My lease runs out on the 16th of January so I need a new place to move in to! Open to moving into an existing share house or starting a new lease. As I've just moved to Sydney, it would be nice to move in with some like minded people who I can be friends with. A bit about me: I'm 22 years old and I'm studying a Bachelor of Communication Design. I'm easy going, down to earth, motivated, fun and social. I enjoy getting outside, staying fit and active, hanging out with my friends and just relaxing. Let me know if you have a room or are interested in teaming up to find one :) Thanks, Ellie
Young working professional. Clean and tidy. Reliable - pay all my bills on time everytime. Respectful of space and privacy. Enjoy a chat after the work day. Easy going. Very easy to get along with. Respectful of all cultural diversities. Fulltime worker in the city.
I am a professional makeup artist looking to move back to Sydney. Around the house I am quiet and like my own personal space but down for a chat over dinner and drinks. I am clean and can cook.
I have recently moved back to Sydney after spending a long, cold 8 months in Melbourne for work! Glad to be back home and in time for summer!! I am a vibrant and outgoing professional who leads a very busy lifestyle. I am always out and about socialising with friends or at work functions, but also appreciate 'down time' and value my own space to. I do travel a lot for work, so when I'm home I like things to be relaxed. I would prefer to establish a friendship with my flatmate rather then it being just a "share house", and although I enjoy a wine and dinner with my roomie on a regular basis, I am not interested in a party house, those days for me are long gone. As my weeks are always hectic (I'm generally exhausted by Friday), weekends are spent at the beach, catching up with friends or short weekends away up the coast seeing family. I am fit, love the gym and being outdoors. I am very rarely home....ideal flatmate! Things you can expect from me are: Respectful - Very considerate of you and your personal space Domesticated - I am very house proud and I like clean and tidy household Chef - When I do get time to cook, I make Jamie Oliver look like an amateur Reliable, honest and fun I am ideally seeking a like minded professional to share a great place with. I am open to team-ups as I have a storage unit full of furniture to use, otherwise it will all be sold. Looking forward to hearing from you!! N xx
Hi, Looking for a place between Macquarie Park and the city that is easily accessible by public transport and close to shops/cafes. I work in IT, I'm easy going, and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy but also understands that it is a home. I'm up for a laugh and chat and most would say that i have a good sense of humor; (I'm also a little nerdy in my own way). I'm usually out on Fridays and Saturdays. I try to stay fit and eat well but I also like going to cafes, going out, and socializing. I like travel/adventure and try to squeeze in some of my hobbies (including hiking, meditating, photography/drawing) for some balance. I try to do something active after work though, though I usually just unwind at home. I'm pet friendly (i like dogs, and I've lived with cats before); I enjoy taking dogs for walks or just chilling with a cat. Looking for a place to share with people who are relaxed have similar lifestyles.
Hello! :), my name is Wojtek I am a 28yo Polish guy, running a small home improvement business. I am coming back to Sydney on the 2nd of November, after 3 months of holiday in Europe. I am interested in a private room for 6 months, but if necessary I am willing to rent for shorter periods. I lived in Sydney already for 6 years. I have been already renting rooms and I know the rules. I am easy going, clean, tidy and respectful. Non smoker, drinking occasionally. Please contact me on email, because I have different phone number while I am overseas. Cheers :)
20 years old from Denmark, looking for a place to stay from february to june (5 months). I'm a fun, relaxed and clean person who likes to go out in the weekends, but also to stay at home and enjoy some good wine and company.
23 year old from QLD moving to Sydney for grad school. I am looking for some fun, friendly people to move in with. I value cleanliness and I can cook - I would really like to find people who are sociable and enjoy chatting / activities with flatmates balanced with doing your own thing. Hobbies include travelling, learning languages, cooking, outdoor activities and exploring new places. Bonus points if you have pets I can cuddle, but it's not a deal breaker! I have lived out of home (including overseas) since I finished school so I am definitely house-share trained, and I can provide four years of proof of paying rent reliably. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can have my own space/privacy but also flatmates who I can chat to and become friends with too (moving away from all my friends and family). I can sign on to a lease any time from late November but I probably wouldn't physically move until after Christmas. Just message me if you have any questions :)
Hi! I'm 22 and currently looking for 1 good house mate! I'm living at home at the moment (last 6 months) but I've rented in Sydney for 4 years with great agent references. I work full time and play lots of sport and go to the gym everyday. I'm studying too! So you won't see a lot of me. I don't smoke and I like a good wine and a chat whenever I can!
Hey I'm Anna, illustrator and 3D artist from Germany, about to move to Sydney. Since I'm looking to get a full time position in Sydney, I probably won't be home a lot. I've lived in shared apartments for nearly 6 years and always liked hanging out together with a glass of wine, going out or just having a conversation but if you need your own time I will stay out of your way, sometimes I need time to myself as well. I'm looking forward to see what it's like to live in Sydney for a longer period of time and I am quite open to the place's area. A private room would be great, everything else shared is perfect though. I'm tidy, outgoing and I naturally am a very happy person. In my free time I like to draw a lot, work out, cook, enjoy Australia's nature and travel. To meet lots of new people is something I am so excited about, so if you feel like you'd enjoy living with me or if you have any questions please let me know, I'd be very pleased to hear from you!
I am a Retoucher/Fitness photographer. Spent my working career in Advertising. Now I shoot fitness competitors for a living. Love the outdoors, beach anything that gets me away from the computer. I have a small 14 yr old small dog Belle. She basically sleeps all day after I walk her in the morn. She loves people and other dogs. I love fitness, go to gym 4-5 x p/w, like the occasional social drink and basically love to have a good laugh at the end of the day.
I'm a final year law/commerce student from Canberra, taking a job in Sydney from early December - late February (looking to move in mid/late November). I'm hoping to stay in Sydney for the rest of 2017 although this isn't confirmed! I'm easy going and pretty active, love going hiking and exploring and I'm always (usually) keen for a workout. I love meeting new people, not a party animal but won't say no to a glass of wine or a few!
very respectful of the person/s I live with . Love animals if there happens to be one . I engage with those whom I might live with and also enjoy my own company . I wouldn't be sitting on the couch every time you walked in:) i have an active social life . I never leave dishes in the sink? tidy up after myself and i have to say that I am very easy to live with
Hey potential roomie! I'm a graphic designer from Queensland, and I've been in Sydney since December living in Erskineville. I love the area but I'm ready for a move and I'm happy to live anywhere. I work in Surry Hills near Museum station so anywhere close to the trains will be great for me! I'm bubbly and outgoing, as well as extremely clean and considerate of other peoples' space and privacy. I would like to live with people who have the same values and will pull their weight around the house with cleaning. I'm extremely house proud and would suit living with someone with the same ideals. Ideally I'd love my own bathroom after previous bad experiences with sharing. I work out everyday at 6am, so ideally I'd love to live within walking distance of an F45 gym. I'm not a party animal, but I'd love to share with someone who likes to have fun and will have a wine or two with me on occasion! I work out everyday and live a healthy lifestyle, I also love to cook, travel and be creative.
Hey there, I'm a very tidy, reliable and outgoing person who loves to socialise over a drink or two. I love to meet new people, cook and relax in my downtime when i'm not working. I am working full-time as a LED Screen Technician and have my own transport.
I am an easy going, friendly and active professional looking for an unfurnished room in Balmain/Rozelle. I'm originally from the north coast of NSW and aside from a stint in the UK I have been living in Sydney's Inner West for about 10 years. By day I am an Urban Planner working in Parramatta and on week nights and weekends you can usually find me on a netball court somewhere or embracing my new-found interest of trail running. I enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail (or two!), cups of tea, the beach and bush walks and am happy to sit and have a chat or do my own thing. I pay my bills on time, don't leave a mess, cook smelly food or have any weird habits.
Hi guys. My amazing 3.5 month trip through South America has come to an end and now it's time to find a humble abode to call home. I land back in Sydney on the 27th October and I have awesome friends that have offered to put me up until I find a place. I'm a super chilled 32 year old guy, I work in sales for a small group adventure travel company, I travel interstate a couple of times a month for work and I will probably start to pick up a few shifts at a bottle shop to help pay off some of my credit card debt. Between all of this, I have a girlfriend that lives on the northshore, I gym, l enjoy going out for meals with friends and I love to hit the beach or go on bush walks over the weekends. When I'm home, I love to chill out with a glass of wine, a few beers, a doobie and chew the fat with my fellow flatmates. I have a car so on street parking at the least is a must. If there is no parking or if I have to drive around the neighbourhood for half an hour to find parking, your place isn't for me. My girlfriend may stay on occasions but I'm respectful to my housemates and understand she is not contributing to the household rent. Maybe she may stay one or two nights max but she is cool and also loves wine. I've been flat sharing for over 10 years now. A good flat mate in my opinion is someone chilled, clean, respectful, reliable and happy to clean after themselves. Ideally you would not be highly strung, happy to share a bottle of wine on a weekend and if you're into cricket, perfect. Some of my best friends currently have been ex flatmates. Thanks guys!!! #### PLEASE NOTE I AM CURRENTLY OVERSEAS UNTIL THURSDAY NIGHT 27th OCT AND I CURRENTLY DONT HAVE A MOBILE NUMBER ####
Hey! I'm Courtney, 23 years old, born and bred in Sydney. I am a veterinary nurse taking a new step in my career doing emergency work. I am looking for a place because my old job was a live-in position - and If I'm not working there, I can't live there. Obviously this means I am a huge animal lover, but I also love to paint, box, binge on netflix, and go to the beach in my spare time. I'm a pretty relaxed person with a healthy respect for other people's space. I'm not the type of girl who is going to bring a million people into your home, but I don't mind hosting guests either. I'm also happy to contribute to taking care of any household pets (you know, within reason). If you have a place for me in your home I would love to hear from you!
Hi there! Looking for a short term (8-10 weeks) private room, preferably close to city (Glebe, Rozelle, Surry Hills, Newtown etc). I am tidy and quiet, although I do love sharing a meal, coffee, stories of the day over tea, or saving the world over a beer. Have the respect to leave the common areas as I find them, if not better. I study and work and go out for hiking, jogging, yogaing or for a swim whenever I can. A sunny day is wasted indoors! (Did I mention I'd been living in Germany and it means I go crazy about replenishing vitamin-D supplies when possible). Home is a place to come back to chill after a busy/active day. Friendly flatmates on top of it would be only heavenly <3 I can move in anytime after the 1st of Nov. Best, Nagi
I work as a Marketing Executive in the CBD. Just relocated here. I'm really easy going and tidy. I'm from Ireland, I'm 24 and absolutely love food, keeping active and hanging out with friends. Let me know if there is anything else you'd like to know. Looking to live with people that are also easy going and friendly. That don't mind sitting down to have a drink every so often. I am a very social person but appreciate other's space. Since I have just moved it would be more suitable to find a furnished place.
Hi guys, my name is Ash and Im looking for a home! Im a full time physio, and like to relax when I get home. Im clean, easy going and always up for a chat/dinner with my housemates. I'd love to find a place that is tidy and friendly.
Hi, I'm Catherine, I am currently a student studying Psychological Science at College in the City. I also work during the week in child care. I am looking for long term accommodation in the inner western suburbs of Drummoyne, Gladesville, Lane Cove, Putney, Ryde, Balmain and Rozelle. I have previously lived in a share house with 3 other people, with split bills etc. I am clean, independent, easy to get along with and don't mind socialising with others in the house.
***Preference is for somewhere with garage or security off street parking*** Hey all!! I am a pro musician I am also psychotherapist with a clinic in Elizabeth St Sydney I am an electrician by trade I have also taken on university this year too like there wasn't enough to do!! :-) Re: the music I don't have loud stuff going on at home... I work most nights and often in late Therapy- The practice is 1 - 2 Electrician - non-practicing Generally, I work a lot, and all self-employed..(for the last 15 years) Chilled and relaxed happy to go with the flow mostly. Non smoker Usually, like the gym vibe, although am way outta shape and my usual routine at the moment. Previous flatmates have become life long friends... For the past 6 years had exclusively female flatmates I like clean and tidy not to the point of OCD, and am definitely ok with the occurrences of life, but yeah, clean tidy is good... (preference is to get a cleaner) Generally, with food, I do my own thing mainly as I am always in and out but also of the ilk if I have something there and you want it/some, then all in for sharing and caring too Not a party person am usually too busy with work and Uni! But happy for guests / partners and all that etc Looking for homey vibe so that, partners and or friends are welcome and neither of us have to get a permission note every time someone visits Chill and easy going Have listed 6-month option But gotta be practical ie if the vibe is cool and everything works then longer but also if it isn't, no point sticking it out and living in space that isn't comfortable for all!! Looking for somewhere with garage / or security parking
I am laid back, highly traveled internationally guy moving from New Zealand, but who's originally from the USA a loooong time ago. I work as an IT consultant (like many people do) in the banking industry, but I also have vastly wide things in life that I enjoy doing like aviation, arts, enjoying good music, beach bumming and exploring with my motorcycle. I can cook pretty good too or so I am told. I don't smoke and rarely drink much. I am keen to move into a flat where rents include furniture & all bills (incl. internet) with some cool back people for a few months while my partner here in New Zealand gets ready to join me. Cheers. PS. I am physically in NZ now, but arriving in Sydney on Sunday, 30/10. My Aussie cel doesn't reach me here so please send me a message via Flatmates and I will call you back from here. Cheers.
My name is Akseli. (Looking for a place in Sydney near the city or beach) I come from the other side of this planet from a little place called Finland. (I come in peace!) I'm easy going and I don't take life too seriously. What you can expect when living with me? -Prepare to have some kick ass food at home (I'm a cook and I'm willing to teach you to cook too) -House will be clean (I'm very clean person and I like the house to be clean) -Trustworthy flatmate (You can count on me) -A fun person to hangout with (I like to have a drink, play pool, go to the beach, explore and experience new things etc.) Something else about me? -My passion is music (I make hip hop instrumentals) -I like to film and take pictures (I'm not that great at it yet but it's fun) A very good quote: ''Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.'' - Bernard M. Baruch
Clean, sociable and respectful housemate. Love a glass of wine and a chat in the evenings, but keep it very low-key on weeknights. Not keen on a massive party house. I work full time in marketing in the CBD. On my weekends I like to start off slow in the mornings, read a book or watch a good movie with housemates, explore the suburb's surroundings and go out for a meal or a drink. I've lived in sharehouses for five years now and all have been really great experiences. Never had beef with housemates and I appreciate living with people who aren't looking for beef either (unless it's steak). Let's meet up and chat. Cheers, Bonnie
Hi, I'm 33 years old fitness professional. Looking for nice space with good communication to CBD where I work. Polish girl born in Melbourne, came here again after 27 years in Warsaw last year. Hi! I'm Nicole, I'm 23 and I am currently working as a professional dancer.I've just come back from Europe with three girlfriends and I'm currently living with my family on the central coast. I am constantly driving to and from the city for work and it's taking up too much time and petrol in my life. I am clean, always willing to help out. I enjoy going out and socialising and meeting new people, but also enjoy my own personal space and am always respectful of others space.

I am 30 years old moving from Melbourne to Sydney. I just got a 6 month contract to work in the CBD. I work in financial services. I am clean, tidy, sociable and respectful. I'll be heading to Sydney this weekend and would love to move in a.s.a.p. Please kindly advise if you would have a room/bed for me. Thank you. Kind Regards, RJ
Hi! Relaxed, friendly and I've been told...easy to live with. Full time professional. Like my space but enjoy sharing a meal or a drink now and then as we would be sharing a home. Out with friends a lot but do like the occasional weekend in.Considerate of personal space. No mad parties but I'll consider coming to yours. Love tennis and the outdoors. A nice pub, a bar and a good scotch and music. I don't usually cook. I 'assemble' or grill but love cooking a nice meal every now and then to share. Accepting of people with the exception of someone lacking bathroom hygiene. If you are not one of them, I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Hello there, I'm Indonesian just starting my working holiday. I've just arrived in Sydney this week and been looking for flatmates/roommates. I've got few room sharing experiences. The last one, I shared a house with five persons during my study in Holland for one year until I graduated recently. So I can tell I'm accustomed to international diversity. I'm also open minded, neat, and clean. I know it sounds a bit narcissistic but you're welcome to prove me wrong. For leisure time, I sometimes digest Camus' and go jogging. Also, currently addicted to With Confidence.
I am a Brazilian Architecture and Urban Design student and I will be in Sydney for an exchange semester at UTS. I am a very curious person and I am constantly looking for new experiences, I am always up for the craziest things just for the sake of having lived them. I am very open minded, easy-going and talkative. I am a clean person, but I am not a clean freak. I'm not a chef but I like to cook sometimes and I like to share meals with other people. I would never treat anyone badly just because I am having a bad day and it is extremely important to me that my flatmates act the same. About the things I do for fun... first and foremost I love traveling and meeting new people! :) I intend to travel a lot when I'm in Australia. I also love parties, concerts and bars. I go out pretty much every evening. Besides that I like swimming, running and I'm a beginner at circus practices such as silks and trapeze. I love camping and going to the beach.

Hi Everyone, I'm very easy going, neat, organised, down to earth and respectful of people's lives and others personal space. I'd like to find a room mate with the same mindset who can also enjoy a nice chat or a glass of wine. I like to work on my fitness, I'm a foodie therefore I'm fond of cooking as well as a good cup of coffee. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time with my friends and family, love the outdoors, traveling and listening to good music by the ocean shore as well as dancing to Latin music. I speak several European languages 4 Latin and two Germanic and of course English : ) Due to my current job I've come back to Sydney. I'm a language and software trainer. I'm planning to move to a place close to work (CBD) mid December. I currently hold a lease at a beautiful place next to North Sydney. I could keep the lease if I find someone interested in sharing the space. You'd have your own bedroom + ensuite + terrace (shared) Drop me a line if you feel this might interest you
I'm a very clean organised tidy individual who has come over to Australia from the UK to work for The little Marionette coffee Roastery in Sydney. I am also a keen cyclist and a non smoker! I have no problems with pets and love to cook.
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv
I'm a 26 year old full-time graphic designer. I have a beauiful Kelpie X named Erik; he's house-trained, obedience trained, gets plenty of exercise and stays outdoors when I'm at work. My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Looking for a relaxed, friendly household, I've been living in sharehouses for the past 8 years, so very good at cleaning up after myself! Would love to hear from you.
Well...as I'm sure every Irish person says we're absolutely great craic! We've just spent the last 10 months traveling through South America and New Zealand so we've plenty of skills and stories to share. We're both adventurous, outdoorsy, sporty and are always up for a laugh! We love a good party but are happy to chill out too. We're both nurses so we would be hoping for somewhere close to a train line/ bus stop and some nice roomates too :) we arrive into Sydney on October 1st!
Hi we're a young professional couple, easy going, tidy and keen to meet new people. We're reasonably active with our two dogs that love hanging around with people. Our background is South American and Australian. PS We do 2 pizza Fridays ;)

I'm looking for a suitable backyard with a grassed area for him. I work full-time based in Bondi. Have just sold my property and looking to move closer to work. Im very clean and respectful of other people's space and property.
Hi, I am soon on my way to Sydney to do a fieldwork for my master's thesis in social anthropology. I will arrive on the 4th of November and have found a place where I can stay until the 12th of Nobember while I am searching for something more long term. My plan is to stay for three months. A little bit about me: I am 31 years old and from Stockholm, Sweden. I have a lot of interest but some of them are health, art (both creating and enjoy other's), music (mostly electronic and house), working out and travelling. Love spending time with friends but also enjoy my space. I am trustworthy, respectful, independent, open minded and easy going. Also vegan but have no problem living with someone who is not.
Hey there! Fun, friendly, and fresh from London; I'm looking to meet new friends in Sydney. Easy going, sociable and like to hang out at the weekend but also relish the quiet times chilling at home. Clean and tidy! Just been travelling for the last few months around Asia, New Zealand and Australia. I work in PR and will be doing this in Sydney. I'm an active person and enjoy my workouts. I'm into live music, going to the cinema and lazy days in the park.
