Hi I'm Jo, I am looking a new place to call home in Sydney. I'm 30 yo, I'm starting a new job as Leisure and Lifestyle Therapist in Randwick. I graduated as an occupational therapist from university of Newcastle in January. I'm thinking somewhere either close to beach like Bondi, Clovelly, Coogee, Gordans Bay OR Close to Inner west and city like, Surry Hills, Redfern, Alexandria... I have a car so easy parking is a must. I work 8:30 - 5 M-F. I like to keep it low key during the weeknights, exercising, cooking, reading, listening to music, watching tv learning keyboard... I like to got to a live gig or show every now and then too. Once the days get longer you will find me at the beach most days after work. On the weekends I like to explore and get out and about in nature, see live music or try tasty restaurants. I love a nice wine or beer occasionally and even a night out dancing. I'd love to play some team sport too - touch/oztag or indoor soccer? I'd like to find a housmate/s that are social and at the same time have they're own thing going on. I don't know too many people in Sydney - but I'd like to feel comfortable to entertain or have friend over sometimes. It's really important to me to find a housemate that likes to keep common area's tidy and clean and who is either happy to have a cleaner or negotiate a roster of sorts. Interesting fact: I grew up on a farm in Central NSW :) and was a hairdresser for 10 years before going to uni! Move in date is flexible - looking for the right fit. I'm keen to find a place with Air con** but not essential. Looking forward to hearing from you :) Joanna
Hello, I'm Paulo! I'm a super friendly half Brazilian half Portuguese guy that works full time in Frenchs Forest. I am a civil engineer, and currently work in a skip bin/recycling company. I'm extremely clean and tidy, easy going, love to talk to new people and also to cook :) I love traveling, good food, sports, culture and music. My next trip is hopefully to the Philippines to dive with whale sharks! I am looking for a long term private room. I have an Australian girlfriend, and I stay at her house a few days a week, but I am looking for a flat mate that doesn't mind me having her over every now and again as well :) We love to cook together and hope you would love to cook with us too! I am looking for a nice place to call home with friendly people. My intention is to apply for permanent residency in Australia, so I am not looking for temporary arrangements. Thanks!
Student. 30. Moving from Brisbane. Mostly quiet. Looking for a furnished private room in an LGBT+ friendly share house. I have a cat and dog I would like to bring with me if possible. I also have a car, so would be great if a car space is available. Cheers
We’re looking to rent a room for around 3 months but flexible with dates - close to a train station is a massive bonus and looking for a social share with people up for a laugh but also where you can chill when needed. Tom works in recruitment in the city and I’m an energy procurement analyst working in north sydney something central would be great but open to anything near a train line
I'm an easy-going and talkative person who loves to laugh and chill with like minded people but craves peaceful, quiet environment to retreat to at the same time. I'm also a huge fan of bigger spaces so as long as we are all pretty relaxed, easy going, open-minded and accepting of each other's unique personalities, the bigger the better. I believe that you need space to retain and channel the calm inside you to stay focused and productive. I usually work afternoons and late night shifts at the moment, and really looking to move someplace closer to the city, or to either of my places of work.
I am moving to Sydney to start a full-time job in the airport. I am a fun person and love to cook. I like to relax with wine or beers and being new to Sydney would be happy to live with someone who is friendly but would respect privacy.
RAWVegan, Persian, Civil Engineer, Artist and looking for a better future in Australia.
Hey! My friend Pia and I are a lawyer and a media designer, freelancing while travelling Australia. We've been in Sydney for a while and are looking for a two bed room apartment or a room with two single beds that we could share. In our free time we love to explore all the nice foodie places, browse around markets and relax in the green spaces the city has to offer – or just enjoy a decent coffee or drink and have a good chat. We are easy going and always keen for sporty activities. We can count several years of flat-sharing experience, from living abroad with other internationals as well as former times at university. Feel free to message me! Thanks =)
Chilled couple searching for a place in Sydney Dean and I have been travelling Australia for 3 months and are ready to settle in beautiful Sydney. We both work hard, enjoy socialising, travel and as many outdoor activities as possible! Like I said we’re a pretty chilled pair and keep to ourselves mostly when at home. We both work full time so not around much during the week and like to spend the weekends relaxing and trying to see as much of Sydney as we can, so recommendations welcome! Mostly we’re just after somewhere that we feel at home and cool people to share with. Looking for a place to rent from the 20th October.
I'm 25 and am going to be working remotely from Sydney from December-March. During the week I'll have a 9-5 schedule and on the weekends will usually be going out and catching up with friends. I've lived in Sydney a couple of times and try to go back once a year so am coming back for the summer! I am not looking to live with couples and would prefer to live with females only but could be more open minded if it's a good fit. I am also not interested in a massive flatshare where there's 5+ roommates. Ideally max 3 other roommates. I am friendly/social and tidy looking for people who are similar :) Message me if you think you have a place for me!
