few months at the moment. I've recently moved to Brisbane for an Electrical apprenticeship. I've always kept my room and belongings very tidy and always clean up after myself. I'm looking for a pretty big room and somewhere to park my Alfa Romeo and bike off the streets. I think I'm pretty easy to get along with and I get along with others easily. Don't hesitate to send a message.
Hi there! I am a quiet and tidy individual preferably looking for private, self-contained accommodation (e.g. seperate granny flat). I enjoy gardening, nature, cooking and reading :) I currently work part-time and study at university. As I only work 15 hours a week, my budget is a little tight. I am looking for a more long-term arrangement though so hopefully we can work something out! I also have an 8 year-old indoor cat who I'd be bringing with me. She's rather lazy and spends most of her time napping.
