im Brian, I'm a mid 30's youth worker and studying counselling and community services, into cooking, swimming, natural medicine, being social. I also have a car and would need somewhere to park it. I'm clean considerate and tidy. No drugs, smoke free, non drinker. I would be interested in house trained people who are clean and tidy, ok with alone quiet time, mature minded, non smoking house, with no drugs or binge drinking. I prefer to make my own food, I'm a fussy eater. I have all of my own bedroom furniture and a fridge and washer. JJ is a 12 years old black cat, he doesn't scratch furnishings, he has a few scratching posts. He is more of a dog personality as he loves interacting and being friendly. He has loads of toys an is very playful. I'm very flexible, clean and tidy with him. 6 month preferred length of stay possible to stay longer. Let me know if your interested. Cheers, Brian
We are a friendly, social and very skilled French couple! We speak French, English, Spanish and a bit Indonesian. Loulou can move her ears and nose, lift up only one eyebrow and much more! We are professional divers and love outdoor life. We like rock climbing and photography/video. We can cook very well, as sal is a chef, and makes the best mojitos ever! And we like to live in a tidy environment. We love being with people, and we know when to be quiet. For sure you're gonna laugh with us ;}
Im pretty easy going and relaxed. I very tidy and organised. Always up for a laugh, beer BBQ etc but also happy to keep to myself at times. I like to keep active and can be quite busy during the week and weekends. Feel free to drop me a line happy to have a chat.
Hey there 😊 name is Dani. I'm looking for a new place to move into hopefully in the next few months. I'm easy to live with, friendly and am pretty tidy and usually keep to myself and give privacy when needed. I work part time as a bartender and will be returning to my studies in June to continue a bachelor of youth work. I have a little buddy with me called Hero (my white cat), he is part of the package and will be moving with me. He's an indoor cat, so he will be needing a bit of space to just roam around, and to put his kitty litter so he doesn't get bored or agitated. Besides that he's a special one and always entertaining :)
Hi there! I'm a postgraduate student at Unimelb, and I'm looking for a private room, but I'm open to sharing a room with the right person. Looking for something that's close to public transport - this is pretty important to me. A furnished room is preferred, as I haven't got furniture with me. Move-in date is flexible. I do have to study a lot, so I'll need a quiet place because I'm one of those people who just can't study with noise :( but in my downtime I'd love to chat and have a laugh with my flatmates! I'm looking to make friends and not just to fill a room :) I'm a very positive and friendly person. I love a good laugh and enjoy dad jokes/puns/memes :P I keep my stuff (and the house) neat and clean. When I'm not studying I'm reading, or watching TV shows or movies. Huge cricket fan, and will watch and enjoy pretty much any sport :D I'm new to the city so I'd also like to explore the place but haven't really got round to it yet haha! I hope I've covered everything (these things are hard to write!). Please message me if there's anything you'd like to know :) Cheers, Ally
Hi, My name is Isabelle and in 23. Currently working full time in the city and I also study part time so I am a busy bee! I'm very easygoing, clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy a glass of wine and cheeseboard on the weekend. I enjoy going out for brunch, cooking, movies and I love animals
I'm a 18 year old female university student, looking for a private room in a safe, healthy environment in a closer area to the city. I’m a positive, friendly and easy to get along with person who enjoys good company but also respect and like some time to my self. I’m currently in my first year in Bachelor of interior design at rmit. I'm mostly studying, working and keeping fit. I work as a waitress/bartender in the city and spend a lot of mine time in the and around the city for both work and uni. I’m always down to chill, have a drink and enjoy having a good chat! oh and if your close to or along either the 96, or 109 tram line that would be even better!
Hello! I'm looking to join a friendly household that has the right balance of hanging out together and doing our own thing. I work full-time as a youth worker, and in my spare time I'm either spending it with my boyfriend/friends/family, dragging myself outside to exercise, cooking vegetarian food, or parking myself on the couch to watch terrible tv. I'm considerate and respectful of others, and I love having a laugh/sharing dog videos to balance out the seriousness of my work. My other loves include hunting down the best brunch spots in Melbourne, going to a few gigs and music festivals here and there, and baked goods. My ideal housemates are around the same age or older, working full-time, easygoing, and tidy. I'm hoping to be moved in somewhere by mid-April/early May so give me a shout if you think we'd be a good match! :)
Hi, I am a master student of uni melb from Shanghai, China. I am a thoughtful, quiet girl. respect for privacy, but don't mind having a pleasant chat sometimes.
I'm considerate and respectful. Like to have a friendly relationship with housemates but also some space. Believe that communicating well with the people you live with is the best way to make a household work. Respect other people's property and preferences regarding cleanliness. I have a very cute ginger cat named Abraham. I'm 40yo, working in health at one of the hospitals in Melbourne. Not super fussy about the location of the house, so long as it's accessible to the city. LGBTIQA friendly.
I am a hermit and homebody. Will cook, garden and stick to a good cleaning routine. Mostly a night shift worker so you might not see much of me but if you do I'm pretty bubbly and sociable. My ideal day consists of nachos and netflix. My ideal home is one with a roof and heater. Just let me chill and don't judge my blobiness (y)
Hello, my name's Josh! I've been couch surfing in Melbourne for a month after moving interstate from NSW and would really like to settle down and find a permanent home. I'm a first year science student studying full time at Monash Uni. I'm a friendly, easygoing, sociable guy but am also respectful of others' privacy and while I'm up for a chat I also enjoy some downtime like anyone else. I realise the responsibilities involved in living with others and am a very clean, tidy and reliable person, contributing my fair share to ensuring the place is in good condition and rent is paid on time. Lover of all animals and would be totally down to live with pets of any kind. Am open to living with any and all kinds of people but would prefer to live with other students or people around my age. As I'll have uni nearly everyday it's quite important that public transport is nearby, and it would be especially amazing if I could find a place close to the Clayton campus. Also open to start/join a group of others looking for housing - send me a message if you'd like to know more about me or if you have a room available and thanks!
Hi everyone, My partner and I are both respectful, responsible 19 year olds that are mature for our age. We are both currently unemployed but can both assure we can pay for rent and bills and are actively looking for work. Despite our age we are very quiet and would prefer a night in on the couch than going out every weekend so there is no need to worry about us coming in late every weekend. Thank you for your time and we are forward to hearing back from anyone with an offer.
Hi Im Jesse. Im 30 years old. Im looking for a place for me and my dog Buster to move into. We are a pretty chilled out pair who love to socialise but also appreciate our down time. I work full time as a refrigeration mechanic. Im looking for a nice relaxed household with a yard as Buster spends most of his time outside. I enjoy going to gigs, hiking, walking the dog, music and reading.
Hello, FlatMatties! I am an international student living in Melbourne from last month. I am doing my bachelors from La Trobe University Bundoora Campus and working part time at collins street. I am looking for a place cheap to live. and I am pretty much comfortable with room share or flatshare option. I am mostly out for work or studies and just come back in the night. I am a pretty much welcoming guy and don't have any racial/ religious/ nationality/ gender preferences. I like to party once a while or go out on weekend to beaches or maybe exploring the city but don't worry if the house vibe is not party like I will respect other people's comfort. As I am new in the city I would love to meet people who like to have a conversation with a drink once in a while but at the same time can give me some alone time. I am looking somewhere in the CBD area or any surrounding suburbs from where the commute time to city is 10-20 minutes. I am more than willing to rent out a place of our own and start a share house with like minded people. I am actually looking for long term place but my lease at current place will expire on 15th May and by 15th June I will be going to Canberra for 4-6 weeks. So it will be nice if something can be figured out regarding my vacations in that period otherwise I will be notifying you 2 weeks before moving out.
My names Bacall and I'm 23. I recently moved to Bacchus Marsh and looking at moving into the city. I work full time Monday to Friday. I'm extremely respectful to other space and belongings. I'm not one to go out every weekend and always have people over. But I will be down to have a few glasses of wine, have a chat or watch some tv! Do understand if you want your space though! If there anything else your wanting to know, please feel. Free to send me a message!!
Hey all, I'm Candice, I work full time for an airline. I am away at least 1-2 nights most weeks for work (sometimes 3-4) Being a shift worker I am very respectful of others space around me. Very easy going.(I know everyone says that but I am) Not highly strung! Your half filled cup sitting on the bench for a day wont have me flying into a pink fit. I am clean in common areas but, have been known to throw my clothes around my room and pick them up at a later date!😉 When I am home I'm a big meal prep head so if kitchen users are not your thing, defiantly not the girl for you. I have a 4 yr old toilet trained no shedding spoodle who I would like to have when I am home(only block days off 2-3 etc). He lives with my family when I am away. I prefer dinner and drinks out as oppose to nightclubs. (Do hit the nightclubs still on the odd occasion) Love vegging out on the couch occasionally having a glass of vino with the housemates when we can, swapping stories of this thing we call life. I'm very active with Muay Thai and weight training. Wouldn't be a profile without me throwing in "love the outdoors too" !
I'm a 25 year old Kindergarten teacher. Im Friendly, social and outgoing, but I also like time to myself. I'm clean and organised and respectful of other peoples space. I'm easy going and would love to live with people around my age, preferably female.
I'm still fairly new to Melbourne, originally from the uk I have spent half my life betweeen Aus and New Zealand. I moved here nearly two years ago from Auckland and looking for a place long term :)
Heyo, my name is Siobhan, I'm 18 and I've recently moved to Melbourne from Newcastle to study Music Industry at RMIT. I'm a fairly extroverted person, I enjoy playing my saxophone (at appropriate hours), baking 10/10 brownies and working at Grill'd! I'm pretty clean, I always do my dishes and clean up after myself and I'm very considerate of peoples personal space and I'm more than willing to do my part in house cleaning and chores. I'm so excited for some lovely people to accept me into their home ❤️
