Hey, I am looking for a room to rent for about 6 months at this stage. I'm a full time worker, enjoy to get out and about in my free time or just relax. Quiet and tidy person. Hope to hear from you :)
I am full-time employed at Era Polymers in Banksmeadow. I am looking for a place within about 5km of my work. Looking for something for 3+ months but preferably 6 or 12. I'm a friendly and social person and would like Flatmates that like the occassional drink, an arvo at the beach or just a good chat. Also like quiet time too and generally take it pretty easy during the working week. I am also interested in teaming up with others and finding a place together. Flick me a message if you think I'd be a suitable flatmate for you :)
Hi, My name is Teresa and I'm looking to return to study & part time work towards the end of Jan, after spending a year back home in the central west. I love to read, drink tea and keep a clean and tidy living space; I find cleaning and organising things enjoyably cathartic. I'm very easy going and quiet in nature.
I'm an outgoing person that likes to go on adventures but also enjoy my alone time. I'm into movies, working out, theatre, the beach and going out on weekends. Im a very clean and private person. I study at UWS, work on Home and Away as an extra and a casual worker at a cafe so I will be reliable with paying rent on time. I prefer to live with girls and it would be a bonus if you had pets !
Would love to live alone in a grenny flat. Not interested in a share houes i want my ownspace. I dont need it furnished i have all my own furniture etc.. just trying to See whats out there. thanks :) (Please dont message me about share house's)
Easy going guy who leads an active healthy lifestyle. Regular gym goer and hit the pool or the beach in my spare time. Looking to either rent out my place and share with a cool flatmate or find a suitable flatmate to stay at my place. I do shift work in underground mining so i work some strange hours. Very clean and tidy and provide great conversation
I am a working professional, Monday - Friday job in the city. Social and outgoing, enjoy having a laugh/drink but also need my space. Clean and tidy, respectful of other roommates. During the week I like to chill out after work and I am usually out and about on the weekend, catching up with mates, hiking, at the beach. Looking for a place I can call home. Easy going and quite flexible. Ideally a modern place.
I am a maxi taxi driver working seven days a week at the moment but soon working four days and returning home to Tuncurry . If undercover parking is available need to be clearance of 2.3 metres or avalable street parking. Most of the t I me will be working only there to sleep and wont be cooking at all.
I'm a tidy person, but not OCD. I'm friendly, however I am independent and keep to myself a lot in a share home. I almost never complain. Complaining about the little things aren't worth it and it doesn't make for a more comfortable home to live in.
I'm a working professional who recently landed a job in a construction consultancy in Sydney. I'm Malaysian and I've spent a couple of years in the UK studying and working in Singapore. Will be in Sydney mid Nov. I'm easy-going, quiet, respectful and clean. Not looking for a party house nor any drama.
Hi, Sorry for the essay. I'm 23, work fulltime as a Nurse at the Prince Of Wales Hospital Randwick, I generally work weekends (0700-1930) and a night (1900-0730) in the week. I'm after a home for the next 6 months minimum. I pay rent on time and usually in advance. Lived in Australia (Mainly QLD) for quite a while, from the UK originally. Been living in Sydney for almost 3 years, have been at the same place the whole time, only need to move since my housemate is moving to the USA and putting his unit up for sale. I clean up after myself and do my share of housework and household duties but am not a super clean 'pretend it hasn't been lived in' OCD person. (I've heard some horror stories) I enjoy hiking, exploring the outdoors, specifically in the Royal National Park or the Blue Mountains! I also like messing around with my 4wd/motorbike (my last got nicked a few months ago) PC, or music / TV shows / movies. Also keen to do a bit of volunteer work in the future and have started going to the gym. People are generally fantastic, I love diversity, and get along with most people as long as they can put up with my slightly dry-sarcastic nature! Fixing things, (or failing to fix things then laughing about it) is one of my acquired skills, so am more than happy to take care of small things around the home, plus I'm pretty knowledgeable with technology and mechanics - could be a value added bonus, who knows. I don't quibble about petty things- not worth the time or stress. I would like to live with someone who is keen to socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, however I do like some quiet time and can respect yours! I dislike passive-aggressive or judgmental personalities, I am quite relaxed in most aspects of my personal life, and don't stress about much! I enjoy casual beers in the evening, but don't smoke or get wasted/take drugs. Must haves would be; a decent person for a housemate, no inside smoking, internal laundry, space for a desk, own bathroom, off street car parking, usually service my car myself- so a place to store tools/equipment would be awesome. Many of my friends are in QLD so I'd prefer a housemate who isn't going to go psycho if a mate comes to stay for a weekend once in a blue moon (so just a decent person generally).. Feel free to contact me if I sound okay! :) Cheers, Alex
Easy going ,neat and friendly.Very respectable to my peers and their valuables.I have 3 kids(2 girls and 1 son). Two are young adults and are very independent. My young daughter is 14 yrs old, which I support and she stays with her mother.I am a young grandfather as well(grandson). I have been offered a great job in the Botany area and that is the reason I am moving from Brisbane.
I'm a full-time flight attendant and I recently finished up at UoW with a Bachelor of International Studies. I'm currently living in a share house in Wollongong and I am hoping to move to a suburb in Sydney that's close to public transport or within an hour drive of the airport. I'm pretty social and I'm a pretty relaxed housemate. Hoping to live with some other young people who love delish food.
My name is Jake Resnais and am an Interior Designer. I am very relaxed and easy going. I do like my personal space but am comfortable to live with. I like to keep clean and do my part around the house as I believe that everyone should contribute to keeping the place nice and tidy. I do like to go out and explore some new places to have a nice beer especially after a long week of work. I love my movies and TV shows and am always willing to have a nice easy night in. I can cook but am not the greatest (still learning). I am a fan of dogs but not so much cats as I am allergic to them.
We're all very clean, organised and chilled out. We all work lots and prefer going out to drink and dine.
I am quiet, tidy and friendly. I am studying Communications, and work in childcare. I love the beach, nature and animals.
I'm quiet and tidy. PhD Electrical Engineering student in UTS, 9-5 weekdays. Moving from Melbourne. Enjoys some wine sometimes. Like music and tv & movies. I respect privacy, but love a chat sometimes. I like keep the space clean and tidy. Clean the house religiously. Preferably find a furnished quiet place
I am a very sociable and bubbly person who is respectful of others and am very clean. I would love with people who I can become friends with rather than people who do not want to talk or hang out every now and then. I do become very quiet and studious during university semesters but I am always up for a movie or wine/beer whenever. I will usually go out with friends most weekends but am not loud or anything. In my free time you'll find me relaxing, binge watching Netflix, reading or drawing.
Hey, I'm Karolina, originally from Poland. I've been in Sydney for over 2 years now and work full-time as a Barista in Woolloomooloo. I love cooking healthy and being outdoors. I'm a passionate hiker so you're more than welcome to join me on my treks! I'm clean and respectful. I won't leave dirty dishes in a sink and will be more than happy to have an occasional drink after work on the couch watching telly. Thanks!
