Hey! My preference is a private bedroom with own bathroom. I also have a car so off-street parking would be ideal however not necessary if on-street parking is readily available! Am looking at suburbs between Maidstone/Maribyrnong/Moonee Ponds to the city, however I work in Abbotsford so anywhere from the city out to Kew is great too. I'm a full time worker with the standard 9-5 workday. Young at heart 35 year old who's easy going, tidy, clean and considerate of others. I usually spend weeknights bingewatching Netflix in my room with social activities happening on weekends - visiting family, catching up with friends for lunch/movie/dinner, etc. May have a rare late night out on a Saturday but won't bring the party home and I promise I'll be quiet when entering the house! Happy to have a chat/drink/takeout if our schedules line up. Let me know if you think we'd get along :)
I'm really chill and outgoing but envision the place I'll live in as being one where I go for peace and comfort. A lot of friends seek my advice and humour although I'm not quite sure which one they laugh at. I love plants!!! And am big on gardening and growing my own food (I'm vegan). I really appreciate a clean living area especially if it's shared and I'm pretty happy to go on a lease.
I am a quiet person who like being neat and tidy . Doing my part time job whilst being a student. Am looking for a room to myself if possible for a long time stay.
Hi there! Looking to move ASAP :) We are Emma and John, young(ish) Scottish couple looking for a place to live for approximately 4 or 5 months (at least). The only reason we won't commit to longer than that at the moment is down to the fact that sponsorship might take a while and we might have to go off and do regional work at the end of July/start of August. We are here on a WHV, but aiming for permanent residency. John is a sound technician and I am currently looking for work, I have a human rights degree and experience in events. Ideally I'll be working in the not for profit sector. John usually works long days (sometimes 14 hours +) and occasionally is working away on a big on tours for about 3 weeks at a time! We are looking for either a studio, 1 bed, granny flat or flat/house share - we really aren't too fussy! Trying to save where we can so $350 all in would be max :) We are currently in Yarraville and are quite fond of the west! So it'd be a bonus if you were around that area. We are clean and neat, non-smokers and aren't big party animals. So whilst we are looking for somewhere fun and relaxed, we'd prefer not to live in a party house. We would also prefer something either furnished or part furnished, we do have a some savings so paying for some things won't be an issue, we'd just prefer to save where we can... (visas ain't cheap). Easy access to the city is a must, the ability to decipher a Scottish accent is a bonus! :) Let us know if you need any more info. Thanks
Hi All! Unfortunately moving in April from where I am in ascot vale but would love to find new accomodation nearby! Will be ready to move by late March at the earliest. I'm an easy going 21 year old that works too much for my own good but loves having a chat around dinner time and flicking on Netflix or the tele. I come with a PS4 and a Netflix account that can become communal if wanted to. I keep to myself a fair bit in my room as I do work from home every couple of weekends and a few days a week but I crave social interaction with other housemates too! My budget is around $1000 a month after bills and bond won't be a hassle, and I've never had an issue with paying rent. Currently on a cleaning schedule which involves floorboards and bathrooms so I do keep clean around the house! My room can sometimes be a bit iffy though but it's always kept to a decent standard, but I'm always clean around the house. Into board games and my computer but also have a sporting edge which makes me leave the house every now and again! I also go to a lot of music gigs(hit 60 bands last year!!) Also interested in team ups, please chuck a message if you are as well!
I'm clean, considerate and pretty easy going. I generally do my own thing but also enjoy socialising and having a chat over a beer or wine or enjoying a meal together. I work hard during the week and I'm in to fitness, cooking and reading. If I'm not working on weekends, I usually keep it pretty chilled and catch up with friends.
Dutch guy who is outgoing and social. I love to go out and explore places during weekends. I also like to do my own thing during the week; going to the gym, cooking a nice meal, watching a serie, meeting up with friends etc. Hobby's: Soccer, Gym, Traveling, Whisky, Drinks with friends. I always lived with other roommates back in the Netherlands (for 10 years in several places) and I like to keep common areas clean and tidy. If you feel like we have common interests, I might be the ideal roommate :)
I am a registered nurse who works at the Royal Women's Hospital, this means I do shift work. I have a cockatiel named Pumpkin. He is super friendly and comes everywhere with me. I come from a big family so I love company. I also don’t mind having a cider on the couch watching movies with mates or going out :) I have lived at college before and I clean up my own messes. I have been living in Melbourne for the last 4 years but I am originally from the country.
Happy to live peacefully and always keep my place clean and tidy. Also not hesitate to make new friends and keep in touch.
I am easy going and clean up well. I am a nurse and i do shiftwork. I do sleep like a log so no party noise can wake me up so feel free to turn up the bass.
Hey there! My name is Minnah! My lease is over at the end of March and I’m looking to move into a share house for a minimum of six months, preferably with a bedroom that is unfurnished and with some sort of parking (on or off street, I’m not fussed!) I’m looking to move around mid March but a week or so earlier would be fine as well! I am a full time student studying Film and Media at RMIT, I also work part time as a flight attendant. I am an easygoing, clean and respectful housemate. I’ve lived in share houses since moving out after high school so I’m a veteran at this whole house sharing thing! I'm a pretty social person and love a chat so would prefer to be in a social house, however I don't mind my own space either and most of the time you’ll find me studying, video editing, playing video games or watching Netflix. If I sound like your cup of tea feel free to send me a message! Cheers!
i there, I’m looking for a place to call home not a room to rent. I’m easygoing, always up for a friendly chat and try my best to get to know my housemate because there’s nothing worse than an awkward conversation 😬 I work full time in the financial services industry and like to come home and just switch off. I’m house trained and I like to keep everything around me clean and neat. If you’ve got any questions please don’t hesitate to ask :)
Hello. I'm James. I'm moving to Melbourne from Brisbane on the 28th Feb. I am transferring at my job, full-time work. I'm looking for something similar to the experience I've had in Brisbane, which is one or two roommates who are easy/enjoyable to live with, very respectful of space/tidiness and good for a chat/drink every now and then. Being new to the city, I'm hoping to find a great location. Things I love: Arts/Music, reading, writing, gym, cooking, spontaneous adventures/exploring the city....
Hi I'm Sophie! I'm 33 and work full time as a Graphic Designer. I'm a friendly, neat and tidy low key kind of person. Looking for some friendly cheerful housemates who like a chat but also appreciate down time. I love art & design, Netflix & pizza and wine & chats. I’m usually pretty busy at work during the week, some weekends I’m out and about and others I’m relaxing at home. I have a 3 year old whippet, she's very quiet and fully house trained. It would be great if my future housemate has a dog to keep her company but not a deal breaker. My dog has lived with cats before and is fine with them. She's lazy and very affectionate. Looking for a calm, cheerful, quiet & relaxed house. I’m looking to move March 2018.
I’m Jemma, I’m 28 and I’m looking for my own room in Melbourne. My new job is in Glenroy but I want to be close to there but still close to the city. I’m also wanting to be near the train station. I’m a professional, but outside of work I like to run and go to the gym I like to keep active and explore. I read but also enjoy catching up on Netflix! I like going out for food and drinks but also enjoy an evening in. I start there Monday so I’m looking for a place ASAP! Preferably furnished and a sublet or something for 3 months with the possibility to extending. Please please someone house me 😇 Thank you! xxx
Hi there ! I'm looking for a houseshare or to start one with nice people. I work full time. looking in the north Western suburbs. I enjoy a good conversation, watching some TV shows, live theatre, traveling. I pay bills and rent on time. Used to live with other people.
Hi everyone 👋 I'm Hannah and I'm looking for a new home! I'm a bachelor of science and veterinary nursing student in my twenties. My primary job is working at Maccas but I also look after animals at the owner's home when they go on holidays such as cat visiting once a day! Soon I'll be back at uni (RMIT in the city) and combined with work placement at a Veterinary Clinic in Camberwell I keep a pretty busy schedule! However, I'm looking for a social household where the other tenants are up for a glass of wine at the end of the day or maybe a pub meal occasionally or even just a chat in the back garden! I'm super friendly, smiley, and open to living with anyone that is similar! In my spare time, I like to binge Netflix shows, meal prep, do outdoorsy things and I'm interested in conservation efforts and things such as beach cleanups and volunteering at wildlife sanctuaries (yet to do so). Looking at: Suburbs surrounding the city and close to public transport! Experience: I have lived in a sharehouse in Flemington for the past 1 and a half years paying $630 a month comfortably so I'm looking for about $800 a month max! I would love to hear from you if you have anything close to what I'm looking for and hopefully I can be a great addition to your household! Hannah

ABOUT ME I'm 25 years old and work full time as a Social Worker with DHHS. This generally keeps me pretty busy during the week and I prefer quiet evenings on week days as a result. On weekends (and sometimes fridays, if I can get away from work on time!) I'm a social person, enjoying a good chat and a glass of red with housemates, catching up with friends and the occasional BBQ or house gathering (but nothing too hectic!). I also like bike riding, hiking, camping, scuba diving and the beach. I'm pretty easy going and straight forward. I'd like to live with similar, like-minded people who don't mind a couple of dogs moving in as well. P.s. - I come with Nextflix and a yearly Costco membership. THE DOGS I have 2 dogs - Vespa and Nox (featured in profile picture) - both girls. They are both purebred boxers whom I compete regularly with in obedience and confirmation showing. Both dogs are fully house and crate trained, they don't bark unless there is need (or, occasionally, when they play). Vespa and Nox are very affectionate, friendly and enjoy the company of people. Nox loves playing fetch with a frisbee and Vespa would play tug-o-war all day, if she could! Both girls also love a good cuddle and will happily Netflix and chill all day. Vespa and Nox generally spend their days in the yard, but I tend to have them inside with me when I'm home. They are walked/trained for 30mins each every morning and on weekends I generally take them on adventures with me.
Hello !! I'm a cook full time and Saskia is studying sociology at UoM and working part time. We're both friendly, easygoing and clean, and happy hanging out as well as keeping to ourselves. 420 friendly, we pay bills on time and keep the place tidy, I'll cook up nice food (Sas is vego!) and we're both creatives :-)
Hey Flatties! Sam and I are a friendly chilled out couple seeking housemates to either start up a household or to join yours! We're both tidy, respectful non-smokers, both working full time in the health industry. Sam is an osteopath and I work at the Royal Children's hospital. We're both responsible and happy to hang out but also appreciate the need for space and privacy. We love a good Netflix binge, keeping active and enjoying food. Hope to hear from you! Holly and Sam
