We‘re two German girls who have just graduated and are now traveling through Australia on a Working Holiday Visa. We‘re funny, open-minded and very interested in other countries and their citizens. We want to experience Melbourne‘s every day life. In order to travel further through Australia we want to work in Melbourne. We’re looking for a nice apartment with friendly flatmates that maybe even want to join our travels.
Hello everyone! I'm Charlotte, a marketing professional looking for a place to live in Sydney! I grew up in Adelaide, went to university on the gold coast and I have also lived in sweden for a little bit too! 🇸🇪 I love cooking and music and I am friendly and easygoing. I'm not looking for a party house but somewhere a bit more relaxed where I can call home. I love having flatmate dinners and am very neat and tidy. Looking forward to hearing from you all soon! 😊
Hey :) My names Jax, im 31yr old, super chill aussie girl, originally from wollongong, however have lived in sydney for 9yrs, and have also been living in a ski town in canada for the past 2.5years. Ive been back living in sydney since september, in Chippendale. Am keen for somewhere with a little less city, a little more nature. I work full time in the city as an Executive Assistant at Ticketek, so have been fully abusing my perks for free tickets since I started haha. I trrrry to go to the gym to burn off all the chocolate I eat, so Im pretty low key during the week, and generally just watch netflix:) I love snowboarding, the beach, hiking, music, travelling, festivals, movies, drinks and just doing social things. Still like going out on the weekends, however would never bring the party back home. Ive lived in quite a few share houses in both sydney and Canada, so know how to respect everyone's privacy and space and can confirm I know how to clean up after myself :) I actually did housekeeping while living in Canada, so know how to clean a house... but definitely in no way OCD. Just hoping to find a nice place to live, with some chill housemates. I've always been super lucky and been friends with my housemates, would be awesome to find the same again! In saying that, I have friends in sydney and family/friends back home in wollongong so also have my own life and do my own thing :) Can of course pay Bond/rent up front, and am very flexible with a move in date! Any other questions just ask Thanks, Jax
Hola! I'm Vanessa, a 27 year old, champagne lover, pun enthusiast and full-time publicist. I work in Barangaroo and in my free time love getting out and about exploring Sydney and its surrounds. I'm an early bird who'll get up and out of the house, but also love heading home at the end of the day to relax and unwind with a great book and a glass of vino. I'm very neat and tidy and take pride in having a warm and welcoming home. I'm looking to move in with a flatmate who shares this same ethos, enjoys having the occasional get together, and will be respectful of shared spaces. If this sounds like you and you'd like to team up to share a space in Lilyfield/Rozelle/Balmain/Leichhardt, I'd love to hear from you!
I am a male in his last 20s. I work in a MNC (IT- Software Engineer). I am travelling to Sydney for my Company's project for 3 months. My office would be in Balmain and I prefer an accommodation in Balmain. I do not smoke. And I am a social person. My basic requirements are: Private room, Bed and Mattress, Kitchen and Washing Machine and Fan or AC in room.
I'm a neat and quiet, reliable person to live with. I work full time and I don't smoke. I'm no party animal but I still like to be social. I want to live with roommates who are like-minded. =) I like to spend my free time split between hanging out at home and going out with friends. Initially I would only like to agree to renting for a period of six months, which could be extended to another six months if all goes well. I would ideally like a room with a decent amount of wardrobe space and a private bathroom/ensuite if possible in a place that is close to public transport and shops.
Hi, my name is Niklas, I'm from Germany and I'm doing my PhD in Australia and Germany simulaneously. That's why I'm looking for a flat for only 6 months because after 6 months I'm going back to Germany for a while. In my free time, I love going to the gym, playing the piano and go rock climbing. But I'm also keen for an occasional glas of wine or a beer and a good chat in the evening. Currently, I'm still in Germany, but could come for a viewing from the 31st of January.
I work full time and study full time, and I’m looking for somewhere new to call home! I’m sociable, outgoing and quite and tidy person I’m very open minded and easy to get on with and respectful to others privacy.
I am easy going, and very clean! I like to get up early to exercise a couple of days a week and chill out in my room most nights after work. I love catching up on missed TV shows and movies and would call myself a bit of a movie buff! I enjoy baking and making deserts. I am a social person and enjoy the company of others. I'm not a big drinker but do enjoy the occasional night out with friends.
We're recent graduate engineers who look for 2 rooms in Sydney. We'll be arrived on Feb 1st and start to work part-time. Stay length might be longer cause actually our visa allows 18 months to stay.
I am a 27 year old lawyer working normal hours in the CBD. Interests include reading, true crime, fitness/health beach and outdoor activities! I also love a good netflix binge and trashy tv. I generally rise early during the week, try and exercise before work cook at home and got to bed relatively early. On the weekends I try to get out and about, do the usual beach/brunch weekend activities and maybe visit my family on the central coast. I enjoy a nice glass of red wine at home as well as out and about. I'd say my partying days are behind me and I'm looking for a home with likeminded roommate/s to spend some downtown with at home.
Hey guys, we're a couple moving up to Sydney from Melbourne. We are looking for a beautiful place to call home for at least 2-3 months. We are happy to sign an agreement for up to 6months. We are both super relaxed and keep ourselves pretty well entertained, but are happy to share a meal or some wine from time to time. I (Michael, 28) am an entrepreneur and public speaker from NYC, working with the government here, to provide training to their foster parents and Mo (25) is from Perth and is a youth worker. Things we enjoy: The outdoors, road trips, bike rides, roller blading, THE BEACH and home renovation shows, LOL. Looking for like minded, easy going people who enjoy the simple (and sometimes adventurous) life. Bonus points if you know who Eckhart Tolle, or Abraham Hicks are :)
I'm a full-time working professional (currently working in the healthcare industry) moving interstate for work. I have plenty of experiences flatsharing - have lived in shared houses with both genders for the past eight years. Quick facts about me: neat and tidy and will clean up after myself, respectful of your space but cool to have a chat, relaxed and easygoing, pays bills and rent on time, not keen on a party house, loves cats. Will need a place to park my car and I'm not fussed about the availability of internet as I have my own. I am also open to the idea of short term accommodation to get me through the first few weeks while I look for a permanent place to live in. I have past rental references if you require any. I will be in Sydney from 5 March onwards, so ideally would like to move in on that day if the arrangement is a short term accommodation. Please feel free to contact me if you think I'll be a good match!
Hi, my name’s Maddy and I am from the UK. I am coming over to work and explore Sydney and surroundings for about 6 months from January, am friendly and open minded. I graduated this year with a Masters in Biology, and hope to be able to use that to work in the natural areas around Sydney. I am hoping to be able to meet some great people and make some friends, it would be great if I could share a house with some other young, friendly people, who can maybe help me explore the city. I am not very messy, and enjoy baking apple crumble. 🌸
Hi! I’m an Italian swimming coach and exercise physiologist. I work most days and when I’m not, I’m working out! Photography and cooking enthusiast. I’m very very clean and tidy! Love pets but allergic to cats! :’(
I'm an environmental noise consultant and I moonlight as a bicycle courier. I play the guitar and I can cook up a storm. I can talk about almost anything and I love getting to know the people I live with. I believe that kindness goes a long way and I like people who feel the same way. I'm looking for flatmates (or just one) to share a new place with. I like to keep things clean and I would prefer if the person I move with is willing to share the housekeeping responsibilities equally. I'm always ready for a chat and a few drinks, so of you are outgoing and generally optimistic about life, I bet we'd get a long well.
A young financial professional looking for a room close to work. Easy and social person who likes to exercise. Coming up from Melbourne, looking to settle before the 24th January.
I’m friendly, very clean and like to make new friends.
Hi there! I'm from Townsville, North Queensland, and after 5 years of living in East Asia I'm looking to start a career in Sydney. When I'm not working I love coastal walks, coffee with friends, watching movies and travel.
Hey my name is Afina, I’m 20, very social, like to stay active and love having a meal/ bev with my mates! I’m an ex basketball and rugby athlete but am currently nursing a knee injury so I do enjoy watching the NRL and union on the weekends. I will be working as a head trainer at F45 working 25-30 hours a week in Artarman so I can pay bills on time. Next January I’ll be studying at uni so I will be out of the house quite a bit trying to balance study and work. I’m super laid back and easy to get along with so feel free to hit me up if I’m someone you would want in a future housemate, cheers!
