I’m a kindergarten teacher, and generally work 7-3 Monday to Friday. I like chill week nights, but enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. I am fairly social, a bit of a foodie and clean. I am looking for either one or two housemates to go on a lease with. Anyone want to go rental hunting? Love dogs, but am allergic to cats. I come with a fridge, everything a kitchen could ever need, a washing machine, and a dining table and chairs.
Hey I'm a 20 (nearly 21) year old 3rd year science student at Melbourne uni, looking for a new place to move into and make a home. I have been living out of home for a year and a half now so am no stranger to share house life, and love contributing to the culture of the house. I am a very social person that loves hanging out with people, but definitely need time this year to put my head down and study. I'm looking for a long term home as I have much more study and work ahead of me.
Move from Brisbane to Melbourne as I'm studying currently through RMIT and think that there would be more opportunities work wise in Melbourne. Have lived in Melbourne before from 2012-2016 and since moved back to Brisbane 2018. Not finding Brisbane very helpful at least.
Hey there, I am looking for a place to move into, closer to the city. I would love to team up with more people just to make it a little cheaper for everyone. I am clean and friendly, love socialising but also respect privacy. I'm 20, doing my Bachelors in Psychology at RMIT, also work part-time so I'll mostly just be home to sleep. Looking forward to meeting some great people...potential future housemates :)
Heya future housemates. I am looking for a new place for myself, Rocky Sparkle & Prince Harry (my adorable well behaved boy cats) can call home. I'm newly single and work part time as a hairdresser. I pay my bills on time, dont like any drama and enjoy a good laugh. Let the search begin.....
Hello there! I am an easy going, reliable, house trained Architecture student at Melbourne Uni in my final semester of study. I'd say that I am open minded, responsible, accepting and friendly. I am social but also value alone space and I am considerate. I do not drive so parking will not be a problem. I rely on public transport. I am a relatively clean person, although I don't like things to be uncomfortably sparkly. I only drink on rare occasions and don't use drugs. I can be social and enjoy a chat but I also understand the need for space and quiet. I'd be pretty easy to live with and I have no problems with communal meals and chores etc. if need be. I have shared individual leases in three houses where I have paid rent and bills separately and I have always paid all on time. I can provide references. I am really looking for someone/thing long term with a decent rental history. I have lived with people that identify as vegetarian and LGBTQIA in the past with no problems. I am also respectful of the culture and opinions of others. To me, It does not matter what you identify as but as long as you are nice, responsible and respectful. Happy to share my time with all walks of life that fit into these categories. I am interested in applying for a 12 month lease/ or longer or to start a new lease with people of similar rental history who are reliable. Ideally, I am looking for a 'home' rather than just a house to crash. I am happy to start/join a new lease with anyone. I would prefer someone who can commit to atleast a 12/24m lease and independently domestic that would help me build a safe, peaceful and happy home. No asswipes or dramas magnets please :) I've tried to be as open as I can to answer any questions you might have so please don't be creeped out at how extensive this. Saying that, please message me if there are any other questions you may have. Let me know if you are interested in having me as your housemate :) Please be honest with me, I will not take anything personally if I am not what you are looking for. Chloe PS: Photo is not current, not that it should matter.
Hi! my name is Cynthia, I'm a 21 yo French student currently enrolled at Melbourne Uni. I study environmental science so yay to reducing energy bills! I may be young but I'm very independent. I like to chill at home as well as going out every now and then. I regularly go to dance classes also. I'm laid-back but organized, easy-going and friendly but respectful of everyone's privacy and very open-minded. I like to think that makes me pretty easy to live with :)
Hey, I’m Paige. Currently living in Ballarat but work in Melbourne and the commute is hell, so I’m looking to move to Melbourne to make things easier. My current lease is up mid August, but I’ve been told I can move earlier (just waiting to hear back about how soon) as the owner wants to move in when I leave. I’m generally pretty quiet (especially when I first meet people) but once I come out of my shell I’m bubbly and laugh a lot. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces. I prefer nights in over nights out, but I’m wanting to be brave and explore Melbourne so I’m not so scared of the place haha
I am looking for a room in an only female house. I am 36 year old female, full time working, quite, clean, polite and respect privacy .
I'm a post-grad student looking for a room in an established house, or to team up with friendly folk (around the same age preferably) who will welcome myself and my dog. I'm in the final year of my degree in cultural materials conservation, and work part-time in retail. I'm looking for a place where I can study peacefully, but can also chill and hang out on occasion. I enjoy a glass of wine and Brit-coms, Scandi crime dramas and RuPaul's Drag Race. I have a large collection of board games and books that I'm always happy to share. I am house-trained, always pay my bills on time, will respect your privacy and welcome your conversation. LGBTQI friendly and respectful of religious beliefs and culture. I co-parent a 10 yr old Staffy called Red, who is a beautiful creature. Although a little protective at first, once she gets to know you, you'll have a new best friend. She's extremely well house-trained and doesn't shed much hair. Toys and food are her life, and she goes for walks daily. She must be the ONLY pet in the house, as she does not get along with other dogs and cats. Obviously I will pay for any pet clause under a lease agreement. We come with furniture, a washing machine and Neflix/Stan. I am a massive procrasti-cleaner, so you'll find that the house will be spotless while I'm avoiding my thesis. We hope to hear from you! Jess & Red.
