23 year old professional, currently working full time and studying full time both in the CBD. Easy going, love a clean living space and social. Happy to chit chat over a wine or coffee but I also value my personal down time.

Im pretty chilled during the week as i start early most days and work pretty long hours. On the weekends I'm always keen for a few drinks, going to see dj's, artists play etc.
Hello everyone, I am Margaux, 25 years old, French girl and I am going to start a new job in finance in the coming days here in Sydney. I am currently looking for a room to rent in a shared accomodation (preferably from the beginning of March but it can be before). I wish to live in a proper apartment to stay for long and especially because I want to feel like home :). I am sociable, easy going and respectful. I am very clean and tidy. I am use to leave with people from different country and I like meeting with new people to share experiences too. I have lived in many countries over the past 4 years and I would be very happy to share again an apartment with new people here in Sydney. I love doing sports, travelling, cooking, going out, going to restaurants, cinemas etc.. Also I like being home and taking time for myself as my job in finance is usually very demanding. I am also studying for some professional certification. Do not hesitate to contact me if you are looking for someone to rent a room / share an apartment with. Best and see you soon, Margaux
I am looking for a private room (not a shared room) somewhere in a nice area, close to Sydney City, with a car space or street parking. I travel interstate on the weekends which means you will usually have extra space for yourself over the weekend. I am a normal, honest, neat, tidy, respectful, reliable full time working professional.
Sydney born. Avid adventurer. I am very neat. Extremely considerate. Friendly and always happy. Working full time and studying via correspondence. I like to keep myself busy but I also enjoy some down time, which could be cooking or cleaning and sometimes watching TV. Early Bird. Coffee Connoisseur. Yoga.
Hi! I work as a consultant for a technical advisory firm (I would tell you more, but it requires many acronyms that require googling, and possibly a bottle of wine to get through). As a fully functioning adult, I work hard, I play often, and I like to come home to friends, not just random people I happen to share a house with. You will most likely be subject to try random concoctions I make (you can blame Pinterest). But don't worry, I am considerate enough to learn your "not again" and "i need space" face. If I am missing from home, you can probably find me at an art gallery, a museum, the beach, with friends at brunch or at a bar, or I'm probably just in my room zoning out.
My name is Julie Lew, I'm 28 and from China. I work for an independent organization as a research assistant. I work from Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00. I am easy going and tidy, sometimes quiet. On weekends, I always go outside to find some new sites to get some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine and nature.
I'm clean and tidy, fun to be around, open to discussion about problems. I love to cook and play piano for you! I'm working full time and pretty busy. But I like quiet weekends to relax (reading, yoga)... and I don't drink!
Hi there! My name is Sheena and I'm going to study in Sydney for this semester. I'm clean and tidy, respects personal space but also down to socialise now and then. I study photography and I like exploring the city I live in. I'm always down for a night out in the weekends and occasionally be a master chef with my housemates. I'm ready to move in right away for 4-5 months. If you think we can get along, don't hesitate to contact me!:)
Recently relocated to Sydney from London. I'm looking for a room with a private bathroom and good transport links to the CBD. I'm a full time professional working 9-5. I am clean (not OCD), respectful and considerate. I generally relax in the week after work and try to spend my weekends outside. I enjoy the usual scene - bars, restaurants, theatre and travel etc. Ideally I am looking for like minded professional(s) to share with. I'd like to live with someone who is sociable but isn't a party person during the week.
I am a 25 year old hard working Full-Time professional. I am a clean and tidy flatmate and enjoy socialising with a beer or two at the weekend. I enjoy playing and watching sport and maintain a fairly active lifestyle.
Hi! I'm going to be moving to Sydney from Melbourne, and will be working full-time in digital marketing/graphic design. I'll be arriving on the 23rd Feb, so am looking for a place from that date onwards. I'm a creative type and I love design, business, photography, cooking, dancing, + healthy lifestyle. I'm also considerate, tidy and I love to cook , experimenting with dishes and flavours and food photography (Great if you like to eat and/or like to cook as well!) + have the occasional glass of wine. I enjoy socialising but also require my own chill time. :) I also really enjoy speaking other languages, am well-travelled and am very open to living with people of other cultures! I speak fluent French, have lived 1 year in France and I also speak basic Spanish & Italian.
I currently work at channel 9 in the city doing advertising and sales. I also will start working part time for Football NSW at the end of March doing some writing for them as well as studying online through Australian Institute of Fitness this year. I am looking to move closer to work from my current living situation. I am a very easy going person and easy to live with. For fun I enjoy sport as I do play soccer, going to the beach, going out on the weekends and socialising.
27 years old, born and raised in Sydney. Looking for an awesome bunch of people who enjoy socialising. I love going for dinner/drinks and but also enjoy a cheeky netflix session after work to wind down. I'm very active and love all sports especially Rugby. I work in Finance/Funds Management full time in the CBD. I'm tall (6ft 5in!) so I'll probably need a room that fits a queen size bed.
I am a Retoucher/Fitness photographer. Spent my working career in Advertising. Love the outdoors, beach anything that gets me away from the computer. I have a small 15yr old dog Belle. She basically sleeps all day after I walk her in the morn. She loves people and other dogs. I love fitness, go to gym 4-5 x p/w, like the occasional social drink and basically love to have a good laugh at the end of the day.
Polite. Respectful of others. Different. Funny. I don't know, I just do life different. Love to travel and do new stuff
Hi! My name is Ellen and I'm 20 years old. I have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne and am looking for a place to move into short-term. I'm very friendly, laid-back and easy to get along with. I like to socialise and go out with friends but I also enjoy spending quiet time at home. I work nights at a restaurant in Balmain and spend my days modelling, swimming at the beach and going to cafes and bars. I am honest, organised and completely responsible. I'm more than happy to help cook and clean to maintain a happy, tidy house! I don't have any pets of my own but would love a place that has a cat or a dog for me to cuddle and love. I'm looking to move into a place with housemates that are happy to hang out with me but where I can have my own space too.
Hi, I am a student and part-time worker looking for a place to live. I am rather easy going, whilst clean and neat in general.
Starting a new professional role in Sydney - relocating from the UK so it would be great to live with someone who can show me what Sydney has to offer :) Ideally arriving in Sydney beginning of April. I love being outdoors, cooking, swimming and nights in/out
I'm a clean, tidy working professional of mature age looking at an interstate work transfer within the next 2 weeks. Easy going, social butterfly with relaxed communication style & background in banking. When not working I'm usually at the gym or out with friends - when at home I enjoy a home cooked meal with no special dietary requirements so would be happy to share a meal amongst friends. Non smoking wine-lover especially when paired with food.
Hi I'm Saskia! I recently moved to Sydney from London. I wanted to live abroad and get some sunshine for once in my life and hopefully explore a little bit of Australia at the same time but ideally concentrate on work and would like to make some roots here in Sydney! I'm friendly, laid back/down to earth, clean/tidy, respectful of others/noise levels and I enjoy cooking. I like going out for a few drinks or to a gig with friends but I'm not a clubber anymore :) Love the outdoors and the sea. I'm a Printed Textiles Designer and looking to get into Interior Design here in Australia. Hoping to meet like minded people to share a house with. X

Hi, we're moving to Sydney from London and looking to find a great place in the inner west suburbs-Balmain/Rozelle or lower north shores area. Keen to live with like-minded, easy-going people who're keen for a laugh but also reliable and considerate other other housemates etc. About us: Mark (English) is a 28yo professional who loves his sport, likes a beer and loves to cook! Jen (Scottish) also 28, works in banking, likes going to the gym, chilling out watching tv and enjoys a cheeky gin from time to time! We're both pretty chilled out, easy to get on with and respectful of other housemates etc. Looking to find somewhere to move in from end of April. Cheers, Mark & Jen
I'm Tina and female/33yrs old. Looking to move in the next month or two in the north shore/northern beaches suburbs. I would be open to moving somewhere over the other side of the the bridge and getting out of the north shore bubble however I work full time in Cammeray and love the location! I've lived with a few people before and am clean, tidy, respectful and love a laugh and am very easy going. If I sound like someone you could live with, feel free to message me. Looking forward in hearing from you!!
Hey! My name is Amy and I'm a 20 year old university student. I am studying international studies at UNSW and work two jobs in the city. I am properly house trained meaning I know how to clean up after myself. Can't wait to hear from you :)
25 year old who works full time in the city. Currently living in Wollongong and looking to move to Sydney. I'm looking to team up with someone and get a two bedroom unit together, preferably in or close to Drummoyne. Pretty quiet during the working week and love to spend my weekends socialising with my friends. Love a good Netflix binge. I would love to be friends with my new roommate but also understand the need for personal space. I'm pretty easy going and love having a laugh! Also a very tidy person and would appreciate someone who was the same. I have all the furnishings for a unit so you'd only need to bring your own bedroom furniture. I can be flexible with the moving date.
Fun, friendly, long time sharer of houses, with no complaints thus far and plenty of good friends made along the way. Melbourne > Sydney via a few stints living and working in a few different countries. Lefty lawyer, music & animal lover (will walk your dog), festival goer, into politics/social justice but also meditation and yoga, usually out and about at social activities or some obscure art/ethics/spirituality/science/tech event during the week and often off camping and hiking on the weekends. Ideally looking for like minded people and a house with lots of laughter that's a short walk to the beach. I need parking and a fairly decent sized bedroom to fit my regular as well as my fancy dress clothes =) Queer and all nationalities friendly.
Hi there, We relocated from London to Adelaide 2 years ago and we just moved to Sydney, as my husband obtained a new position here. We are looking for accommodation with good transport links to the CBD and with on- or off-street car parking for residents - willing to extend our stay. We are responsible, non-smokers, hygiene conscious, respectful, polite, friendly and enjoy a good conversation! We also appreciate our own time! Thank you for taking the time to view our profile and we look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes, Ashaki & David
My Name is Julia, I am 20 years old and from Germany. I am searching for a room in a flat not too far from Sydney CBD (max. 30 min drive) with young people. I think I am a nice person to live with because I am not loud, tidy, helpful and friendly. I like to be by myself sometimes to relax, but I would be more than happy to have some friendly, open minded flatmates to hang out with sometimes. When it comes to leisure time, I am really open to many things: I like to go shopping in the city; chill at Darling Harbour, Hyde Park or the beaches; go to bars to have a drink, play games, sing Karaoke; eat Asian food; enjoy the city at night and generally get to know all of Sydney with all its beaches and suburbs. Generally I love to spend a lot of time outside, but I love a stay-at-home-night-watching-movies too.
Hi! My name is Floor (short for Florence) and I'm a friendly, easy going, creative girl from The Netherlands :) I love drawing, exploring, listening to music, cooking and hanging out with friends. I'll be studying at SCA this semester and I'm looking for a nice home and would love to make new friends. Invite me over to your home for some Dutch 'gezelligheid'! I'll always be there when you fall - Floor ;)
A Remedial Therapist with a background in Design and Advertising, I am quiet, very clean and respectful of space. I will be studying full time (day and night) in Sydney for 3 months, and I am looking for a furnished place to live within 30mins travel time of Sydney centre. Currently running a business in Port Douglas, Qld.
I'm a 31 year old guy originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland. I've lived in Sydney for just over 3 years and work full time in finance at Circular Quay, working usual office hours. I'm easy going and friendly.. During the week I like to hit the gym after work or chill out, enjoying cooking with a bottle of red or catching a movie. I enjoy a few beers at the weekend, going to the beach in summer or hiking/cycling in winter.
Hello there, I am from Perth originally and recently I've decided to make a big life change and moved to Sydney. So I've sold everything I had in Perth and came to Sydney with a few suit case and two dogs. I have no friends or family in Sydney and would definitely like to share a place with like minded people and possibly meet some people along the way. My only family are my dogs. I have two small crossbreed dogs. A Pomeranian x poodle and a shitzu x Tibetan spaniel. Both are 6 years old and well trained. They are indoor dogs and loves food, kisses and cuddles. Both dogs are hypoallergenic and are indoor dogs. I am a young professional (age 29) finding my way in this fast pace city. I am very clean and tidy. Some may say I am a clean freak. I rarely go out but seeing that I am in Sydney, definitely would love to see the city a little bit more whether it is at night or day time providing that we don't have work. I like to hang out and chill at the beach as well. I am adventurous and spontaneous, usually I don't ponder around and wait for things to happen. I would like to meet and live with like minded people and share my journey living in Sydney together and to make the house a homely feel. Definitely would like to rent a house / townhouse together with someone rather than renting a room, however, beggars can't be choosers. Preferably a house / townhouse rather than an apartment. Thank you for reading :)
Hello everyone! I'm looking for a house share in CBD or close to CBD or North Sydney. I am an accountant and work in finance in CBD. I'm an easy going person and enjoy hanging out with friends, love food, cooking and fond of pubs/bars. I enjoy cooking and like to stay fit and workout regularly. Like to spend time chilling out watching movies/netflix when free. I would be up for a good laugh and time with my housemates but I respect personal space and privacy too. I like my place to be clean and organised at an appropriate level. A Non smoker. I would prefer staying with working professionals. I'm a sociable guy and would be very keen to move in with housemates I can be friends with (essential). A dog in the house will be a bonus. I would love to hear from you if you feel I will be a good fit.
Hello there! My name's Steven, but you can call me Steve. I currently work a full-time office job at an appliance retailer, but I am a creative at heart. I love to watch and write about films, to the extent that I review every film I see, old or new. I am a storyteller and jester by nature, and would love to live in a house where the vibe is communal and friendly. I was a bit sceptical about joining a sharehouse with "randoms" after trawling through those Facebook groups where people write their listings with a disingenuous veneer of professionalism. You can attract sensible people to your vacancy without a throwaway line to emphasise, "This is not a party house." I'm not interested in the "cheeky wine" you all have when you're not working. Feeling like a wine is not a breach of propriety. In essence, I'd love to live in a relaxed household that is more than the sum of its bedrooms. I am clean, organised, and am a huge fan of Leaving Things How I Found Them. I'd prefer to live in a house with no more than two other people, but the right housemates could sway me to reconsider. Living in walking distance to a train station is also desired. Cue Steven Wright: "Everywhere is within walking distance if you have the time." Other things I'm interested in include: - Seeing live music - Brunch outings - Rugby league and tennis. I'm indifferent to all other sports. - Reading - Going to art galleries/exhibitions Well, I hope I've endeared myself to at least one person here. Feel free to slap me over the head if I sound too picky. Apart from a one month stint of house-sitting in Petersham last year, I have always lived at home. I am a little bit nervous but mostly excited to throw myself into the vast unknown. :)
I'm a film Coordinator moving out from Camden. I work in Chippendale. I have got my own bedroom furniture, I'm tidy, non-smoker. Love all sorts of music, I have a massive film collection and I enjoy a few drinks but I like to keep the party outside and chill in the evenings.
Hi, My name is Nadia and I am an easy going Polish girl in her 20's who is looking for a friendly house to move in. I will be studding fine arts full-time and working part-time. I have been living in shared accommodation for the past years. I get along very well with all kinds of people, and I am always respecting house rules. I am also a huge movie buff, who enjoys good live music in my free time. I am able to move in from the 8th of February. Looking forward to hearing from you, Nadia
An Englishman living abroad who is trying to find a friendly bunch of people to live with and hopefully have some great times ! Working full time as a project manager in Balmain and looking to move in to a place where my housemates are after a friend as well as someone to live with. Love trying new and exciting foods and more importantly cooking for people so if you've had a long day at work, there's a good chance it could be made easier. A big fan of going for a few beers after work or having a nice glass of wine whilst watching some weird and wonderful TV series on Netflix or Stan. My speciality is British Comedy so hopefully we can chuck a few dvds in when we run out of episodes on Netflix. Spend a lot of time in the week at work and looking at joining the gym/a rugby team in the local area so therefore won't be around loads in the week but I do have occasional weekends at home so would like to see new and exciting places around Australia. Very open to meeting people who are after someone to join them on their adventures but also understand having your own time is important ! Especially after a long week. Anyway, I hope to hear from you all and if you would like to know anything else, I'm an open book !
Work more or less full time thru the week and have college in the evenings, would be spending very little time at home during the week. I work as a Bicycle mechanic enjoy mountain biking, and staying fit. I'm studying at Uni and keep myself busy between the above two things. During the week I volunteer at an Op-Shop as a Handyman, and enjoy working doing home projects. Can solve most electrical, and other house kinda issues... Basically useful. I'm mostly on here looking for people to Team-up and start a house over the Long-term. Ideally a year or longer. I do have a couple of people interested, my current room mate may also decide to join-in to the house. But neither of them have confirmed. Clean, tidy, lived in a share house, happy to roster a cleaning routine, respectful of another person's space and things, friendly. Open and happy to host pets. Get in touch and can figure out the rest...
Hi, I'm Emily :-) I am a young professional looking for accommodation near my work in Bulimba. SOUTH SIDE ONLY (I hate tolls and traffic - but don't we all??) I work full time and attend evening classes at uni so I am rather busy. I am in my final year at uni studying Business majoring in Advertising and Marketing and need a housemate who is respectful and mindful of my commitments and will not be excessively noisy or often have parties. I have most weekends off as I also work casually at Bunnings on Saturdays. On the weekends I do have off, if I'm not studying, I love to draw, paint, bake and get out and about and explore Brisbane :-) I don't have any pets but would love to get a dog if cicumstances allowed! Although I love pets, I am allergic to cats and would not be able to live with one. I am in a relationship and I would like for my boyfriend to stay some nights. I would also be spending some nights at his. I am very flexible with move in dates as I am currently living with family. It is essential that my bedroom has air conditioning as I have a health condition that is aggravated by heat. I am very respectful of other people's possessions and space and like to keep my space clean and tidy. Furnished or unfurnished doesn't bother me as I have furniture but can leave it with family.
Hi all, My name is bella, I'm 23 and am working full time in the TV industry and am looking to move closer to the city and reduce some travel time. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a glass of wine every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. I would be interested in a team up and trying to find a place and start off fresh in a new place. If you would be up for something like that definitely message me and we can go from there. Feel free to message me and we can have a chat and see what works! Thanks, bella
Hey future flatmates! I've moved up from Melbourne for a new position in banking/IT in Barangaroo. I can stay with family while I search so am semi-flexible with dates. I'll be moving up with just my personal things so happy to have a furnished house but furnish my own room. I'm originally from Canada (near Vancouver). I'm laid back, enjoy a clean home (and of course help with all the chores, no roster necessary!), and cook a few times a week when I'm not out. Would like to live in a non-smoking home, not a party home, but am happy to have a wine (or two!). Also love going to the gym/running, brunch, and any random fun activities I can get my hands on. Pretty new to all the different suburbs so not sure exactly what I'm looking for, so feel free to message me if you think I'd be a good fit! Something close to the city (I'll be working in Barangaroo) would be ideal. I also have a car that I would super love to be able to park off the street but either way, if there's street parking then I'll take that too.
