I'm from California and just graduated from UQ. I'm returning from holiday and would like a temporary place to stay near my work as I look for full time. I'm VERY clean, non smoker, rarely cook and keep to myself. Although I'm not completely anti-social. I enjoy girls nights in but also having a beer with the boys and watching tv. If you'd like to know more, just ask! :)
Full time worker seeks new lodgings for himself and his altogether more adorable greyhound, Gretel. I am housetrained, friendly, financially stable and easy to get along with. I also have a house full of furniture which I bring to this equation. Pretty chill about who I live with so long as you're easy enough to get on with and not a serial killer. I've been living and working in Ipswich for a few years, but a work promotion sees me needing to work out of South Brisbane daily. Thus, a move back to the big smoke is called for. Happy to move into an existing place or to set up a new one with one or two others.
We are two Brisbane based university students seeking accommodation as of roughly the 10th of February. We are friendly, clean and relaxed occupants who spend most of our time working part-time and studying. Although we are alwayd down for a chat or a few beers or even the occasionally household taco fiesta night. We own two lovely tame rats who sleep most of the day and are very cuddly and easy to maintain. Rental references are available upon request and we look forward to hearing from you :)
I am a Sports Physiotherapist. I have been the working with the Sri Lanka Cricket team for the last 6 years. I am moving back to Australia to start a job with Tennis Australia in February. I am initially from Melbourne, so thought it would be cool to live with some others for at least the first year I am in Brisbane. I'm pretty laid back, love my gym and fitness, food and coffee, beach and do enjoy a couple of relaxed beers with friends. My job involves about 20 weeks a year of travel, so if you get sick of me at least I won't be around too much :-) Looking for a furnished place with own bathroom and car space.
I work full-time as an accountant in the valley. I'm originally from South Africa but have lived in Aus long enough to be considered true blue. Aside from bean-counting I like playing a bit of music and keeping active (I play indoor soccer and like to do a bit of running/cycling).
We are looking for a large bedroom and some storage space, easy to live with , clean and quiet both of us love riding our bikes 🚴. Holly will away on placement to finish her Uni degree most of the time and I work full time but when we are around just like to relax and cook.
I'm a first year Uni student who is easy to get along with, friendly, tidy, open minded, respectful and enjoys being around people. I am committed to work and studies, but I also like to have a good time and live life. I'm looking for a group of people who are around my age to live with, or team up together.
Hi, my name is Laura and I am looking for a nice place to reside whilst I carry out my studies at UQ. I have a very friendly personality and I'm a pretty easy going person. I don't have any pets of my own but I am pet friendly. I enjoy movies and playing games, reading, cooking, and going out with friends. I also like staying in and relaxing for a quiet night.
Work full time as an analyst, not a drinker/partier. Like my gardening, golf and video games. Originally from Sydney been in Brisbane 3 years now. Easy to get along with and pretty chill. Looking for someone like minded for a team up or house share otherwise. Like having a clean house so looking for someone who isn't too messy also! Will be looking to move around the end of February when my current lease expires. Animal friendly.
I'm tidy, respectful, hygienic, honest and self reliant. I'm a qualified sparkie with a reliable job, I like 4x4ing and riding moto, I've always lived at home but I'm more then eager to move out and experience living with other people aside from friends and family. I like socializing but can also respect boundaries and can analyse situations quite well. I have no debt meaning I can pay rent on time every time, I don't smoke and am out most weekends. I'm a team player and can get along with almost anyone. I hope to find a genuine group of people with the same attitude as myself. I am keen to move out sooner than said date if need be. Feel free to msg me, I'm pretty easy going.
We're a couple. I'm working full time in state government, Alyssa casually in graphic design. We're both studying when we can as well. We have a beautiful 1yo Chihuahua X named Rosie who is the loveliest puppy you will meet. We can't wait to meet you. :)
I'm a conscientious housemate and full time student in my last year at UQ, studying film and writing. I've lived in share houses before. Looking for a comfortable room on the south side with a decent internet connection, not too far from a major supermarket or public transport to UQ, and ideally some other 20ish people to chat with or share a movie. I keep things clean and rent paid on time. Don't mind if you smoke, toke, or have pets (as long as you treat them well of course).
Hey guys! We're Annie and Alex. We are both UQ uni students (IT/Econ) with steady part time jobs. We both have extensive student sharehouse experience (we met in a St Lucia sharehouse and lived with 4 other people for over two years). We found that we got along quite well, so when we finished our lease, we decided to start up our own sharehouse! About us: We both love chatting and meeting new people - but we also understand the need for space. We're fairly tidy, responsible, and always ready for socialising. We're both semi casual gamers, so we have a bunch of consoles/games if that's your thing. Otherwise, we're always up for some card/board games and beers. We're social drinkers and non smokers, but smokers are welcome. Alex plays piano and I am currently in love with westworld. We're looking to start a tight knit, sociable student sharehouse. At the moment we have our eye on a beautiful large queenslander in Indro that is 125 pw for each person and comes with private air con in each room. It has a spa and pool which is maintained with some of our rent money (did anyone say bbq/pool party/house party/movie night!?), and huuuuge common areas. Did we mention the rent covers some bills too? Seriously, this place is amazing. The backyard even has a sundial. (Message us for more deets!) The only reason we haven't snapped this up yet is because we want to make sure we have three other roommates willing to share this gem with us before we start signing leases. (Of course, we are also not averse to moving elsewhere if we really click.) You should message us if: You're an easy going, sociable, LGBT friendly individual aged 20-30 who is either studying with part time work, or a full time professional who doesnt mind the occasional party/housemate bonding. It would help if you are a gamer (especially league/csgo/overwatch)/cat lover/pizza connoisseur, and are willing to strike up friendships with your housemates as well! But generally, we get along with everyone. One of our last housemates vomited in a Sombrero during one of our house parties and we loved him anyway.
I'm a mature responsible person with a fantastic sense of humor who loves to laugh. I have full time employment. I have two jack russells who are both extremely well behaved and friendly.
I'm a 26 y.o. female looking for a nice, clean place to share! Preferably a modern 2 - 3 bed apartment / townhouse, with an ensuite of possible. I work full time on the southside, and also part-time at UQ, so am fairly busy but also like to make the time to be sociable. I'm an athlete in BB and weightlifting - so spend a fair amount of my time out training too :) I respect privacy and space but am also keen to get to know my flatmate & become friends - rather than living like strangers! :) Looking to move asap
Hey! We're a bunch of UQ undergrads and we've recently secured a 4 bedroom house in taringa for next year (and now we're just looking for a 4th housemate!). The house is a 5min walk to the train station (but no train noise), really close to indro shops and a 10 min bus ride to uni. We're not party animals as we're getting close to finishing our degrees (dentistry/engineering/IR), but we're always up for some sneaky drinks and we do like cool dog group, cooking, gymming and donald trump memes. Hit us up if you're interested - our lease starts early feb :)
Hey, I'm Lianna. I work permanent part time in retail and am heading back to Uni this year at UQ. I don't drive or have a bike so I need a place that's close to public transport. Preferably something that goes directly to UQ. I generally keep to myself though if I'm in a household where housemates regularly hang out together, I will usually join in. I'm usually neat and tidy and am looking for the same in housemates. I'm queer so i definitely need to live in a place that's LGBT friendly. I like scifi and video games and comic books and all that good stuff. Though whatever you're into, that's cool too.
Hey! I am a medical professional who has recently moved to Brisbane. I love meeting new people, watching live music and playing a variety of sports. I would really enjoy coming back home to a place full of friendly people but I do enjoy my alone time as well!

Hey! I'm making a reappearance in Brisbane to finish my final year of my International Studies degree at UQ. I spent the past year abroad, studying in Mexico and travelling through Central and South America - so i've got plenty of stories to share over a glass of wine or two. I've lived in a range of different share houses with friends, strangers and couples and over the many years i've evolved to be clean and tidy. I like having my own space but also to be part of a household that talks to each other and hangs out together. I like to cook, and without a doubt i'll cook for my housemates on more than one occasion and i love to get out of the city on weekends for beach and hiking trips, there will be space in my car for my funky housemates. My interests (other than travel and cooking) include photography, working out/muay thai, latin music, dancing to latin music- soulsa nights at cloud land anyone?, painting, surfing, scuba diving and hiking. I will be working in either disability support or refugee support jobs this year if things go to plan. Cant wait to get to know you!
My sister, Tanya (studying Psych at UQ), and I, Shweta (studying Software at Griffith), are international students, looking for a place that's not too far for either of us. We like watching movies and usually keep to ourselves, but are always up for a little chat and the occasional outing with friends. We're mindful of others' personal spaces and like keeping tidy the common areas. We look forward to hearing from you!

Places like Annerley, Greenslopes, Holland park, Woolloongabba, Mount Gravatt, South Brisbane, and Brisbane City would be ideal, however we are quite flexible. Hey, I’m Anna! Currently 18, very nearly 19. I work in a bar during the night, and then study science at UQ during the day.I'm an outgoing person who enjoys a few drinks and a night out, and would ideally live in a grouphouse with a chill group who respect each others privacy, but also enjoy time together. I'm looking for a place that's convenient to the Valley, UQ, and CBD. I'd love to find housemates to talk and have a drink with, but also with the possibility to close my door when I have an assignment due, and some quiet when I need to sleep during the day after work. Ideally I'd be living with people about my age. I've lived with friends and in group-houses before, so I understand all about doing my share with chores and respecting other people's personal space. I'm flexible with lease length.

Hi there! I'm a full time physiotherapist working in South Bank, busy, social, tidy, considerate. I'm looking to team up with one other person who is hopefully working as a professional/full time, is female and has similar standards in terms of consideration for their housemate and cleanliness. Must be friendly and down for a chat/ meal share occasionally etc :) I work lots, and go the gym, so im out a lot of the time. I'm social, so I may have people over occasionally- but would always be considerate of you. I would love a modern 2+ bed, 2 bath townhouse (maybe apartment if it was large), and would prefer the master bed- happy to pay extra rent of course. I would prefer someone who doesn't smoke. Looking to move in March- so starting early, leaving lots of time to meet the right person and find a house that suits both our needs. 6-12month lease. I have a small-ish fridge and a couch- plus other small appliances like food processor and 40" TV etc Looking forward to hearing from you! :) Examples of places I would be interested in:) https://m.realestate.com.au/property-townhouse-qld-annerley-418303478 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-townhouse-qld-moorooka-418430390
Hello! My name is Sarah and I'm 27 years old. I have been living and working abroad the past few years and have returned to complete postgrad studies. I will be attending QUT's city campus.. so would ideally like to live near good transport/train station for an easy commute (don't have a car). :) I'm really easy going but also considerate and tidy so would like the same from my housemates. I like hanging out and having a chat but also enjoy having my own space. I'm a mean badminton player if I do say so myself, love cooking when I get the chance.. def a bit of a foodie and always up to explore new places!! Am in my current place until February 16th but moving date can be flexible within February. Most of my stays have been short term and a bit tired of moving so more interested in places available for 6 months to a year+. Furnished rooms ideal but if I found the right place I'd be open to unfurnished.
I am a very easy going female. I get along with everyone. I love having a laugh and think that life is too short to worry about the little things. I would love to meet new people and get back out into the big wide world and have some adventures. I'm a bit of a clean freak and like living in a clean environment. I broke my back a few years ago and am still going through the recovery. I intend to return back to uni at the beginning of March. I am fully independent and have my own car. My little dog is blind and extremely quiet. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in contact and I will Fill you in. :)
Hi I'm Dylan I'm 27, I can cook, clean and I keep to myself.... But in saying that I don't mind a few drinks now and then ! Just looking for someone relaxed to either get a place with, I have the majority of furniture for an apartment just need someone to pay some of the rent and bond is negotiable.
I'm a nurse, floating between shift work and weekday hours. I'm really tidy to live with, love to go out when I can but also love a tv night in and exercise is a big part of my life. Also not opposed to a late night icecream run. Looking for someone working full time or close to it who is also looking to live in a relaxed but clean place and would be interested in hanging out, going to the beach (which is how I love to relax) or have a drink out every so often, not just live under the same roof. Looking for 1 other like minded young professional to team up with myself and another girl Gemma from flatmates to move into a great new 3 bedroom house in Morningside if we're successful in our application. PS: the master and ensuit would be available for $230/week. Message if your interested and I'll send you the link to the house 😊
I am an American medical student looking for a place either walkable or busway accessible to PA Hospital. I'm quiet and easy to get along with and spend most of my time studying or traveling. I like keeping things as simple as possible. I will be leaving for the U.S. in November of his year, so I will be looking for flexible lease terms that allow me to leave at that time.
Hey i'm Jordan. I work 5-6 days a week as an off sider for a truck company. Meal prepping and watching movies when i'm at home. I love the gym but at same time couldn't care less if the house mates only do beer curls.. I work near coopers plains so anywhere from Annerly to there would be swaz. Would prefer a master room with en-suite but willing to suffice for something different. Defiantly not wanting to move into a party house or a loud house in general. If you feel like you may have a room or would like to meet. Send me an email!! Jordan
I think I am good to live with because I like to not be a terrible roommate. I clean up after myself, as I study it will resolve any IT questions you have and have copious amounts of experience being on hold with telstra on the phone. Beyond that I also make awesome burgers, like really good burgers.
Looking for a place starting mid-January! I'm moving from California to start a PhD at Griffith Uni. I'm social but clean, respectful of space, and pretty easy to live with. I'm an animal lover (I foster kittens regularly)! I like to cook and usually enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine or a beer during the evenings. I like exploring new places and enjoy all things outdoors (weekend hiking is my favorite!). I'm hoping to find a place with accessible public transportation to get around (especially to the university) until I get a car. Ideally, I'd want a furnished room but not a deal breaker. No preference on male/female housemates but prefer similar age group as it'd be nice to make some new friends (no families please). If it seems like I'd be a good fit to your place/household, don't hesitate to contact me!
