Thanks for checking out my profile! I'm urgently searching for somewhere to call home by the 10th of January, preferably for a year or more, and I'm looking for a place to myself after living in sharehouses since I turned 18. A granny flat, a small 1 bed unit or a studio would be perfect!

I mostly keep to myself, though I'm always up for a good chat, and my favourite hobbies are mostly to do with making things. Crochet, knitting, embroidery, and gaming take up most of my free time, as well as caring for my Venus flytraps and other horticultural babies. I'd love to have some space to garden outdoors, but this isn't necessary as I do have grow lights for indoor plants.

My budget of $450 per week is only if bills are at least partially included, my budget for rent will be lower if bills are not included (around the $400 mark). I also have my own bed that I am not negotiable on keeping, so any furnished rooms with no option of removing the bed will not be suitable for me.
