Hello there! The name's Timothy. Tim for short. Timot for medium. I'm a lawyer working full-time in the CBD. I'm looking for a place to live in the Inner West with good public transport access. I'm a bit of a clean freak - so you don't have to worry about me trashing the place. You won't see much of me on weekdays. I'm an early riser, and I usually spend my evenings working, reading, or listening to nerdy podcasts. Nevertheless, I try to get out of the house on weekends, and I always make and effort to be social with my housemates. I will not be bringing any pets (the horse will not be joining us), but I am an animal lover, so certainly don't mind if you have pets. If not, I will just befriend the resident Huntsman spider. I will single-handedly smash a cheeseboard.
Hi! I'm Irene, a 26 years old Spanish. I am currently in Sydney studying for 3-4 months and I'm looking for a room in a shared house. I am calm, clean, tidy and responsible. I am very respectful with others and I expect the same with me. I don't smoke (and no drugs) and I prefer to live in a smoke free house. I am quiet and I don't like parties. What I expect from future flatmates is respect and keep common areas clean since I don't care about how others have their bedrooms. I usually do everything by my own without disturbing anybody but I don't mind to socialise some times having a chat or a meal if the other wants too.
Hey Hey everyone!! My name's Kurt and I'm a 28 year old Aussie guy looking for my next house/apartment/phone booth/pizza box to live in and some amaaaazing housemates to share this crazy ride of life with. I'm relocating to Sydney for work - I work full time in higher education in the CBD and promise I'm not a crazy teacher (ok not too crazy anyways :) ). I'm looking for an unfurnished room (I have all bedroom furniture) and have some other furniture that I can bring as well if it's needed for the place (fridge, table and chairs, excellent sandwich press etc) or can sell if it’s not needed. When I'm at home I'm always up for a chat or beverage, but also know the importance of personal space. I love taking it easy after work, watching some Netflix (or Stan - let's be honest Stan is kicking butt these days) or just reading a good book. In my time off, I'll often be out with friends, finding new places to eat and explore, playing paintball, riding my motorbike or getting my nerd on playing some Xbox. I’m currently looking at moving in around the 23rd of March but am keen to come and meet any potential housemates/look at places to live before this (aka this weekend). If I sound like someone who may be a good fit for your place, let me know and I would love to come and check it out or tell you more about me! Cheers! K. :)
Hello :-) I am a marketing professional, 29 years old and have just moved from the UK to Sydney so looking for a friendly and sociable house share. Hello! I'm 26, am originally from Adelaide, and have been living and working in Sydney for 2.5 years. I'm an actor and I work as an entertainer at a children's hospital and also at the Opera House. Along with work, I study screen acting and pick up the odd theatre gig which keeps me busy. I really value my down time at home and need most evenings after work to recharge. I love sharing a meal and watching a movie with housemates every now and then. On my days off I'm hanging out with friends, watching movies, exploring a beach, kayaking, or relaxing at home and meal prepping - I'm vegan and love to cook! I'm super easy-going, very tidy, and usually pretty silly :) I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM in a flat or share house. I'm looking to upgrade my current living space and looking for somewhere bigger, nicer, and cleaner. Secure car parking is a bonus! Living with water views or a beautiful backyard would be the BEST
Hi, I have recently moved to Sydney. I have a master of public health (MPH) degree from the University of Melbourne. I am a public health professional. Young at heart working professional, I'm a clean individual (mess = chaos) and I always pay rent/bills on time. I can be an introvert at times, but I'm always respectful of others at all times. I also like to chill with a beer or three every now and then. I love football, cars, motor racing, cars, photography, gaming and cars. I'm currently living in Brisbane in a share house of five, however I will be relocating to Sydney for my current employer in around 4-8 weeks (based in Smithfield). I'm looking for an unfurnished room as I have room furniture, preferably with some built in robes. I also have a washing machine, tv and lounge chair, along with a few household items (vacuum, steam mop etc.). I'm also looking for ideally a garage/carport space for overnight parking, or off street parking as a minimum for my Subaru WRX. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers,
Friendly, independent and respectful of others and expect the same in return. Consider myself a social person but also love my own space as well. I enjoy cooking and the outdoors. I do have a small dog that I would love to have with me.
