I'm a Psychology student at QUT and work part-time at a pizza store (that means I can bring you home amazing pizza after my shifts). I'm a tidy, easy going person who is respectful of personal space but keen to sesh and socialise with my roommates :) message me if you have any other questions. I am willing to pay more rent for the master bedroom.
Easy going, friendly travel professional on the lookout to team up for a move into the South Bank area and surrounding suburbs. I work pretty long hours between my day job and helping my family business in the evenings, so I actually won't be home for most of the day. I enjoy travelling, photography and music. I'm a non smoker and only drink on occasion. I enjoy a good conversation and am pretty outgoing, but I'm also very independent and can keep to myself if needed. About you: Just really looking for someone who is self sufficient, can pay rent on time, is clean around the house and a non smoker. I don't mind if you're a student, working professional or something in between. About the property: I'm ideally looking for a brand new and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I also have a car so will need a garage space. As my office sits on top of South Bank Station, the closer to South Bank the better. I have all my own furniture, so all you'll need to bring along is a bed. Should you not have one, I can also provide a double bed.
I'm on exchange from the US studying at UQ for a year, but my lease runs out this summer so I need a new place to stay for another 6 months! Things I enjoy include: swimming, bikes, wine, cooking, doing my dishes, paying rent on time, and also chocolate. Would love to meet some new flatmates as my current one is moving away :( I can move at any time but would prefer early Jan as I will be traveling and won't return until then. Please don't hesitate to contact me! :)
We are two friends in our mid-twenties (29 is still mid, right?!), both working full time and relocating from Central Queensland to Brisbane on January 3. Yvette works as a beauty therapist and Aly is in journalism and communications. We have a small dog, a 4-year-old Mini Dachshund named London, who will also be coming along for the ride. We are looking for a third female to live with us in either a house or large townhouse in South Brisbane. The house will be fully furnished, except for your room. We are open to those who would like to be on the lease with us, or not. We are both super friendly, easy-going and love a celebration when one is called for. We are equally as hard-working, health-conscious and sensible when we need to be. In our spare time we love getting outdoors; going to the beach, exercising and hanging out with friends. We would like to live with someone who shares the same mindset as us; who can contribute to the household and get along with the banter, but also respect down-time and is genuinely honest and considerate. Ideally, we would like to live with someone who also works full time. Oh, and you must love dogs (and let's be honest, he'd be upset if he knew we were referring to him as a dog)! It goes down in the DM's - message us for more info! :)
I'm a Full time uni student and part time worker and I'm looking to move into a new house at the end of October! I'm preferably looking to find a new place with a team up so please let me know if your looking for the same sort of thing!
Hey, my name is Jay. I work full time within the events industry so on weekdays I'm never around and on weekends.. well it's pretty much the same. I enjoy playing sport, dining out with friends, going for jogs and walks around my neighbourhood and plain old adventuring! I'm a mature, friendly, funny (at times), borderline OCD workaholic. I am looking for someone or more than one someone to live with.. at the moment I live in a two bedroom apartment in Annerley and my housemate is leaving to travel the world. I am currently unsure as to whether I want to stay here or move somewhere else, I'm open to anything really. :) Chuck us a message if I sound at all appealing.
Race: Asian (from Singapore). Occupation: Postgraduate student at Griffith University. Personality: Introverted, although I do enjoy a good conversation once in a while. Habits and preferences: - Clean (my fellow postgraduate students can vouch for that!). - Unlimited Internet. Interests: - Reading. - Video games (lately, I'm into DS games) - Watching TV series or variety shows (e.g. Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Flash, Running Man). Others: Although the move in date is listed as the end of November, I'm open to moving in during early November, depending on the situation. Lastly, here's a picture of a cat I stole from Reddit.
I am a 24 yr old looking for some new roomies to start 2017 with! - full time work in the CBD - location close to trains/city bus is a must! - clean and tidy, organised, reliable!! - easy going, not looking for a party place but always up for a social drink/chat/meeting new friends - love dogs, none of my own but open to sharing with others (sorry not a cat person) - enjoy health, weekend adventures, family time and chilling out - would prefer someone with past rental history and who is tidy/non-smoker/like minded - Southside Brisbane, close to transport but open to discuss options
Hello, My name is Jennifer and I am looking to move asap. I'm looking for a room which is air-conditioned, has a good size as I study and sew (my hobby) generally from my room. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture. I am currently studying, I am also involved with volunteer work at my Church. I am a Christian and would prefer a Christian home and environment, or at least one that is not antagonistic toward Christian faith. I am diligent, clean and tidy, I have studied Public Health at Griffith University (undergrad). I can't be around cats, drugs and dislike the effects of alcohol (it changes people). I don't smoke. I'm pretty quiet in my own space, but i have a great sense of humour and sense of fun and enjoy communication with those around me, but totally respect and expect the need for privacy. I love to do my own thing and am completely independent. I have a vehicle and would appreciate off-street parking if that is available, under-cover even better :) I don't mind sharing with male or female, or the age group. The price I have quoted would possibly include bills and use of unlimited wifi? Air-con in room is essential for which I can contribute a reasonable amount more per-week for elec if required. Being summer, a pool at the premises (house or town-house) would be a happy bonus! Do I sound like a fit, or close fit for your place? If so, please contact me at your earliest. Thank you, Jennifer :)
Pretty cruizy gal. I recently graduated from uni studying public relations and media and culture. I currently work for a sustainable fashion label and vintage store in Paddington where i get to meet alot of creatives and be crafty. You'll probably find me at the beach, a gig, a market, cafe or opshop on the regular. I'm pretty independent, clean up after myself and considerate but am always down to hangout, eat good cheese and maybe down some wine on a nice porch couch. Into living sustainably and reducing plastics also!
I'm sociable and easy going, down to earth aussie bloke who is friendly and very clean (I'd say I have OCD when it comes to cleaning). My hobbies include a wide range of things that include sports such as tennis, soccer, football( NRL and union), mountain biking and motocross. I love listening to music everyday and play computer games in my downtime whilst indulging into way too much Netflix, but i guess that's the norm these days. I like having fun and good time with friends but also having my own personal time is amazing aswell. Looking for a place for $200 a week max with Internet and utilities included.
Hi! We are a couple from Sweden / Norway and we are travelling the world! We spent the last 4 months on different Island's in the pacific and at the moment we are in Brisbane working. Linn work as a waitress and Christian is a chef. :) After we save up some money we want to travel around in Australia and then Asia! :) We like food, diving, nature and photography! When we don't work we usually do something fun! Maybe go out and have some nice food, go out walking, taking photos, and just enjoying! Hope to hear from you! :) Cheers Linn and Christian
We are two students; Kate (nursing) & Ellie (psychology) who are looking to move out together (in seperate rooms). We are both easy going, fun and relaxed people who enjoy socialising but also respect the need for privacy and space to ourselves. We are neat, responsible girls who will strive to keep shared spaces clean and we are always willing to give a helping hand around the house. We both love art, brie and cheap wine and a quality banter - so if anyone shares these hobbies that's a bonus!

I am a relaxed 22 year old male who is always busy. I am currently working full time at a law firm and studying law online (3 subjects so full study load). I like a chat but also value my quiet time, and am often out and about on weekends so you won't hear much from me. I am a bit of an old man and not a messy party animal as many people my age are. I exercise regularly and enjoy a drink or two on the occasion or with dinner. I generally do not have people over except my girlfriend who currently stays over 2-3 nights/week. I generally spend the same amount of time at her house each week meaning I won't be in your hair. I am vegan, but do not care what other people eat. I eat quite clean and love to cook for others so am happy to make some share meals occasionally. I am clean and considerate, don't make a lot of noise and have always had great success in share houses. I am currently renting a one bedroom unit on my own however am looking to move and save a bit of money with plans to head to europe for 3-4 weeks next year and start saving for a house deposit. I have an amazing 12 month old kitten named peanut who I would love to bring with me, he spends majority of his time outside, has never defecated inside and doesn't need cat litter. I am prepared to part with him however would prefer not to (You will fall in love with him as soon as you meet him). I am looking to move in somewhere on the 26th November (Am happy to pay bond on the right place in advance). Feel free to add me on Facebook if you would like to stalk my lifestyle a little.
Looking to team up with some people to make an awesome share house! Hoping to find 2 or 3 people to live with. I work full time managing a newsagent but my hours are a little all over the place so sometimes I work weekends. I am extremely respectful and friendly. I enjoy my own space but I'm also keen to socialise with my housemates. Hoping to find some people that want to share a few meals and a chat during the week and make the house feel like a home. A love for reality TV is ideal but not a necessity :) I'm very easy going but I'd prefer my own bathroom (happy to pay more for it). Let me know if you are interested and maybe we could meet for a coffee!
I am easy going, kind and funny. I understand that people like their space so I keep to myself most of the time. I work most days and either at uni or at an event. I love having a good chat over a cuppa and watching movies. I am also very clean and cook good meals as well. Not fussy with who I live with.
I'm a single 22/yo male I work full-time + have a weekend job back on the sunshine coast so I wont be home most weekends. I'm also a student, I don't smoke, I barely drink, and I'm very clean. I have a perfect rental history, I'm very social but also like my own time, and i'm a very organised person but with a very laidback personality. I love all animals and i'm also good with children. Looking for a long term stay (6months-2yrs depending on the situation). Need to find a place by the 30/10 :)
I'm a full time apprentice hairdresser at Oscar Oscar Carindale looking for a place somewhere in the general area of Carindale for about $200 a week. Very high energy and pleasant to be around, always up for a chat. Look at me if you want a housemate who is okay with dogs! Love them! I'm fairly busy on work days and will probably keep to myself sometimes, but days off I'm open to be social and do whatever! Open to dinners and countless other corny housemate things, but also respectful for the need of quiet time after a long day.
I'm a Malaysian Chinese relocating to Brisbane for work. I'm an internal auditor. I studied at Melb Uni, so I'm not new to the Aussie culture. I'm easy-going, happy to pull my weight in doing house chores, clean and tidy. I'll be alone most of the time (save for the occasional visits from my husband/mum - 2-3 times a year, up to 2 weeks each time). I'm happy to socialise with my housemate(s) but equally respect everyone's need for privacy. I don't smoke or drink/party much (love a glass of wine once in a while!). In my free time I read, sing and (try to) work out ;) I'm looking for a furnished room with a queen bed and own bathroom (will consider sharing with one other lady). Feel free to send me a message if you have a suitable place! Thank you :)
I'm currently working full time as a teacher. I am a quiet and tidy person, who works week days. I'm open to socialising as a housemate as well as keeping to myself (a bit of both would be ideal). I'm interested in yoga, sewing clothes and drawing.
Young professional working in drafting and as a project manager. Australian/Danish. I'm tidy and considerate. Good communication is important to me. I'm an independent person but would like to find housemate/s who are up for a good chat and sociable every now and then. I like a good balance. Looking for carpark (preferably covered), mozzie nets on windows, good insulation, fan or aircon, balcony or outside area, quiet location, housemates relatively close to my age. Can contribute a couch, large fridge and some other household items and furniture. I also have some nice potted plants.
Hey! Looking for a flatmate to join myself and another guy in a unit in windsor. I'm easy going, into sports, and like to unwind with a beer some weekends. I work part time and study psychology and justice at QUT. I have a little cornish rex cat called Bobo who is very affectionate and sheds very little. I'm looking for someone who is tidy, is okay with me having my partner over some nights a week, who doesn't sweat the small stuff and can communicate their needs and wants effectively so we can have a peaceful household :) Any gender welcome.
Clean & tidy, secure monthly income so reliable with bills. Don't mind getting in and doing things around the house, mowing, gardening etc. Enjoy cooking, sharing a meal and social drink, I love to have a chat, also do like my own space at times and are respectful of other people's space. I come with my beautiful 7yr female Kelpie X named Jess. She is a great guard dog, but not a yapper. Super smart with a friendly infectious personality. Jess, loves a good belly rub, will retrieve almost anything you throw for her, is well trained in and outside the house. We occasionally have a visitor or two, mostly if I am not out running or walking with Jess or visiting friends generally You will find me watching The Walking Dead on Foxtel, or movies, music videos via Chromecast.. The Foxtel will be coming with me and would be happy to consider making it available in the main living area as well as my room. I am pretty easy going, not much phases me. Always happy to lend an ear or advice if asked. Hoping to find like minded people for Jess and I to share with.
I’m polite, respectful, organised, clean... but especially friendly. I’m a 32 Mexican student, I work part time and the rest of my time I like to rest, party and practice some sports.
I am Griffith Uni student and working part time in customer service. Have my own vehicle. Clean, friendly, considerable. Love to give respect to others privacy. I would love to get some relaxed and chilled flat mates preferably close to my which with whom it's possible to enjoy a weekend chat.. Cheers
Hello! I'm a teacher and work Mon-Fri in the city. I'm looking for somewhere with easy access to city transport and a place to park my car. I'm friendly, love to have a chat and a laugh, and always do my share of housework etc. Due to my work I need to go to bed early and get up early, so I am looking for somewhere that is chilled and peaceful where partying flatmates/booming music won't keep me awake. I go out socially on weekends but never party at home. I guess at my age I've outgrown that whole 'party house' thing, but I don't mind a good dinner party every now and again. I'm happy to live with men or women, but prefer to live with only 1 to 2 others if possible, preferably aged 30+. I am LGBQT friendly. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats so cannot live with a cat :( I also cannot live with smokers as it is the one thing that gives me asthma. I'm a musician and play guitar and bass, but always through my headphones - you would never hear me! I'm very respectful and considerate, and am looking to live with someone who is also respectful and considerate. I'm into healthy living and go to the gym etc. I have my own bedroom furniture so need a medium-large unfurnished room. I'd like to live in a nice house/apartment that does not get searing hot in summer. I have to give 4 weeks notice at my current place, so would not be able to move for 3-4 weeks.
Hi I'm Caity & this is my partner Sam. I work full time as a digital/graphic designer and Sam is a Registered Nurse (works part time) and is also studying to become a paramedic. We cook & clean and are quite social when we're home, but don't want to live in a party house. I'm a vegetarian, but I'm not an arse about it - Sam eats meat and we're happy to hang out and have a shared BBQ or a quiet drink etc. Our dog, Buddy will be living with us so we need somewhere dog-friendly (fully fenced) where he can come inside when we're home. Happy to have another friendly dog sharing too!! We are both waiting out our current leases and are looking to move in December/January. Cheers! Caity
Will be new to Brisbane, working in Logan but keen to live on the south side of the city. Looking forward to coming home to relaxed environment. I lead a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy cooking (and eating!), reading, exercising and travelling. Keen to meet some like minded, interesting people. I'd prefer an ensuite/own bathroom
Don't let my age deter you.. I'm not your stereotypical, over 40's gal. I love being active and creating things, so very rarely will you see me slothed in front of the tv for example. I have a little pug and a cat who are very important to me, so I'm looking for a fenced property to move into with other people who love lots of cuddles (from them of course, not from me!) :D haha!! I much prefer hanging at home on my days off now, where I'm making my wooden projects, pottering around in the yard and doing the markets on the weekends. I survived my bender weekend Valley years.. *shudders at some memories/or lack thereof*.. and am happy to report, I made it out the other side where now the sounds of cruisy music, sipping chilled wine & getting a waft of the smells from a barbie, are so much more inviting than that 4am cold, soggy maccas meal that you can't even remember buying, let alone remember where you live and why you only have on one shoe!
Hey there! My friend and I are both Canadian nurses on our working holiday visas. We are looking for a place with (2) bedrooms available. We would need them to be furnished (just beds are fine) as we are only travelling with our suitcases! We are both quiet, respectful and clean - however we like to be social with friends if we have days off on the weekend. We are both working at Lady Cilento Hospital and would like to be within walking distance to the hospital.

I am working at PA so am looking for somewhere nice that is close to the hospital to move in when the current lease ends in November. As to sharing a house, I like keeping my house clean and tidy. I'm a really easy going guy. I'm independent, I like to be sociable with the people I live with but I definitely have my own life & friends so I'm not always hanging around the house. I do enjoy a couple of drinks & going out on weekends but I've definitely mellowed in my 30's so the party till dawn days are behind me for sure. I ride motorbikes & like to spend my weekends doing that in the daylight & then a few drinks out with friends once the sun goes down. I'm single, so it'll generally just be me using the hot water & electricity... Anything else, feel free to msg me & ask away!

Looking forward to hear from you!
Hi guys, we're a couple looking to move to a location close to public transport as we both begin uni next year. We've house shared twice previously and have been doing so for the past 3 years. We enjoy travelling, outdoors, spending as much time as possible at the beach, going to the markets and watching movies/tv shows. We love food and finding new cafes and bars over our weekends. We're looking for somewhere with enough room for everyone to spread out to feel comfortable without having to be cooped up in their room. Also hoping to find somewhere with a comfortable space for entertaining friends and family. We enjoy drinking socially with friends, though we don't want a 'party house', purely to avoid unnecessary mess and noise. We already have stove top cooking equipment, a couch and a tv. We're clean, open-minded and happy to live with all walks of life. If you like to have a chat, or if you like to keep to yourself, then that's completely fine with us. Pets welcome, so long as we have a suitable yard/house. We have two cars, though we don't mind parking on the street, so long as council requirements permit. We're looking to spend up to $150 a week each. Must be within walking distance to public transport.

Clean, friendly, dedicated guy looking for a room ready to move into now. I work as an undergrad Accountant, part time while study (Accounting/Electrical Engineering) and full time during holidays. My job is secure and I am not in any debt, so I can easily pay rent every week. In my free time I like to head out, shoot pool, hang with mates or just go for a casual drive. I keep myself busy, so when I'm not working or socialising I am generally studying. Thus, I value personal space when it's needed. I am a team player, willing to help where I can. I am looking for a well managed household that is friendly and respectful. Currently only committing to short term (4-6 months) but could be looking for that to be extended. If you think I may suit your house or have any questions, please ask, I consider myself quite easy going and adaptable.

I am Marc, 27 years old, and I'm looking for accomodation while I will be in Brisbane for my research project with the School of Pharmacy from November '16 until May '17. I will work a regular hours (40-hour-week) and during my free time, I like to go to the gym, watch TV or socialize with my friends. I will also need to spend some time writing my diploma thesis. I think of myself as rather flexible, depending on my flatmate I could enjoy having the occasional meal together or go out for a drink every now and then, but can also keep to myself. I would describe myself as a tidy and quiet person and appreciate these character traits in my flatmate too. Ideally I am looking for a furnished studio apartment. But also open to other living arrangements.
Hey guys, i am a fun french housemate, organized and clean. I like good company but also my private space. I am a big fan of soccer, playing and watching (beer: must have).
