My name’s Cristy. I'm seeking a long-term tenancy that I hope to established with a strong set of values that stem from the set of core principles of respect, transparency and mutual reciprocity. This encompasses my relationships with others and extends to the high standards by which I maintain and care for the home I live in — from each cupboard space to every garden bed! It’s the cornerstone that allows the creation of the functional, well-organised, and peaceful living environments I like to foster and uphold.

My ideal household is one that also has a quiet, calm, and respectful atmosphere — ideally a room with an ensuite or private bathroom, or a studio apartment/granny flat — where I am able to contribute positively to the household.

I treat the home as a calm base and, whilst quiet, am friendly, sociable, and always happy to share a chat or a meal if the opportunity arises. I'm deeply mindful of personal space and the needs of those around me and wholeheartedly understand the importance of privacy and the respectful use of shared spaces, which extends to outdoor areas as well. Proper consideration is always shown towards neighbours and surrounding properties (e.g., quiet hours and neighbourly goodwill).

I take genuine pleasure in keeping a home clean and orderly. This isn’t a chore — I proactively maintain common areas and any outdoor spaces seamlessly. You’ll always find my spaces, and any shared areas, spotless.

I am a reliable, established tenant with solid references and a proven history of paying rent and bills punctually — you will never have to chase me.

I am a freelance editor, proofreader, and academic researcher passionate about indoor plants and photography, which combines my creativity with attention to detail. I also enjoy nature and the outdoors, and would love to help maintain — or be a part of creating — any garden or outdoor area.
